There wasn’t anything to dislike about this beautiful property.

Superb facilities. Outstanding team especially Barbara and Mario who were incredibly helpful. The location is perfect - easy access to the town and just a couple of minutes from the main cable cars. The facilities are exceptional throughout. Thank you !

We had a great stay at Residence Cesa Sassela. Everything was very nice, clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. A special mention to Mario, who was absolutely great, very friendly, helpful and always available to drive us into town when needed. He made everything much easier and was genuinely a pleasure to deal with. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

1，民宿在山坡上，是传统的小木屋。一楼有个小前台，方便找到管理员。适合自驾开车的人，院子方便停车。如果不是开车，要走路去吃饭以及去两个缆车站，需要走很多山路。如果不自驾，建议住小镇中心比较方便。 2，我们定的是2个房间+1个客厅，很宽敞舒适。窗外可以俯瞰整个小镇，阳台正对面就是去休斯山谷的缆车站的山坡。景色挺好。 3，民宿自己建了一个很隐秘很直很陡的下山长楼梯，方便直接抄近道下山吃饭，可以少走很多路。

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 5. The view is amazing. The apartment is a short walk into town and to the 3 lifts. The hotel staff, Barbara and Mario, were extremely welcoming.

The staff is very helpful to transport the luggage from the carpark to my booking apartment. Besides., he also carry us from the apartment to the cable car station.

One room door is difficult to properlly closed as the wood floor us swelled.

The hosts were fabulous. Mario was very helpful. It was exceptionally clean. The facility location and view was off the main center. By being off the center you had less tourist traffic. It is walkable but prepare for the hill walk on the return.

Beautiful property and facilities clean and new.

A couple minor things that would have made our stay even better: black out curtains in bedrooms, one bedroom had lights from garage shining through all night. It was warm weather and there was only a comforter on beds, a thin sheet would have been nice. Also could have used a few more essentials in the kitchen (sponge, spatula, oil, vinegar).

As a group the location with the views and the facilities eg pool jacuzzi courtesy bus. The host was lovely, extremely helpful and knowledgeable with excellent English.

As a group the only negative comment would be darker curtains on the patio doors.

Comfortable apartment with spectacular view

The room was well appointed, and we did not expect all of the amazing amenities, such as the hot tub, pool, and saunas! The owner met us at the desk and she could not have been nicer to us. The view was amazing, everything was clean and well done. A very stylish place to say the least. I hope to come back in the winter time to this very hotel!!

Goed en modern appartement dichtbij de Seceda lift met wellness. Weliswaar enigszins uit het centrum, maar met haal- en brengservice naar de 2 liften in het dorp en de mogelijkheid ontbijt te bestellen is dit geen enkel issue.

The host was absolutely amazing! Everything we needed was done to our satisfaction, the rooms were cleaned daily with extra care and they even organized my makeup every day 😅 Super lovely host and reception ladies. Great facilities and a large kitchen for cooking, super large rooms with big bathroom and lovely balcony and Terrance.

We had a bit of problems with the water pressure but it was fixed right away and everything was fine.

Struttura davvero bella in posizione panoramica, appartamenti molto appaganti, ben arredati, studiati e completi di tutto. Personale gentilissimo, e vista la posizione in leggera altura, autista sempre disponibile ad accompagnarvi e riprenderti in centro.

Non c'erano i calici, ma solo normali bicchieri per bere un buon bicchiere di vino, eheh! Scherzo.

This beautiful accommodation had an amazing view from the apartment and a private outdoor area. The pool and spa facilities were top notch and Barbara was the best host answering all our questions and greeting us all through our stay with kindness and a smile. We would love to stay in this lovely location again.

Very very clean. Room was spacious. Hot tub with a view was great.

Parking and location was difficult. Sauna and steam room was small, so small you couldn’t lay down in them. For what it’s worth, the hotel didn’t offer a sit down breakfast option. I’m surprised this hotel was rated so highly, after 3 other stays in the Dolomites, this was our least favorite. Seems more like a 3 star.

桑拿是男女共用，對我們文化較難以適應。 枕頭有點過軟。 到處健行，回飯店的路上須走一大段上坡，在一天的疲憊後還這樣走回家有點崩潰哈哈。

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana dal 10 al 17 gennaio ‘26 , la struttura è veramente bella , le camere come gli appartamento sono impeccabili, una pulizia così approfondita e’ difficile da trovare ,tutto splende complimenti alle signore che si occupano giornalmente degli alloggi e degli spazi comuni , tutto lo staff molto gentile, … ci rimarranno nel cuore Arthur e sua moglie che ci hanno accolto nella struttura con una gentilezza difficile da trovare, ci hanno supportato ed accontentato in ogni nostra richiesta ….. grazie di cuore ❤️

We had a positive experience with the hotel's location, very nice staff and room comfort, but encountered significant difficulty reaching the hotel by car because the access road was obstructed and very narrow.

