Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very spacious with plenty of storage, and the air conditioning worked amazingly, especially in the Rome heat! The bathroom was also lovely, modern, spacious and very clean, and the shower was great. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee and crostatas, which were such a nice touch. Having a supermarket right next door was extremely convenient too. Overall, the room was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.
The main downside was the noise, as street noise could be quite loud and the soundproofing inside wasn’t the best, so you could sometimes hear other guests using their bathrooms. We also noticed that if the balcony door was left open, ants could come into the room. There is also no elevator, which is worth keeping in mind if you have heavy luggage.

Δυστυχώς η reception κλείνει στις 16:00. Θα βοηθούσε αν παρέμενε περισσότερες ώρες ανοιχτή.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026The property was clean, with a very comfortable bed that was perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. It was in a great location, close to Flaminio Metro Station and within walking distance of Vatican City. There was also a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it really easy to get around
The only downside was that there was no safe in the room and the wardrobe space was quite limited.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026This hotel is a good budget option. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. Staff cleaned rooms everyday. It was easy to stay in communication with front desk via WhatsApp. Location was in a less busy area.
The hotel is on part of the 3rd (or second) floor of an office building. You must walk up one flight of stairs to get to an elevator. With luggage this can be difficult. It is not staffed 24/7, only 0700-1600. The key to the room is a physical old school key (not key card) and you have to use the key to lock the door once inside the room. So if there was an issue, like a fire, I could see this has a big safety hazard. Finding the key and trying to unlock it in a rush would be difficult. We had a stroller and it would not fit through the main entrance of the building unless it was during normal business hours and the had both doors open. And again, had to carry the stroller up a flight of stairs to get to elevator.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026The hotel staff were so lovely and friendly. We liked our room and the aircon was excellent. It’s in a pretty good location too. It was my birthday whilst staying there and the staff made up the room with a massage and balloons which I thought was a very sweet touch! We felt our room was clean and a good size for two of us.
The pillows were a bit flat. It is noisy, however we were prepared with ear plugs. Ultimately you are staying city with lots of people

Did not end up staying as it was situated in an office block style building. Didn’t feel like a hotel at all. Canceled booking soon arrival and felt like I was sold a completely different experience.

The property did not look like the images at all. Firstly, this is not a ‘hotel’, the property is on the first floor within a very outdated office building. The room was very dirty and the furniture was tired and worn. Wallpaper was pealing off the walls and there were chunks out of the furniture and chipped paint. The bathroom walls were covered in dampness in all 4 corners and the curtains did not cover the entire window either. We did not end up staying as planned and found another property instead due to all of these issues. We do not recommend this property at all.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Pulizia, ordine, aria condizionata, macchina del caffè in camera, metro vicina (quando va è comoda), accesso con codice comodo per portone e porta dell’appartamento, sistemano la camera bene nei giorni successivi, supermercato comodo sotto casa per qualche acquisto, palazzo molto bellino con l’ambasciata del Gambo e una bella hall.
Bagno con zone rialzate, fare attenzione Servirebbe anche codice o doppia chiave per le porte delle camere (anche se capisco andrebbe cambiato tutte le volte…)

Reviewed May 25, 2026La posizione è perfetta a 20 minuti a piedi dallo stadio olimpico e 5 minuti dalla metro A Lepanto e 10 minuti a piedi da piazza del popolo. In dotazione abbiamo apprezzato le crostatine, l’acqua e le capsule per la macchinetta, il balconcino molto carino. Questo apart-hotel ha del potenziale, essendo del settore proporrei di cambiare i numeri attaccati alle camere, quegli sticker non sono molto eleganti. La ragazza della reception molto gentile e cordiale.
La pulizia non era ottimale, c’era della polvere sopratutto nel lampadario. Nel bagno potrebbero aggiungere una cuffietta per la doccia o dischetti struccanti

Die Wände im Zimmer waren etwas heruntergekommen. Der Blick hinten raus vom Balkon war nicht schön, auch wenn das Hotel nichts dafür kann.

Reviewed May 16, 2026we paid for a double room. the air conditioning worked fast as the room was quite small. the location was perfect, very walkable to the centre and public transport. staff were genuinely so lovely. very cozy and comfy place. they asked if we wanted to keep our luggage by the reception, since our flight was a bit later.
walls are pretty thin, we unfortunately got very loud neighbours that disturbed our sleep
