Rooms and sea view is beautiful

Location is difficult to walk out, small streets with incline and decline makes your walk to nearest areas difficult, if you have elder members in your group you need always taxi

Очень приветливый персонал, многие знают русский язык, готовы помочь и подсказать. Удобное расположение на тихой улице, очень близко к площади Султанахмет, рядом есть очень хорошее по соотношению цена/качество итальянское кафе, и многие другие кафе, рестораны и магазины. Вид на море, просторный номер, кондиционер и прочая техника работали исправно, ежедневная уборка. Завтраки одни и те же примерно, но выбора достаточно, и голодным точно не уйдешь.

Немного уставший ремонт в санузле, под кроватью очень много пыли и грязи. Постельное белье чистое, но в катышках. Нет халатов. Из туалетных принадлежностей - не было зубной пасты и щеток, освежителя воздуха

For the price I would have liked better amenities esp the cosmetics like soap / shampoo was very cheap the breakfast spread was good but the quality could be better esp of the coffee machine was quite cheap

The outstanding customer service, the team went out of their way to be helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. It was my birthday while we were in Istanbul and the hotel organised a birthday cake to be delivered to our room - this was a very pleasant and thoughtful surprise.

There was nothing to dislike about our stay.

The room was way too hot! We had to keep the windows open and then the cats kept us awake. We could adjust the heat but there wasn’t any way to cool with AC.

Breakfast was amazing, great diversity in food. Staff was very helpful and the location was amazing - a lot of interest points are reachable by foot and there's public transports near by. There's also several supermarkets and a lot of restaurants around the hotel.

El hotel está muy muy bien ubicado (a menos de 10 minutos a pie de la plaza central). El personal es muy atento y aunque nuestra habitación no era muy amplia, estaba muy limpia y fue cómoda para los días que estuvimos. El desayuno está súper bien (cantidad y calidad) y el restaurante tiene unas vistas magníficas.

Отличный отель. Я считаю один из лучших в этом районе. Чисто, свежий ремонт. Обслужил менеджер Турхан, 👍🏻вежливый и внимательный, говорит на русском, бесплатно сделал апгрейд, так как был низкий сезон. И это было очень приятное начало отпуска☺️ Завтрак хороший с видом на море.

It is a few minutes walk from the Sultanahmet mosque. clean and fresh rooms. very good bed mattress

I would appreciate if they could have cleaned the window so I would have enjoyed the view, but this is just my feedback.

Beautifull view and the location

Location is good. Staff is very helpful at the desk and coceirge. Breakfast staff doesn't understand English.

Room sizes are a bit small. Thankfully they had a bigger room available so we switched to a deluxe room. Breakfast doesn't have cut fruit.

Skvělá lokalita, hezké ubytování, příjemný recepční a chutné snídaně s pěkným výhledem na moře. Voda káva a čaj na pokoji potěšily.

Vše bylo fajn, jen snídaně byly každý den úplně stejné. Menší obměna by potěšila.

Výborná lokalita hotela v starom meste. Izba bola čistá, personál veľmi milí. Raňajky by mohli trocha obmienať alebo pridať väčší výber.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado al lado de las mezquitas, alrededor hay restaurantes y supermercado. La parada del tranvía esta a 5 minutos, la verdad es que si tuviéramos que volver a Estambul no nos importaría repetir en el mismo hotel.

Nos gusto todo en general, pero por decir algo, en la sala de desayunos hacia un poco de frio.

Отличная локация, до ипподрома 5 минут пешком. Рядом куча кафе, а также продуктовых и сувенирных магазинов. В 5 минутах в другую сторону - гранд базар. На ресепшен приветливые работники, оперативно отвечали на вопросы, решали вопросы.

На мой взгляд, уборка некачественная и поверхностная. Полы не мыли ни разу, тапочки выдавали тольк по просьбе.

The breakfast area had a fantastic view of the city. It was a good breakfast with multiple choices and drinks. The location was great.

Room was a little small and the TV didn't have any good stations.

В отеле невероятно отзывчивый персонал. Бесплатно изменили номер на более высокую категорию только потому, что моя мама была первый раз заграницей. Хорошие завтраки. Отель очень близко к центру, в пешей доступности все топовые локации. Ежедневна уборка без нареканий. С удовольствием ремонтную отель. Вид из окна на 10/10.

No clear communication with reception as they change personnel. The next person was not sure on my additional booking.

Confort, curatenie, pozitia hotelului foarte aproape de Grand Bazar, Hagia Sofia, Moscheea Albastra si Palatul Topkapi. Impresionanta privelistea de la terasa unde luam micul dejun.

Ogni volta che andiamo a Istanbul scegliamo questo albergo, piuttosto, se non c’è disponibilità, cambiamo la data del viaggio. La posizione, centrale ma tranquilla, le camere, la sala colazione con una vista incantevole…..quando ripartiamo lasciamo un pezzetto del nostro cuore!

Atrašanās vieta - ideāla, dažu minūšu gājienā no apskates objektiem, tuvumā veikali, kafejnīcas. Brokastis, plaša izvēle, garšīgas. Neliels mīnuss, visi siltie ēdieni (ieskaitots karstmaizītes) varētu būt tiešām karsti

El recepcionista excelente, y el personal en general muy atentos, fue mi cumpleaños y nos sorprendieron con un pastel con velitas. La limpieza muy buena, el desayuno muy ricos los panes y quesos. La ubicación un 10! Tienes variedad de restaurantes alrededor, para elegir.

Cuando entramos la recepción no era como en las fotos, pero todo lo demás sí. La habitación es pequeña pero con unas vistas espectaculares. No es recomendable el spa hamman que recomiendan en todos los hoteles, busquen opciones por su cuenta si quieren hacerse un masaje o peeling.

Wie ich schon gesagt habe, nur die Lage und der Ausblick (und das Personal ist freundlich) haben meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Alles andere ist unter dem Durchschnitt. Das Frühstück ist mehr als dürftig – wir haben 6 Tage lang nur Eier gegessen. Die Bilder auf Booking haben mit der Realität nicht viel gemeinsam. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Turistleri kandırdıklarını biliyordum ama otellerin de buna dahil olduğunu bilmiyordum. Bize 231 dolara mal olan Boğaz akşam turu için teşekkürler (meğer gerçek fiyatı 70 dolarmış). Onun dışında her şey iyiydi. I knew that tourists sometimes get scammed, but I didn’t know that hotels were involved in it as well. Thank you for the Bosphorus evening tour, which ended up costing us $231 (it actually costs $70). Other than that, everything was fine. Я знал что туристов разводят, но не знал что отели в этом участвуют. Спасибо вам за вечер по Босфору который нам обошлось 231$ ( оказывается на самом деле стоит 70$). А в остальном всё хорошо.

Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Betten sehr bequem. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
