Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Convenient location, good parking. Walking distance to a selection of restaurants. Room was quiet.
Room lacked a lounge chair, clothes hooks on bathroom door broken off, coffee maker had to be moved to obscure places to be plugged in… small issues but all point to lack of management attention to small details which matter for guest comfort. At the price relative to nearby competitors, it’s dissapointing.

Absolutely did not like the fact that because we were still on the highway within dead zones they tried to call and then the claimed they cancelled our reservation due to noncommunication and didnt refund our money right after giving the room away to someone else.we found all this out when we arrived at 6:15 p.m.so we made some rather quick phone calls to request a refund and now have to wait for them. This is not my first rodeo with booking .Com as I am still waiting for a refund from the last place that cancelled on us due to the up and coming Fifa games in Vancouver. I am definitely Not a happy camper and as soon as I get back home will seek professional legal counsel

The speakers in the pub kept cutting in and out, which probably means they are blown or there is a loose wire. I'm neurospicy and can't handle that while I'm trying to enjoy a meal. I'm being picky because other than that, there was nothing negative about the stay.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Great location I used to live here knew where I would be exactly what I wanted with having 2 under 3 by myself very nice staff didn’t get a chance to eat at any of the restaurants on the property but both smelt amazing and have heard great reviews about them
Cleanliness my bed had black hairs on it the garbage had the previous persons garbage in it had to wipe a couple surfaces clean myself and maybe the shower heads are all the same but mine seemed to be a little loose and by the time I noticed these things I had already gotten the kids settled and they were tired from the day and it seemed to much to say something at the moment a little disappointing as I’ve heard amazing reviews about this hotel and was willing to spend a little more to have a nice hotel that would be clean in a safe location
