The Clark Marriott Hotel is a wonderful resort complex that offers everything you could possibly need for a truly comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and mattress, as well as a fantastic shower. What I particularly appreciated, apart from the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room, was the beautiful view of North Clark from the windows. The room was also bright and well-lit, which made it very comfortable to work and spend long periods of time there. The complex offers a variety of restaurants, where you can always enjoy a very good lunch or dinner. The staff are also wonderful — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help whenever needed. For anyone staying in Clark or the surrounding area, I highly recommend this hotel. In my opinion, it is one of the best hotels in the Philippines that I have ever had the pleasure of staying at.

By far Marriott Clark and Manila respectively are the best hotels we’ve ever stayed. As a platinum elite member, we’ve stayed in Marriott hotels in Europe, North America and Asia but I think Clark hits the 5-star mark as far as customer service, staff dedication and professionalism is concerned. I am a Filipino-American so I maybe a bit biased in my assessment but I truly feel at home during my stays here at Clark. Where else have you stayed where the staff meets you with a friendly “good morning sir/maam” every time. For me these simple gestures make me really feel at home. Shoutout to hard working staff at the M Lounge (Jon, Benedict, Nicole, Menard, Fherds), breakfast buffet (Darci, JR) and pool bar (Christian) …you guys rock! Now for my not so pleasant experience during my current stay. Last Tuesday, the hotel opened up the kitchen to allow some guests to see how the culinary staff work behind the scenes in preparing their dishes. At the same time, guests are invited to taste and enjoy the food. There was a group of my pinoy kababayans who may have misunderstood the concept as “ take all you want “. These folks were filling up their plates and hoarding them on the side. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing and I can see the uneasiness of the staff as they were working and taking care of the other guests. I even joked…”pwede pala ganyan?…at least if you guys ran out of food, tell guests to go to their stash:). As a Filipino, I felt embarrassed and wondered what the foreigners were thinking. More importantly, I felt bad for the hard working staff who endured this excruciating experience. Just a friendly reminder to my kababayans, konting finesse naman po tayo. This was meant to be wholesome event pero ginawa niyong piyesta sa barrio. That’s all I’m saying.

