Beautiful and quiet area. Our room was in front of a park. Kitchen was nice. They clean room very well.

Old building. There was lifts but we had walk a lot through narrow corridor with several steps.　Soundproofing with next room was very poor. Main bed was OK but sofa bed was not confortable.

This was a perfectly pleasant hotel in a nice area and near to what we wanted to do. The apartment was meticulously clean including the kitchen area. Some of the staff were more helpful than others.

We had booked a twin room (I was staying with my daughter). The image showed two single beds which is why we booked. We had intended cooking some meals for ourselves. Unfortunately the beds were not as shown. We had a small double bed and a sofa bed made up which meant there was very limited space to move around and we could not access the dining table. I did ask for a regular twin room but the guy wasn't very helpful and said we'd been upgraded. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room very difficult to get around. In the end we didn't cook as there would have been no where to eat as the bed was squashed up against the table. The room would have been fine for two people sharing the double bed.

Great location. Loved the area very much. The street itself is beautiful and just around the corner to some great food options and convenience stores. The rooms were clean and daily cleaning was great. Came back to dishes done and beds made every day. Helpful staff. And great and reasonably priced washing service.

Rooms inside are dated and for a family of 5, it became quite tight.

Foi preciso pagar 50£ por noite para ter ar condicionado. O apartamento era bastante velho e para lá chegar era preciso passar por imensas portas e corredores, apanhar elevador e ainda subir escadas para lá chegar. Os quartos não ficam totalmente escuros, pois as cortinas não isolam toda a luminosidade.

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de restaurantes, metro y supermercados. A un paseo de Portobello y Notting Hill. Es un plus que hagan las habitaciones cada día.

El sofá cama es muy incómodo pero para unos días y para niños vale. El personal de recepción profesional pero poco amigable.

Hace muchos años que vengo a estos apartamentos.A mi me gusta el servicio que dan,te hacen la limpieza diaria,tienes recepción 24h,puedes dejar las maletas hasta que vas al aeropuerto,funciona como un hotel pero tienes la libertad de un apartamento.También me gusta la zona donde están ubicados,buen transporte,muchas tiendas,restaurantes,andando se puede ir a muchos sitios.Ya necesitan una renovación,sobretodo los baños que tienen bañera ,no plato de ducha,pero volveré seguro.

Los baños con bañera hay que renovarlos y poner plato de ducha,por lo menos algunos.

Quartiere tranquillo, pulito e ben servito. Ottima la posizione, vicino a metro, fermate bus, supermercati e ristoranti

Vengono trattenuti nella carta circa 200€ all'arrivo per caparra per eventuali danni arrecati alla stanza, ( fin qua nessun problema) ma avendo lasciato la stanza la mattina ancora di sera nessun rimborso. Guardo nel sito e trovo scritto che hanno a disposizione 14 giorni, dovrebbe essere molto più celere!

The rooms are a little worn and could use an update, but we're very clean. It was difficult to figure out all the electrical switches and what switch operated which light/appliance, etc...

Large apartment on 3rd floor with everything we needed. The location was perfect with a short walk to tube stations and restaurants. Very clean. Lovely and quiet at night.

The bed was a little hard but we got used to it. It was a bit stuffy at times but the windows were able to be opened. It’s a long winding walk to the 3rd floor lift but ok.

Very good location, close to tube stations, shops, pubs and restaurants.

Room is not fully air conditioned.

The location is perfect, several tube stations in the area, Hyde Park is 5 min walk and a lot of restaurants and coffee shops very close. The facilities are nothing exceptional but can be managed. The kitchenet was fine with all appliances, dishes and cutlery needed for a stay.

Our room was something different from what is on the site. One room definitely required renovation. The furniture was quite old, a couch needed cleaning, and floors were creaking. Also the corridors are very tiny - two people could barely squeeze past each other.

Completo y perfecto para nuestra estancia. Somos una familia de 6 y estaba totalmente equipado. La limpieza genial, las camas cómodas...

Echamos en falta un horno o micro con grill para poder calentar pizzas (mal menor). Y por mi limitación con el idioma, me habría gustado que en la recepción nos hubieran atendido en español.

