Lovely atmosphere, clean and nice breakfast. The building was beautiful and clean as were the rooms.

Front desk staff were not welcoming and very matter of fact. Also, they appeared to be training and were not especially courteous. The Valet Service was also overwhelmed. The best was the older gentleman who tried to make up for the young boys. The courtyard / pool area needs new chairs and more tables. The regular chairs are sagging through.

The look and feel of the hotel is great. The outdoor courtyard is lovely. Cleanliness standards are exceptional and the staff are very friendly.

Aircon set too cold in bar and restaurant and water being held by reception staff and not in rooms

There was not anything we encountered to dislike. Tastefully appointed, comfortable rooms, great shower, assorted breakfast food & friendly & professional staff.

The hotel itself was beautiful! The lobby was very clean and modern and the hotel room was wonderful and clean as well! Every person from the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping was extremely friendly and would go out of their way to make sure that we are happy and are enjoying our stay. Breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options and was delicious as well!

The mattress was a bit firm for our taste.

The location is great! We went to a concert at Bon Secours, and it was an easy walk to the arena. It was also within walking distance of great restaurants. The lobby was beautiful, but not in a "don't touch anything" kind of way. We enjoyed hanging out there! Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous and professional. We are already planning to stay here again if we go to another concert or a Greenville Drive game.

Easily walked to Bon Secours. Very nice room great restaurants all around. Parking in the deck across the street was affordable and close.

Breakfast has a variety of items. There was ample space to sit and eat comfortably.

Heating and cooling fan ridiculously loud. Only discovered late at night. No sleep when the fan ran. Area above the microwave with glasses and ice container very dusty.

I enjoyed the space and the view. The location was great. All in all the hotel looked very high class and clean.

I didn’t enjoy the lighting in the room and the bare cleaning every 2 days. The breakfast wasn’t as good either. One of the front desk ladies was very vocal and rude. The shower was leaking,

Wonderful experience at this hotel! Great location within walking distance to so many restaurants and shopping. Very clean and spacious room. The lobby/courtyard/pool areas are all clean and well designed. Breakfast was better than expected for a complimentary hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. Was upgraded to a two bedroom on arrival. My dog and I felt very welcome. Bar made a delicious bloody mary, breakfast was great and all the facilities were awesome. Woukd definitely stay here again. Could have stayed a month easily

Amazing location downtown. Walking distance to everything. A short walk to the Peace Center.

We arrived in town earlier than anticipated. We knew it was going to be very busy due to the SEC tournament. I contacted the hotel via the app to inquire about parking in the garage next door (spring st) and if it would be safe to leave our luggage (truck with no cover). Hotel staff messaged back and suggested parking in the parking deck and for use to drop off our luggage at the front desk and they would store until the room become available. Once the room was available, the front desk staff was super friendly, though busy they kept a smile and asked about our day, all while getting us our room key. The lobby is open, nicely decorated and very clean. The room was large and also clean. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was perfect and hot. We went to the bar, Oak and Honey during happy hour. Great selection of beers and liquor. The food was good and staff was great. The morning breakfast area was clean and included a good selection of breakfast items. I would be stay here again.

that the bar wasn’t available very early in the evening from like 7pm on because the private event which could have been held in the large dining area. so taking away from hotel guest not being able to relax and have a drink was the downfall.

What a fantastic hotel! Very clean and staff always walking around continuously cleaning. Great breakfast selections. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to go to the bar but it looked great. Parking is a city garage next to hotel and is $10 per day. Parking garage was safe and convenient. Room was large and nice - everything looked new. Staff was also very nice! Hotel is very convenient to everything downtown.

Had an amazing time, everyone was very welcoming ,I always felt people at the lobby were taking care of me.Kacee did an amazing job, also Hugo.

I stayed one night at this hotel for a business trip and had a great experience. The hotel is located in a very central area, with plenty of restaurants and places for dinner within walking distance, which was very convenient after a long workday. The hotel itself is spacious, very clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The gym is large and well-equipped, and there is also a pool, which is more relevant for the summer season. Breakfast was simple but good, and actually better than what I usually experience at hotels I visit for business trips. Valet parking is available and a bit expensive, but honestly this was the only minor downside and not a significant one. Overall, a great hotel and highly recommended

Breakfast was great. We dined at the restaurant and it was very good. Really liked having the parking garage so close.

We were on the 6th floor and it took quite a bit of time for the hot water to get to our room for showering.

Was disappointed that the bar was closed for an event on Friday night. It's one of the reasons I booked so we didn't have to be out walking late in the evening. Their was a bar setup but 1st drink was awful decided to stick to beer. The beer was not very cold and the beer in the fridge behind the service desk wasn't either. I know alot of people were very upset about the bar being closed. I think you should note on the website if the bar will be closed for an event so guest can decide if they want to book with you or not.

We stayed 3 nights here and originally had arrived late. Juan checked us in quickly and was very kind explaining about music options and breakfast. The gingerbread display was fun ! The breakfast is very nice and more options with many dietary options. Rooms are clean and only side thought is to put 4 coffees in room as we had to ask For more since housekeeping only serves every other day ( which I was fine with ) Location is great and we utilized parking garage beside hotel for $7 as noted by other people. But very easy to walk to Main Street. We did not get to hotel restaurant as a wedding or something and other nights had plans already. We really enjoyed this hotel and service was great.

The breakfast service was really good. There was a garage parking in front of hotel so it was convenient and be able to avoid the hotel parking fee.

The refrigerator didn't work so the food we wanted to keep fresh spoiled. The valet was nice except we had to retrieve our own vehicle for pickup because there was not a staff member available that knew how to drive a manual.
