Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful. Hotel good location and close to underground station.

Arrived in room to an empty shampoo bottle lying on the floor. Cleaner had been twice during our stay and it remained there and cleaner also took all of our towels and toilet roll and did not replace. Every-time we got a shower the whole bathroom would flood into the room even with the shower door closed.

Beliggenheten og viben de jobber seg mot for hotellet og atmosfæren.

Personalet var ikke spesielt imøtekomne, slik at man ikke fikk noen smil eller hei når man kom inn i resepsjonen/på vei ut. Virket mer opptatte av hverandre eller datamaskinen. Også lite profesjonelt å stå bak en gjest og veldig tydelig sjekke de ut mens man lager grimaser.

This was a great hotel. Yes it was having renovations but it really didn't hinder our stay. The staff were exceptional. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was fab. Location was perfect.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, un sector muy tranquilo y a la vez cerca de todo. La habitación era muy espaciosa, en un segundo piso mirando a la calle, en la parte aún NO remodelada, pero no nos afectó en nada porque casi no hacían ruido en los horarios en los que estábamos en el hotel. Afuera de la ventana habían cosas de construcción, pero igual entraba luz natural, que era lo que me importaba a mi.Baño amplio, con tina y secador de pelo. A 2 cuadras de estación de metro Queensway y a 3 de estación Bayswater. Comercio cerca, hervidor con café, té, leche y azúcar en la habitación. Personal amable, pudimos hacer el check in un poco antes ( que lo agradecimos mucho después de 26 horas de viaje entre vuelos y aeropuertos) y nos cuidaron las maletas en el hotel algunas horas después del check out. Volvería sin dudarlo( andaba con mi hijo de 9 años y se sintió muy seguro en el sector y feliz con las ardillas del parque que está al lado)

Por decir algo…Se nos echó a perder el aire acondicionado al tercer día, pero nos buscaron una solución alternativa rápidamente. Y que la habitación es con alfombra, aunque la aspiraban diariamente.

The lift situation was abysmal. Only one lift was working and it was always full of people. Upon arrival and departure we took around 40 mins each time just to be able to use the lift just to deliver the luggage only, as we ended up using the stairs.

L’emplacement , le personnel compréhensif et à l’écoute qui a trouvé une solution au problème .

Les travaux prennent énormément de place actuellement , nuisance sonore et détritus… , attente interminable de l’ascenseur car un seul ne fonctionne. Les logements en sous sol ne devraient pas exister elles sont vétustes .. sans fenêtre ce n’est pas humain. La chambre située en mezzanine l’est tout autant aucune vue à l’extérieur à cause des travaux et des échafaudages.

L'emplacement au pied du parc était parfait, l'hôtel était très calme le petit déjeuner généreux. Le mur de lumière reproduit un effet de lumière naturelle très agréable malgré la chambre en -2. Le personnel a trouvé une solution à notre problème de température

La chaleur dans la chambre et dans l'hôtel en général, il à fallu demander à plusieurs reprises pour que quelqu'un vienne règler le problème et la seul solution qu'ils ont trouvé étai un ventilo, en soit ils ont répondu à notre besoin mais la nuit à été plus agitée à cause du bruit du ventilo. Le lit est légèrement inconfortable car très dur.

Missing the very basics

Konum gayet güzeldi metro duraklarına çok yakındı. İki farklı metro güzergahı üzerinde erişim sağlayabiliyorsunuz. Yataklar ve oda rahattı.

Girdiğimizde odalar temizdi. 4 gün konaklamada sadece 1 gün temizlik istememize rağmen temizlik olarak sadece havlular değiştirilip yataklar düzeltilmişti. Temizlik konusunda memnun kalmadık.

