Samui Bayside Luxury Villas

Khun Yaya & team has done a great job in checking us in & out as well as assisting us in our transportation. Villa is clean, serene & the panoramic double bay view is stunning. We had a private chef dinner in the villa on the first night & chef Jay's cooking is awesome. In fact, even better than the restaurant we went in Bophut. We highly recommend her. Overall this is a very enjoyable stay & we hope to come back again.

The pillows & mattress are too soft for our liking. But they provided us additional pillow when we requested for it.

The villa is set on a hillside overlooking the beach and ocean, with a relatively easy walk up. It’s just a few minutes’ walk down to the beach. The location is excellent—a lovely, quiet bayside area just 15–20 minutes by car from the fisherman’s village and Chaweng. Grab taxis are easy to call and readily available. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and well maintained. The team set up a WhatsApp group chat before our stay, which made communication quick and convenient for any requests or questions. The swimming pool was well cared for. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Die Villa (wir hatten Nr. 8) liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke der Insel, was für uns genau richtig war. Fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt wo man auch Geld tauschen und Roller bzw. Autos mieten kann. Außerdem gibt es ein tolles thailändisches Restaurant welches wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können (Reggae Bar & Restaurant). Für alles weitere benötigt man ein Taxi bzw. Mietauto oder Roller. Die Villa selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und bietet einen fantastischen Blick über die Bucht. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und die beiden Hauptschlafzimmer bieten einen Mega Ausblick. Es gibt einen großen Wohnbereich mit einem Tisch und 8 Stühlen sowie eine offene Küche mit einem großen Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster…Es gibt einen Wasserspender für den man günstig das entsprechende Wasser bestellen kann. Zum Privatstrand gibt es einen Zugang durch eine gesicherte Tür zu der man vor Ort den Code erhält. Für uns waren es ca. 5 Minuten Weg. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung lief reibungslos über WhatsApp. Hierüber wurden aufgetretene Probleme gemeldet und es wurde auch zügig reagiert. In der Villa liegt ein ganzer Katalog von Dienstleistungen die man buchen kann (Privatkoch, Massagen, Essensbestellung). Grab liefert ebenfalls in die Villa 😉 Der eigene Infinity Pool und die Terrasse waren toll und wurden täglich genutzt. Alle 3 Tage wurde die Villa gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht. Der Pool wurde innerhalb von 10 Tagen 2x gereinigt.

Das ausgeschriebene 5. Schlafzimmer war nicht nutzbar. Es befindet sich in der Garage und somit ohne Tageslicht. Hinzu kommt eine starke Lärmbelastung durch Pool- und Klimaanlagentechnik, welche sich ebenfalls in der Garage befinden. Wir empfehlen daher die Buchung nur vorzunehmen, wenn man dieses nicht unbedingt braucht. Wir haben dann ausschließlich die anderen Räume genutzt.

Regelmatig vliegtuigen, geen restaurants in buurt, baai welkom te zwemmen maar restaurant is enkel voor gasten 6 Senses park. Besteld eten duurde 2,5u en prijzig. Via Grab wel vlot zowel taxi’s als eten bezorging. Wifi hapert & valt regelmatig weg.

Very quiet & beautiful house, who doesn´t want to wake up to such a view from the bedroom? The location is as described, the villa is fully equipped and beautifully furnished. The area is secured 24/7 and the staff is very friendly. Kids (or parents) can directly use the pool adjacent to the villa first thing in the morning. We relied on ordered food by Grab, otherwise you need to take a cab to get to other restaurants. 7min walk to a nearby small and secluded beach with watersport equipment rental station. Our host was very forthcoming and helpful, also airport pick-up worked out meticously.

It is a bit further away from the main restaurant/nightlife areas of the island, but there is a small supermarkt 5min walking from the house. Other needed supplies can be always ordered by Grab, including supermarket deliveries. For transport we got by with taxi rides via Bolt (arriving usually after 5min at the house) to see other parts of the island, for longer stays however better to rent scooter or a car depending on party size.

It was perfect! The villa has a stunning view over the bay. It is clean and very comfortable. Staff was so helpful, they helped us arrange motorbikes, activities… We really recomend this place.

Good location, good views, everything was neat.

The only thing was staff was not available all the time and they were charging for cleaning everyday.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Samui Bayside Luxury Villa (Villa BB7). We were a group of five staying for six nights, and everything about this experience exceeded our expectations. The villa itself is stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and perfectly maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and taken care of. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it truly felt like a luxury home away from home. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Every wish we had was fulfilled quickly and with genuine kindness—it really made a huge difference. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was simply perfect, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly special and luxurious stay in Koh Samui.

