Sehr gute Lage, hübsches Appartement. Sehr guter und schneller Kontakt zu Vermieterin. Aufgetretenes kleines Problem wurde umgehend gelöst. Appartement befindet sich im 3. Stock (70 Stufen).

Muy amables. Nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora. Muy bien situado. También se ofrecieron a subir y bajar las maletas.

Hemos echado de menos un sofá pequeño para descansar cuando llegábamos a la habitación y no tener que tumbarnos en la cama. Hay sillas de comedor pero para descansar mejor un sofá pequeño.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en estos apartamentos y volveremos. Situados en un barrio con buen ambiente y buenos lugares para desayunar y comer. Hay disponible garaje a 20m del apartamento por dolor 10€ al día. Además, teníamos disponible la habitación 2 horas antes de la hora de checkin oficial. Todo fantástico.

Świetne miejsce, dobra lokalizacja!

Muy bien situado y pocos pasos del centro. La habitación/aproximadamente está genial, limpia, elegante y bien perfumada. La anfitriona nos dejo una detalle para nuestras estancia qué nos gustó muchísimo.

No tiene ascensor. Para nosotros no fue un problema pero puede ser algo incómodo

Super lokalizacja, bardzo blisko starego miasta, duży apartament z klimatyzacją, wymiana ręczników, super kontakt z właścicielką - zawsze pomocna i zawsze doradzi, blisko parking z super obsługą - panowie zawsze zadbają aby było miejsce

Es empfing uns an einer touristisch sehr gut erschlossenen Strasse ein angenehmer Duft, ein sehr sauberer Raum und ein warmherziges Ambiente. Der Balkon und die Sitzgelegenheit in der Küche ermöglichten mehrere Optionen zum Beisammensein drinnen wie draussen. Das Personal der empfohlenen Garage (Parkplatz) war wunderbar herzlich.

Zum Aktualisieren wäre auf den Buchungsplattformen, dass man für den Parkplatz zahlt. Ebenso müssten die sanitären Anlagen wiedermal repariert oder ausgetauscht werden. Nebst dem Wärmetauscher, der teils sehr eigenwillig warm und kalt mischte, fehlte in der Dusche auch der Handschlauch mit Brause - aber die Amazonasdusche funktionierte gut. Wir ergänzten in der Küche die notwendigen Werkzeuge, um mehrere Tage selber zu kochen (scharfes Messer und Schneidebretter) - beim Asiaten übrigens sehr unkompliziert zu erwerben. Achtung: die Möwen rund um die Dächer sind nachtaktiv laut… und manchmal auch der LKW, der die leeren Flaschen aus den Containern abholt.

The apartment is very clean and welcoming!

Spacious comfortable room in a convenient, quiet location, very quick responses from the host. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants are very close.

The stairs, we did know about this when we booked, so this is down to us.

Our flat was at third floor without elevator. We very informed, but it’s important to keep in mind. It is not far from down town, but remember Porto is up and down and public transportation is not the most efficient one

Amazing room and bed. Very comfortable. Was really good rest. Silent and quiet area.

The location was great! Right next to a supermarket, and within walking distance from the city centre. Maria was a great help aswel!

The shower was loose, water didn’t work all the time. The tv wasn’t great to navigate.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, close to supermarket, shops and restaurants. Easy to walk to the city center and metro. Maria is a star, so helpful and answered all our questions very swiftly. Quiet room, comfortable beds, nice dining area and the kitchen is equipped with all you need to make breakfast or light meals.

Після виселення, господиня дозволила залишити наш багаж і ми спокійно могли знов прогулятися містом без речей до нашого відʼїзду. Ми отримали незабутні враження від перебування в цьому місті. Квартира знаходиться в районі з цікавими вуличками, кафе і магазинами. Дуже зручне розташування, для тих хто полюбляє гуляти вулицями Порту.

Bardzo czysto, gustowny wystróǰ, wygodne łóżka i wsoaniały duży drewniany stó, na którym czekała pyszna karafka porto. Super przemiła właścicielka i wspaniały kontakt , szybki odzew. Łazienka duża i wygodna, wieszaki i szafka, wreszcie łazienka gdzie jest możliwość odłożenia ubrania.

W łazience niestety tylko deszczownica, brak prysznica, co dla.mnie jest bardzo istotne. Trochę w nocy głośne służby miejskie, ale można zamknąć około bo hest klimatyzacja.