Lokalizacja świetna. Po przylocie podróżowaliśmy do Paddington Railway Station z którego jest 15 minut spacerem do hotelu. Z samego hotelu jest szybki dostęp (dwie ulice dalej) do Queensway Station, gdzie to wyruszymy w każde miejsce za pomocą metra. Zarówno dostęp do autobusów jest dogodny przez dostępność dwóch przystanków blisko hotelu, a jadąc aleją wzdłuż Hyde Parku za pomocą Bus pasów można na prawdę szybko się wszędzie dostać. Przykładowo do Oxford St. komunikacja trwała około 15-20 minut, a stamtąd mogliśmy przesiąść się i dojechać tak na prawdę wszędzie, gdzie tylko mieliśmy w planie danego dnia. Bardzo blisko Kensington Park, gdzie można iść i odpocząć. Sam pokój mieliśmy na 6 piętrze. Korytarze mogą być delikatnie klaustrofobiczne, chociaż są zadbane. Sam pokój mimo rusztowań za oknem (trochę szkoda, ale jest to zrozumiałe) jest bardzo piękny i przestronny. Kosmetyki pod prysznicem są wysokiej jakości, a dogłębne sprzątanie odbywa się każdego dnia. Dzięki świetnej lokalizacji hotelu zrealizowaliśmy 110% naszego założonego planu zwiedzania względem poszczególnych dzielnic, a było tego sporo (zrobione 60km pieszo przez 5 dni zwiedzania). Hotel był na tyle dogodnie położony, że gdy jednego dnia wyruszyliśmy do Hyde Parku -> Kensington Palace -> Nothing Hill -> Holland Park etc. mogliśmy wrócić około godz. 17 do hotelu aby na szybko się odświeżyć do wieczornego wyjścia. Miasto zdecydowanie spełniło nasze oczekiwania, zauroczyliśmy się w pięknie Londynu i pragniemy jak najszybciej wrócić do tego miasta i wybór na pewno padłby znowu na Central Park Hotel. Pełna rekomendacja.

Wiedzieliśmy, że część budynku jest w remoncie, jednakże była dostępna tylko jedna winda (druga była w remoncie), przez co z rana potrafiły występować problemy komunikacyjne względem innych podróżujących co wydłużało czas wjazdu/zjazdu na docelowe piętro.

Location was absolutely spot on and the surroundings amazing. Hotel it self was absolutely spot on and couldn't really complain about anything.

The bed was very small. I wouldn't say this was a double bed and was more a single and a half. However that for me is the only real issue!

Ved ankomst fik jeg den mest tarvelige modtagelse. Ikke noget med velkommen til vort hotel. Manden ved receptionen var mere optaget af sin computerskærm end at tale med mig. Efter at have ventet i 2 - 3 min begeyndte han pludselig at tale men kigge ikke på mig, så jeg var ikke sikker på at han talte til mig. Til trods for vi var de eneste tilstede. Jeg har rejst i det meste af verden i de sidste 45 år og har aldrig oplevet noget så flabet. Hvis jeg ikke havde forudbetalt opholdet var jeg omgående gået derfra. Jeg kommer ALDRIG på det hotel igen.

La ubicación y el personal, muy amables

1. las habitaciones que muestran en las imágenes no son las reales, muestran las nuevas no las del sótano que son horribles, sin ventanas. Si dice habitaciones “originales” Ten cuidado, no son las de la imagen. 2. la puerta del baño no cerraba 3. el cuarto, la alfombra siempre estaba inundada, literalmente mojada como una tubería abierta abajo 4. por motivo de la alfombra mojada, había humedad 5. el olor de la habitación era terrible debido a la humedad y falta de ventilación, nos vimos obligados a comprar un ambientador para disminuir el olor.

La pieza con mal olor, oscura, estuve tres días y llegaba a las 16 horas y la pieza nunca estaba hecha, Un ascensor para todo el edificio.

La lenteur de l'ascenseur et le fait qu'il s'arrête à tous les étages. Nous n'avons pas accès à la chambre de 11h à 16h la carte est désactivée. Il y avait de la poussière sur la seule étagère présente donc impossible de ranger ses affaires et seulement 3 cintres. L'hôtel est pas du tout isolé on entend tous les bruits des chambres à côté et les portes claquent fortement.

La habitación estaba muy bien limpia y cumplía con lo que prometía, las camas cómodas, vamos en general muy bien.

