Prestige Prince George Lodge

Location

Clean and comfortable room. We had a twin room on the second floor and it was big enough.

This hotel has no spund proofing between floors. The noise from upstairs made it difficult to sleep. In the middle of the night you could hear every tiny footstep from the rooms above.

Comfortable beds, breakfast, pool, and workout room

Needs more parking

Nice, clean, elegant

Out of city

service and clean

Quiet, clean, great pool, exceptional breakfast, cookies for the kids…10/10 all day long

The breakfast was excellent. On this day sausages, ham, hash browns and scrambled eggs. Also waffles, toast, coffee, juices and a good selection of cold options.

It was unusual that taking food to the room was not permitted. This was an issue for my wife because she likes to wake up with coffee and toast or a muffin in the privacy of her room. We have never seen this policy applied in other places we have stayed.

quick and easy start for the day

was no evening dinner or bar to have a night cap

Great location, also the hot tub and the breakfast.

The bathroom don't have a working fan, missing fruits at the breakfast

Good value for money. If you like Vietnamese food it has a very nice restaurant right next to it. Breakfast was actually pretty good for a standard hotel breakfast.

Hard to find and very out of the way. TV choices were appalling. Very limited and more American content than Canadian. Curtains very dirty.

I requested a ground floor, which was provided. The room was large and very clean.

children running on the upper floor for hours

Great staff. Great Breakfast. Great price.

The hot tub was really dirty and the jets weren’t working. It honestly needs replacing.

Molto pulito e ottimo prezzo Stanza ampia

Nulla

Comfortable room and beds.

Difficult to get to off the highway

Room is clean and staff is friendly. Breakfast is good as usual

Location was good

The mattress are old and not good anymore, lots of damage to floors and the walls as well the pool area needs lots of work, some staff is nice and good but one of the desk persons has his nose a bit up

Beautiful decor, hot tub was great, comfortable beds especially the pillows which I’m very particular about.

The restaurant Brixx Brewhouse was very inaccessible. My daughter is a wheelchair user and there were only two tables that were wheelchair accessible. Luckily, one was available however she went to the bathroom only to find that there was no wheelchair accessible stall in the restaurant. The waiter told her she would have to leave the restaurant and go outside to the hotel Lobby to access an accessible washroom.

Exceptional. Very good.

mostly everything, nice breakfast buffet

parking is a bit tight ( i have to find some flaws.. lol!)

Everything was great. Mostly better then expected. Really welcoming and fancy.

Couldve had little bit healthier stuff for breakfast. Unfortunatly there was no fruits, vegetables or ham/cheese for the bread.

Comfortable and spacious room, good breakfast

Having a hotel across a major highway with basically the same name. The directions app on the phone kept taking me to the wrong hotel, even after typing in the proper name and location. To get to the other side of the road will take 5 to 10 minutes. They are both owned by the same people, why not just change the name of one of them.

It was clean and convenient, we had a last minute booking and check in was easy. Staff were pleasant.

Possibly the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in.

I was upgraded at no extra cost at check-in; my original room was on the lower floor, with a window but below the lobby and overlooking a major road. The clerk at check-in told me immediately that this was the case and offered an upgrade to the second floor. The hotel is modern and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great! I was very pleased with value.

The location isn't great, as it's not walkable to much of anything. But the Vietnamese restaurant nearby was good!

Clean comfortable

Pool, hot tub, breakfast, Small kitchen in room, laundry option. All were well done!

1. Parking-- I asked if it was safe and they told me that there was a break in last week and that I needed to bring in everything from the car-- which was next to impossible to do as our car is packed full. And they would NOT have told me had I not asked. 2. Laundry- I had to wait 2 hours because there were others from a nearby motel that were using the one washer and dryer because their hotel's services were not functional. Their hotel told them to come to our hotel. ...Or at least that is what they told me. There should be a room key to access these services. Same with the pool and workout room, so they are reserved for the guests and not the general public.

Beds and pillows are so comfy! Spacious rooms. Pool, hot tub and breakfast were all good. Used the laundry machines. This place is located right off the highway and is in a great location. Would stay here again.

The only thing I felt was missing was fresh fruitcake breakfast, but there are plenty of grocery stores and a fridge in our room so I easily got my own.

Clean, good location, nice breakfast

All was good

The beds desperately need replacing and the hotels location next to the freeway was less than ideal

It was not the location I chose. It was the second location. I stayed at the prestige before. I was very disappointed. The hot tub in the pool room was broken. I chose the prestige hotel because it was very close to my sister's. When we went to sign in, we were sent to the second location. We had to hall everything back to the car. And drove to the second location. When we went to sign in, we were told it happens all the time

My 2 kids and I stay in PG quite a lot and this is one of our favorite places to stay. Convenient location without being right down town. Having breakfast included is super convenient and saves me money and time. The pool facilities look nice and really well cared for.

I do wish the breakfast went till 10 am instead of 9, but they offer a wide variety of items and it does get us up and rolling nice and early.

Clean Beds super comfy Staff awesome Breakfast amazing

Very bright and open lobby, good parking and location.

Enjoyed our stay completely. The only issue was that the pool was out of order. Breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I felt secure there

Hard to get to

It was comfortable and clean - nice and quiet and quite handy to coffee places, restaurants etc and good parking available on site. There was a nice breakfast in the morning too.

Breakfast was good. Cooked on site and was put out hot. Friendly dinning area people.

