Very clean and comfortable Awesome staff

So comfy and roomy .The lady at front desk was great help when I had trouble with something in the room

No smoke alarm that I could see.And cleaners need to do there jobs better

The value was amazing. My room was like an apartment! The owner was also really kind and accommodating when I contacted her for a late check-in.

Great staff, cleanliness, location, quietness, comfy beds.

The only thing we didn't like is that the loft bedroom has a window with a bright light outside and only a lace curtain over it. My partner cannot sleep in such a bright environment. If we could cover this window with blackout curtains, it would be a perfect stay.

To much noise

The room was very spacious and had cooking facilities. The bed was very clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed my soak in the bath.

The heater was old and was too loud. So I couldn't heat the lounge up, as it was a cold night. So I went to bed early to keep warm.

Service impersonal and abrupt not greeting, had no TV or support info first night. Was cold and uncomfortable.. second night when husband arrived was even more difficult. Did eventually get some TV limited b7t far from sn executive suite.. was originally booked as 2 bed unit to share with a girl friend not my husband, somehow the booking was changed by the staff.. denied my original booking needs. Definitely not anything to enjoy or be comfortable with.. not recommrnded

Size of the room

Bathroom fan very noisy

The location is close to attractions and places to visit. The room itself was spacious, with a couch, as well as being clean and tidy. The bathroom was very spacious. The free off road carparking was amazing.

The water pressure drops if someone flushes the toilet whilst you are taking a shower, resulting in a blast of hot water. You could hear everything that was being said in the room next door.

The unit is very spacious. We were offered a ground level or a 1st floor unit. Great parking space outside the unit. Friendly staff. Kitchen had a fridge hob and microwave

Fire alarms had been removed from the ceiling in bedroom and hallway. Shower over the bath and the bath is needing to be replaced. No air con only a wall heater. Had to get new batteries for tv remote from staff as tv would not work and the staff had to reprogram the tv. Few small holes in the walls needing to be plastered and painted.

Big rooms, friendly staff, very clean Close to Hobbiton and quiet stay except the occasional train.

Had everything you needed.

We booked the exec studio to have a little extra room on a Sunday night. The room was on the road side and was exceptionally noisy all night with trains and trucks. Be aware some rooms are on the second floor.

Staff are super friendly and helpful, brought us additional pillows and towels when requested and also brought hot chocolate for the kids.

The wi-fi isn't great, but I think that's the whole area not the hotel.

Humming noise all night long. Creaky floor and the sound of water being released every so often.

It was spacious with a separate bedroom and convenient to town. It also had a full kitchen and lounge area. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Comfortable bed and traffic noise wasn’t as bad as feared as it son the man road. Very large room, a bit tired looking with paint spots where repairs being made

There was no booklet containing welcome info, the windows were missing a latch on each and one didn’t close properly. There was an argument/fight going on in the middle of the of the night and no way to contact owners as no contacts details left.

Paint patches on the walls obviously waiting to be painted properly..no aircon..it was very hot in the unit, only cooling was an extremely noisy fan on the floor..tried sleeping with it on but was way to noisy..

It was a good location, the shower pressure was amazing.

I had to sleep on the fold out couch because the bed configuration was wrong which i did advise requirements at time of booking, the couch was terrible, hard as a rock and all food crumbs in the join were visible once it had been flattened. I was given 2 x flat sheets that were not able to be secured and a duvet inner with no cover which was pretty poor. It looks pretty shabby from the outside which might put people off the building could do with a water blast.

Sehr freundliches Personal und die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber. Parkplatz im Innenhof der Anlage direkt vor unserem Apartment.

Die Ausstattung ist ein wenig „in die Jahre gekommen“, das Schlafsofa war wirklich sehr klein und hatte nur eine sehr dünne Matratze. Außerdem wirkt das Apartment dunkel, es gab wenig Beleuchtung, vor allem im Bad.
