במשך יומיים לא ניקו לי את החדר וזאת למרות שהלכתי לבקש במיוחד שיעשו את זה. הזוי בעיניי שדבר כל כך בסיסי לא מבוצע. המעליות פשוט סיוט. יש 14 קומות ו4 מעליות שמחכים להן נצח. ספציפית החדר שלי גם היה מאד חשוך, טיפת אור לא נכנסה אליו

Es war extrem staubig und sehr schmutzig verstehe die guten Berwertungen nicht.

He estado alojada una semana con mi familia (2 adultos y 2 adolescentes) y los puntos más positivos que destacaría son: - La ubicación del hotel. Está cerca de Times Square (unos 15 minutos andando), y cerca de Penn Station, una estación de metro que te permite ir a casi cualquier sitio de Manhattan. - La limpieza de la habitación. Leí algunos comentarios sobre que no limpiaban a diario la habitación, pero a nosotros todos los días nos la limpiaban y el baño también muy limpio. - Las camas y las almohadas nos parecieron muy cómodas. - La habitación tenía microondas (que no llegamos a usar), mininevera y caja fuerte gratuitas. - La amabilidad del personal, tanto de la zona del desayuno como en recepción. - El desayuno buffet. Aunque después de unos días acaba siendo repetitivo viene muy bien para empezar el día con algo en el estómago. El horario es bastante amplio. - Te guardan la maleta si llegas antes del check in o después del check out. Cuando haces el check in te cobran una fianza de 300$ que te devuelven en unos días. A mí no han tardado más de 3 ó 4 días en devolvérmela.

Como puntos negativos comentaría: - El tamaño de la habitación. Para 4 personas la habitación que nos dieron es bastante justa, al igual que el baño. Como estábamos todo el día fuera tampoco fue mucho problema. Creo que había habitaciones más grandes que la nuestra, pero a nosotros no nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación. - El armario es diminuto para 4 personas. Apenas cabía la ropa de 1 ó 2 personas como mucho. - En la zona del desayuno buffet si bajas a partir de las 8:30 tienes dificultades para encontrar sitio para sentarte.

La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale, a 10 minuti a piedi da Times Square e a 5 minuti dalla prima fermata metro, permettendoti un comodo collegamento praticamente con tutta la città. Le camere sono minimali, dotate però di tutti i servizi. Buona e fornita la colazione, seppur piuttosto ripetitiva. Graditissima la possibilità di rifornirsi di acqua per la giornata presso la sala colazione da semplici spillatori, in una città così costosa è un grande punto a favore. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Gentile e disponibile lo staff

Alcuni arredi andrebbero aggiornati, su tutti la moquette, che impedisce di mantenere pulite le camere. Le stanze sono piuttosto piccole e l’armadio a disposizione altrettanto, difficile sistemare tutta la roba se si si sta in coppia e si pernotta per più di una settimana

בארוחת הבוקר כל הכלים הם חד פעמיים אני לא מתה על זה. בנוסף, החדר יחסית רועש. כלומר שומעים את הרעש מבחוץ. אבל כל כך נהננו בסה"כ שזה לא היה קריטי.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la parada de metro de Penn Station que conecta con todo Manhattan. Tiene cerca un supermercado con comidas preparadas. El desayuno estaba incluido, no era muy variado, pero no estaba mal. Hay lavadora y secadora en el edificio que funciona con monedas. Justo al lado del Madison Square Garden.

La habitación no era muy grande, y no tenía espacio para guardar el equipaje. Para 4 personas con todo el equipaje para una semana, hay poco espacio. El wc también muy pequeño, y la bañera tenía una marca de óxido que no se iba. El desayuno tenía poca variedad.

Posizione centralissima, a due passi da Penn Station, abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte prima di partire. I servizi di deposito bagagli in arrivo e in partenza ottimi, ci hanno chiamato il taxi per l'aeroporto per l'ora chiesta da noi. Molto ben organizzati.

