Uns als Familie hat die Freundlichkeit aller Miteinander sehr gut gefallen. Qasim war für uns stets da und half wo er nur konnte, einen extrem Daumen hoch.

L'hôtel est situé dans un très joli cadre naturel, légèrement en hauteur et donc au calme, tout en étant proche des restaurants et commodités. Qasim est d'une gentillesse incroyable pour faciliter notre séjour. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine.

We had a great stay at MyRus Resort. The resort is comfortable, and the staff were always friendly, courteous, and helpful. The swimming pool was clean, well maintained, and perfect for families with kids. The resort also provides a convenient buggy service to and from the main road, making it easy to get around. There's also walking access to a quieter part of the beach, while Pantai Cenang's main beach, restaurants, and shops are just a short Grab ride away. A special thanks to Qasim, who made our stay even better. He was always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about the guests. He treats the resort as if it were his own, and that really shows. The management should value and take good care of employees like him, they're a big reason guests leave with such a positive impression. The only area that could be improved is the buffet breakfast, which could offer a few more options and variety. Highly recommended!

Not a thing

I am writing this to warn other families. We booked 5 nights here largely because of the advertised splash pool for our young child. Upon arrival, we were devastated to find the pool closed. We saw brown, stained tiles and dirty water. It had clearly been neglected for a long time. The room itself was the bigger health concern. The duvet was visibly moldy and smelled damp. With a toddler, we knew sleeping in that environment could trigger respiratory issues, so we made the difficult decision to cut our losses and check out the very next morning. We politely requested a refund for the 4 unused nights we had prepaid, as we were essentially forced to leave for our child's safety. The resort refused and offered zero compensation.

الموقع جميل وهادي وسط الغابه الطاقم اعطيهم 10/10 موظفات المطعم والافطار في قمه اللطف والاحترام المسبح نظيف وجميل . مكان مناسب جدا للعائلات والأطفال .

الطريق المؤدي الي الفندق صعب جدا ولاكن الطاقم لديهم خدمه سيارات الجولف تحت الخدمه دايما وبكل احترام ولطف .

De gastheer Quassim maakt alles goed! Het resort is verouderd, hou daar rekening mee als je dit kiest.

Je n’ai rien aimé c’était catastrophique. Et je n’exagère pas

Tout! Maison sans fenêtres, invivable, aucun service de laverie, je ne recommande pas du tout. Je suis même d’ailleurs partie plus tôt avec ma famille, nous avons raccourcis notre séjour de 7 jours à la nuits.

Le décor extérieur des chambres, le paysage, la possibilité de croiser des singes et la piscine avec les toboggans pour les enfants.

L'intérieur des chambres horrible !! Salle de bain minuscule, lit pas confortable, sans parler du lit pour les enfants ! La chambre est très vétuste, on se sent vraiment pas bien dans les chambres. Quand nous sommes arrivés la pataugeoire était fermée, en cours de réparation pendant 2 jours. Le service si vous commandez a manger, on a attendu 1h15 pour 8 nuggets, les pizzas ne sont jamais arrivées on nous disait que c'etait bientot prêt au final on s'est rendu compte que le four a pizza etait en panne on aurait pu attendre encore longtemps !

Le personnel se démène comme des malades pour rendre ce lieu agréable à vivre en famille. kassim un mec qui est toujours la pour nous aider et il a fait son maximum pour répondre à nos besoin.

Mais en temps que professionnel de l'immobilier je suis obligé de faire un commentaire sincère et juste. A mon humble avis cet établissement à besoin d'être rafraichi et sécurisé d'avantage car il est en plein nature.

All were in good condition. My main concern only the swimming pool which need to be maintained properly.

Une catastrophe je me demande comment Booking propose ce genre d’établissement c’est une honte pour le tourisme!!!!

Unfortunately,my stay at here ws very disappointing and not worth the rm700+ i paid for 2days and 1 night! Look great in photos,but the reality was completely different! Poor maintenance,missing basic amenities,and definitely not worth the price paid.

The Bungalows smelled a bit funny. It seems a humidity problem but they were working on that.

Pour le bien-être de vos enfants : FUYEZ !! Personnel désagréable De la rouille en quantité dans les piscines, j’espère que vos vaccins sont à jour. De l’humidité en quantité dans les " chambres " : Si vous souhaitez attraper des maladies pulmonaires c’est parfait. Les locaux ne sont pas propres du tout.

