Sehr gutes Frühstück und kostenfreier Parkplatz. Liegt etwas außerhalb, aber es gibt fußläufig einige gute Restaurants für Abends. Zimmer sind relativ groß mit schönem Bad und Fenster zum öffnen. Würden wir jederzeit gerne wieder buchen!

Comfortabele en grote kamer. Alles beschikbaar in de kamer en keuken. Ontbijt is goed en uitgebreid.

Locatie eromheen niet erg mooi, maar prima om vanuit daar verder te ontdekken.

The room I was in was very nice, especially for the price point through booking.com. It had a great, deep tub, and comfy bed. The customer service was excellent.

I got permission from the hotel to double park because I had a kayak off the back, and some jerk parked in the space behind my truck with his nose at my bumper and the kayak almost through his windsheld. Not the hotel's fault, but that irked me.

Getting to the hotel is confusing. Needed to go down a dark side road to get to it from the highway. Price is high.

It was clean and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Location was great and breakfast was good.

Worked well for us as we had a dog and it was easy to take him out for a walk.

The price is insane for the room

We were visiting ahead of my daughter attending UNBC in September. The room was very large and we had all the comforts of home. The location made exploring PG easy and the hotel was very quiet, even though there were many families staying there.

More seating at breakfast would have made it less chaotic.

Property was clean and looked nice. Beds were comfortable and room was a decent size. My son very much enjoyed the waterslides, although it kind of seemed like it should’ve had an employee monitoring the area. I would definitely stay here again as the price was pretty good for how nice the hotel was.

The staff did their job, but didn’t seem very friendly. Not unfriendly just very much doing their job and that was it. Amenities listed in the room when I booked we’re not all there and when I asked about it, they said some of the things were only included in the deluxe suite despite being listed on the room I booked. We also had no ice bucket in our room and was told we could run down to the front desk to get one if we wanted. I guess I don’t stay in hotels much anymore but back in the day if something was missing from your room they would send someone up with it. I’ll also mention for anyone reading this the fridge in the room does not have a freezer. Normally that’s not an issue for me, but we had a several day stay and bought some frozen items that melted and had to be thrown away.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and very comfortable (love the bed mattresses). The complimentary breakfast is very good! (Sausages, waffle making station, cereals, yogurts, hashbrowns etc.). I never used the pool but it looks fantastic with the water slides.

Minor thing. There was a fire alarm on Sunday June 28 that went off in the morning for several minutes before resolving. Not sure if it's industry standard, but would have appreciated some post-alarm communication into what happened as it was fairly alarming (no pun intended) to wake up to it. No doubt staff handled everything well though so kudos to them for that. No other negatives, it's a great great hotel to stay at.

Ontbijt was echt slecht. Je moest in de rij aansluiten om iets te kunnen halen en er waren maar een paar tafeltjes. Het brood was bijv. op, niets van fruit, tafeltjes waren vies. Theewater was lauw.

Housekeeping only in the morning hours. No drinking water in the room. It's a basic need. Over priced.

I didn’t like that there is only one person at the front desk for such a busy hotel. I felt bad for the girl cause she was run off her feet doing everything alone.

I liked. Everything about staying here, it is my kids their favorite hotel too. The staff were very helpful & polite.

There were ants in the room on the night stand, as it was the night stand between the beds.

The hotel was one of the better ones we’ve stayed at! The staff were great and very welcoming, room was clean and made up every day we were there. Breakfast was just ok, but not much different from other buffet types….my only real complaint was the coffee…was not very good but I’m particular and like a strong coffee. The cookies at the desk at the end of the day was so nice.

Nice suite. Good breakfast. Staff very good under difficult circumstances. They had to tell us rooms had no water due to mechanical problem. About 3 hours later all was restored. Location was great.

Closest to Costco and superstore and golf course. Pomeroy does have a great breakfast with waffles whip cream strawberries yogurt cereals, hot buffet of eggs, sausage, hash browns and toast. Pool area has a big hot tub and two fun water slides. Very short swim pool so not much fun for laps.

Pillows too hard for me and only one type on the bed. Closest walkable restaurant is Montanas which hadn’t been great-meat overcooked and dry both times we went. Downtown PG has way more better restaurants.

Waterslides were a hit with the kids. I like how they opened in the morning, with early rising kids we could go twice a day easily.

The front desk personnel were neither welcoming nor friendly during the check-in process. My card was only charged a small portion of the room fee. The front desk staff insisted that I use a different card for the remaining balance, claiming that the initial card did not have sufficient funds for the room charges. After I insisted on processing the full amount on the same card, it was successfully charged. It takes so little to be kind, there is no reason for making someone feel belittled due to a card malfunction.

Every single staff member we encountered were so kind. The front desk staff and one of the breakfast servers were especially exceptional. The person who cleaned our room even put all my son’s stuffies looking out the window like they had seen from the day before. I will stay here again, for sure!
