Excellent location in central Manhattan within easy walk to the subway and just about everywhere else. Easy transfer from JFK via airlink to Jamaica then subway. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast onsite; you order at the counter then they bring it to your table. Nice outside seating area. Very near Penn Station for our ongoing journey. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Thanks to everyone at the Voco for a great start to our trip.

Die Sauberkeit war nicht so schön. Es kam Nachts Wasser aus der Decke im Bad, wurde zwar abgestellt und man hat uns nur die Servicegebühr von 28Dollar erstattet. Da das Hotel ausgebucht war konnte man uns auch kein anderes Zimmer geben.

Hotel situato a midtown a pochi passi dalla metro, ha un concept moderno e informale. La stanza è non molto grande ma comoda e funzionale, i letti comodi e un bagno adeguato. La colazione è di buona qualità e durante il pomeriggio sono disponibili bevande fresche e popcorn nella hall. Il primo giorno viene offerto un drink di benvenuto e tutti i giorni gli ospiti hanno a disposizione 10 dollari di credito da usare al bar. Lo staff è cortese e disponibile. La posizione è fantastica, comoda per spostarsi a Manhattan.

Very conveniently located, close to Penn station, Port Authority Bus terminal, Times Square and other popular attraction. Plenty of food options around the hotel.

Está numa ótima localização, vários transportes (metro e autocarro) a poucos minutos a pé A 10 min a pé da times square O pequeno almoço vale bastante a pena. O quarto apesar de pequeno, serviu bastante bem para 4 pessoas.

Só tem dois elevadores, o que dificulta as subidas e descidas em hora de maior afluência, nomeadamente de manhã a partir das 9/9.15h.

Smaller rooms than usual , no cupboard for clothes inside the rooms. You have to use vouchers for your breakfast which is inconvenient. No pool and No laundry

Elevator capacity is insufficient simply. There are 2 small lifts for 2000 people in peak, so you have to wait 15-20 minutes sometimes to get in. Also they’ve overcharged us with more than 1k USD and never came back to us with any kind of resolution despite all the promises.

The location is great, staff is nice.

We booked one room for 6 days for the four of us. I don’t know how can they sell this room for four persons, there were two double beds, but that s it. There was no drawer or wardrobe for any of our clothes, so we needed to keep our luggages open and jump over them in the room. i would definitely not recommend this size of rooms to offer for families. Other points: there was no cleaning done other than the bedsheets daily, except when they forgot about us. Wifi did not work in our room. There are two elevators in the whole building, so it takes 30 mins to get up or down.

Zimmer im 25. Stock mit schöner Aussicht bis zum Hudson River. 2 Queen Betten, die sehr bequem waren. USB Stecker zum Handy laden auf dem Nachtkästchen. Klimaanlage individuell einzustellen. Das Zimmer war klein, kein Schrank, nur eine Kleiderstange. Koffer hatte kaum Platz. Es gab auch ein Bügeleisen mit Büglbrett. . Bad war groß mit schöner Dusche, Wc, Waschtisch und Föhn In Room Kaffemaschine mit Lavazza Kaffee, Wasserflasche Beim Check in haben wir Cookies und Schokolade bekommen

Oda her gün temizlendi küçük ama yeterli donanımın olduğu bir odaydı. HErhangi bir sorun yaşamadık oldukça sakin ve sessiz bir oteldi.

Son günlerde aynı katta kadığımız bazı müşteriler ve çocukları aşırı gürültü yaptı ve resmen kabus yaşadık uyarmamıza rağmen gürültü bitmedi.

La dimensione della camera era un po' al limite ma, essendo a Manhattan, è comprensibile.

Świetna lokalizacja i doskonała obsługa Obiekt znajduje się w samym centrum Manhattanu, co jest ogromnym plusem — wszędzie jest blisko i bardzo wygodnie można zwiedzać miasto. Pokój był codziennie bardzo dokładnie sprzątany. Każdego dnia wymieniano ręczniki oraz uzupełniano wodę i kawę. W łazience codziennie dostępne były wszystkie potrzebne kosmetyki — szampon, odżywka, płyn do kąpieli, a nawet maseczka do twarzy. Do dyspozycji były również kapcie. Dla gości był również popcorn codziennie świeża lemoniada. Byłam bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczona dbałością o szczegóły i komfort gości. Wszystko było czyste, zadbane i dobrze przygotowane. Zdecydowanie polecam ten obiekt i chętnie wrócę przy kolejnej wizycie na Manhattanie!

La struttura è carina e accogliente e presenta tutte le caratteristiche di un boutique hotel. La posizione è ottima se si vogliono raggiungere i principali luoghi d’interesse della zona.

L’accoglienza si è rivelata pessima. Per un problema con la carta di credito la prenotazione è stata cancellata e ovviamente nulla può essere eccepito in quanto questo rientra nelle regole. Invece non è stato per nulla comprensibile aspettare quaranta minuti per sperare di ottenere una nuova camera e sapere all’ultimo, dopo che ci eravamo illusi, che non vi era disponibilità. Pessimo da parte dell’addetta al desk, il riferire inoltre, che in zona era tutto prenotato e avremmo avuto difficoltà a trovare altre strutture disponibili: cosa non vera visto che in seguito abbiamo alloggiato in un altro hotel nelle vicinanze!