Struttura grande, silenziosa ed accogliente. Il nostro appartamento al 4 piano grazioso, pulitissimo e presente di qualsiasi dotazione utile per il soggiorno. La posizione è ottima, sia per muoversi a piedi (attraversando kensington park o hyde park o per raggiungere portobello road), sia con i mezzi (2 stazioni metro vicinissime e diverse linee di bus). La zona è anche ricca di locali e supermercati per il cibo. Ci tornerei sicuramente. Consigliato!

Am Anreisetag war der Aufzug defekt und unser Zimmer war im dritten Stock (und die Bauweise des Gebäudes hat sehr hohe Decken). Am nächsten Tag war der Aufzug aber repariert.

La segunda cama es un sofá abierto, que obviamente es mucho más incómodo que las otras ods camas. Teniendo en cuenta que lo ofrecen como habitación para cuatro podía ser directamente una cama.

Housekeeping knocking the door so early in the morning, and barely understanding (language) / accepting our decision not to have the room serviced as we were still sleeping. They knocked too early again the next morning too but kindly agreed to come back later when we were all awake. No other REAL issues, however... Shower pressure could have been better, and towel rail bigger Mattresses unusually hard, and space between bed and wall too tight. Room too dark at night... I would like to have been able to open my end of the curtain a little to see daylight (whilst the children were sleeping on the sofa bed near the main opening).

The first night we had a lot of stress because of some fire alarm which is giving wrong signal fir having fire in the room, the receptionist called us in 2,30h midnight 6 times, the phone was ringing so laut,we were sleeping and didn't understand what's the issue.....we complained by the reservation and wanted they to compensate us somehow( we didn't expect to receive money back), just they could offer us some breakfast for free or something else. They caused us a lot of stress,the receptionist was coning in our room to check in midnight. It was not our fault that this fire alarm was not working properly and giving wrong signal for fire.... This was very bad experience.....

El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado, cerca del metro y de restaurantes y supermercados. Y estaba todo muy limpio

Por destacar algo, que tenía pasillos muy largos con moqueta que costaba arrastrar las maletas

La ubicación era maravillosa, cerca de dos paradas de metro y con restaurantes y supermercados. La habitación era espaciosa y luminosa, toda exterior. La cocina con fregadero y nevera ayuda mucho a organizarse porque es una ciudad muy cara.

El sofá cama necesita seriamente una renovación: una parte se hundía. Si va a dormir un niño y pesa poco, puede estar bien, pero para un adulto lo veo imposible. Lo dijimos y añadieron un colchón encima, aunque no se arregló del todo. Nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación pero nos dijeron que todos los sofás cama eran así y que a todos les pasaba.

La limpieza y la situación. Dos estaciones de metro a escasos metros y paradas de autobús siendo una zona tranquila.

Frühstück ist nicht empfehlenswert, leider waren im Babybeistellbett Bettwanzen..

Familia de 4 personas( 2 niños y 2 adultos). Habitación amplia con 4 camas comodisimas. Limpieza de 10 pero eso sí con la típica moqueta inglesa. La cocina con todo lo necesario. El baño, con bañera pero con buena ducha. Sin duda la ubicación para nosotros perfecta. No estando en el meollo del centro, pero con supermercados y restaurantes a 2 minutos de ahí. El metro, Bayswater ( línea circular) a 3 minutos andando y los principales autobuses a 5 minutos de ahí. El barrio estupendo. Sin duda volvería allí.

La ubicación es perfecta, tienes cerca varias paradas de metro y zonas dónde comer y supermercados. Es una zona bastante segura y agradable. Te dejan guardar el equipaje si has llegado antes de la hora del check in y para el check out igual, puedes dejar el equipaje allí y recogerlo cuando necesites. Nos limpiaron el apartamento y cambiaron las toallas todos los días (estuvimos 4 noches).

Las toallas son muy pequeñas, aunque ponen bastantes. Nos alojamos 5 personas, dos adultos y 3 niños y el apartamento resulta algo pequeño porque eran 3 estancias, un salón dormitorio cocina, un baño y un dormitorio. Sólo hicimos el desayuno en el apartamento, no dispone de cafetera, sí de horno, frigo, microondas, vitroceramica y calentador de leche y te facilitan nescafé, té, azúcar y edulcorante. Los empleados de recepción son un poco secos.

We have stayed at Grand Plaza a few times before and we love the location, the friendly staff and the kitchenette in the room is a bonus for us as a family. Immaculately clean and very comfy.

