The property is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The room was incredibly large and Instagram-worthy, and the bathroom was equally impressive—one of the biggest and cleanest I’ve experienced in a hotel. I also loved the beautiful views from the room and the overall modern and elegant atmosphere of the property. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. So far, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at.

Honestly, there’s very little to complain about. The only thing I noticed was the smell of cigarette smoke in some areas around the casino, which is understandable given the casino setting. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The room is spacious, bigger than the picture, cozy, no foul smell, however initial walk barefooted left our feet with some dark dust, it appears clean but not thoroughly clean - this can still be improved, but we used their slippers, oh using slippers in washroom is not advisable as it's totally slippery, even when barefoot after using the bathtub floor got wet and it's just slippery not so safe if kids tends to walk fast

Amazing Hotel with really friendly staff. They have really made me feel so welcome with their friendly smiles and greetings. Jovani has been so kind, leaving towel animals on my bed as a surprise and all the extra coffee pods. Yeng in the restaurant always gives me a beautiful smile when ever she sees me and asks how my day was. I have really appreciated staying in such a friendly and beautiful hotel. Thank you

Had an excellent experience in this hotel. The process is a breeze from check in to check out. Shout out to Gab and the rest of the Club Lounge staff for a phenomenal service, truly world class. As a platinum member, I was upgraded to Vitality Suite which is huge and has a work out equipment inside!

I stayed at Swissotel, Clark for work. The room was very modern and clean. Bryan and Jayson were very attentive during my stay, ensuring that I have enough towels and waters during my visit. They also asked if they could assist me with recommendations of things to do in Clark as it was my first time here. Lovely stay and lovely staff!

My initial view of the room was quite premium in terms of the layout and the pre-organized beddings and other Amenities that came along with the room. Additionally the service was quite up-holding of its high review as the customer service from the employees who worked at the hotel were quite eccentric and direct with request which is amazing. Heartist name: Bryan/ Jayson.

Our stay at Swissotel is worth remembering. The room looks brand new despite its existence for a number of years already. Always clean and fresh. Thanks to ate EVa.. The service is superb. From the time of check in to check out. The location is very near to restos and various malls.

Rooms were amazing! But I really recommend to go to the THREE WOKS restaurant. The place is lively and very affordable. Special stand ovations to Conde and Rjay, their service skills are top notch and they really care about your preferences. Very passionate and patient with customers, always smiling and very attentive to details. I really enjoyed the place and I think their work made the difference.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and accomodating and bubbly especially jason and bryan Check in and out are hassle free. If you want a relaxing and traffic free.

We stayed here with family to play in the casino and sleep. The rooms were very comfortable for sleeping, and the casino was great. The housekeeping staff is being so helpful and polite during our stay!

Swissôtel is pure luxury! ✨ The beds were unbelievably comfy, the bathroom was stunning, and we felt like millionaires during our stay. The pool was amazing, and we loved relaxing with cocktails from the poolside bar. Definitely one of our favorite hotel experiences!

Our experience was overwhelmingly positive. The only minor issue was that some areas could get a bit busy during peak hours, but it didn’t affect our enjoyment.

Breakfast spread was great. Location was perfect since hotel is just very near Mimosa Golf course. We loved the view of the golf course from our window. Our kids loved the bath tub.

L’hôtel est magnifique, tout est très beau, j’avais envie de tout ramener tellement c’était beau. Les chambres sont juste à couper le souffle. Le personnel est incroyable, très accueillant, toujours à l’écoute, et toujours souriant, pas mal de restaurants à l’intérieur, la vue côté piscine elle est juste waouh beaucoup de choix pour le petit-déjeuné , la nourriture, très très bonne, si c’est à refaire, je referai mais malheureusement je suis à 24 heures de vol, dommage qu’il y ait pas beaucoup de choses à visiter dans la ville , mais pour un séjour de 2 ou 3 jours c’est suffisant . Je recommande fortement cet hôtel assez facile pour les Taxi. Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas. Il faut utiliser l’application Grab très facile à utiliser pas d’arnaque. Franchement j’ai été surprise pour le transport.

Clean and comfortable room with great service and friendly staff. There are plenty of varied restaurants in the complex with some shops.

This hotel is alongside a casino which is not really our ideal arrangement but did not detract from the good experience.

Excellent location, near Clark Airport

The location was amazing! Close to beautiful places and the cdc parade grounds which is one of the best spots to jog. The rooms were so clean and relaxing! The service were one of the best and fast to respond. Special thanks to paul dexter for helping make out stay extra special for how neat and clean our room after he was done arranging our room!

We are frequent guests at Swissôtel and generally enjoy our stay every time. The overall experience remains good, largely thanks to the staff who are consistently courteous, professional, and welcoming. The facilities are well-maintained, and the in-room dining is genuinely excellent—definitely a highlight of our visits. However, we have noticed a significant need for improvement in cleanliness and housekeeping. During our stay in October, we found crumbs on the floor and empty water bottles that hadn’t been cleared even after the room was serviced. More recently, we requested our room to be cleaned at 6:00 PM, but when we returned at 2:00 AM, it hadn't been touched. For a hotel of this caliber, cleanliness is essential for a comfortable stay. We love coming here, but we hope management can address these gaps in housekeeping to match the high standards of the rest of the hotel.

My family went to Clark for the holiday break, spending Christmas and an upcoming New Year in the hotel. The area in the lobby with the stores selling drinks and pastries was a nice welcome. OMA sold wonderful tasting chocolates, waffles, and macaroons--the pistachio macaroons my personal favorite. Some time through our stay, we noticed our room's air conditioning unit let out a clinking sound (like two glasses bumping against each other), so it was a bit grating. Fortunately, with the TV on, it was a little more bearable. The highlight of the stay was when we were all present but still wanted to clean up the room and refresh the amenities. My father inquired with the staff along the hall, namely Raymund and Joan. They offered their help and maintained a balanced air of professionalism and friendliness. In record time, the bathroom floor was cleaned, new glasses and coffee were provided, and both made an impression on my conversational father. They made sure to ask if we needed anything, proactive about any possible request we may have. Thank you to them!

Our 2nd stay here. We love our experience at the club lounge. Harold, Joe and Flor were very kind, attentive and professional. Food was also great. Will come back again!

We've stayed here multiple times, always a good stay. Everything is clean, staff are attentive, food is good. Ristorante di Virona is a must try, and Harold and the the rest of the staff in the executive lounge make the stay all the more a restful experience.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Soft fluffy pillows and spacious rooms. The staff are very kind and helpful. We especially had a good experience with Harold from the executive lounge and Ian from the markt breakfast buffet. Both were very kind and helpful. Only negative was the check in time which was extremely slow, with one person checking in a line of people and each party of people took a good 10 minutes each, so we were waiting about 45 minutes in the line, so I don’t recommend checking in if you have somewhere to be soon after. We later realized we could have check in at the executive lounge as we had a suite. That is much faster. So check if you have that option. Once checked in, the rooms are great, pool is nice, gym is small but functional and still nice. Restaurants are great and staff is friendly. One last thing is I got a massage which was very nice but at the end I wanted a shower and the shower was cold with no hot water, then the door to the bathroom which I hadn’t locked somehow locked itself and I got stuck in the bathroom for a good few minutes. Wasn’t nice! But those aside everything else was good.

Fantastic family staycation to celebrate my birthday. The Club lounge staff Joshua, Jen, Jae and Kei took care of our needs and provided excellent customer service, always with a friendly smile and can do attitude. We will definitely come back again! Thank you Swissotel Clark team!
