Ottima colazione con davvero tantissima scelta tra dolce, salato e cucina orientale, bellissima piscina e spazi comuni accoglienti, con biliardo e giochi da tavolo. Ottimo anche il servizio buggy da e per la spiaggia, nonostante si trovi a meno di 5 min. a piedi. Possibilità di mangiare qualcosa a tutte le ore del giorno, da italiana posso dire che la pizza era davvero buona! Super consigliato!

The room is quite spacious...the bed is comfortable. The view is excellent. Clean bedding and towels. Lighting's and nite is also good not dimmed like some hotels

We were disappointed because the hotel does not have its own beach and we have to cross the road to get to the beach although the hotel do provide buggy services. Our first impression of the lobby and reception area is not that impressive but we got used to it after a while. The quality of the breakfast can be improved. The scrambled egg and omelette were overdone and dry. The butter shud come in individual packs but instead it's lumped in bowls and looked more like margarine.

Found the rooms to be clean and spacious with modern decor. An excellent infinity pool. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of food choices. Really loved the seafood buffet at their Nook Restaurant on Friday evening with live singing and music; an overall great experience not to missed. Special thanks to Sonu and Ain at reception for managing the rooms of our choice. Would visit again someday!!!

Me gustó mucho el alojamiento. En general, estuvo bastante bien y los empleados fueron súper amables y atentos durante toda la estancia. El desayuno tenía bastante variedad y estaba todo bueno. Lo único que mejoraría es la cena. Teníamos comida y desayuno incluidos, pero para cenar había un menú cerrado en el que tenías que elegir entre varias opciones y, al estar varios días, el menú era prácticamente el mismo todos los días. Estaría bien que hubiera más variedad en las cenas. En general, tuve una buena experiencia y repetiría.

Lo que menos me gustó fue que se suponía que había una cama adicional, pero era bastante pequeña. Aun así, tengo que destacar que la cama grande era enorme y pudimos dormir las tres bastante cómodas.

Een erg net hotel met ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. We kregen een gratis upgrade naar een kamer met zeezicht. De massage bij de spa was erg goed en professioneel. Qua locatie zit je dicht in de buurt van allerlei restaurants en eem rustig strand.

Er waren niet zoveel parasols bij de bedjes van het zwembad waardoor er weinig schaduwplekken waren. Het hotel is ook redelijk gehorig, je hoort regelmatig de stoelen schrapen van de buren.

We liked everything! I've been to many different hotels but this hotel was the best so far. Not only was breakfast great, swimmingpool was super, but also all the staff and service. My whole family loved the staff, every one was so nice, they were all friendly and helpful. We would like to thank them for everything. We will definitely come to your hotel if we visit Langkawi again!!

La camera grande e, nonostante avessi prenotato vista giardino, alla fine mi è stata data vista mare. Tramonto spettacolare direttamente dalla camera. Era pulita, alcuni dettagli migliorabili però tutto sommato andava bene. Nonostante dietro la porta della stanza ci sia la giungla, dentro la camera non ho visto scarafaggi.

Parlo da paranoica e terrorizzata dagli insetti. Non ne ho trovati in camera ma secondo me andrebbero migliorati gli infissi. Sotto la porta c’è chiaramente una fessura, da cui potrebbe passare la qualunque. Io ho creato una barriera 😅, però diciamo che è l’unico dettaglio che non mi ha fatto stare serena al 100%

The location was okay

Upon check in the room was not cleaned properly, the carpet was not vacuummed and the bath towel were in bad condition, it was old and thin. After complaining it was changed to a better one. When we ordered for room service, it was done via QR code which was fine but they said they were going to call to confirm the order in 10 minutes. They called after 40 minutes to inform us they had a glitch with their system which is unacceptable for a 4/5 star hotel.

The staff were amazing, the rooms were ready before check in time, and they let us have the room straight away... The housekeeping staff were very courteous and helped 24 hours for even the smallest request, we were travelling with my mom, uncle and aunt who are pretty old, so every small gesture and help made our stay memorable. Also the location and food of the hotel is worth mentioning...

Near the beach and the room I had was nice. Breakfast selection was nice.