Maria who tends to the apartment complex was extraordinarily kind and helpful. She even did our laundry once when we discovered there are no washing machine facilities available to the tenants. The location, right next to a supermarket, one kilometer from my conference, and one kilometer in the opposite direction to the riverside area and historic district was perfect and quite walkable (despite hills). There are numerous restaurants and eating/drinking establishments in the near vicinity--quite a variety to choose among.

No elevator and an apartment on the 3rd floor--four flights of stairs for an 84-year-old couple with canes. There was confusion over getting the code to the lockbox, but I ascribe most of that confusion to my digital ineptitude. The apartment's immediate neighborhood is a bit rundown and the online description of the apartment complex is a tad misleading (or out of date?). At first we were disappointed, but the place, especially its location and Maria's kindness soon turned our minds. Overall, it was good value.

The location is perfect for being close to the city centre, but far enough for a quiet stay. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. The facilities have everything you need and more, both clean and comfortable. The blinds are adjustable for sleeping later in the morning, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom carries all the essentials. With unbeatable pricing, it's hard to find value in places like this, so I would highly recommend it!

There isn't anything we didn't like, honestly. It's worth mentioning that there's a flight of stairs with no lifts, but this cannot be mitigated as that's the building structure. If you're travelling to Porto, walking in elevated heights should come as no surprise, even with accommodation. Apart from that, everything was superb!!

We loved everything about this apartment! The location is simply fantastic - very close to the city centre, with a real local atmosphere, a supermarket and a fruit shop just around the corner. It was also very pleasant to walk around the neighbourhood. The apartment was very clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the shower was excellent, and we slept very well. Thank you, Maria, for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this place to everyone. It also has parking available, which is a great bonus if you're traveling by car.

Die Lage der Wohnung war genial, nahe dem Zentrum, nette Gastgeber, Ausstattung sehr gut

Die Wohnung lag nur 10 Minuten fußläufig zu den Hauptattraktionen Portos, trotzdem ruhig. Alles war sehr sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieterin war echt hilfsbereit.

Entgegen den Angaben in Booking.com war kein kostenloser Parkplatz inklusive. Die Vermieterin hat uns aber einen Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe für 10 Euro am Tag empfohlen.

Great location, everything you needed in apartment

Car park next door. Whilst initially worried about area turned out to be good spot. Supermarket and laundry close by as well as a heap of bars cafes etc. Maria was always available on whatsapp to assist. We were glad she suggested taxis to get other side of river. It was hot and they are cheap. Lovely to have kettle coffee machine etc.

Appartamento pulitissimo, cucinino funzionale con tutto quello che serve. Camera da letto ampia con aria condizionata e terrazzino. Molto apprezzata la bottiglia con il vino porto. Appartamento in ottima posizione a 100 metri dalla zona pedonale , servito con negozi ristoranti e bar. Parcheggio adiacente alla struttura compreso nel prezzo. Consigliatissimo. Ringrazio Maria per averci suggerito ristoranti ed essere stata presente ad ogni richiesta. Unica cosa: abbiate valigie leggere perché è al terzo piano

Wir sind nett mit Portwein auf dem Zimmer empfangen worden. Es gab quasi im Flur eine Tee- und Kaffeebar vor free. Man konnte nett draußen sitzen. Kleiner Supermarkt gleich nebenan. Maria war sehr bemüht im uns, immer erreichbar mit sehr schnellen Antworten.

Alles war bestens.

The apartment is spacious. The bed was comfortable and the large shower, with plenty of hot water,was very large with a rain showerhead It is a short walk into the centre with plenty of options for food and drinks. There is a laundry about two minutes walk and a supermarket a few doors down.

Unfortunately our apartment was on the third floor but we were warned.

The location is perfect with lots of restaurants. Very clean space. Alto is just a few steps away and provided an amazing experience and dinner.

Tuve una experiencia muy buena durante toda la estancia. La anfitriona fue súper atenta y amable, siempre pendiente de que no nos faltara nada. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, era amplio y muy cómodo. Estuvimos genial y sin duda lo recomendaría.

