Siamo ritornati dopo 9 giorni in giro per il Marocco perché ci eravamo trovati benissimo la prima volta. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Un certezza sia per pulizia che per cortesia e con una posizione fantastica (1 minuto a piedi dalla Porta Blu). Comodissimo per chi come noi ha noleggiato l'auto. Proprio davanti alla Porta Blu c'è un parcheggio sotterraneo.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Saad , Mohamed und Mustapha waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut zu empfehlen!!!

Riad tipico e molto ben tenuto a 2 minuti a piedi dalla Porta Blu. Varcata la Porta Blu sembra di fare un tuffo nel passato di qualche secolo. Camere molto pulite e accoglienti, materassi comodissimi, ho dormito divinamente. Colazione in terrazzo con vista sulla Medina eccezionale. Possibilità anche di cenare. La cena marocchina è veramente buona.

El personal es extraordinario, nos ayudó a todo desde el primer hasta el último momento. La ubicación es muy buena. Muy buen desayuno. Las habitaciones buenas. La casa es preciosa. Pero, de todo, lo mejor es el personal.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber, das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage ist sehr zentral, sodass alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es einen Markt und viele Restaurants, zudem liegt es unweit der Medina und anderer Sehenswürdigkeiten. Und die Dachterrasse war ein highlight 🥰 auch das Essen war super lecker…

Vraiment, tous les détails font la différence dans ce riad. L'authenticité du lieu est magnifique, on ressent toute l'âme de Fès. Et surtout le comportement impeccable de toute l'équipe. Je tiens à nommer Mostapha en particulier, qui fait attention à tous les détails pour que l'on soit vraiment satisfaits. C'est très appréciable et ça rend le séjour inoubliable. Sans oublier la terrasse et sa vue sublime!

Personnel très serviable, je voyageais avec mon enfant en bas âge et mes parents ils ont su prendre soin de nous, et nous ont aidé et répondu à nos besoins

Emplacement dans une des ruelles.. nous avions demandé un petit déjeuner à emporter car nous partions très tôt malheureusement il etait un peu léger mais ils ont fait au mieux à la dernière minute je pense et je les en remercie.

Toll renoviertes, authentisches Riad, top gepflegt. Lage ist perfekt, nur kurzer Weg zum Parkplatz, sehr ruhig obwohl in der Medina gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, erfüllt alle Wünsche und ist super freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich.

I ragazzi che lavorano nella struttura sono davvero accoglienti e gentili, cercano di esaudire ogni desiderio. La struttura merita è molto bella in ottima posizione.

- Ubytování bylo čisté a voňavé. - Riad je opravdu architektonicky nádherný. - Perfektní lokalita asi 3 min chůze od Modré brány. - Ochotná obsluha. - Zařídili nám vyprání prádla. - Je to jedno z mnoha ubytování, které jsme v Maroku při naší třítýdenní cestě využili a můžeme jej ohodnotit plným počtem bodů. - V blízkosti je plno dobrých a levných restaurací a také krámek s vodou apod.

早餐还不错，有新鲜的果汁、咖啡和茶。入住之前，店家会贴心的发送酒店位置以及路线指引。如果怕找不到也没关系，到老城蓝门可以联系酒店来接一下，走进去几分钟就到了。到店后，还有一个茶歇。员工服务态度也很好，我们连续住了两个晚上，然后午餐晚餐都在附近的中餐厅解决，相当完美！第二天要很早离开，他们也会贴心给我们准备好第二天到早餐，让我们打包带走吃。服务很到位，干净卫生，整体入住体验都很不错。

Nuestra estancia en Dar Borj fue, en general, muy buena. El riad es precioso por dentro, con una decoración tradicional muy cuidada y un ambiente agradable. Además, está muy bien situado, a menos de cinco minutos de una de las entradas de la medina, lo que facilita mucho las visitas. Los encargados son amables y dan buenas indicaciones para llegar y en caso necesario, se ofrecen para buscarte en la entrada de la Medina. Nos alojamos en una habitación de la planta superior, amplia, muy luminosa y con aire acondicionado, algo que se agradece especialmente en los días de calor. La terraza tiene buenas vistas.

Lo que menos nos gustó fue la actitud de los chicos que gestionaban el riad. En varias ocasiones insistieron en que contratáramos servicios a través de ellos, como un guía o una cena, con precios sensiblemente superiores a los que se pueden encontrar organizándolo por cuenta propia. Además, escuchamos cómo advertían a unas huéspedes italianas de que pasear por la medina por la noche era peligroso, algo que no coincidió en absoluto con nuestra experiencia y que nos pareció una forma innecesaria de generar preocupación. El desayuno era algo mejorable.

