We love the location by the beach and the hotel surroundings are not clustered or noisy.

The door locked seems to be giving way... we had a boy able to push the door despite it being closed. Aside, could the hotel review the food spread for breakfast pls. Also, instead of the brown pillows, can the hotel consider giving proper pillows (the white ones).

The breakfasts are very good, but the restaurant next to reception is so-so.

Breakfast buffet was good. Room was older but large and good value. They also offer green challenge program where we got free afternoon tea. True beachfront hotel.

Great staff very helpful, great swim up pool and beach bar, great eateries close by and everything i wanted to do was close by.

The rooms could be updated and i didn't use the infinity pool as i couldn't justify the cost

The bar on the beach is nice, great location, friendly staff. All the rooms have a balcony and the hotel has only 2 floors what means it's not overcrowded. Breakfast is in a beautiful location and there is a big variety of food to choose from.

Everything!! Location is fantastic with access to everything is reasonable close by, great food places nearby and of course access to the beach 🏖️ it’s relaxing and not an ugly skyscraper building and feels more authentic. Plus has spa with the best massages I’ve ever had!! I highly recommend!!!

Need to work on desserts or having a small shop that sells chocolate 🍫 (a mini mini mart would be awesome then never need to leave the resort). but honestly, there was nothing at all that I didn’t like, it’s great!!

The resort, all in all, is very good. The staff is very helpful, and the cleanliness is very good. The location and surroundings are very good too. I recommend this resort for couples and families.

The prices of some items are a bit high compared to the market. I mean the food and drinnks.

-not many choices to eat outside, far from cenang where you can find markets and choices to eat. -The elevator is dangerous (it is close by itself even if a person is in the door)

The location is fantastic, right on the beachfront with beautiful surroundings and good facilities. The resort has plenty to offer and is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach.

However, the hotel itself is quite outdated and the rooms are showing their age. Our room had a slight musty smell and would definitely benefit from renovation and updating.

We stayed 6 nights with my husband and our 3 year old son, and we booked at very short notice. We'd already booked somewhere else, then realised close to the time that it wasn't near the beach and didn't have the facilities we wanted, so we paid a bit more to come here instead. Best decision we made. It far exceeded our expectations and we were genuinely sad to leave. The staff were kind and lovely throughout. The beach access is the standout, walking straight onto the sand felt so relaxing, and because the beach is quiet it was almost like having a private stretch just for hotel guests. Lovely to have the choice of pool or sea each day. The spa on site was excellent, we had massages almost every day. Food and drink prices were reasonable and everything felt like good value. The room was a lovely surprise. We booked a triple suite not really knowing what we'd get and ended up with a two room apartment, a large bedroom with a balcony for us and a separate living room where our son could sleep. We'd booked a sea view and that's exactly what we got. Pantai Cenang is only 10 minutes away by taxi and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We'd absolutely stay again if we return to Langkawi.

The only real frustration was check in. We waited a while to be seen and the process was longer than it needed to be, with paper forms and deposit payments that could all have been sorted via Booking.com in advance. On site evening dining is limited to the beach bar and one restaurant, and the room fans were loud enough that we switched them off now and then.

Good location with nice surroundings, friendly staff and the breakfast had a good variety of options.

Unfortunately, the hotel was very noisy. We could hear doors banging, people talking and walking in the corridors, and furniture being moved in the rooms upstairs. Staff were also using a leaf blower before 8am, which was very disruptive. The swimming pool was also very busy and noisy in the mornings, as children from a school were there for swimming classes. The infinity pool also requires an additional RM30 fee for hotel guests, which was disappointing.

We love the location. The beach at the front of the resort is the best. The proximity to Cenang for shopping is also excellent. There are many restaurants and facilities all within walking distance. The staff are all very helpful and happy.

The resort is a little bit tired and could do with a bit of maintenance - especially the bathrooms.

The garden, pool, and beach are all outstanding. We loved our room with the garden view, the pool is large and just the right temperature and the beach is pristine sand.

The beach was the best one we saw in Langkawi. Lovely little beach bars along it right next to hotel on beachfront with live singers and lovely food.

Bathroom was cramped with no natural light. Bathtub was too small. Breakfast options were less for vegetarians.

