recently stayed at Midori Hotel Clark for a short getaway and it exceeded every single expectation I had – easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Pampanga! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. They greeted us with smiles, checked us in quickly, and even offered helpful tips on places to visit and eat around the area. The lobby is beautifully designed with a modern yet cozy vibe that sets the tone right away. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The bed was so comfortable we slept better than at home! Everything felt new and well-maintained – from the crisp linens and fluffy pillows to the powerful shower and reliable air conditioning. Complimentary water, toiletries, and daily housekeeping were all done perfectly. The breakfast spread was fantastic – a great mix of Filipino favorites and international dishes, all freshly prepared and replenished quickly. The pool area is also lovely, clean, and peaceful – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Location-wise, it’s very accessible – close to Clark Freeport Zone, restaurants, and attractions, yet quiet enough to get a good night’s rest. Best of all, the value for money is outstanding – you get premium service and facilities at a very reasonable price.

My stay at Midori Clark Hotel was quite pleasant. The hotel offers modern and comfortable rooms that are well-maintained and clean, making for a relaxing environment. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The facilities, including the pool and dining area, were nice and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The location is convenient, close to the airport and key spots in Clark.

We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. The rooms are very spacious. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms every day. The breakfast was sumptuous. The waiters and waitresses were all attentive and friendly. The receptionists worked efficiently and did not keep us waiting for long. The parking area is large and secure. Lastly, I tried their spa service. I’m not sure if I remember the name correctly, but I think the therapist who assisted me was April. She was very professional and had very gentle hands — I felt so relaxed during my vacation. Summary: Excellent hotel, excellent food, excellent staff, 5* We planned for five nights, but stayed for six because we liked it so much. Interesting architecture with 'bent' roofline accents throughout the structure. Wonderful meals and very reasonable prices, especially for the area (hotel district, Clark Freeport Zone). We are one Filipino and one American -- we tried traditional Filipino dishes (Bulalong Baka, Salmon Head Sinigang), the breakfast buffet, the evening buffet, and dishes from Cafe Midori as well. Yes, it was the food that first attracted us to Midori. The breakfast buffet is a brunch menu, really, offering a soup bar, salad bar, fruit bar, egg bar, yoghurt bar, dim sum, pastries and breads with lots of toppings, and a daily changing lineup of about a dozen entrees. No kidding. Crisp and soft bacon. Any kind of egg you can dream of. Soup that is prepared by two genius chefs (Dave and Gerald). I have never had a bowl of soup for breakfast, but I had two this week. Both were so tasty. 10 to 12 fresh, chopped veggies to choose from, squid balls, fish cakes, pork and chicken chunks, four different kinds of noodles, all brought together in a wonderful, complex broth of your choice -- veggie, chicken, or beef. So fresh and tasty. And a battery of condiments: spices, herbs, fresh and toasted garlic, light and dark soy sauce, chili sauce, green onions, and more. And this is just the soup! Each of these 'bars' could be a full buffet on their own. In the interest of brevity, I'll just mention a few personal highlights -- the quinoa salad, the sesame salad dressing, excellent dim sum (siopao, siaomai, and dumplings in particular), sushi bar at the evening meal, fresh sourdough bread, pastries of every sort, and delightful salmon -- whether in sinigang or grilled. The staff at Midori are professionals. There are no entry-level positions here. Everyone is a seasoned veteran. Capable, people-oriented service workers in every dimension -- language, courtesy, accommodation, and kindness. I don't know what kind of 'team training' program Midori has, but that Team mentality is evident. They are great at what they do. Gilbert manages a large morning crew. His degree is in Hospitality Management, but he honed his skills in Singapore and at other excellent hotel brands. Camille works the desk, Michelle keeps the floor in proper motion. Our servers were all warm and friendly, speaking excellent English (and probably Chinese too, in addition to Tagalog). Trixie and Rald were constantly helpful without hovering. I mentioned Dave and Gerald at the Soup Station -- both really helpful to me, identifying some of the unfamiliar Chinese dishes, breads, and pastries. (And making their fabulous soups!) The sushi chef in the evening (intelligent young man) is a star also, helpful in identifying which sushi you might prefer. The building itself is not new, but it clearly is well maintained. I called it "a five-star hotel with experience." As I'm old myself, I understand how we get dents on the bamboo floor, and a scratch on the elevator door. The grounds -- like all of Clark -- are clean and cut, watered and weeded, ready to take you exploring on the dedicated bike and foot paths. The Clark Freeport Zone is a lovely, peaceful area. Traffic is well behaved, traffic control signals abound (and are obeyed), many services and restaurants are within an easy drive of Midori. Still, we did not leave the hotel from Sunday until Friday morning -- everything we needed and wanted was at the hotel. (Friday was a shopping trip to SM City Clark -- NOT RECOMMENDED, especially SM Hypermarket. Ridiculous long lines, over one hour to check out.) We extended our trip by one day because Midori -- the food, the staff, the hotel -- is a wonderful place to relax, eat, and enjoy your company. Ah! Two other people to mention -- Lyka, who helped with our bookings, and Tiffany at the Front Desk, who took care of payments and so on. Our room, Rm 516, was a delight -- having an unobstructed view of the Swissotel 'light show' across the street. The kingsize bed was perfect, hot water was instantaneous and endless, and room service was everything we asked for. A quiet, peaceful, restful stay. Lord willing, we will be back next year. We’ve had a great stay! The amenities are wonderful and clean. We also enjoyed the spacious pool; however, there was a strong smell of chlorine, which usually means the water is dirty and needs to be replaced. Kudos to Kuya Ruel for keeping the surroundings so clean. I bet the management is the one who orders the staff to not change the pool water regularly. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet because there were a lot of food choices, though I was looking for congee or lugaw, which is always a staple at breakfast buffets but wasn't available. The staff there was attentive. We were also delighted by the snacks included with our stay, and I loved their pastries. Jeff, the manager in the cafe, was accommodating and made sure everything we ordered was delivered and okay.Oh, one more thing: on the day of checkout, we returned to our room after swimming at 11:00 AM, but our keycard wasn't working. We had to call housekeeping just to open the door, though it was a good thing someone was nearby. Deactivating the keycard an hour before checkout is not okay. We only realized they were strict about checkout time when someone from the front desk called a few minutes later to remind us it was at 12:00 PM.Anyway, we enjoyed our stay and hope they always offer this kind of promo (we availed the Save on Stay promo). I will come back with my whole family, and I hope by that time the pool water is cleaner.