Front desk staff were not helpful. Busy filling paperwork and short when answering questions. The room needed work ie: plug in tub, door on the bathroom obnoxious smelling soaps etc in the bathroom. A king room should have at least 2 chairs

Room was nice pool very disappointing no jets in hottub been like that for a while and pool was cold as ice...come to pg for hottubs and nice pool will not stay here again untill fixed..Would be nice to have that posted that hottub has no jets

Having a gym was excellent. Lots of towels. And a reasonable breakfast was appreciated.

The hotel was a bit tired. Carpets are dirty. Furniture appears worn.

the continental breakfast was great, rooms were very nice and amenities were plentiful.

No issues

Location

Coffee maker broken, curtains torn

Huge comfortable room with two big chairs for us to relax in. Nice little kitchenette area.

All good.

Very clean and friendly staff

The hotel is very inviting and decor nice

Well no poop in opetation Kids very upset since looking forward to some pool time. The hot tub no jets. Although could go in lol the water was like warm So adults disappoint since after hard day couldn't relax in hot tub. Reason book the hotel

Clean

Entry access into building was not ideal

Rustig, ruime kamer, ruime gym, vriendelijke staff.

Zachte bedden, pool closed.

Comfortable clean room, with everything you need for a short stay. Nice beds.

Little outdated in the room, but can see upgrades happening

Super large room quiet and well equipped - very comfortable king bed

Breakfast was adequate but could be improved

1 Doppelbett für 2 Pers. recht klein. Am Morgen konnte man das Frühstück im Zimmer riechen.

Great location easy to get back on the road.

Where to start. The hot tub was broken for the entire week we stayed there. The pool was drained into our stay and out of commission. There are also termites on the pool deck. We had a room with a fireplace--it was not working. Kitchen was not well stocked and all the glasses had chips in them, when calling down for oven mitts the front desk told us they had none--laughing at us and then hung up on us! The breakfast was NOT good and the waffle maker was broken. Would of left to another hotel but it was during a conference week and most were full. Booked this hotel after reading great reviews--NOT MY EXPERIENCE at all! The tv even cut out one night half way through us watching a movie. Look elsewhere.

Big room with a comfy bed Clean rooms Nice people working here

Swimming pool could be updated Breakfast was okay, nothing special Price was too high for what the hotel is

The location was great. Loved the bed and staff were great

The tile in the pool area is slippery when wet- not good for seniors. Also the jets weren’t working in the hot tub and the handle was very wobbly

The price

Very friendly and reasonable price

Hard to get to the Hotel from the north side

Huge comfortable room with two chairs, which is great. Windows with trees outside

Pretty tight parking lot, but it was OK

Convenient location lots of parking good food close by l. Free breakfast was really good the breakfast was plentiful and delicious: Scrambled Eggs Ham Sausage Waffle machine Hash browns Cold juices Coffee and tea Bagels Cereals Oatmeal Premium Coffees The lobby offers round the clock complimentary coffee and cold water.

Amazing rustic charm exceptional pool facilities rooms are clean and the lobby is welcoming and fresh! The rooms are really nice and well appointed and fairly priced this is one of my favourite places to stay when travelling in Northern BC The staff is always super welcoming friendly professional and attentive!

Great space and amazing staff!

More choice at breakfast could have been better.

Entrance clean Reception was nice , staff good Breakfast was good , nice area

The rooms look well used , need an upgrade , repaired doors , broken bathroom furniture, shower , poor pressure Room looked well used , needs some TLC

Room size and cleanliness were great. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool facilities were in good repair and well cared for. Overall bright and spacious throughout

If I could change anything.. I would say make breakfast available till 10. 9 is a bit early for a cut off when check out is 11. Otherwise I can't think of anything I would change

Great place. Friendly staff.

Location & parking

Our room was in need of updating & repairs. At least sweep the deck!

Breakfast was enjoyable, with a wide selection including scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, bread, bagels, bananas, tangerines, and loaves, along with two waffle makers. The location was conveniently close to where we needed to go. Overall, it was quiet. The room also featured a small kitchenette area, which was helpful for preparing food.

Getting to the lodge wasn’t very convenient, as it’s located on one side of the highway—if you’re coming from the opposite direction, you have to drive around to access it. It would also be an improvement if the kitchenette included a sink, rather than having to use the bathroom sink for washing. Additionally, about half of the equipment in the gym was not working, and overall maintenance could be improved.

It’s conveniently located.

The staff is not overly friendly.

Quiet

Breakfast spread

Hot tub is not working.

Excellent hotel to explore the region. The breakfast was 5-star.

Nothing

Location

Pool area looked inviting. Good breakfast. Good location.

Bed was softer than I prefer but still comfortable.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. They had the pool and hot tub open and accessible. However, we were tired so my husband enjoyed a soak in the longest tub he’s ever used. He said that was better than a hot tub. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. We enjoyed the use of a luggage dolly. The lobby fireplace wax real. It uses real wood. The breakfast included would meet most people’s needs for the standard American diet. It’s not a healthy breakfast. It wax well laid out and clean. The staff were great. Always wanting to ensure your stay was pleasant.

I would not be able to afford this hotel during peak season.

Quiet and clean. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast.

Amazing staff - they catered to the needs of our sport team and their families. They provided an excellent breakfast to start the day and the rooms were very clean.

Breakfast was great Service was great Service to handicap was great. Will definantly stay again.

Loved the size of the rooms. very spacious!

I didn't like how i was rudely awoken at wee hours in the morning due to some one intoxicated, yelling around

Comfy bed

Jets not working in hot tub

Staff were very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was great and beds were comfortable.

There was a subtle off-smell in the hallway and entrance to our room (2nd floor). If you are sensitive to smells it might bother you.

Rooms were tidy, staff were nice, decent breakfast

The pool and hot tub needed a clean