Het personeel is super vriendelijk en regelen alles voor je. Met name Qasim, wat een topper! Hij bracht ons meerder keren per dag de bult op. Het is een wat kleiner park, met een leuk zwembad voor kinderen. Wij zaten in de villa van het park, super mooi en groot huis. Veel ruimte in de villa met 2 badkamers.

Het zwembad met de spetters leek wat troebel water te hebben, wat waarschijnlijk te maken heeft met wat roestige onderdelen.

Pool was brilliant, kids loved it.. staff cant do enough for you . Always going above and beyond especially Qasim and Dina who were both fantastic!

J'ai vraiment tout aimé, c'était une magnifique expérience, un excellent séjour, le personnel est au petit soin et à l'écoute, la propreté est partout, les enfants étaient ravis. De plus il est vraiment super bien situé, on se rend à la plage à pied, la place principale est à moins de 10 minutes en voiture et plein de restos aux alentours ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, une spéciale dedicasse a Qassim qui nous a accueilli pendant notre séjour et sur qui nous avons pu compter jusqu'au bout 😊

Obwohl die Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, hat es uns als Familie gefallen. Kasim war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es liegt etwas ausserhalb aber das war super denn wir wollten kein Rummel und genossen die Aussicht.

Such a cute little place with small cottages that our kids really loved. The pool and waterpark is all you need for a few days. The breakfast is fine - nothing fancy. The best part is the wonderful staff that makes you feel welcome from first sight - and Qasim helps to drive you up and down the small mountain whenever you like. We really enjoyed our 3 days here.

It is fun place for kids, we enjoyed our time there. Good breakfast, very nice english speaking stuff, great pool with slides and nice view. It was a good choice for us.

Very steep driveway but if grab don’t want to ride uphill, call hotel staff and they will come down for you and your bags. Kids room was closed

J’ai aimé mon séjour parce que l’ambiance est familiale. Le lieu est en hauteur, donc c’est un peu sportif pour y accéder, mais il est proche de la plage. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Les installations sont un peu vétustes, mais vu le prix, cela vaut largement le coup.

Bardzo fajne miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi, brodzik z wodnym placem zabaw i większy basen ze zjeżdżalniami. Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny personel, super miłe panie w restauracji. Dość dobre opcje śniadaniowe. Domki są wygodne, łóżka duże. Można korzystać z odwożenia na dół i na górę buggy.

Obiekt wymaga już lekko renowacji, schody na zjeżdżalnie są zardzewiałe.

We had a wonderful stay at MyRus Hotel. Everything was well organized. A special thank you to Qasim - he handled everything perfectly and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. His professionalism and kindness made a big difference. The ladies who prepared fresh breakfast every day were also amazing - everything was delicious and made with care. Highly recommended!

During the first two days there was a slight smell of humidity in the room, possibly coming from the air conditioning. However, it disappeared later and did not affect the rest of our stay.

Jättetrevligt badområde, och oerhört trevlig personal. Barnen älskade det, och vi fock även se olika lokala djurarter. Det var en bra frukost, och roliga hus.

It had a great location, the personal was super nice, the iglu model houses that gives an unique experience, the amazing view, the water park is perfect for kids to be entertained a good part of the day, everything was super nice.

The breakfast could have more options and variety.

This is a place that was built with kids in mind. Fun environment and playful layout, with a mini waterpark, playroom and a playground. It also had a lot of facilities for adults such as gym, pool table and a poolside bar (though closed upon our stay). The staff was great and an extra shoutout to Qasim, who drove us back and forth to places with the golf cart. Treated like family will remain a warm memory from this gem.

The resort is in need of some maintenance which would elevate the stay even more. They also held facilitets closed due to low occupancy, which is understandable from a cost perspective, yet somewhat frustrating for us staying there.

Water accumulated after showering, toilet and light were broken and basin clogged.

Your kids will love staying here just for the pool and the slides, ours did, so it was worth staying just for that. It's a bit rough the edges though, and in need of some maintenance and a freshen up. The pod rooms are simple but comfortable. We had a smaller one and it was still ok for a family of 4. The breakfast was OK. The staff are good, in particular Qasim. He was always friendly and good with the kids. He was helpful in dropping us up and down the hill for a taxi which we appreciated. He really made our stay enjoyable - thank you, Qasim.

