Compact room

The property was only 2 blocks from where we had to go, everything was easy walking distance. The view was great from the roof top area over Queenstown and the water - just like the photos. The free coffee machine was fabulous for us, great selection. The social area gave you somewhere else to go to read a book, do a bit of work or even have a take away dinner.

I would have liked a small fridge, but prefer the coffee machine if I had to choose and we would probably only put milk in the fridge, but then you'd need a kettle and coffee sachets - so its far better the way it is.

Extremely lovely and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, great location, and amazing roof top views!

I liked the location.

The size of the room with no closet or a safe to store my valuables. Early 10am check-out time and a charge for an 1 hour late check-out request. Front desk Staff is not friendly except the house keeping lady.

would have liked 2nd chair/seat. Staff could have known more about the city parking arrangements - claimed no knowledge or responsibility.... not good for internatioal visitors which Queenstown has no many of.

Location was great. Basin and mirror were good. Aircon was quiet and worked well. Lighting was good and awesome hairdryer and straighteners.

Rooms are very tight, with no chair/table as would normally be expected. Bathroom is poorly designed - wet shower box opens directly into bedroom so you have to step out naked into room to get a towel. Beds were very firm, and during the night there were very noisy cars outside. Also there was no tea option from the hot drink vending machine (only coffee or hot chocolate).

Alles top! Schöne moderne Zimmer! Sehr sauber! Nettes, freundliches Personal, total hilfsbereit. Wasser und heiße Getränke gibt es gratis! Fußläufig (2-3 Minuten) zum Zentrum!

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen!

Amazing location, well presented room, absolutely love the vending machine and free hot cocoa machine on each floor.

The bed was so uncomfortable, every movement it would squeak.

Perfect location, good room size and layout. Very clean.

You could hear quite a bit of noise from other rooms, same floor and above, but not too bad.

Very comfortable, wonderful staff, clean well throughout rooms, decorated well, you can control all of your rooms lighting, heating, door opening by your phone.Right on top of everything you need in Queenstown, very easy to walk everywhere to all the shops & restaurants

Location was excellent. Facilities were excellent.

Wish we had been told about the social room downstairs earlier. As we would have utilised that space more.

Great location. A short walk to the centre of town but quiet at night. The room was very tidy and in good condition. Good heating and a comfortable bed.

Room servicing was a bit unreliable. A couple sharing this room may have issues with bathroom privacy. Tea and coffee facilities inside the room would be better than the vending machine in the hallway.

Loved how clean, modern and nice the place was. Especially loved the free hot drinks vending machine too - that was a nice touch! Easy to get into town, staff were lovely, great facilities, even had ghd hair styling tools! Everything you need for a comfy stay :)

Only thing is if you are sharing a room with someone, there isn't much privacy for using the bathroom - it's just a glass door with no sound proofing so you might just want to keep that in mind haha

Loved everything

The location is amazing, the rooftop is really good and such a luxury to have the view and be able to bring your own drinks and food! The rooms were clean. The free hot drinks and ice were an extra bonus! Nothing was to hard, whether we needed to leave our luggage or borrow an umbrella. We normally stay at the Novotel in Queenstown but will be choosing here from now on! We also asked for an extra pillow and was provided one with no trouble

I was not sure what to expect. It was a last minute booking and the key criteria was proximity to a conference location. From entering the door and being greeted by a really friendly staff member to a clean, well appointed rooom with an excellent bed and a great shower, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Perfect for my needs

Positioning was great. The hotel is nice and warm. Laundry services are good and easy to use.

You need to be sharing a room with someone you really know well enough to go to the toilet in front of as the toilet is right there next to your bed… Glass doors so all noises are heard… We found it very awkward. No parking for when you hire a car. Paid parking all around so you have to park up the hill streets away so you don’t get booked.

Thin walls, noise from doors opening and closing in other rooms, I could hear every time the people in the room next door used the wash hand basin…loud gushing noise

Rooms are small, but well organized. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and facilities. Great shared spaces so we could enjoy our take away meals. Hotel is very close to the downtown and the bus stops to the airport, Arrowtown, etc.

Would be great if the shared dining space had a microwave and a kettle - that would make it even more useful. I know that the vending machine has a hot water option, but it I had to dispense few cups to fill my tea bottle. Felts a bit like unsustainable solution. Having a kettle at least in the shared space would make a big difference

The location - everything was very accessible and the rooftop view was amazing. The bed and room was comfy. I felt relaxed and enjoyed my stay. Staff were also accommodating to my requests. The vending machine also surprised me - free coffee and ice

As someone who likes to have warm water in the morning, I wish the hotel could provide a kettle in the room. Have been using 3-4 cups for hot water in the vending machine. I also don't want to waste cups.

Neighbours a bit noisy ( not hotels fault just inconsiderate guests) but soundproof from outside.

The location was perfect! Just a short stroll to the main downtown area. Room was simple, clean and cozy. Beautiful view of the gondolas going up to the skyline. Breathtaking view from rooftop terrace. Free hot drinks was a nice touch this winter!

Great location and cheap price for modern and clean facilities

Very modern described as between a hostel and hotel. The mi-pad concept has free tea and coffee and ice machines on each floor, not in your rooms. Rooms are very clean, bedding good and the concept works a treat. Mood lighting, touch pad for every lighting, the rooms are simplistic but it all works and we are a couple in our early 60’s. Mi-pad offers group areas, library, games room, outdoor spaces. Each room has its own bathroom, good showers and the best thing is the location. You are literally 200 mtrs from restaurants, dining, opposite a supermarket and yet it is out of the hustles and bustle of downtown. If anyone has been to Queenstown they will know good accommodation is pricey. Mi-pad is reasonably priced in a great spot not up a steep hill.

Great location, lovely staff.

Booking I pad was easy. I asked for four rooms together and we got them. The reception lady was fantastic and accomodating. The rooms were lovely and clean with a view. The bed was comfortable and the room rate reasonable for the type of room it was and location that being a two minute walk to Queenstown shops. Car parking was good also right next door. Parking was expensive, but not mi pads fault. Definately stay there again