J'ai tout aimé : la situation géographique, les chambres, la propreté, le pop corn et boissons fraîches tous les après-midi à notre retour d'une journée bien chargée, le monsieur à l'entrée toujours très gentil et souriant, le jeune homme du bar très agréable. Si j'ai le bonheur de revenir à New York, je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet hôtel.

I vetri sulla strada della hall si presentano sporchi da più giorni, non presentano bene l'hotel che appare cosi trascurato. La strada di sera è sempre piena di grandi contenitori di rifiuti maleodoranti. La camera è piccola per 3 ospiti. Il personale alla reception e al bar è poco accogliente ed attento al Cliente, salvo qualche eccezione, ovviamente. Aspettavamo le valigie dall'aeroporto che non erano arrivate con il nostro volo e nonostante le nostre insistenti domande sul loro arrivo continuavano a dire che non erano arrivati in hotel. Cosa è poi successo? Siamo dovuti andare in aeroporto (visto che neanche al call center della compagnia sapevano spiegare cosa stesse succedendo) per scoprire che erano state consegnate da ben 2 giorni! L'evidenza della ricevuta di consegna del corriere con tanto di firma di ricezione, recuperata in aeroporto, li ha convinti a verificare il loro deposito bagagli...ed erano li!! Il personale di reception neanche a scusarsi dell'accaduto. Abbiamo dovuto segnalare al direttore che si è scusato e ha provveduto a risarcire il disagio creato offrendoci la colazione.

La ubicación excelente. Que tuviera bar-restaurante ha sido estupendo para poder cenar y descansar, los camamareros son realmente estupendos. Diego y un chico colombiano, nos hicieron la estancia muy agradable sobre todo después de recorrer muchos km por la gran ciudad.

הכל מעולה ממש אחלה מלון חוץ מהמעלית שקצת באסה אבל יצא לי לחוות את זה בעוד מלונות בניו יורק - המעלית קטנה ועושה בעיות ולפעמים עמוסה מאוד ולוקח זמן לתפוס מעלית כשרוצים לעלות או לרדת מהחדר.

Bien que le petit déjeuner soit bon, le service est très très lent. Seulement 2 ascenseurs pour 26 étages, pas mal d’attente aux heures de pointe.

La camera è davvero striminzita, il letto più che un matrimoniale è una piazza singola. Ci sono solo due ascensori che servono 26 piani quindi capita spesso di aspettare anche 5 minuti per la salita/discesa. Il personale non è sempre reattivo; un giorno si erano dimenticati di darci gli asciugamani e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 1 ora e mezza

중간에 stay가 어떤지 물어보는 연락이 왔었습니다. 냉장고가 없어서 불편하다고 했더니 하나를 가져다 주셔서 너무 편안하게 잘 사용할 수 있었습니다. 빠르게 피드백이 되어서 더욱 좋았습니다.

간접 조명만 있고 천장에 등이 없는 부분이 제일 아쉬웠습니다. 저녁에 일을 하기에 조금 불편했습니다. 그리고 화장실 세면대에서 가끔 악취가 올라와서 불쾌했던 순간들이 조금 있었습니다.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt in Manhattan. Die nächste Metrostation ist allerdings etwa sechs Gehminuten entfernt. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein, aber für einen Aufenthalt in New York vollkommen ausreichend. Sie sind modern eingerichtet, verfügen über keinen Teppichboden und waren insgesamt sauber. Zur Ausstattung gehören unter anderem ein kleiner Kühlschrank, ein Bügeleisen sowie Shampoo, Duschgel und weitere Pflegeprodukte. WLAN war sehr gut. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich.

Die Zimmer bieten leider keine besonders schöne Aussicht. Auch beim Personal gibt es deutliche Unterschiede: Einige Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption und an der Bar waren leider nicht besonders freundlich, während andere wiederum sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt war der Zustand der Aufzüge. An einem Tag wurde einer der Aufzüge aufgrund eines Problems gewartet, an den beiden darauffolgenden Tagen fiel er dann vollständig aus. Da es ohnehin nur zwei Aufzüge gibt und das Hotel viele Gäste hat, musste man teilweise sehr lange warten. Hinzu kommt, dass auch das Reinigungspersonal die Aufzüge mit ihren Wagen benutzen muss, was die Wartezeiten zusätzlich verlängert. Ich hätte erwartet, dass der Aufzug deutlich schneller repariert wird. Auch die Wasserspender sind nicht optimal verteilt. Nicht auf jedem Flur gibt es einen Wasserspender, und einige der vorhandenen Geräte sind so langsam, dass das Auffüllen einer Flasche sehr lange dauert. Einer der größten Kritikpunkte sind jedoch die extrem schwankenden Preise. Für dasselbe Hotelzimmer kann man in einer Nacht beispielsweise 150 $ bezahlen und in der nächsten plötzlich 600 $. Bei besonderen Veranstaltungen, wie etwa einem WM-Finale, kann ich eine solche Preissteigerung noch nachvollziehen. Allerdings sind die Preise teilweise auch unter der Woche ohne erkennbaren Grund stark angestiegen. Diese erheblichen Preisschwankungen empfinde ich als sehr enttäuschend.

It was clean. Coffee machine was available in the room, as well as the small fridge.

The air conditioning was very loud. As it was quite warm during our visit and because you cannot open windows, you only had choice between the loud air conditioning in the room or a warm room. No continental buffet at the hotel.