I recently spent four nights at Marriott Hotel Clark, and I can confidently say it was one of the finest hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I pulled up to the property until my final check-out, every single detail was handled with excellence, warmth, and the kind of professional service that the Marriott brand is famous for. If you are looking for luxury, convenience, and genuine hospitality in the Clark area, this is absolutely the place to be. Arrival & Service Right from the entrance, the experience felt premium. The driveway and grounds are beautifully landscaped, well-maintained, and spacious, giving a sense of calm even before you step inside. The doormen and bell staff greeted us with warm smiles, assisted with our luggage immediately, and guided us smoothly to the lobby. The lobby itself is grand yet inviting — modern, elegantly designed, with high ceilings, comfortable seating areas, and a bright, airy atmosphere. Check-in was fast and efficient. The front desk team was incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive. They explained all the hotel facilities clearly, gave us recommendations for local attractions and dining spots around Clark, and even offered us a complimentary welcome drink while we waited briefly. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered — from housekeeping to restaurant servers, security, and management — was consistently friendly, respectful, and ready to assist with any request, no matter how small. It is rare to see such high standards maintained across every department. Rooms & Accommodations Our room was absolutely outstanding. We booked a Deluxe King Room, and it exceeded all our expectations. It was very spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and warm lighting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, fitted with high-quality linens and pillows that made sleeping feel like a true luxury — I had some of the best rest I’ve had while traveling. All amenities were thoughtfully provided: a large flat-screen smart TV, a well-stocked minibar, a work desk perfect for business travelers, a safe, and multiple charging ports. The Wi-Fi was fast, stable, and free throughout the room and hotel — great for both work and streaming. The bathroom was equally impressive: large, spotless, with a separate rain shower and bathtub, excellent water pressure, instant hot water, and premium toiletries. The best part? Even though the hotel is close to major roads and areas, the soundproofing was excellent — we heard zero outside noise, ensuring total peace and quiet. Dining & Facilities The dining options at Marriott Hotel Clark are fantastic. We had breakfast daily at their all-day dining restaurant, and it was truly impressive. The buffet spread was extensive, featuring a wonderful mix of international favorites — fresh pastries, breads, cereals, fruits, and cold cuts — as well as delicious local Filipino dishes, made-to-order eggs, noodles, and a great selection of hot beverages. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and constantly replenished, and the staff made sure our tables were cleared and reset quickly. We also tried dinner at their specialty restaurant one evening, and the food was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and served with great care. The coffee shop and bar area were also lovely spots to relax in the evening, with a great atmosphere and good drink selections. The hotel’s facilities are well above average. The swimming pool area is spacious, clean, and surrounded by lush greenery — perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The fitness center is large, bright, and fully equipped with modern cardio and strength-training machines, plus free water and towels. There is also a spa on-site offering various treatments, and the business center and meeting facilities are modern and well-equipped, making this hotel ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Location & Value Marriott Hotel Clark is in an excellent location. It is conveniently situated within the Clark Freeport Zone, close to Clark International Airport, major business parks, shopping centers, golf courses, and popular tourist spots. It is very easy to get around, and the area is safe and well-maintained. Even though it offers 5-star luxury and service, the pricing is very reasonable, giving excellent value for money. Final Thoughts Staying here was more than just a place to sleep — it was a truly enjoyable experience. The Marriott Hotel Clark team clearly cares about their guests, and it shows in every interaction and every detail. I left feeling rested, satisfied, and eager to return. This year, we stayed almost 40 nights here at Marriott Clark. We enjoyed everything and everyone here, especially at the MClub. The staff is very accommodating and warm. From the jolly Chefs, to the food attendants and the receptionists. Jon is the sweetest, and Leo, Ah Leo, would go way beyond for every guest/s needs. The service that anyone deserves. I picked this property for a short FamGetaway. I have to say… Clark Marriott did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in- Allen, the concierge already made us feel that it’s going to be a great stay. The BOH Team went above and beyond; CarJM, Archi, Decerie, Joan kudos to their Team Leaders- Apollo and Charmaine. Leo from MLounge was great. We had a wonderful time at the on site WuXing. I am departing today and I am sad to leave this place. This is my first time writing a review for a hotel before departing. That's how impressed I am by Clark Marriott Hotel. This is not my first time staying here. I was here in 2023 and had a wonderful experience. After 3 years, I came back pleased that the excellent service remained consistent and they raised the bar even higher. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and the check-in process was easy. We chose to self-park the car but they do offer valet services. I appreciate the level of security here. Every piece of luggage is scanned and every guest goes through metal detectors. Our bellman, Allen, took care of our luggage right away. Sam, the Guest Services Manager, checked us in and he told me that I was upgraded to a Deluxe Suite with M Club lounge access. What a great start to the stay already! The room was not available but I was offered to get the kids in the swimming pool while we wait. Sam went above and beyond to take us to the pool area and endorse us with the staff so that we can avail services even though we do not have a room key yet. The pool attendants are gracious and friendly. Also, an important detail - pool water is heated. While my husband and kids are swimming, I decided to wait in the M Club lounge and relax there. Leo, the M Club host, took notice and did all he could to find me an available room. And he did! I probably only waited for less than an hour and voila! Our suite is ready. Suites here are spacious with a King master bedroom, full living room, and 1.5 bathrooms. The only comment I might make is that the suite does not have a working desk (perhaps for future renovation? ;) ) BonVoy Elite recognition here is indeed on the elite level. I was recognized multiple times and upon checking in to the room, a birthday cake from Sam and Leo was waiting for me along with a special dessert amenity for Marriott BonVoy members. We went on this trip to celebrate a special milestone birthday for me and the experience at Clark Marriott did not disappoint. We tried the food offerings at the M Club lounge and were quite impressed. They had a fresh lumpia station and it was one of the best I've ever had. I went back and forth for coffee and drinks at the lounge and staff are friendly and accommodating each time. Then I had to try out the Quan Spa of course. FYI - access to the Hydrolounge js included with your stay so don't skip that. They have an impressive list of services anf let me tell you that the experience is divine - I did massage and facial. It started with a foot bath ritual then a 90-min customized massage followed by a hydrating facial. Cris took great care of me and I have never been this relaxed. After the treatment, I was presented a mini birthday cake again. And because it was my birthday, they also gave me a discount. So thoughtful! The stay also comes with daily breakfast and I recommend using that at Goji. It is a world-class breakfast buffet spread. I already did a separate review of Goji. But I want to add a special mention again to Rinoa, our server and Chef Robin who made us feel like we were the only guests at the entire hotel. The level of attention they gave us os more than what we deserve. Onething that is absolutely consistent in this hotel is the thoughtful and friendly staff. Upon learning that I am celebrating my birthday month, I was once again presented with a cake and warm greetings from the staff. I am deeply moved by this entire hotel. Housekeeping is on point and request for services (towels, ice, extra bedding) was always quick and efficient. The high level of service, friendliness, genuine care, and hospitality is not just coming from one department. It is deeply rooted in the DNA of the entire Clark Marriott hotel. So impressive! I usually save my BonVoy points for St. Regis and Ritz Carlton hotels but I am so happy I decided to use them at Clark Marriott. I will be back again and again, I promise.