Camere piccolissime, bagno minuscolo. Prese elettriche non funzionanti nella nostra camera, le due della foto non lo sappiamo, per ovvi motivi. Tutta la notte c'e' stato un forte rumore, non era l'aria condizionata, forse il ricircolo d'aria.

L’hotel è in una posizione tattica per muoversi anche a piedi. La stazione della metro più vicina è a pochi minuti a piedi. Camera molto pulita, funzionale e letto comodissimo! La colazione era perfetta, tanta scelta sia di cosa dolci che salate. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, assolutamente consigliato!

Hotel piuttosto affollato, meglio anticipare la colazione al mattino presto.

La ubicación increíble a muy pocos pasos andando de Time Square, limpieza y personal muy amable.

El desayuno era muy limitado, pero de lo que había todo estaba bueno.

Breakfast options were great.

1. The room is extremely small with barely any room to walk. 2. The A/C was very loud and I could not sleep the first night because of the noise. I reported this to reception and whoever checked on it had the solution to turn off the A/C completely... this was not acceptable. I believe I was exhausted the following night and slept through the noise. However, I kept waking up subsequent nights. 3. There was a false fire alarm the last night of my stay close to midnight. The alarm kept going on and off for at least 30 minutes. We made several treks up and down the stairs, until an announcement via the room speaker was made stating that it was a false alarm.

Den absolut sämsta frukosten jag har varit på. Ingen av personalen hälsade, dålig kvalitet på det lilla utbud som fanns, dåligt organiserad frukostlösning och vi åt på papptallrikar och med plastbestick.

I am so sorry, but the room 10 09 that you gave me was not ready, it was an horrible experience when I put the key to enter into the room and saw two men naked, and the room was a disaster, very dirty. My son saw this scene…I hope The Marriot Hotel gives me a solution…please talk to your manager.  Jeffrey, Guest Service Manager told me in an email addressed to me: “Good evening Doctora Soranib, This is Jeffrey, Guest Service Manager, whom you spoke with today. I am extremely sorry this happened. It is absolutely unacceptable. The situation prior appears to have been due to a system glitch, however, you and your son should have never had to witness another guest's privacy. We take theirs and yours seriously. Please know, here at Marriott, we do not represent not doing what's best for our guests. As discussed, we are going to take $200 off of the bill. We shall reach out to booking.com to refund you your money, and once they do, it should reach back to your bank in Spain within 14 business days.” But I am not received yet the refund!!! I'm waiting for the refund on my credit card… Otherwise I will raise my complaint to higher instances!!!

Era davvero centrale in più la colazione era ottima e per me che sono italiana la colazione in America é sempre un tasto dolente. Super abbondante e era ricca di dolce e salato.

O hotel é bem legal, mas é bem cheio, muita gente no saguão. O quarto é pequeno, mas nada de mais. A região é bem movimentada, muitas opções ao redor.

Overall, a solid stay. The hotel had all the necessities and everything I needed for a comfortable visit. What made my stay even better was the front desk staff, especially Eric Reyes. He was incredibly attentive to all of my questions and requests, always making sure he could help with anything I needed. His positive and friendly attitude made a noticeable difference and was truly appreciated.

Breakfast was fantastic every morning. The staff were friendly. Very clean.

Our room was behind the elevator and there was a noise every 45minutes to an hour that would startle you out of the bed onto the floor. Very loud and hard to describe. Twas very 'My cousin Vinny's.

The staff was the best part of the stay, they were accommodating and kind. The location was also great for us as it was close to MSG and great restaurants.

We were told the room would be cleaned every day, but after a long day of being out we would come back and the room was not cleaned. The breakfast options weren't worth the price of stay. The rooms are small.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel! De werknemers waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze stonden altijd klaar om te helpen en onze vragen te beantwoorden. Ook de bedden waren erg goed, waardoor we heerlijk hebben geslapen. Kortom, een aangenaam verblijf en zeker een aanrader!

Als verbeterpunten vonden we het ontbijt wat eentonig. Daarnaast duurde het soms erg lang voordat de lift kwam. Ook maakte de airco in de kamer behoorlijk veel lawaai, waardoor het helaas niet mogelijk was om met de airco aan te slapen.