Понравилось расположение, номер по размеру и чистоте, внимание хозяйки и быстрая коммуникация. И, да, был отличный портвейн от хозяйки ( даже с добавкой через день ! )

Номер на 4 + этаже , крутые лестницы без лифта. Об этом следует предупреждать отдельно, особенно для пожилых клиентов и туристов с большим багажом . В номере большая ванная комната, но с ужасным душем в большой кабине со скользким полом. Будьте внимательны ! И поставить на место шланг с душевой головкой (тем более, что они там были раньше, судя по всему ), это решило бы многие проблемы

De heldere communicatie vooraf en tijdens ons verblijf. Onze gastvrouw Maria was heel hulpvaardig en buitengewoon aardig. Parkeervoorziening naast het appartement.

We wisten vooraf dat we naar de derde verdieping moesten zonder lift. Onze bagage werd gedragen vanwege mijn beperking.

The staff is very nice, very good location and beautiful apartment.

The TV was not working and could have been taken care of before arrival.

La ubicacion es muy buena. El estacionamiento es justo al lado y desde la habitación se podía ver el auto.

Tuve algunos inconvenientes pero que fueron comunicados y solucionados parcialmente. El control remoto de la tv no funciono nunca, el wifi andaba de forma regular y, por último, la dueña comenta que se encarga del parking pero uno de los días tuve una multa por no contar con el parquimetro. Se hizo cargo la dueña, pero el mal trago lo pasamos igual.

Me gustó su buena ubicación La limpieza, el apartamento estaba recién reformado La tranquilidad de la zona Es muy espacioso La dueña del apartamento siempre está atenta y te responde enseguida a las consultas Está muy bien equipado La verdad, que todo muy bien.

Lo único es que no tiene ascensor pero es algo que avisan de antemano. Y la tele no estaba bien conectada y no se podía ver. Algo que a mí no me importo.

Location and access to grocery store, green grocery and restaurants. Opening windows always a real bonus, bed was comfortable. Maria was so accommodating the unit did not have a cutting board or cauldenar and she was quick to.place one outside of the apartment door.

Stairs, after Lisbon I will never look at stairs the same.

Zimmer schön und Betten gemütlich, Parkplatz daneben sehr praktisch, Lage sehr gut!

Ausstattung der Küche war ok. Der Wasserhahn im Bad spritzt sehr. Parkplatz war top, allerdings eigentlich nicht kostenlos, wie is hier stand, sondern mit Parkschein. Dies hätte kommuniziert werden können. Die Strafzettel werden aber von der Unterkunft übernommen. Wir haben bei 5 Nächten, 4 Strafzettel bekommen. Der Garten leider etwas ungepflegt und eher für die tierischen Bewohner (Katzen) gedacht. Es lag Futter herum usw, was mich an sich nicht stört, wenn andere Bereiche etwas einladender gewesen wären. Für uns mit Kleinkind wäre es schon toll gewesen, den Garten zu nutzen zb zum Frühstück oder zum Laufen:)

Lovely clean light and airy room with very comfy bed. Location good, walking distance to everywhere and convinient shops ext door. Host very friendly and helpful, good contact throughout the stay. 2 big patio doors onto balcony, were double for extra warmth.. Air con worked both warm and cold air.

O suporte da Rosário em todas as situações que houve necessidade de contato para alinhar ou tirar dúvidas. A limpeza é impecável. As instalações modernas, com quarto amplo e silencioso e variedade de utensílios disponíveis. Excelente localização, tem mercado ao lado, padaria na frente, e próximo aos pontos turísticos.

El apartamento no tiene mala ubicación. La limpieza y el personal de limpieza bien.

Cuando llegamos nos avisan que no tienen WiFi ( hacia varios días que había ocurrido y no acababa de ir el técnico) con lo cual el trabajo que teníamos que hacer con el ordenador fue imposible!!! " Eso se avisa antes de que te instales porque en nuestro caso fue un caos" Tampoco había televisión...así que los cuatro días sin poder ponerla. Y cuando fuimos a darnos una ducha nos encontramos que no hay ducha de mano, solo tienen en el techo y la disculpa es que " alguien" les dijo que era mejor quitarla, lo cual es un gran inconveniente para un buen aseo...nos pareció tercermundista!! La propiedad no buscó ninguna solución en tres noches que nos alojamos allí así que no puedo transmitir nada más que decepción.

Der Kontakt mit Maria war wirklich außergewöhnlich nett. Sie hat bei allen Fragen super geholfen Vielen Dank. Die Wohnung liegt toll zentral ganz in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone. Wir waren zu dritt da. Das hat mit der Größe der Wohnung auch bei Regen prima gepasst. Der Supermarkt ist gleich nebenan. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Nachts um 3 werden die Mülltonnen gegenüber geleert, aber man muss ja nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen.