Pues, lo que no es admisible que no avisaran de que había obras , la venta tapada por andamios y ruido de la obra y subir o bajar en el ascensor era misión casi imposible solo había uno operativo, vamos es una lástima porque empaña la estancia mucho.

Die unrenovierten Zimmer sind in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, die Fliesen im Bad sind locker, der Boden ist uneben. Die Möbel sind sehr abgenutzt. Ich habe extra ein Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht (Aufpreis), allerdings war das Gerüst vor dem Fenster voller Sperrmüll und man konnte gar nicht raussehen. Die Klimaanlage war sehr alt, die Luft im Zimmer sehr schlecht. Ich kann das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

The room was rather small but adequate. However, there was no room for a dressing table. The only surfaces to put things on were 2 extremely small side tables.

I can't image my room without any table to hold my foods/stuff. So I put my stuff on the floor. It is ridiculous!

The location is spot on.

Given a room key on check in and when arrived in room there was someone else's luggage in there. Staff were apologetic and gave us another room but framed it as an "upgrade" even though it was exactly like the room we had booked. There was a strong sewage smell in room. The window was blocked off with a sheet outside so we had no view or natural light, I'm assuming this is temporary due to the renovations but it was definitely not what we expected from our "upgraded" room. Had two small glasses of wine from the hotel bar while we waited for our room mix up to be sorted and they cost 23 pounds and we also found the barman to be quite unprofessional. When booking we mentioned it was for a special birthday and we were just offered a hugely overpriced birthday package, not even a small gesture which a lot of hotels would usually do. The only positive about this hotel is the location. We were very disappointed with the room, we didn't let it dampen our stay but we both agreed we absolutely would not stay here again.

Struttura accogliente, camera confortevole e bagno con doccia grande. Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione di Paddington, ben collegata con il centro.

Il fatto che ci fossero dei lavori in corso e quindi le finestre della camera fossero oscurate, inoltre a causa dei lavori c’era un unico ascensore per tutta la struttura

Die Lage war perfekt, direkt gegenüber vom Hyde Park und nur wenige Minuten von der der Underground Bahn, auch in der Straße nebenan gibt e viele Cafés, Supermärkte und Restaurants. Man ist von dort schnell an allen Hotspots von London. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde auch jeden Tag frisch gemacht. Zum frühstück können wir nichts sagen da wir es nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Das Personal war auch hilfsbereit und nett

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der unteren Etage, leider war das ein Buchungsfehler meiner Seits da es kein Fenster hatte und so typisch nach Keller gerochen hat.. wollten ein Upgrade buchen in die oberen Stockwerke mit Fenster aber das wurde uns verneint. Durch die Lage im Untergeschoss und die nahe liegende Untergrundbahn spürt und hört man die im Zimmer alle paar Minuten vorbei rauschen. Für die paar Nächte war es okay. Die Matratze war durchgelegen oder viel zu weich für uns, hatte Mörder Rückenschmerzen aber das deklariere ich unter Geschmacksache.

The bed was nice, and the bathroom as well. Very good housekeeping and friendly staff. Didn't try the breakfast so we don't know.

Only one elevator was working, and we got stuck waiting for it multiple times. The room was so small that we got a bit claustrophobic.

Very small rooms We booked family room and we could only stand by the bed. No phone in the room and had to run to the reception from the 4 floor. Only one elevator worked the second was broken Reception staff were not helpful Aircondition malfunctioned two to three times a day. The hotel was under renovation and construction workers were very loud and noisy.My husband got sick I asked for help told them to call an ambulance and they gave me a phone to call by my self. No one came to ask if we needed help or how was my husband’s health the next day

The renovated rooms and how they were decorated were lovely and felt quite luxurious.

The mattress and pillows were so firm there was no bounce or luxurious feeling. We had an awful nights sleep and woke up with neck pain because of them.