Booked one night (Monday) at the Midori Clark Hotel and Casino. The hotel is centrally located next to the other casinos and walking distance to them. PROS: Room was very spacious with good AC, strong hot water shower and complimentary Wi-Fi and water. Elevators were fast Free Buffet with lots of different choices. Free Underground Parking Five star staff CONS: The casino was not good, very small Most visitors to the hotel to include us will walk to the other casinos to play. We paid $125 USD a night via Agoda and the value and location of this hotel is worth it when compared to the nightly prices of the other hotels. When back in the Clark area we will stay here again.

The buffet experience was amazing! The food selection was wide and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I loved how there were options for everyone. The ambiance was lively, and the live band made the dining experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. Staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to assist. Definitely a place I’d recommend for family gatherings or celebrations. Will surely come back!

Our stay started great coz our room was nice and the receptionists were great! However, what seemed like a perfect stay got dampened immensely when we were awoken at literally 5AM by water dripping from the ceiling. It rudely woke me and my boyfriend up and we had to catch the water dripping from the ceiling with the garbage bins. It turns out that the guest in the room above us broke the plumbing in the sink and caused flooding which dripped down to our room. Obviously we had to be transferred to a new room, so we basically weren’t able to sleep anymore after that. The next day in our new room, we were still trying to get some sleep in from a really bad night, when we got awoken again by the loud phonecall of checkout. We had to remind the receiptionist that we were transferred throughout the night due to the incident and to please extend our checkout time. The receptionist complied of course, but again, we were already rudely awoken for the 2nd time. Upon checkout, we were hoping that we would get comped or get something from what happened, but the staff didn’t seem to care and offered nothing. So as much as I didn’t want it to come from me, I had to gently ask them for something. I didnt specify what we wanted coz we didn’t really want anything specific, but it was more of the gesture that mattered to us — the manager eventually came out and gave us a 400-peso wine bottle. I said thank you and we left, but I thought that was such a meager gift to compensate for what seemed like a hell-ish night for us. Lack of sleep and all.

++ points - Front Office welcomed us warmly. Special mention Cryzelle and Ann. The room was bigger than the usual hotel deluxe room one gets. There was also a balcony ( that's a bonus) with a bath tub. The bathroom amenities were exceptional , not all hotels provide " BALMAIN" branded soap , shampoo , conditioner which left a wonderful scent . Lighting in the room was warm but bright enough for comfort and convenience. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Spacious lobby and hallways. Over all the experience was wonderful. Breakfast Buffet provided a good array of choices.

Towels were a little worn out . Parking is limitted , we had to insist we were hotel guests so we can park safely in the hotel's compound otherwise guard was asking us to street park. The buffet dinner with unli lobster would have been really nice if that fishy smell did'nt reach up to the lobby.

