Śniadanie jest serwowane od godziny 9 , jest to zdecydowanie za późno jeśli masz bilety w góry na 7:30. Cały obiekt wymaga odświerzenia. Łazienka mogłaby być lepiej posprząta.

Die Hilfe beim Buchen der Tickets für die beiden Nationalparks war Gold wert - wir wurden super gut beraten und alles hat reibungslos geklappt.

Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - trotzdem war alles sauber und funktionstüchtig.

Dovrebbe essere indicato che l'ostello non è vicino alla stazione west ma ad un'altra stazione; non era incluso il caffè nella colazione ma era a parte e ci andrebbe un po' di marmellata nell'offerta. Pulizia un po' approssimativa.

The staff was super friendly and was able to provide us with all the information needed for our trips to Zhangjiajie forest park and Tianmen mountain. Also this was the only hotel staff on our China Trip that spoke English very well which made communication much easier! The hotel is in walking distance from the Tianmen mountain cable car if you are planning a trip up. And the breakfast (toast, eggs and fruit) was a good start to the day. The room was generally clean

The bathroom was a bit small and could be a bit cleaner. Also be aware that the one can hear the 2-3 airplanes per day passing over.

Las chicas de recepción muy amables y nos aconsejaron cómo visitar el parque. Llegamos al hostal y nos dieron una habitación un poco pequeña y sombría. No funcionaba la bomba del baño. Fuimos a recepción a avisarles, y de mientras les dijimos que no era la misma habitación que en las fotos. Una mujer cuando vio las fotos nos dijo que hicieramos las maletas y bajáramos. Pidió un taxi y nos llevo a otro edificio a 3 mins en coche. Llegamos a un bloque de edificios super alto. Alli tenía una cuarta planta con habitaciones. Aquella si que correspondía con la de las fotos. Nada que ver!! Amplia, limpia, frente a la estación del tren..... No sé si fue error de las chicas, o si cuela,...... Teníamos desayuno incluido. El primer día nos dicen que si queremos mantequilla, mermelada y café, deberíamos de ir al hostal. Pero que para el día siguiente nos traería. El desayuno era fruta, huevo cocido y 2 tostadas de pan. (sin café, ni té)

The staff Is incredibly friendly and helpful, at check-in they helped us planning all of our stay in Zhangjiajie, booking the different attractions for us, giving tips and suggestions for each one. The room was big enough, with a huge bed (I'm talking 300x200cm big, double king-size), and everything was clean. Breakfast service was made available even for early mornings, giving us a lunch bag and letting us use the toaster and boiler as early as we wanted. Made friends with the staff, who even taught us to play mahjong and invited us for a movie night. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region!

El personal fué super simpático con nosotros, el desayuno estaba genial que tenía fruta y huevos (lo agradecimos mucho después de varias semanas por china), la habitación estaba bastante bien, espaciosa, luminosa y más limpia que la media de los hoteles en los que habíamos alojado en china

The staff were excelent. They helped us a lot with our reservation for Avatar Mountain and did there best to fulfill all our requests.

Allthough we had reserved a room in the new building they initialy tried to give us a room in the old building. After we complained, they took us by taxi to the new boulding. Next morning they changed our room in another wich was not as good as the first one. Breakfast was not available at the hotel so thay were bringing food from other places. Unfortunately, we were not given a choice of what to eat. We have already told them that my wife does not eat eggs, but thay still brought eggs for her, so she was legt without breakfast for the aecond day. Hair drier was not working and the wifi was not good at all. TV was there but it didnt had chanels to watch, only paid TV.

チェックインの際、張家界国立森林公園に行く事を伝えると、スタッフの方が詳しくルートを解説してくれました！乗るべきバスや、オススメルートなど、大変助かりました。張家界は何よりエリアが広く、自分だけではここまで楽しめなかったと思います！ なんといってもスタッフの方々はとても親切でフレンドリーです！彼女達と沢山いろんな事を話せましたし、暖かく歓迎していただきました。 また、私は行きませんでしたが、天門山エリアにも近く、周辺にもレストランなどが充実しています。 張家界の観光が素晴らしいものになりました。また張家界を訪れる事があればぜひもう一度泊まりたいです！ 張家界に訪れる際はこのホテルに泊まる事を強くオススメします！

Buena ubicación si llegas en autobús a la estación central de Zhangjiajie y quieres visitar Tianmen. Cerca del teleférico pero lejos de todo lo demás. Sin lujos pero suficiente. Personal muy amable. Desayuno sencillo pero bueno a base de fruta, pan y huevos plancha

Encontramos sabanas con agujeros y algunos pelos. Camas muy duras y mucho gritos en la calle pero por la noche hubo sikencio

No estaba limpio, nos faltaba jabón. El aire acondicionado goteaba.