The worst scammers I saw in my life! Arrived at the villa and the ac was broken all over the living room and the rooms. It was over 35 degrees inside the villa. We reported the issue to the staff and they said we should open the windows and they don’t have what to do. We asked to fix it or changed villa and they didn’t answer for 2 hours. After we asked for a refund they called us scammers and declined any refund even they admitted the ac was broken. Total scammers! Do not Book here!! Stunning villa with stunning views, clean and comfortable. The staff were so helpful and nice, they helped us bring all our suitcases up and down the stairs and were available to help any time.

A bit further and will need a taxi anywhere you need to go .

The size the view and the fact its so well equipped - the design is modern and uncluttered and great location - check in and check out super easy and smooth

The place was exceptionally clean. The plunge pool and poolside furniture were perfect. The kitchen was extremely well appointed and bonus points for the coffee machine (and the coffee beans themselves). A great way to start the day.

There were a few very minor issues which were VERY quickly addressed by Jum and the team. (An A/C wouldn't turn off and few issues with the internet). The kitchen was exrtemely well appointed however I couldn't find any tongs and other cooking implements - Not a big problem as we ate out most of the time.

Leute die Villa ist der Hamma. Der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich. Villa ist hochmodern und sehr Sauber. Luxus pur. Personal mega nett. Roller oder Auto ist empfehlenswert.

Мы жили в вилле 15, чисто, комфортно , 3 спальни наверху , одна из спален с шикарным видом на море. Каждая спальня со своей ванной плюс ванная внизу. На первом этаже большая гостиная с кухней , где было все необходимое для готовки. Есть стиральная и сушильная машины. Бассейн теплый , подсветка в вечернее время. На веранде стол и диванная группа . Вид с веранды и бассейна красивый на море, был виден даже краешек заката. Постели удобные. Кондиционеры хорошие. До пляжа недалеко, минут 5 идти . По утрам пляж безлюдный , красивый, уютный, был прилив в наш период, но по вечерам очень мелко при отливе. Поселок вилл охраняемый со шлагбаумом, на территории поселка ухоженно, растения, цветы. Заказывали один раз доставку из ресторана через услуги вилл , привезли в течение часа , стандартные блюда тайской кафешки , все вкусно. Уборка раз в 2 дня, пришли 10 человек и убрались за 10 минут. Ближайший полноценный магазин в 20 минутах ходьбы. При входе есть маленький магазинчик с водой, мороженным, снеками и предметами первой необходимости. По вечерам ездили на разные пляжи поужинать, такси приезжает быстро. Нам все очень понравилось , было комфортно провести 5 дней, можно было бы и дольше.

Tolle, neue Villa mit schöner Aussicht aufs Meer und kleinem Infinity Pool. Sehr ruhige Gegend von Ko Samui. Check in und Check out war problemlos und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir können die Villa absolut empfehlen und würden wieder kommen.

Es ist etwas abseits. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto/ Roller oder ist auf das Taxi angewiesen. Das ist nicht negativ, sollte man bei der Buchung nur wissen.

*A/C was not working properly and host could not fix it. *they wanted to charge us few drinks that they left in the fridge nevertheless, on check in they did not stated it is as a mini bar drinks but actually opposite, they presented as welcome drinks

Absolutely beautiful villa. Views were amazing. Very friendly welcome & departure. The villa is so well equipped, very spacious and beds so comfortable. A little out of the main areas, but that suited us perfectly……total relaxation here and so easy to get Grab for taxi, food deliveries, or groceries.

Stunning location overlooking a bay and insanely good views. In a secure community with a small shop serving basic needs too. Property was better than described; strongly recommended. Note; photos cover all apartments available and aren’t necessarily the one you’re booking. Everything was made so easy for us; you can order food via WhatsApp & taxis - excellent 5* service.

AC batteries in one bedroom didn’t work. Shower seemed to run hot then cold and wouldn’t stay at temp. I’m sure owners will fix

I loved our stay with Samui Bayside. The views from the villa were spectacular and the little beach below was an easy walk and beautiful.

We rented the villa and rented a car, no meals included, we loved the location and the villa, great for family travel. All ensuite. master room has a fabulous view and balcony lovely and bright, other 2 rooms face closely to the neighbours and quite dark, no view. We did experience no blinds on the neighbouring villa which is extremely close, which was not good but thats not the fault of our villa, I would go back and hope the neighbours get some blinds :) Staff were very nice and very obliging, the pool and common areas have all you need to enjoy your stay, good coffee was provided, great views from the pool area. beach walking distance which was very nice. A quite beach, not busy, just what we love. perfect for us.

Spectacular villa with great views, located 2 minutes walk from the beach. Great air-conditioning, secluded, and a lovely infinity pool. Well-sized bedrooms with en-suites ensures for an easy family stay.

