This was the nicest beds and room we have ever experienced.

Everything was clean! The breakfast was delicious. The staff was so kind and helpful. The location was perfect and convenient. Will be back!

El aire acondicionado. Estaba tan fuerte que había que ir con chaqueta en el interior del hotel cuando en la calle hacia muchísimo calor. El ruido de las máquinas exteriores de aire acondicionado era insoportable dentro de la habitación. Día y noche. En una habitación que es salón, cocina y dormitorio (grandísima) no hay una mesa para poder trabajar. Hay una mesa muy alta en la que, con la silla que hay en la habitación, no se puede trabajar. En la televisión solamente se ven canales de Estados Unidos en inglés.

Great location to downtown, restaurants, and the baseball field. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was nice.

My room looked directly out at baseball field. The curtains were not black outs and with night games both nights of my stay, the field lights kept my room lit up like mid day.

The attitude of the staff member who checked us in. Didn't get her name, but she wasn't very friendly and seemed like we were bothering her. But...maybe she was just having a bad day.

I did not like the fact that guests that have reservations have to pay for the parking.

The room was lovely and very comfortable. It was also the perfect location, so many amazing shops and restaurants within walking distance. After parking in the hotel parking garage, we didn’t use the car again until it was time to go home. We walked everywhere!

Was really close to the event we were attending, staff was kind and friendly! The room was much bigger than I expected, the beds and pillows were AWESOME. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

I am very particular about hotels and every time I go I always bring cleaning supplies to sanitize the room. I walked into the hotel and it was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. The attendant. Record was so pleasant and kind. She informed us she was the one who had cleaned the room. I will give this hotel a 10 all day.

Great location downtown. Parking garage attached but was always able to find street parking. Check in was flawless. Room great size and quiet even though it faced main st. Housekeeping did a great job. Very organized staff. Breakfast a step up from your standard fare. Most importantly EVERY staff member we met was nicer than the last. One of the best Hilton properties I have ever stayed at.

My wife and I stayed at the Homewood Suites in Downtown Greenville on 03/28 - 03/30. I have severe ADHD and when I travel I take my Steam Deck portable gaming computer system with me to help with my ADHD. This past week we were preparing to travel again and I couldn't find it in our luggage. I only use it while traveling, hence the delayed realization of the missing item. Once I realized that it was missing I logged into my account for the gaming system and it stated that it was logged into on 4/02 at 6:40 pm in Greenville. This was three days after we had checked out and left Greenville. I never took it out of the room during our stay and the hotel was our only destination in Greenville, we left home and drove to the hotel and left the hotel and drove back home. Once I realized that it was missing I called the hotel and the desk staff informed me that nothing was registered to lost and found from our room for our stay. I called again this morning to speak to a manager and was transfered to the assistant manager Kenny, he informed me that there was nothing in the lost and found and beyond that there was nothing they could do. According to police, it has so far been tracked to a residential neighborhood in West Greenville so housekeeping found it and did not turn it in but instead tooknit home with them. This portable computer along with the other items in the case has a combined value of well over $700. This really makes me not want to stay at a Hilton property ever again because housekeeping is untrustworthy and keeps left behind items regardless of value. I filed a police report and the manufacturer of the device has stated that they will be assisting the police with IP information to assist with potential tracking, they have already discovered that the language on the device was changed to Spanish on April 2, 2025 . Update: So far it has been tracked to a residential neighborhood in West Greenville proving that it was without a doubt an employee who stole my device. If you value your possessions do not stay here. At least one other review mentions theft by staff.

overall the experience first time I ever stayed overnight in the location and it was more than I expected

the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. I even had to rotate it due to the incredible huge dip in the mattress. the ceiling fan didn't work.

The stay was simple and straight forward it was convenient to have on site parking which made my stay that much more enjoyable. Over all when ever I am back in Greenville on this side of town I will be staying there.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel and the location is perfect. It is right across the street from the Baseball Park. Pubs, coffee shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, no need to move your car once you get there. Rooms were large and extremely clean.

Attitude when I inquired about cleaning my room. I was told when I checked in that the room is cleaned every day. However at 4 pm my room was not.

The location was great. Park the car in the parking deck and walk around was great!! The Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly, I enjoyed this place and was a great get away for our anniversary day.

Beautifully renovated, we now love this hotel even more. The one bedroom suites are our fav, so nice to have a separate LR and kit. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Every other staff member we encountered (quite a few) was helpful and great attitude as well. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel! The staff is very polite and friendly! We would like to mention Tecora and Lawerence in particular for their outstanding customer service and kindness! The rooms are clean, the bed was so comfy, the breakfast was excellent and the location can’t be beat. We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Greenville right from the hotel. The parking garage is attached to the hotel and very user friendly too. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Greenville!

All was well with the exception of 2 things the pull out was broken but repaired before we left and the bedroom door make a very loud bang when opened. Not fixed before we left. Otherwise it was great.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely amazing. From check in to leaving. We stayed for two nights and the staff was so warm and welcoming. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast was yummy that they provided. It’s located right on Main Street right by great restaurants and activities. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. And we will be coming back in the future when visiting to stay here.

Very nice suite, clean and quiet with a good included breakfast. It’s in a great location, very convenient to Falls Park, restaurants, and easy walk to the Peace Center.