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was excellent for exploring Zhangjiajie, and the whole place had such a lovely atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, clean and perfect for what we needed after busy days exploring. The breakfast was also fantastic. We honestly couldn't fault our stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. We would definitely stay here again, a real highlight of our trip! ❤️

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti, posizione ottima a Zhangjiajie (vicinissima alla funicolare del monte Tienanmen). Ma la cosa che porteremo nel cuore è stata la gentilezza e disponibilità delle ragazze che gestiscono l'hotel. Giovani e intraprendenti ci hanno dato tanti consigli e raccontato tanto sulla loro vita. Lo consiglio vivamente

Splendid little hotel. Two-minute walk to the cable car, staff held our luggage post-checkout so we could hike. Kettle and tea in the room. Just right.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The two girls at the reception were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They assisted me with booking all the activities I needed and even arranged taxis for my transportation, making my trip completely stress-free. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food, and everything in the hotel was spotless and very well maintained. I truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

La struttura era leggermente fatiscente , purtroppo abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza anche con l'autista consigliato dalla struttura . Forse modificherei un poco la colazione .

Seeing the pictures of the accomodation was already pleasing; and when we arrived, we were greeted with our expectations being exceeded! The staff was generous and kind. Pei Pei had also made our itinerary for our whole stay which was extremely helpful. She even chose to pay for our tickets first and guided us by taking note about the weather or traffic around the city. Our breakfast was served everyday despite it being so early, which gave us the energy for each journey we had until we departed. We really appreciate how wonderful and smooth-sailing our adventure was. And If we were to go back to Zhangjiajie, Edinburgh Hostel is definitely my best option. Thank you so much!

Ah, la belle vue! Woke up to misty peaks straight out of a painting. Breakfast croissant was surprisingly fresh. Charming little terrace for evening wine. Très bien.

¡Olé! Friendly staff, lively atmosphere, and incredible mountain views. They even recommended a hidden tapas spot nearby. Perfect after hiking Zhangjiajie.

Привычный для европейца завтрак: яйца, кофе, тосты, фрукты, быстро и питательно. Очень удобно расположена, недалеко от подъемника на Тяньмэнь, можно дойти пешком. В шаговой доступности магазины, кафе и автобус. Номер брали трехместный просторный,остались довольны.

The hotel is a good choice for budget or solo travel. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. The staff are simply amazing - friendly and helpful. I was able to buy tour tickets through the hotel. That was so helpful. PeiPei at the front desk is wonderful!

The floor in the room was not very clean. The shower in the bathroom put water absolutely everywhere.

A small hotel with great value for money. The owners were incredibly helpful and hospitable. On our first day, we had to be out before breakfast but they gave us packed food to take with us. On our second day, we were an hour late for breakfast but they still made food especially for us which was incredibly kind. Very friendly and I would highly recommend.

Wszystko super: pokoje, śniadania , lokalizacja. Ale właściciele , ich córeczka , a zwłaszcza Peipei cudowni. Wreszczcie można bez tłumacza rozmawiać po angielsku. Peipei niezwykle cierpliwa, poświęciła nam mnóstwo czasu, żeby ułożyć najlepszy dla nas plan zwiedzania i zarezerwować bilety. Z całego serca dziękujemy za pomoc.

The owner was fantastic and she was great when it came to helping purchasing tickets to the park!

The room was a little worn down. There were some patches in the wall. The bathroom, shower, and sink were all in a very small room.

Adorei tudo, o hostel era super limpo, muito bom pequeno almoço, e a simpatia da Pepe foi o melhor! Ela nos ajudou a reservar as excursoes e nos explicou a melhor forma de explorar o parque! Tambem nos deixou fazer um chek out tardio do quarto porque o nosso aviao era á noite, entao podemos aproveitar o dia e ainda vir tomar um banho antes de ir para o aeroporto!

An amazing hotel at great value. The facilities were clean and comfortable. It’s so close to the railway station, bus station and to Tianmen mountain cable car. The host Peipei was so kind and helped me book everything with recommendations, she didn’t overcharge and matched/beat the prices. A very nice stay I would seriously recommend! Free breakfast too from around 8-9 but she even made breakfast for me at 10 when I woke up late.. amazing