The location is great for Notting Hill Carnival.

To get to the family rooms, you have to climb a spiral staircase, there are no lifts to the family rooms.

Excellent Location for Muslim Travellers The location of this hotel is excellent, especially for Muslim families looking for easy access to halal food. In fact, this was our third or fourth stay here, and the convenient location has always been the main reason we keep coming back. Having halal dining options so close by makes a huge difference. We previously appreciated having Halia Restaurant nearby, and now there is Putera Puteri Restaurant, which makes the location even more convenient. For Muslim families, especially those who prioritise easy access to halal meals when travelling, the location is definitely one of this hotel’s strongest selling points.

Room was rather small and there is no bidet in the toilet. Luckily we brought our own.

Het regels die mensen achter de balie niet goed weten en gaan tegen in terwijl het al jaren zo is. Maar voelen zich na 1 jaar werken wijzer dan een klant die al 6jaar daar logeert.

La posizione è ottima, non si può chiedere di meglio. L'appartamento era pulito e non troppo piccolo, anche se forse manca qualche cosa (tipo un attaccapanni nel corridoio, un ripiano più grande in bagno). Ottimo che passassero tutti i giorni per le pulizie e il cambio asciugamani (se richiesto). I tempi di reazione della reception sono eccezionali: uno dei due televisori a schermo piatto (sì, 2!) non si accendeva, lo abbiamo fatto presente e il tecnico è arrivato entro 30 secondi (giuro).

In generale il posto ci è piaciuto e torneremmo volentieri. L'arredamento è un misto di pezzi funzionali (letto della camera, molto grande e comodo; tavolo della zona pranzo; cucina attrezzata) e altri vecchi e di poco valore (armadio; divano letto, un po' piccolo e francamente scosceso). Ripeto che servirebbe un attaccapanni e una scarpiera all'ingresso (lo spazio c'è) e magari qualche fermaporta (noi usavamo le valigie)

La posizione è ottimale, in un quartiere elegante vicino a Notting Hill, vicina a due stazioni della metropolitana, e a diversi locali di ristorazione, negozi e market per la spesa. Letto molto confortevole e divano letto già preparato con la biancheria per dormici. La camera era dotata di un condizionatore portatile, viste le temperature che si sono raggiunte anche a Londra quest'estate, ma non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. Ho apprezzato la pulizia della camera, il cambio (credo giornaliero) degli asciugamani morbidissimi, e l'angolo cottura che mi ha consentito di cucinare in autonomia la colazione e il pasto serale. La cucina era dotata del minimo essenziale ma è stato sufficiente. Wi-fi gratuito per gli ospiti anche in stanza.

Unico suggerimento: fornire un colino abbastanza grande tra gli utensili della cucina, per poterlo usare come scolapasta

Studio pour 4 personnes, lit ok mais canapé à jeter !!!! Matelas complètement défoncé, une barre au milieu du dos. Le housekeeping qui braille dans le couloir à 8h00 Les serviettes changées tous les jours, inutile. Il faudrait laisser le choix au client de garder ou changer sa serviette, au moins pour la planète. Le English Breakfast à 18£, cher pour ce que c'est, la qualité n'y est pas, et on a même pas le droit au vrai café, seulement le soluble...

Slaapbank was te hard, hadden een extra topper gevraagd. Dit kregen we ook, dit sliep daarna iets beter.

The room was spacious and seemed generally clean. A few underground stations nearby.

The smell of weed in the corridors, walking around the local area at night didn't feel particularly safe., especially with children.

Esta muy céntrico y muy cerca de restaurantes, supermercado y entradas al metro. Nuestro apartamento era amplio y estaba muy limpio.

Hemos coincidido con el Carnaval de Notting Hill (últimos días de agosto) y la zona se convierte en un caos, lleno de gente a todas horas y sobre todo imposible dormir por las noches, en la propia puerta del hotel han montado fiesta todas las noches. Nos quejamos en recepción y nos dijeron que de puertas para afuera no podían hacer nada, pero estaban en las escaleras de entrada! Al final tuvimos que comprar tapones para intentar dormir

Perfekte Lage direkt an den Kensington Gardens mit einer U-Bahn-Station direkt um die Ecke. Das Apartment war absolut ruhig.

Die Ausstattung der Kitchenette war zu mager + die Möbel sind beinahe auseinandergefallen.