Amazing and welcoming!! Always great coming back to the Philippines, but everyone made me feel so at home as usual. Especially, Kuya John and Kuya Blue! They were super sweet and helpful. Always greeted with a smile, and look forward to seeing them! And also Kuya RJ and Kuya Cesar too! The facilities were clean and the staff made everyday so much better! This is an overall review of a short stay that I had in April. Many of the staff that i had the privilege of interacting with were interns and I was unaware of that due to the polished nature of their service. Most are completing the final week of the internship and I wanted to review for them Jamaica in the pool bar. Great service and positive attitude she was very knowledgable on mixology Kristian in the Mclub thank you for offering me items since i had just missed the service time and Aaron at the pool. Thank you all for the great service and good luck. You will do well. I also wanted to say that I was greated warmly at the front desk by Jennina and she assisted with everything setting my room up and ensuring my several bags made it to the room efficiently. All the perks of the hotel were explained in detail. The bellman Carlo did an outstanding job of helping me get situated in my room for the stay. Lemmar for room service delivered my order and then realized that what I ordered was not sufficient so she went and brought additional items quickly. June Dela Cruz was so attentive on cleaning the room and asked if I needed additional items for the room to make my stay more pleasant. Also Railla at the pool bar recommended a couple of local beers and entrees that did not disappoint. Thank you everyone for a wonderful stay. The only thing better than the weather was the service. And finally I wanted to say that Cess in the Mclub was busy preparing for the evening meals but ahe took the time to say hello and we were able to discuss some of the wonderful nuances of being a chef in a place where the standards are set very high than you for enlightening me on many details.

We attended a conference at the Marriott Ballroom last April and the experience is amazing. The coffee is unlimited and they even gave us fruits as snacks at lunch and in the afternoon. The ballroom is clean not to mention the friendly and all smiling staffs serving. I missed the place since I've been there for quite a few times.

Check-in / Check-out Experience The check-in experience was quick and efficient. the front desk staff were excellent and helpful. Checking-out was likewise just as exellent. Room The room was modern and confortable. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate puff pastry treat and a welcome card. The bed and bed linens were of typical Marriott high quality. The bathroom was a good size with a large shower and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. However, the roon was lacking some standard amenties and features often seem in Marriott properties. "Smart" TVs with YouTube / NetFlix streaming app support is pretty much standard in Marriott hotels. While the TV in the room was large and had a nice selection of cable channels, there was no support for any streaming apps. While a large bottle of water was provided, the mini-fridge was empty and there were no mini-bar drinks or snacks available in the room. A mini-bar menu was provide and a note taped to the refrigerator door instructed guests to call and request delivery of beverages or snacks. This is a terrible process...it is basically room service for the mini-bar! There was an electric water heater and instant coffe packs available. There was also a lack of power outlets near the bed. There were two night stands and only one side had a power outlet. The opposite side only had 2 USB-A plugs. In today's electronic gadget age, this is very limiting. At a minimum each night stand should have had a power outlet. Breakfast The breakfast buffet is usually the hilight of any Marriott or Sheraton stay here in the Philippines. Unfortunatley the Goji Kitchen + Bar was a poor experience. We were kindly greeted to be seated and asked if we would like coffee to drink. That was the last time the wait staff ever communicted with us. We dined for 30 minutes and not once did any wait staff check on us. The food selection was excellent, however the buffett layout caused collisions of diners. I don't think the "traffic flow" for the buffet was well thought out. The entire experience was chaotic and failed to deliver the expected Marriott experience. The buffet was a huge dissappointment. M-Club Lounge I was traveling with an infant and the M-Club restricts entry for children below the age of 11. I made a quck visit in the late evening and found there were very few snacks or non-alchoholic drink options available. I stopped by in the morning and had a coffee. As the family was not permitted due to the infant, I was not able to spend enough time in the M-Club to provide a full review. Final Thoughts If this is the only Marriott property you stay in the Philippines, You will likely find the hotel to be an excellent property. The property is clean and we found everything in working order. If you have stayed at any of the other Marriott properties, you will find that the Clark Marriott does not compare to the Marriott or Sheraton Hotels in Manila in service delivery or value. The rooms, the lounges, and the buffet in the other properties all far exceed what the Clark Marriott has to offer. We were so disappointed, that we checked out a day early.

urban coffee’s caffeinated drinks are always the best. staff Arnel service was top notched and very welcoming. however, staff Ron is picky of guests he wishes to serve, only picks out foreigners. even if we are already in front of him, he doesn’t acknowledge us and only acknowledges foreigners behind us.