Some parts of the resort is quite old and run, it needs some attention.

В этом отеле понравилось все , не смотря на потрепанные номера . Персонал просто супер , как родные люди , бегут на помощь при малейшей просьбе . Касим наш дорогой ♥️без него никак в отеле . Вид шикарный на прекрасное море , завтраки стандартные ( хотелось бы конечно разнообразить ) На пляж спускают с горы , но мы и сами с удовольствием спускались. Для детей очень хорошо . Много лангуров в джунглях . Уезжать совсем не хотелось . Желаем процветания отелю . Спасибо за прием ♥️

The pool was nice, however very very old definitely needs fixing with some broken tiles….

We couldn’t get to the room without a buggy as it’s on a high cliff we even tried walking but it’s nearly impossible as it’s very steep, also the grab we call refused to go up and get us which meant we needed the hotel buggy to come and get us or take us down to grab a grab…. It was actually very very annoying as we felt like a burden staying up late to watch the fire show. Also the rooms are really really old there was no internet throughout the whole stay (we stayed 6nights) and kept promising “tommorrow” morning breakfast was literally a downer little to nothing to choose from (was told it’s seperate from hotel) so couldn’t even bill anything to the room.

The shower could be improved as well as the hygiene in the room. Some moist and if leave something a lot of tiny ants will show up quickly

This is incredibly kid friendly and for a couple of nights our toddler loved it. It is dated in parts but for a short stay and base to explore it’s absolutely fine. The staff were helpful and the rooms very clean. The buggy down/up the hill was useful, but taxis can drive up they are just reluctant to.

Bilik hotel berada dalam keadaan lama dan agak usang. Kawasan belakang bilik tempat saya check-in dipenuhi semak samun, seolah-olah tidak diselenggara atau dibersihkan dengan baik oleh pihak pengurusan. Di dalam bilik pula, dinding terasa berair/lembap apabila disentuh, yang menimbulkan rasa kurang selesa. Selain itu, siaran televisyen tidak jelas dan mengganggu pengalaman penginapan. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini memerlukan penyelenggaraan dan penambahbaikan, terutamanya dari segi kebersihan persekitaran, keadaan bilik dan kemudahan asas

Het zwembad was leuk voor de kinderen. Personeel is aardig. Ontbijt was oké.

Het kinderzwembad is vies. In het huisje helaas geen warm water met douchen. De wifi in het huisje deed het niet, daardoor deed de tv het ook niet. Iedere dag zeiden ze dat de wifi ‘morgen’ gemaakt zou worden.. mieren en kakkerlakken in het huisje. Het stonk ook naar schimmel. In de sportschool was ruim 50% van de apparaten defect. Kinderspeelkamer was gesloten, niet beschikbaar. Veel achterstallig onderhoud!

Great value for money. We left too early for breakky so theu prepared packed food. We saw monkeys close in the morning. The pool and slides were great fkr kids. The buggy was great.

Værelset vi boede på var meget fugtigt og lugtede jordslået. Vand løb ind ad væggene og der var bare meget ufærdigt ved værelset

L' offre du petit déjeuner peut être pas assez complète

It’s a perfect place for children. - Beautiful and clean pool with aqua park. We were before the main season and we were alone in the pool lot of time. - The houses are painted like fairytales. The relaxing area has chairs like ice cream cones. Our daughter loved that. Other things that we liked: - We had one king size bed and one queen. Both big and comfortable. - There was a family of black monkeys, very beautiful and nice who were crossing the property toward the jungle every morning and back in the evening. We loved watching them. - People at the property were very nice. Quasim was very knowledgeable and helpful. - We had our towels changed every day. - If you need it, Quasim can drive you with the buggy down and back up. - The sea is close by. There is a small street across the main one that leads to a large and quiet part of the beach. - Grab is cheap to go anywhere. We went to the center when we wanted to see it, then we came back to our quiet place. - We loved the Cactus restaurant that was on the main street exactly down from the hotel. - We had some issue without the air conditioning that was promptly solved. Just ask Quasim. I’m giving it a 10 because our daughter had such a great time. Without her I would give it a 9.

It was visible that the property was not new anymore. But that didn’t disturb us. The water at the restaurant was crazy expensive. I bought it once, then we went down to the main street.