Rien tout était parfait.

Mary was super responsive and attentive to our needs, and created a great space to stay for a visit in Porto. The place is located very close to many restaurants and cozy bars, and super easy to get to Buses or walk to the city center. The space had everything you need, a small and well equipped kitchen, a fridge, microwave, as well as complimentary coffee, tea, and some Porto wine. The space is super well thought of, with lots of great details to make a very enjoyable stay. Will definitely come back when we get back to Porto!

El alojamiento tenía muy buena ubicación para conocer Oporto sin necesidad de trasporte público. La persona que lo gestiona es encantadora y atendía enseguida cualquier problema que hubiera

Es un tercer piso pero con la altura de un cuarto sin ascensor lo que hacía muy pesado subir al apartamento sobre todo con equipaje. A cambio una terraza con vistas No hubo wifi los 5 días que estuvimos y nos pusieron dos multas de aparcamiento que se han hecho cargo .

La vera differenza in questo alloggio è Maria, si è presa cura di noi e della nostra piccolina come mai nessuno ha fatto. Sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta e/o esigenza. Ineccepibile. Detto questo, l'appartamento è molto carino e dotato veramente di tutto, dista poco dal centro a piedi e sotto potete trovare tutto quello di cui avete bisogno. pulito ed accogliente

Location in a quiet neighborhood, a few steps from a public parking lot, a very well-stocked Pingo Doce supermarket, shops, places to eat and a few minutes walk from a charming pedestrian shopping street that leads into the old, historic area of Porto. The apartment was spacious, interestingly decorated and clean, with plenty of space in the bathroom. Friendly hosts and always ready to help.

I could not give the maximum score because, in the bathroom, the shower with hose was missing, being only a fixed one and a bit difficult to use without getting your hair wet, the bathroom sink aerator was missing (water jumped everywhere even at low pressure), and the ventilation fan was not working.

Lo único malo es que era un tercero sin ascensor, pero ya contábamos con ello, así que después de andar todo el día por Oporto se puede decir que es una cuesta mas 😅

Lovely spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location only a few hundred metres from the centre of the old town. Maria the owner was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

I think this was a temporary issue, but during our stay there was no Internet connection so the TV did not work. Normally we wouldn't even turn the tv on, but with the Iran situation unfolding that week, we would have liked to keep up with the news. I'm sure this will be fixed soon.

The place was very well located and comfortable. Our guest Maria, was really welcoming and very helpful along the stay, for sure we will return as we enjoyed it a lot!

De locatie was perfect! Dichtbij het centrum en naast een supermarkt. Kamer is erg netjes en de eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk!

De wifi werkte niet.

Wat een supervriendelijke en behulpzame host van het appartement! Geweldige communicatie voor-, tijdens en na ons verblijf en we konden op dag van vertrek onze laptops tijdelijk veilig achterlaten door haar hulp. Zij maakt het verschil tussen een goed verblijf of een goede beleving!

Het weer was al tijden extreem slecht, waardoor er 's morgens wat lekkage ontstond omdat wij op de bovenste verdieping sliepen. Wij vertrokken en hebben er daarom geen last van gehad.

La ubicación, y lo atenta que estaba María para contestar en cuanto necesitabas algo. El último día nos encontramos un multa de aparcamiento en el coche y se hizo ella cargo sin problemas

Es un tercero sin ascensor, se puede sobrellevar pero cuestan los últimos escalones. La ducha no tiene flexo y alcachofa solo alcachofa superior un suplicio si te quieres duchar sin mojarte la cabeza.

Alles perfekt! Extrem freundlicher Kontakt via Whatsapp. Das besondere ist die Mögllichkeit, gratis auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz nebenan zu parken, auch wenn wir am Anfang ein paar Missverständnisse hatten :) die Wohnung selbst ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet bis hin zu Kaffeekapseln. Balkon mit Blick auf die Straße, Supernarkt pingo dolce direkt nebenan.

Die Wohnungen liegen im 2. und 3. Stock ohne Aufzug, das sollte man beachten.

La ubicación, supermercados, a 10 minutos caminando de los principales lugares, incluye parking gratuito justo al lado, muy silencioso y con terraza amplia para 2 personas. María nuestra anfitriona un encanto, preocupada todo el tiempo de atender cualquier situación, nos dejo una botella de Oporto por cuenta de la casa , sin duda para repetir nuevamente. Excelente precio calidad.