We checked in early for £40 extra. Were asked if we wanted to view the room first and foolishly said no. IF THEY ASK YOU TO SEE THE ROOM FIRST SAY YES! We ended up in a room in the basement (of which there are 26 rooms). There were no windows, the room was cramped and small and not to mention it absolutely stunk - mainly damp smell as there is so ventilation. We slept in this room for one night before requesting to move to a room ‘with windows’, we then paid another extra £40 per night to change rooms. The basement rooms are inhumane and worse than being in a prison cell!! Proceed with caution at Central Park Hotel.

Location was great, check-in was quick and simple, staff was friendly, and room was neat and clean.

The air-conditioning could have been better; it was very hot with no ventilation in the bathroom.

It was clean, rooms were taken care of daily with amenities being replaced. Lounge smelt lovely and was very welcoming.

Shower caused many issues. Overhead shower flooded the entire bathroom, causing water to flow under the door to the room.

Das ganze Hotel ist sehr neu oder gerade frisch renoviert. Das Bad ist toll designt - leider komplett ohne Ablageflächen. Im Zimmer wäre ein Tisch schön gewesen - und hätte es Zimmer perfekt gemacht - so fehlte auch hier eine Ablagefläche. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles ist sehr sauber, das Frühstück ist sehr gut und für jeden etwas dabei. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und verkehrsgünstig.

Het was er super proper, de lakens roken fris en er was Rituals in de badkamer. Elke dag wordt je kamervloer gepoetst en leggen ze je lakens goed. De Central Line is vlakbij het hotel, alsook een mooi groot park.

Het tweepersoonsbed was een beetje aan de kleine kant.

Stayed here a few times and just recent this weekend . never disappointed always a great stay.upgraded this time round with no extra cost.was impressed. Had my mother in tow at 79 she loves it it's comfortable and easy for amenities and all that you need for a great stay highly recommended.

Amazing location, the staff was welcoming and very friendly. When we discovered there would be renovations happening in the time of our stay, we were worried about potential noise but eventually this was no issue at all. And the renovation work was actually great! Everything looked modern, fresh and luxurious.

Very small rooms, not the same as in the foto; for 3 persons! Very low-ceiling; feeling suffocated! Small double bed for tiny people! Also the building was under construction with scaffolds outside our window! Very noisy from 8.00 am!! So sorry about our money!

The table with the coffee machine was too far from the socket ! Ridiculous. We had to put it on the floor. No USB plug next to the bed. The room was underground so, we didn’t see outside. And then, the guy from the desk, in the lobby, was rude. No smile. Nothing. Like we annoyed him …

De schoonheid en de netheid. Personeel was super beleefd en het blijft een perfecte locatie.

De lift was helaas buiten gebruik vanwege renovatiewerkzaamheden. Dit zorgde voor enige hinder bij het verplaatsen van de bagage, vooral gezien de drukte.

De locatie was perfect, binnen 5 minuten kon je op de metro stappen. Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk en je kon je bagage achterlaten voor 5 pond per 2 bagage items. Ik had een probleem met mijn airco op de kamer, maar dat was na het aangeven ook snel verholpen. Het hotel is bezig met een grote verbouwing maar, daar heb ik geen last van gehad.

Het was de eerste nacht op de gang enorm gehorig. Mensen die terug kwamen om 4 uur 's nachts. Ik had een gerenoveerde kamer, maar je zag wel dat het gebouw al gebruikt is. Voor Londen vond ik het meer dan prima, aangezien ik vrij weinig in de kamer was.

La première chambre qu'on nous a demandé avait du moisi sur les murs, il était difficile d'y respirer n'avait pas de climatisation. La deuxième (parce qu'on a demandé à changer) était mieux mais niveau équipements c'était le minimum. La chasse d'eau faisait un bruit aiguë régulièrement. Le personnel toquait et ouvrait notre porte de chambre alors qu'on était dedans (en nous réveillant).

Very comfy and clean! Really liked the new rooms for a short stay. Great location for access to Notting Hill carnival and easy access to central london.