We arrived and was assisted by friendly staff. Our room was upgraded free of charge to a beautiful suite and prepared so nicely for us! Staff was kind and helpful and was just apologetic for the small wait due to them preparing the new room for us😍

They charge you for ice.. ice should be something given like most hotels do.. its a small fee but just thought strange for a resort of this qaulity.

El hotel necesita una reforma, está bastante viejecillo. La piscina está bien y la zona de la playa también. Tiene un bar que está abierto 24h y se puede pagar con tarjeta lo que es un desahogo porque el supermercado más cercano está un poco lejos y hay que ir en Grab. Está lejos de la zona más animada por lo que se aprecia la tranquilidad (en Grab son 10min).

Lo viejecillo que estaba y el baño. Necesita una reforma. Tampoco nos quisieron dar sábanas para la cama supletoria aunque habíamos cogido una habitación para 2 adultos + 1 niño de 11 años. Una vergüenza.

The location is excellent, and the hotel is just a short walk from the beach. It’s absolutely beautiful, it creates such a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms were clean. The breakfast is outstanding, with a rich and wide variety of delicious options. It was one of the highlights of our stay.

The only area for improvement is the rooms. Some could use a little renovation and the Wi-Fi connection wasn’t reliable in a few of them. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience.

Great location and very convenient, with shops and plenty of food places within walking distance. The infinity pool has amazing views of the sea and beach, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. There is an entry fee to the infinity pool- 30 ringgit and includes a complimentary drink, which is good value.

The location and views are amazing, offering a great atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The staff were generally responsive, but the level of hospitality and friendliness varied. The waiting time to receive food after ordering was also quite long at times, hence a rather inconsistent experience but overall still a pleasant stay.

Dejlig beliggenhed lige ved stranden. Godt og lækkert poolområde. Lækker morgenmadsbuffet med et stort udvalg, men det var ikke inkluderet i værelsesprisen!

Værelserne og hotellet er ved at se lidt slidt ud. Det er et dyrt sted i forhold til kvaliteten - man burde have inkluderet morgenmad, så hænger det lidt bedre sammen.

Frühstück war gut, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer sehr schön aufgeräumt. Das Spa war angenehm. Sie hatten einen 24h Shop wo man immer auch eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen bekommen konnte. Rund ums Hotel gab es einige Lokale.

Keine Extraservices so wie in anderen Hotel (zb gratis Nachmittagssnack), Wasser an Poolbar hat auch was gekostet

The location is stunning on its own beautiful private beach. All the pools are lovely especially the Olympic size main pool. It was also a pleasure to stay in a hotel with character and age, not like the high rise ones around. Plus the hotel is really on the beach. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Excellent service .

We gave up eating at the hotel as the food took too long to arrive. We walked out after 30 minutes for a banana split in the Glass restaurant! Other families walked out too. But there are lots of great restaurants along the road.

The food served during breakfast is unacceptable. I have been staying in this resort for the past 15 years, once or twice a year. Breakfast used to be what I was looking forward to. But this trip is the opposite, bad quality and limited variety. Mostly are Indian curries.I told my family that I would never want to come back because of the breakfast.

The hotel is great, the location and the swimming is amazing, the staff are very kind and helpful . The breakfast and the kids zone are nice. I enjoyed the water activities

Fantastic location, best beach in the area with great water sports, very good food in the resort and dozens of great local resorts all within easy walking distance, lovely staff. 24hr cafe that showed live World Cup games was fantastic and great atmosphere for us football fans to enjoy.

Beds were not comfy unfortunately and aircon quite loud.

The best choice perfect location , best stuff, very nice breakfast many choices , pool clean and the beach is right next to villa . I love it . highly recommend

Ausstattung des Zimmers ist dürftig Zustand der Ausstattung, Matratze sehr alt und durchgelegen, Flecken auf der Decke, Mobiliar sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Strandliegen auch sehr alt und abgenutzt. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar und wenig Abwechslung. Der Infinity Pool muss täglich extra bezahlt werden. Für den Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Am Ende war ich viel unterwegs daher nicht so relevant, ich empfinde das Verhältnis von Preis / Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt.

I enjoyed my stay overall. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and there was a great variety of food options nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant experience despite the room not meeting my expectations.

I paid extra for a sea view room, but unfortunately it wasn't really a sea view. The room was on the first floor, directly in front of the lift, and the view was quite disappointing.

I had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a bar that opens until midnight at their private beach and there you can watch a fire show. Loved my room overlooking the garden.