We had arranged for early check-in (we initially booked the night prior to ensure access, as we were happy to pay, but the villa assured us this wasn't necessary and offered us complimentary early check-in due to the length of our stay). 2 days prior to arrival the villa told us that we could no longer check-in early, that they'd booked another family in to stay (despite having cancelled our initial booking for this night). When queried on this the manager simply stopped replying. This was stressful particularly when travelling with my parents who are a bit older. Separately, the water also stopped working overnight at one point but was fixed relatively quickly.

The property is as beautiful as the pictures show. The views were incredible. We found that kitchen was well enough stocked but we only had a party of four. The house was comfortable and suited us well. It has what you need such as having a bbq, an outside fridge, outside lounge and dining. Inside had a stove, fridge, toaster oven, blender, coffee machine, toaster, plus plactic and glass glassware. I’m sure they don’t have everything but it felt like enough for us. The housekeeping came everyfew days to refresh the villa. The management team was easy and quick to communicate with. We had a small baby with us and the management team was quick to help us sort a high chair which was appreciated. We truely loved our stay and would recommend it to others looking for a beautiful place to relax - love watching the sunset from the porch.

As other people say, it’s away from things and taxis aren’t that cheap. However if you has a scooter or a car it would be fine as it’s not THAT far. There is a small beach and store in walking distance. We also found to restaurants nearby so it wasn’t so bad and we were here to relax mostly at the villa but could see this as a deterrent.

I miei 8 amici ed io, siamo stati ospiti di una di queste meravigliose ville. Personale gentilissimo super attento ad ogni nostra esigenza (hanno persino fatto un gruppo whatsapp con me per poter comunicare più rapidamente ed efficacemente). Sono venuti a prenderci con un van al Pier più lontano (con un piccolo extra costo). Non ci hanno chiesto il deposito perché si sono fidati di noi ed è stato un gesto molto apprezzato. Pulizie ogni 2 giorni, frigo sempre pieno di cose da bere e cestino di cose da mangiare. Acqua gratuita. Avevamo 3 stanze e 3 bagni al piano della piscina, con anche stanza lavanderia e un appartamentino al piano di sotto. Abbiamo goduto di albe e tramonti mozzafiato, bagni in piscina in ogni momento e il piacere, con quella vista, di cenare a casa. It felt like home, thank you! ♥️🙏🏼🇹🇭

שהינו בווילה מספר 20. וילה מקסימה. חדרים מרווחים שלכל אחד מהם שירותים ומקלחת צמודים. נוף פנורמי נפלא של הים עם שקיעות נפלאות מידי ערב. בריכה מקסימה ושתי דקות הליכה לחוף ים יפהפה. זמינות טובה של הצוות. קרוב לחלק מאתרי קוסמוי אך שקט מאוד ומתאים למי שרוצים להיות הרחק מהעומס והרעש. מטבח מאובזר, מכונת כביסה ויבוש וכל מה שצריך לשהיה נוחה. מסעדות נמצאות במרחק נסיעה לא גדו, ואפשר להזמין ארוחות ב-GRAB ממסעדות שונות. בנוסף אספו אותנו בוואן נוח מהמעבורת עד לווילה ביום הראשון. מומלץ בחום.

אחד מ-5 החדרים נמצא בקומת הקרקע ומנותק משאר החדרים. לא השתמשנו בו. חלק קטן מאוד מנהגי המוניות סירבו לעלות עד פתח הווילה. אבל לרוב ההתניידות היתה נוחה מאוד.

L’emplacement est magique

Loved the view, it was Amazing!!! The villa was beautiful, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The staff were excellent. Beds were very comfortable.

The pictures of the outside space are very misleading. We had pictures of a much bigger space which must have been of a different villa. Also, the fifth bedroom was under the villa, just off the garage. This worked okay for us but was a bit strange and should probably be mentioned in the description of the villa.

Willa bardzo na plus. Bardzo czysto. W kuchni wszystkie potrzebne przybory. Sypialnie wygodne, przy każdej osobna łazienka. Basen czysty, woda ok. Gospodarze pomocni.

Minusem willi jest jej położenie. Niby blisko plaży a tak naprawdę to daleko (ok 3 km). Plaża wąska dla mnie po prostu brzydka. Jeżeli ktoś chciałby poleżeć na plaży to ta Willa tego nie ułatwia. Przespać się, posiedzieć nad basenem, jako baza wypadowa na wycieczki po wyspie ok.

Everything was exactly as described. Absolutely stunning views, and a truly beautiful villa. The staff were particularly helpful and attentive - especially Jum. All of the amenities worked perfectly. The furnishings were very comfortable and everything was in perfect condition. The beds were very good and sleep quality was excellent. But you really need a car to get pretty much anywhere.

Part of the driveway is very steep.

We liked the position, the serenity and the view. The accommodation was clean, modern and clean and comfortable.