Due to the construction only one lift was working so it was very difficult leaving the hotel with luggage. Luckily I was only on the 2nd floor so could take the stairs but was still a huge inconvenience with lots of baggage. Walls are quite thin and you could hear everyone in the corridors at night. Due to the bank holiday/ carnival this was predicted to have lots of late night partying guests but didn’t ruin our stay as we were also taking part in the carnival over the weekend

Dit is nu al de 2de keer dat ik in dit hotel verblijf rond de carnaval periode. Vanaf dit hotel is de mainroad van carnaval op loopafstand ongeveer 12-15min. kamers zijn klein maar schoon en de faciliteiten zijn modern.

Die ene lift voor alle gasten en de verbouwing die al 3 jaar aan de gang is. Betekent geluiden en veel ongemakken.

Goed bereikbaar met OV. Vriendelijk personeel. Schoon, hygiënisch.het enige wat tegen viel was dat door de verbouwing er maar 1 lift is.

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja sijainti loistava.

Hotelli on remontissa ja rakennustelineet peittävät ikkunat. Hotellissa on yli 300 huonetta, mutta vain 1 kolmesta hissistä toimii. Hotelli velottaa kuitenkin täyden hinnan huoneista, vaikka rakennus ei ole 100% toimintakunnossa. Aamuisin hissiä odotellessa saattoi tuhrautua pahimmillaan lähes 30 min. Raksamiehet aloittavat ulkopuolella ryskämisen jo ennen klo 8:00. Lomalla sitä haluaisi levätä ja ja nauttia olostaan. Nyt se oli aika hankalaa. Jos olisin etukäteen tiennyt, että talo on näin rajussa remontissa, en olisi viettänyt lomaviikkoani siellä.

The main positive point is the location. I really like this area: it is close to the park, convenient for getting around central London, and overall the location is very good.

Unfortunately, the stay itself was a very unpleasant surprise. My room was located on the second basement level and had no window at all. The room felt very humid, there was an unpleasant musty smell, the air conditioning and ventilation were running constantly, and I could see mould near the ceiling. What surprised me most was that, based on the photos and description on Booking, I had no idea I could end up in this type of room — two levels underground, without a window, and with these conditions. I arrived at around 11 PM and, after seeing the room, I wanted to cancel my stay. However, because the booking had already been made and paid for through Booking, resolving it at that time would have been complicated and time-consuming. It was already very late, so in practice I had little choice but to stay for the night. Another situation also surprised me. Another potential guest was at reception and simply wanted to see a room before deciding whether to stay. The request was refused. I then offered to show my own room, but a security staff member followed us and said this was not allowed because the property was private. We even offered to leave an ID document at reception during the short visit, but it was still refused. In the end, I simply took photos of the room so the other person could see the actual conditions. In my opinion, it should be made completely clear before payment if a guest is booking a room two levels underground with no window. Visible mould, humidity and a strong unpleasant smell are also much more than just a matter of design or personal preference. The most disappointing part was the difference between the impression created by the photos when booking and what I actually received. Considering that there are significantly more comfortable hotels nearby for only around 20% more, I would personally prefer to pay a little extra and stay elsewhere next time.

Rude people at the reception and also very slow. The elevator takes ages and as far as I saw they have only one, all of the guests are frustrated waiting a long time to finally get in the elevator and after waiting sometimes more then 5minutes its full and you cant get inside. The rooms are also very small there’s no space for any of the luggage to be placed nicely in a comfortable way.

Je suis tombée sur une chambre au sous-sol, avec une odeur d’humidité désagréable. Le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché. La moquette était abîmé et mouillé. La télécommande était collante ça en dit long sur le ménage effectué. Le personnel ne parle pas du tout français donc difficile de se faire comprendre.

Our room had recently been refurbished and was clean and comfortable. The location is a major bonus. Situated in a quiet side street, the Central line is just round the corner, or you can stroll through Kensington Park to Hyde park and be in the West End without encountering any traffic.

The hotel is still being renovated, so one of the lifts was out of action and we couldn't find the stairs to walk down, but this certainly did not cause us too much irritation and having stayed there twice before, it was great to see so much progress. We were also pre-warned that there might still be some inconvenience caused by the ongoing renovation work.