1. It's a pay as you go system so every time you need something you need to pay there and then. You have to actively ask for a deposit and even then they don't bother checking before asking you to pay. And come check-out apparently they can't find said deposit 2. Check-out is chaotic and long. There were initially only 2 people and a couple of people had to grumble for us to get to more. Which honestly if you know it's busy you already have the staff ready. And again supposedly they can't find deposits 3. I think they should have a proper manned section at the beach (if permits allow) and at the hotel they should have a dedicated section for people to clean off the sand otherwise you are tracking it to your room. I've been travelling a couple of weeks now and this was meant to be the most lux but in terms of customer service and everything it is not that.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Besonders die jungen Damen im Servicebereich waren äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Lage genau gegenüber vom Strand (einmal über die Straße) war sehr gut.

Die Klimaanlage ist leider genau auf das Bett ausgerichtet, das ist unangenehm. Das Abendessen, welches in der Halbpension inkludiert ist, ist mittelmäßig.

Exceptional stay at Aloft Langkawi! The staff are noticeably young, dynamic, enthusiastic, and genuinely easy to talk to—especially the restaurant team, whose kindness is on another level. ​Food & Dining: The daily breakfast offers a huge variety, and the weekend buffets were a hit with our boy—including a live BBQ one evening! For à la carte meals, they even offered to pack up any remaining food for us. ​Location & Beach: Perfect location—it gives you the best of both worlds. You aren't stuck in the middle of the crowds, yet you are just a short walk to Cenang Beach for the fireworks and vibrant nightlife. The hotel even runs a shuttle service to the beach and provides beach towels. ​Facilities & Amenities: The 3rd-floor swimming pool and adjacent jacuzzi are brilliant, right outside the restaurant. The gym is well-maintained with adequate equipment, and the kids' playroom is run by a professional host, which was a huge bonus. My wife also thoroughly enjoyed the in-house spa services and massages. ​Rooms & Vibe: Our room on the 6th floor was spacious with a great balcony overlooking the pool, with the jungle directly behind us providing an amazing vibe. ​Convenience: A generous 12:00 PM checkout time (instead of the usual 11:00 AM) made our departure stress-free.

Just a small suggestion: it would be really helpful to have a foot-wash tap or sand-cleaning station near the front entrance after returning from the beach. Although towels are provided, a quick water tap would help keep beach sand out of the hotel lobby and rooms!

الفندق اربع نجوم ومناسب للعوائل ويقع على شارع رئيسي فيه العديد من المطاعم والمحلات وايضا قريب من الشاطئ بإستخدام خدمة العربات الخفيفة. وافطاره منوع ومناسب.

للاسف تصميم خزينة الملابس ومايتعلق بها غريب جدا وغير مناسب حيث انها تقع كجزء من دورة المياه وكان المفروض العكس. الغرف لم تكن جاهزة عند الوصول وانتظرنا اكثر من ساعة وايضا عند الخروج لم يأتى احد لنقل الشنط معنا.

The room was very clean, and the sea view was amazing. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the à la carte dinner offered a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and delightful throughout our stay.

There weren't enough beach chairs and umbrellas, and there weren't any lounges. I expected the beach to be better equipped with amenities for a large hotel like Aloft.

We loved everything..they gave us a room upgrade with the most beautiful sea view.. the staff were extremely helpful and were always smiling … the food was always exceptional with plenty of options at breakfast… they had happy hour everyday😍… we also appreciated the games by the lobby, we always looked forward to the evenings… special thanks goes out to Charles the waiter at the bar by the pool ….. it’s a great value for your money.. not forget it’s a walkable distance to the beach and is in a safe neighborhood for night walks

ter apenas uma zona de fumadores em todo o alojamento e ser no meio de terra e plantas… fazia com que houvesse muitos mosquitos e estando na piscina tinha de se descer 3 andares e sair do hotel propriamente dito para fumar. se és fumador, vais te sentir bastante desconfortável.

