From checking-in to check out, everything was smooth and fast. Thanks to our Receptionist Miss Toni Andrada for assisting me. Highly commendable hotel because of the friendly staff and professional rapport built between client and staff even if it was just for a short time. Thanks Toni!

Not much to say about what I liked at the hotel.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in- EVER.

we stayed for a few days with the family of four. It was excellent, the room nice, clean and quiet, and we enjoyed the beautiful pool. Breakfast had a lot of varieties, and everybody found something he liked. Staff is very friendly and attending, always here to help. Access to restaurants and cafes within the complex means you never run out of food and snacks. Airport pickup, check-in and check-out was a breeze.

The room was beautiful and clean, and my family really enjoyed it. We will definitely come back!

Good buffet style breakfast. Location close to Clark International Airport. Part of the Hann Casino complex.. Staff, particularly Queen on reception were most helpful and courteous. Good swimming pool.

Needs a maintenance program to be put in place. There are too many tired fixtures and fittings evident both in the rooms and generally around the building to justify a 4star grading. As a result the pricing does seem a little steep given the last comment regarding the grading. Some rooms in tower two have no view as they look out onto a multistorey carpark which can almost be touched from the balcony.

Hotel looks a little old from the outside compared to the 2 other hotels in the Hann Cluster but affordable and you get to access the same casino and cafes. Hotel staff are very accomodating. Rooms are clean and cozy. Relaxing and quiet. Enjoyed the pool. Gym smells a little stuffy tho. Many restaurants in the vicinity, you don't need to go out to eat anymore. Check in and check out by Dan is seamless and quick. Valet, security and concierge are helpful too.

Upon entering the hotel, we immediately felt welcomed. It was our first time staying there, yet our nervousness and anxiety instantly faded. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Special mention to the front desk staff, Ms. Cyrel—thank you! 😊 We stayed in a Premier Family Suite, which was located on the top floor. The room was just the right size for four adults. It had a shower room, a mini kitchen and dining area, a small living room, and a balcony. As expected, the room was neat and tidy. After settling in, we tried the pool. The deepest part was about five feet, and it had a mini waterfall beside the slide. The breakfast buffet was my favorite part. The food was beautifully arranged on the counters and was refilled almost instantly. My favorites were the vanilla muffin, scrambled eggs, fried rice, sweet potatoes, longganisa, and oatmeal. 🤭😌 The staff were also quick to replace the cutlery and reset the tables, ensuring that the next guests had clean utensils and a well-prepared dining area. We only stayed for one night, but we will definitely be back and hopefully stay longer next time.

I booked a package for three guests (myself, my wife, and my daughter). The booking clearly stated that breakfast was included for all guests without any restrictions. Despite this, the hotel staff charged us extra for my daughter’s breakfast. Additionally, the room quality was unacceptable. The room lacked any soundproofing, making it incredibly loud due to noise from neighboring rooms. Furthermore, there was a complete lack of overnight security presence on the property.

Location-wise, it’s ideal—right inside the Clark Freeport Zone, close to casinos, malls, restaurants, and just a short drive from the airport. The facilities are great too: well‑maintained pool, gym, and dining options that serve delicious meals with plenty of choices for breakfast. Widus Hotel truly delivers great value and a top‑tier experience. I will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Clark and will recommend it to family, friends, and colleagues.

We would like to commend Ms. Gretel for the exceptional assistance she provided during the issue we encountered with our Agoda booking. Although the hotel informed us that our reservation had been cancelled, it still appeared confirmed in the Agoda app, creating a very stressful situation upon arrival. From start to resolution, Ms. Gretel remained with us every step of the way. She went above and beyond to coordinate a solution and salvage what could have been a ruined vacation. We also appreciated the hotel’s warm ambiance and cozy, comfortable rooms, which made our stay enjoyable once the issue was resolved.

My family and I had a great stay at Widus Clark. From check-in, we were warmly welcomed and everything from the room to the amenities was clean and well-maintained. A special thank you to Sir Daniel for upgrading us to the Presidential Suite. It made our mom’s birthday celebration even more memorable. We’d also like to thank Ma’am Daniella for making our check-out smooth and hassle-free. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back.

We had the most wonderful, relaxing night here. The hotel has a beautifully calm and cozy vibe that is perfect for couples looking to unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities were fantastic, and the staff treated us like royalty. It was exactly the peaceful break we needed together. Would like to commend also the receptionists Mr. Dan, Ms. Toni, and Ms. Daniella for their exceptional hospitality.

The toilet is build beside the wall. what is more, it's facing the shower glass wall. With such a tiny place, one can't even sit straight as the knee could touch either the wall or glass wall. It's the worst toilet design I have ever seen in any hotel.

This was our first time staying at Widus Clark Hotel, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The premier suite room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The pool was excellent, and my son had a wonderful time swimming. The hotel offers great value for money and is in a very convenient location. The pool staff were polite and attentive. We also received a very warm welcome from the Front Office team, especially Ms. Aileen, who stood out for her exceptional warmth, friendliness, and hospitality. Don is great, he assisted us with a fast and efficient check-in process, making our arrival smooth and hassle-free. Good location for airport, clean and helpful staff on check in. However, some areas are run down - like the pool which was a bit dirty and full of insects. Some rooms are a bit old. Nice restaurants nearby tho - recommend three woks!

On check out, requested help with a trolley for our heavy luggage and no one arrived after 15 minutes so had to take our own luggage down

Crystals is awesome and the room attendant you need to ensure you choose the correct floor. Floor number is the best.