We spent a lot of our lull time in the Mclub lounge. The Mclub team with Sir Ron, Jon, Leo, Jenine (chef), Jen (chef, Ferdz, Louise, Nicole and Joana did a great job. They are welcoming and very attentive. Food was great as well. Staff were pleasant. The stay was very comfortable and my dad enjoyed it! Keep it up!! Would love to come back. Thank you for your hard work.

Always a restful and calm stay.

There was grouting and painting being done at the property during our stay and the fumes were quite strong in the hallway. This was only temporary and lasted only a day.

The room was exceptional

The property itself was great, just wish the underground parking was separate between casino and hotel guests as it was little difficult to find a spot.

We recently hosted a company event at Clark Marriott Hotel in Pampanga, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The banquet setup was excellent—everything was arranged with great attention to detail, from the room layout to the overall ambiance, which perfectly supported our sessions and activities. The organization and coordination throughout the event were seamless, making it easy for us to focus on our agenda without worrying about logistics. A special mention goes to the team on-site. They were incredibly professional, attentive, and always available when needed. What stood out the most was their responsiveness—any request or issue, no matter how small, was handled quickly and efficiently, with a genuine willingness to help. Overall, the level of service, execution, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend Clark Marriott Pampanga for corporate events and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I would like to sincerely thank Sir Jojo at the front desk, Sir Alex from the breakfast area, and Sir Parcon from security for their excellent service. I would also like to mention the staff member from the indoor play area—I regret that I forgot her name, but she shared that she graduated from Saint Benilde and that yesterday marked her fourth year working at Hilton. She was very kind and even played table tennis with my wife, which made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you for giving us such an unforgettable experience. Special mention to Sir Parcon—my daughter said he is one of the best security staff she has ever encountered.

Clark Marriott Hotel delivered on its promise very well. My stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The staff were very accommodating, the service was excellent, and the food served every day was great. Overall, it really felt like a five-star experience.

We had a great stay here. Our elite status was recognized and the rooms were comfortable. Everything was spacious and clean with lots of water and space for our family of 5. The pool was nice. Not huge, but the right size. There were lots of areas to hang out within the hotel without anyone bothering you. The breakfast buffet was really great. The dinner we didn't try, but it looked nice. We also ate as a couple at Smoki Moto. The view was nice. Food flavor. was good, but the service was a 1-2 star. Really disppointing. Since this review is for the hotel, we will give it still a 5 star. Across the street is nice Korean massage/spa.

My stays at other hotels reinforced that; they’d offer generic suggestions and little else. Boy, was I wrong at the Clark Marriott Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the concierge, Allen, stood out. He didn’t just give recommendations—he truly listened to what we were looking for and curated off-the-beaten-path experiences that were perfect for our short 24-hour stopover in Clark. We wanted something adventurous and authentic, not the usual tourist traps, and Allen delivered. He coordinated everything seamlessly: a cab ride to the starting point, then a thrilling four-wheeler (4x4) ride up into the hills, and finally a relaxing soak at the hot springs high in the mountains. It was exactly the kind of unique, memorable outing we hoped for, and he arranged it all at a price far lower than what we’d seen advertised online—saving us both money and hassle. Thanks to Allen’s insider knowledge, genuine enthusiasm, and proactive coordination, our brief time in Clark wasn’t wasted at all. It became the highlight of the trip! If you’re staying at the Clark Marriott (even just for a night), do yourself a favor and talk to Allen at the concierge desk. He goes way beyond expectations and makes the hotel truly special. Highly recommend—5 stars for the hotel, and 10 stars for Allen!

I just want to commend all the staff of Marriot particularly in MClub, Maintenance and Housekeeping team for the whole time of our stay (March 2- & 3, 2026). Me and my wife are grateful for all the requests catered by the Maintenance and Housekeeping team. On top of that, we have enjoyed very much the food, beverages, the service and the kindness of all the staff in MClub. I was also able to work comfortably and relaxably until the wee hours in the club facility. This is one of the best place to eat, work and have chit chats. Definitely will be back to this amazing place!