Mohammed and Mustafa were amazing! They looked after us very well. We had everything we needed, and they were always available to help. Beautiful house, in an excellent location - we loved our time there.

Overall it was an excellent experience. The staff were very accommodating - attentive in wanting to ensure the stay was comfortable and pleasurable. Communication was excellent from point of booking - to point of leaving. It appears customer satisfaction is very important to the team, especially the manager.

It would have been nice for the hotel to have fruit and juice available, apart from just at breakfast time. Specially given the hot climate.

Incredible staff. A very clean , comfortable stay in a location in part of the world where that is not the rule but the exception. Renne breakfast on a wonderful rooftop terrace. Good working air conditioning and quiet. They also arranged for an amazing tour guide named Omar who made it possible to explore Fez. Having travelled around the world quite a bit, I would not recommend your first for a venture into Fez be solo. Very easy to get lost and it would be difficult to absorb the experience in cultural significance of the town without a knowledgeable guide.

Todo fue una maravilla. El ryad es una belleza, Mohamed y Mustafá del staff fueron súper amables y nos esperaron despiertos aunque nuestro vuelo llegó a las 3 de la mañana y nos ayudaron a la madrugada por la Medina de Fes. Nos dieron consejos , nos ayudaron , todas palabras buenas para ellos. La cena que hicimos allí también fue un espectáculo .

Staff was really nice and trustworthy and the location was perfect. Hotel was what we needed but a bit expensive for what we got. Would recommend highly to ask for a high floor.

We were put on the very first floor, where the door opened right to the reception desk, there was no sound barrier between our room and the lobby and only the curtains separating us visually from the lobby. Felt kind of exposing / unprivate for what we paid for. Plus I would recommend asking for the highest floor they have. since our room was on the bottom floor, our room was really musty and smelled like sewage, i think because of all the water waste that trickles down and sits right beneath our drains.

Das Personal war einfach super! Sehr freundlich und höflich. Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. Mohammad und Yassin waren praktisch Tag und Nacht im Einsatz, um den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Trotz deutlicher Flugverspätung bekamen wir nachts um 0:00 Uhr noch etwas zu essen, uns wurde ein toller Guide für die Stadtführung vermittelt, gewünschte Tagesausflüge (wir waren in Chefchaouen) gut und zu einem fairen Preis organisiert. Tolles historisches Gebäude mit wunderbarem orientalischem Flair, großartige Schnitzereien/Verzierungen, bequeme Betten. Der Hammer war die Dachterrasse mit Rundumblick über die Medina. Es gibt dort je nach Wetterlage einen Indoor- und einen Outdoorbereich. Oben wird auch gefrühstückt. Das Frühstück war prima, Man darf aber kein großes westeuropäisches Büffet erwarten. Es gibt leckeren frischen Orangensaft, Kaffee, Marokkanischen Tee, Baguette, 2 Marmeladen, Marokkanischen Joghurt mit Früchten und diverse Pfannkuchenarten. Einzig den abgepackten Schmierkäse fand ich nicht so lecker… Es gibt keinen Aufzug und ein lustiges Stufenmaß (ist ja kein Wunder bei einem historischen Gebäude). Man sollte also gut zu Fuß sein, wenn man das Dar Borj bucht. Für die Anreise wird man vom Flughafentransfer bis zum Rand der Medina gebracht. Von dort wird man von einem Mitarbeiter des Dar Borj zu Fuß abgeholt und ist in ca. 5 Gehminuten beim Riad. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Nice architecture, nice location and friendly staff

Nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido muy agradable. Queremos destacar especialmente el trato de Mohamed y Mustafa, que han sido muy atentos y amables con nosotros en todo momento, haciéndonos sentir muy cómodos. El desayuno es sencillo, pero perfecto para empezar el día, con todo lo necesario y bien preparado. Además, nos ayudaron a encontrar un guía turístico; la experiencia fue correcta, bastante bien en general y nos permitió conocer mejor la zona. Sin duda, agradecemos la hospitalidad recibida y la buena atención durante toda la estancia.