WORST BUFFET EVER! Your 3k per person is not worth it. It is a managed buffet when it comes to lobster, tempura and sashimi. The peking duck is so dry and they did not even have hoisin sauce. When I asked, they told me that they ran out on that floor and no one can get it from their third floor. I even asked one of the chef and waiters if they can get some and the answer they gave me was “oh it is bot my job to get it.” Not to mention the RUDE chef and waiters! Food choices and quality is not even good!

I had a great experienced in Midori Clark Hotel, specially in Cafe Midori, all staff are exceptional with their given talent and expertise. Also they are professional of what they do, kind at heart, and very attentive to the needs of clients/ guests, special mention to the manager of Cafe Midori, thank you so much. We are looking for a lunch buffet in Clark and saw this Midori lunch buffet in facebook so we tried it here. Absolutely delicious and the staff are kind. The ambience is nice and comfortable.We will go back again here with family and friends. Thank you for a sumptuous lunch buffet here in Midori.

Very accommodating staffs and food is serve complete. Food is delicious, try their Laksa Seafood Soup. Went here for dinner and glad there’s a live band. If you want a nice place to chill and enjoy food with family, I highly recommend this. They also have a large parking space.

All of hotel staffs, even the guards are very accommodating, courteous and professionals. They attended all of our concerns. We just went for a dinner buffet, yet they accommodates us like we’re one of their hotel guests. I Highly recommended hotel.

Accommodating staff. You can have coffee and tea upon request. Clean and cozy place for a buffet. Not so many dishes dishes like other buffet but all are good especially lobsters. Seafood are fresh. Not crowded due to limited availability of seats.

Food and service is great. We liked the mac and cheese, lobsters, and seafood. The food was very filling ++ the pompano is super delicious super fresh love it amazing cool sheesh wow excellent tasty yummy sheeshable 10/10. Their staff is very friendly and accomodating.

Nice resto! We enjoyed the seafood, dessert and everything. Ambiance is great — perfect for small gatherings! The grill station is to die for! The staff are very cordial and proactive in the needs of their clients. High recommended! Bravo!

Location- It's nearby the airport and SM mall. Roughly 15-20 mins cab ride. Nothing much around the area within walking distance. There's a 7-11 just accross the hotel if you need to buy something late at night. Neighborhood is safe and a bit more upscale than the normal streets in the Philippines. Great place to run or cycle since they have a running track nearby. Hotel facilities- Lounge was very spacious. Swimming pool is not that big but it's clean. Room was average for a luxury hotel but nothing negative, there was just no WOW factor in terms of aesthetics. Love the fact that they have these big comfortable pajamas available. That's a great plus for me! Towels are a bit worn out, they should definitely get newer ones. Their SPA is my favorite! The place is very calming, smells relaxing, spacious and overall a great experience. Customer service- check in was very smooth and front desk was friendly and professional. However... I requested in advance to arrange a Happy Birthday cake in the room to be ready before we got it, it wasnt there and it arrived only after. Most other hotels would do this beforehand. These attention to details would really help improve customer satisfaction. The staffs at the swimming pool are accommodating while we were there. Lovely ladies at the spa (Paula and Ingrid) gives the BEST massages! Better than the massages i had from Thailand 2 weeks ago!! Would I come recommend this hotel? Yes sure.

The food in general was good. We especially enjoyed the desserts, like the waffles, toppings, and ice cream. But someone from our group ordered steak that was never served. We would also have preferred if the steaks were served with ground pepper.

The table server are not firm with their tables. I couldn't drink my water frequently when I need to. However, the food is great and food servers are friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this to people who enjoys eating steaks.....

I am not satisfied with the steak (T-bone). It was unfortunately underwhelming. Simply didn’t meet my expectations. The steak’s texture was tough, failing to deliver the rich. But for the overall experience was good, and I will comeback here again.

We spent 3 days at the hotel. Room was good. Quite spacious and well equipped. Seafood evening Buffet was very good. Close to the airport. Very polite and helpful staff.

The hotel is a bit run down and not close to other locations. Level 6, where our first room was, smelt of drains. We relocated to level 5 and it was better. But the drain smell was still there in the corridor areas. Charging the Seafood Buffet to the room became an embarasing issue because the 6k pesos charged for 2 persons exceeded the 4k pesos deposit taken at registration. The hotel should work this out better and not embarrass their guests when they are not carrying money in the hotel. There are very limited food options at this hotel and no room service. Good if you are oin a diet. No transport to SM Mall or anywhere. Get your own taxi is the rule.

I like about the courteousness’s of the hotel staff from taking the luggage from the entrance of the hotel, to the check in registration, until we reach our Room. The room is huge, beautifully decorated with an office like working table for those in a working vacation. The bathroom and the comfort room are in excellent condition.