I've been here a few times it's ideal location wise near the subway station. Breakfast was good perfect to start your day. Staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately they had problems with the fire alarms one late evening but safety is priority. The shower drain had flies maybe something to do with the drains and the hot weather.

Posizione ottima come pure la pulizia della camera rifatta tutti i giorni. Personale gentile. Per il pagamento non hanno nemmeno richiesto la cauzione. Colazione varia e abbondante. Negli orari di punta un pò di gente per prendere gli ascensori ma con un pò di pazienza si è risolto sempre nel giro di pochi minuti. Ritornerei sicuramente!

Nella camera c'era un armadio piccolo e abbiamo dovuto tenere quasi tutto nelle valigie durante il soggiorno.

La struttura in sé è bella, la posizione è ottima,la stanza spaziosa, lo staff gentile e la nostra stanza è stata pulita da Yuri, che è molto brava e ha sempre lasciato la stanza in condizioni super

Considerando dove ci si trova, il prezzo comunque non può essere molto più basso, ma considerando che comunque fa parte della linea Marriott mi aspettavo molto di più ... La stanza in sé non era brutta, però aveva dei difetti: per esempio la porta della doccia e del bagno erano un po' cadenti, la TV aveva un bel graffio, due lampadine erano fulminate... Per essere in un hotel di un certo calibro avevo delle aspettative più alte. Anche la colazione un po' deludente, non vi aspettate molto, ne di dolce ne di salato, la scelta è poca ma nel complesso ovviamente tutte cose buone. Per il resto abbiamo avuto per due giorni solo un ascensore funzionante e questo provoca non pochi disagi quando l hotel è al completo e negli orari di punta, però purtroppo sono cose che possono capitare. Diciamo che il soggiorno è stato buono, avevo io delle aspettative più alte per come si presentava l'hotel

RUN AWAY! They took a security deposit of 300$ from my account and never gave it back. When I contacted the hotel, I got an automatic response that it was released when I checked out 3 weeks ago. But what my Bank Statement shows until today, more than 3 weeks later is the following: they took the 300 $ from my account, it was NOT JUST HELD ON as they claimed, and they never refnded back. This is a SCAM, and absolutely unacceptable!!!

We booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms had a broken air conditioner, and after being installed, we had to switch to a smaller one. In my opinion, they shouldn't have even made this room available since the air conditioner wasn't working. We got a discount because the room was smaller. One of the elevators that served our floor broke down and it took a day to be fixed, which caused a lot of waiting since a single elevator couldn't handle the demand.

It was a perfect location to be able to walk to key locations such as Times Square, Central Park, Empire State. It’s also very close to Subway stations to take you anywhere you need to go.

Nothing, staff were polite and very friendly. We were welcomed each day.

The security deposit creates a sense of unease for the traveler until it is returned. In our case, a mistake was actually made regarding the refund of part of the money, but as soon as we got in touch, it was returned immediately.

Posizione ottima e strategica, 10 minuti a piedi da Times Square. La fermata della metro dista sono 2 minuti ed é la linea principale. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa la notte. Hotel fantastico, molto pulito e i ragazzi sono disponibili e accoglienti, inoltre è presente anche il servizio deposito bagagli gratuito (cosa non scontata). La colazione è nella media, vasta scelta per il salto, meno per il dolce, ma comunque molto buona. Prezzo top per NY.

La macchina per caricare l acqua al secondo piano non andava quasi mai e ci si doveva recare al ottavo piano, ma queste sono piccolezze.

I had a very pleasant stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square South. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and offered all the facilities I needed for a comfortable visit to New York. The staff were especially friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. I also appreciated the breakfast selection. It could get a little crowded during peak hours, but it was still a convenient and enjoyable way to start the day. The location is excellent: Penn Station is nearby, and it is easy to walk to Times Square, Edge, and many other Manhattan attractions. This made getting around the city very convenient.

The only downside was the room size, which felt a bit limited. However, that is quite typical for New York City hotels and did not take away from the overall positive experience. I would happily stay here again.