Wir können uns nur den vielen anderen positiven Kommentaren anschließen: Schönes, ruhiges Riad. Vom Bab Boujloud schnell zu erreichen (durchs Tor, nach ca. 30 m links die erste Gasse in den Souk, dann gleich rechts in den Hauptweg abbiegen und bei einem Ledergeschäft links). Sehr freundliche Betreuung. Z.B. wurde uns ein sehr guter Stadtführer vermittelt. Schöne Dachterrasse.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dar Borj in Fez. Our two hosts were very welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. We also had a lovely dinner there, and breakfast was great as well. The location is ideal for exploring Fez and discovering the city. A lovely place to stay — we would definitely recommend it.

Le personnel est exceptionnel par sa disponibilité, efficacité et gentillesse.Mohammed et Mustafa que l’on remercie vivement ont fait leur maximum pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux.La chambre était très propre( lits faits tous les jours et serviettes propres chaque jour).Les petit-déjeuners sur le roof-top( vue exceptionnelle sur Fès et ses alentours)étaient très copieux et très bons.Les repas pris sur place l’étaient également!Merci aux cuisinières!

Les propriétaires devraient restaurer les vitraux endommagés donnant sur la ruelle car la médina la nuit est très animée et donc le bruit passe très facilement… De petites restaurations dans la salle de bain seraient nécessaires.

Dar Borj è un bellissimo riad nel centro della medina di Fes. Ho soggiornato qui con le mie amiche ed è stata un’esperienza stupenda. La camera era piccola ma accogliente e confortevole, la struttura silenziosa trasmetteva un senso di pace e rilassatezza. La colazione servita sul rooftop era ottima e abbondante. Mohaom e Mostafa sono stati gentilissimi con noi, ci hanno organizzato il transfer dall’aeroporto e sono venuti a prenderci quando siamo arrivate in modo che non ci perdessimo nella medina. Il secondo giorno siamo partite molto preso per un’escursione e ci hanno preparato una piccola colazione take away.

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und standen für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Die Lage war sehr gut, da nicht weit vom Blue Gate entfernt. Ein öffentlicher und bewachter Parkplatz am Blue Gate ist auch vorhanden.

Mustafa and Mohamed were outstanding hosts catering to everything you would need. Kind, always available, easy to understand. Would certainly recommend Riad Dar Borj!!

Ni una queja para este alojamiento. La ubicación excelente, las habitaciones cómodas y muy bien cuidadas, el desayuno exquisito y el personal es excepcional. Millones de gracias, Mustapha y Mohammed, por la atención a cada detalle. Vuestro trato, además de humano, es inmejorable. They truly made us feel at home from the very first moment. A special mention also goes to Samir, our official guide, who showed us around the city with great professionalism and passion. He made the experience even more memorable, sharing insights and stories that brought Fez to life. If you’re looking for an authentic and warm experience, this is definitely the place to stay

Bel riad posizionato ottimamente all’ interno della Medina di Fez a cinque minuti dalla porta blu e dai due parcheggi lì vicino. I due ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura, Mustafa e Mohamed sono gentilissimi e disponibili a ogni richiesta. La struttura è pulita e ben tenuta. Buona la colazione servita nella bella terrazza con vista

The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast on the rooftop was fantastic especially the fresh orange juice! The beds, decor and room size was wonderful. We loved the location.

It would be nice to have a bottle of water in our room each night since you can not use the tap water for brushing your teeth. When we left they gave us a bill for the bottled water which was unexpected.

Dar Borj es un Riad muy bien ubicado, la lado de la puerta azul y fácil de encontrar. Todo estaba limpio, el agua caliente funcionaba perfectamente, wifi distinto en cada planta y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Las camas muy cómodas. Lo mejor, sin duda, el trato recibido por el personal. El Riad esta gestionado por dos chicos de Rissani, muy muy amables, siempre buscando una palabra para hacerte sentir bien. Con muchas ganas de volver a veros!! Gracias!!!

Dar Borj is a true hidden gem nestled in the little alleyways of the old medina. Its location is absolutely ideal for exploring, yet it still feels tucked away and peaceful. Aziz couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are as charming and cosy as they come — it truly exceeded all expectations. Be sure to take them up on their offer to arrange a day tour for you — you won’t regret it. I did one with Mahmoud and learned so much about the rich history and hidden corners of Fez. An unforgettable experience all around.

アジズさんはじめスタッフの方が全員とても親切にしてくれたり、ホテルの場所がわからないときは少し遠くまででも迎えに来てくれたりしました。階段が少し狭くてエレベーターなどはないですが、私たちの重い荷物もスタッフの方が全て運んでくれたので本当に助かりました。