Buona posizione e lo stile della camera

Dimensione camera molto piccola essendo una tripla, l'ascensore è lentissimo abbiamo quasi sempre preso le scale, il phon dal primo giorno non ha mai funzionato e sono dovuto andare a richiedere di notte la sostituzione per averlo entro le 9:00 del giorno dopo... alle 9:30 dove aver richiesto nuovamente mi è stato portato. Durante la notte dell'ultimo soggiorno si è rotta una tubatura e di conseguenza non funzionava il boiler quindi solo acqua bollente ... siamo dovuti scendere a chiedere delle bottiglie, l'hotel era pieno di lavori con impalcatura vista finestra, diciamo che per il costo sostenuto non li vale...

La habitación no tiene teléfono a recepción. Tuve un problema con el aire acondicionado a la 1:00 AM, por suerte, se resolvió al rato pero en caso de que el huésped necesite algo, un teléfono dentro de la habitación sería bueno.

Während meines Aufenthalts im Hotel fanden während des gesamten Urlaubs ganztägige Bauarbeiten statt. Der damit einhergehende Baulärm stellte im Urlaub eine erhebliche Beeinträchtigung dar. Obwohl ich das Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht habe - kurlich renoviert, Ich bekam ein kleines, staubiges Standardzimmer im sechsten Stock mit vernageltem Fenster, draußen ein Gerüst, Arbeiter auf dem Dach und dem Lärm von Bohrarbeiten direkt über uns. Dasselbe galt für das Einzelzimmer, das sogar noch schlimmer war, da das Fenster mit schwarzer Plastikfolie verklebt war. Die Bauarbeiten begannen um 7 Uhr morgens, an Schlaf und Erholung war nicht zu denken; das ganze Hotel bebte! Diesen Reisemangel habe ich am 19.08.2026 vor Ort bei der Rezeption angezeigt und um Abhilfe gebeten. Das Hotel war für die erste Nacht komplett ausgebucht. Für die zweite Nacht wurde das SNGL gewechselt, Es hat sich nicht viel verändert. Im Doppelzimmer war auch der Safe kaputt, wir mussten um Hilfe rufen und haben dadurch wertvolle Zeit mit dem Aufräumen unseres Zimmers verschwendet. Nach zahlreichen Beschwerden an der Rezeption erhielten wir für unsere letzte Nacht ein Superior-Zimmer, doch der Standard war ähnlich: kalt, feucht, staubig, von morgens bis abends laut und dunkel durch Baugerüste und Plastikfolie an den Fenstern. Dies war das schlechteste Hotel, in dem wir je übernachtet haben – und das in 30 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Tourismusbranche! L’hotel, recentemente ristrutturato, si trova in una posizione molto favorevole di fronte a Hyde Park, nel mezzo di due fermate del bus e nei pressi di due linee metropolitane, stazioni di Queensway e Bayswater. Raggiungere qualunque attrazione in centro e non, è davvero comodo. Dall’aeroporto di Heatrow il trasporto è lineare se non si vuole prendere huber. Nei paraggi inoltre ci sono bar, ristoranti, supermercati. L’hotel supera le aspettative per accoglienza, pulizia, servizi, biancheria, amenities, colazione ottima, tranquillità. La camera è climatizzata e dotata di tutti i comfort: aspiratore nel bagno, cassaforte, asciugacapelli, frigo, macchina del caffè e caraffa/bollitore elettrico e prontamente vengono rifornite capsule lavazza, te e latte, insieme alla biancheria pulita. Il personale addetto alle pulizie è estremamente discreto e cortese. Inoltre l’acqua di Londra è buona e si può bere tranquillamente quella del rubinetto qualora non si decida di acquistarne in bottiglia.

La scelta del lavabo davvero scomodo e il letto alla francese che sebbene confortevole resta piccolo, ma questa è una cosa davvero comune a Londra. Noi avevamo una executive di 21m quadrati comunque e non abbiamo assolutamente sofferto gli spazi angusti.