الممرات جداً حاره ولم أستطيع النوم لأن التكييف معطل وكلمتهم إما بتغيير الغرفه أو تصليحه وعندما قدمت من الخارج وجدت التكييف كما هو لم يتم تعديله وكنت قد حجزت 3 ليالي وعندما رأيت منهم عدم الإستجابه لغيت ليله وأخذت في مكان أخر أيضاً الإفطار محدود ولا يوجد تعبئه لأن يصنف ينتهي ولايوجد مكان مكيف أو على الأقل به مروحه للجلوس حتى قدوم السياره وبالنسبه للخروج لايسمحوا بالتأخير ولو ربع ساعه وخاصة أن لدينا شخصين من ذوي الإحتياجات

The staff were next level; from reception to cleaning to bar staff they were all so nice. The chefs came at all meals to ask how everything was too! Food including breakfast was heavenly. The hotel backs onto the rainforest where we saw dusky leaf monkeys each day along with hornbills and lots of fab animals. Good value drinks too. Gym was great. Do a buffet night with all you can eat & drink ... we did the seafood night and it was epic.

The only negative was the pool wasn't as good as it perhaps once was. Quite dirty, missing tiles and not much comfy seating to be found.

فندق جميل وأنيق ولطيف، وموقعه كويس، والطاقم ودود ولطيف جدًّا، والشرفة على البحر رهيبة، والسرير مريح وفيه مرافق متكاملة: مسبح، وكيدز كلوب لطيف وفيه مشرفات، وكافيه صغير في اللوبي (يبيع قهوة ستار بكس)، وفيه مجموعة ألعاب في اللوبي: بلياردو وفريرة وكيرم... ومطعم الإفطار أعجبني وفيه تنوع جيد وخدمتهم رائعة، وفيه ركن صغير للإفطار العربي (حمص ولبنة ومحمرة وبابا غنوج وزبادي)، وفيه مكاين قهوة مع ركن للمخبوزات طبعًا الفندق مش ملاصق للبحر، وهذي ميزة -بالنسبة لي- عشان تبعد عن الإزعاج، وتقدر تروح للشاطئ مشي مسافة 3 دقايق، وفيه قولف يوديك مجانًا، والشاطي هذا مناسب للسباحة وفيه كل الأنشطة البحرية "براشوت وجت سكي وبوت ..." وغيرها

نظافة المفارش والمناشف تحتاج مراجعة صراحة، صحيح إن Housekeeping لطيفين ومتعاونين جدًّا، لكن أتكلم عن نظافة المفارش نفسها وأيضًا باب الغرفة ما يسكر بشكل محكم، ففيه فرصة لدخول الحشرات، بينما باب الشرفة يغلق بشكل كويس

I recently stayed at Aloft Langkawi Pantai Tengah from July 8th to July 12th, and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. ​The Room: The Aloft room layout was simply amazing—sleek, modern, incredibly comfortable, and kept in pristine condition throughout my stay. It was the perfect spot to unwind. ​The Breakfast: The morning spread was fantastic! There was a great variety of fresh, high-quality options that went above and more than set me up for a day out in Langkawi. ​The Service: What truly elevated this stay from great to unforgettable was the front office team. A special, heartfelt shoutout to Hana at the front desk. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and went completely out of her way to be helpful. Her warm hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome and valued. ​Aloft Langkawi nails the perfect balance of a vibrant, trendy atmosphere with top-tier hospitality. I cannot recommend this property enough and will absolutely be returning on my next trip to the island!

We stayed for three nights at Aloft during our trip to Langkawi. Overall it was a great experience as the hotel got good facilities for kids like swimming pool, play area and board games. Room sizes are decent, beds were comfortable and breakfast variety was also great!

Housekeeping staff needs to be more careful with room requirements, like we have to ask for extra towels every time despite they were aware that there are four people in the room. Beach access was great but there should be more benches/sun beds to be provided along with shower facility so you could clean up after beach.

The open entrance of this hotel made it really unique. The lobby had plenty of games and entertainment options with a 24 hour drink and snack bar. The bedroom was spacious with a huge bathroom and bed. The view from the room of the sea and pool was fantastic. Breakfast was really good and had a huge variety. Everything was delicious. The pool area was really nice and 24 hour gym was a nice touch.

الموقع والاطلالة من الشرفة والافطار كان متنوعا

تم الحجز عن طريق يوكينج وتم اعطائي غرفة رقم 622 والمكيف لم يكون يبرد وغطاء المرتبة كان متسخا جدا وتم التواصل مع الاستقبال وتم تغيير الغرفة الى 815 كانت الغرفة افضل من سابقتها بس كان يوجد بها مشكلة في ضخ المياه في الحمام كان جدا بطئ في اول ليلتين وفي الليلة الثالثة رجع ضخ المياه طبيعي