شقة مجهزه بكامل الاحتياجات ونظيفة، الموظفين متعاونين فيه تنظيف يومي للشقة و فيها مواقف، واعتقد عندهم خدمة يوصلونكم للسنتر تحت بس في اوقات محددة.

المشكلة في الطرق نفسها انها نوعا ما صعبه وضيقة ولكن ممكن تنزل مشي للسنتر تقريبا 15 دقيقة وفيه طريق مختصر من الشقة يختصر لك نصف المسافة تقريبا.

This is a seriously stunning property. With palatial views over the Val Gardena valley and the imposing pinnacles of the Odle / Geisler group watching over from the south-east ridge opposite Seceda, you will be blown away. It’s a steep 20–30 minute walk from town, but don’t be daunted — the property provides a courtesy driver, the wonderful Artur, who will ferry you up and down during most daylight hours. Just a short downhill walk leads to the Seceda gondola, which then provides travelators to descend into town or return up to Seceda. The area is excellent for biking and walking. The town itself may lack a bit of distinctive charm, but the locals were friendly and there is a solid selection of shops, restaurants and bars. The property has been superbly renovated and boasts great amenities, including an indoor pool and a hot tub with a powerful jet feature — perfect after 20,000+ steps. In the penthouse you’ll find blackout blinds everywhere, strong air conditioning, and amazingly comfortable beds. The showers have superb water pressure, and the lounge and dining areas are impressively spacious. There’s a lovely balcony for drying clothes or catching some rays. Barbara is a wealth of local knowledge and an absolute delight to talk to.

The kitchen was great but it could benefit from a few extra basics in the way of pots, pans and utensils, and notably it lacked an oven.

Lovely views and excellent facilities. We had a beautiful apartment which big bathrooms which was perfect for a group of friends. Very helpful and friendly staff but the best part was spa, pool and steam room after a day out walking. Couldn’t have been better. As other reviews have said, it’s a hard walk back from town uphill, especially with shopping! We quickly learned to use the bus which drops you right outside the apartment! We also enjoyed cooking for dinner and staying in after our big walks.

Barbara was fantastic and very helpful. The staff was great too.

Cesa Sassela is a hidden gem. The owner has gone out of her way to make the stay comforting, clean and luxurious. From the time we entered the staff was nothing but kind and helpful. The apartments were spacious, clean and well thought out. Our favorite part was the heated, indoor pool and the hot tub with the view of the mountains. We also loved the aromatherapy shower and spa area. They really thought of everything during the renovation. When you think of a dolomite experience, this is the place to stay. We are on the next leg of our trip and already missing casa sassela. I wish we had stayed a week. We hope to be back someday!

Beautiful location in hills of Ortisei. Really large apartment setup for long stays and groups. Nice outdoor areas and spa facilities were wonderful. Parking onsite made everything easy.

خرافي بكل ماتعنية الكلمة من معنى.. نظافة وتصميم وخدمة ويوجد شتل خاص بالفندق يوصلك للسنتر ويرجعك متى ما احتجت.. اطلاله ولا اروع.. ملاحظة: مدخل الفندق جاي على نزلة لكن ليس عائق يوحد ايضا حديقه صغيره فيها مراجيح للاطفال.. حتما سأكرر التجربة في نفس الفندق بدون تردد

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Cesa Sassela in Ortisei. The location is excellent, near to the cable cars for Seceda and Rasciesa, making it perfect for exploring the Dolomites. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is impressively large. An added bonus is the indoor pool, which is great for relaxing after a day outdoors. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Ortisei!

My daughters and I absolutely loved this place. The space is spacious, spotless, and exceptionally well-managed, with incredibly thoughtful services (they even offer a shuttle to help with getting up and down the hill!). All the staff are so helpful and warm. The pool is beautiful and pristine, and we especially adored the gummy bear treats at the front desk. We truly fell in love with this place and would come back in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at this property. The place was clean, offered housekeeping everyday, beds were comfortable, and they also had laundry facilities on site for a fee. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub during our stay! They also offer shuttle service during certain times of the day to/from downtown Ortisei. Our only wants were we wish there was air conditioning (AC) and screens on windows to keep bugs out. We knew there was no AC when we booked; we just stayed during an abnormally hot time. It makes sense why AC is not common in Ortisei since it normally doesn't get in the upper 80s (degrees in fahrenheit). We still loved our stay and would definitely come back!
