Clean, tidy felt safe (2 ladies visiting)

Friendlies of staff,great location

Bathroom dated but very clean

Location to the Winter Gardens to see Dirty Dancing. Close to the Tower and lots of shops.. Staff were kind and helpful, tried their best.

I couldn't hold on to the bannister on the way up, as it felt dirty. We arrived at room 21, the bedding was clean, budget, cheap bedding and pillows, reminded me of being a student. The TV worked, but was small and wonky. The wall paper was peeling off the walls. The decor in the bathroom was well overdue a make over. One toilet roll, one plastic cup and a small soap bar are your extras in this room. Dirty lampshade, The locks upon our door, need attention. Old decor throughout the entire building.

Every thing and the staff are extremely helpful and really made us feel welcome like a home from home

The staff were lovely, made me feel very comfortable and were amazing with their interactions with my son also.

Great place, fabulous friendly staff and the breakfast was spot on.

Great place and Great people.

The quiet and the staff .the breakfast was very good and the choice .

Nothing

Good atmosphere

No complaints

Well located

The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful .

The toilet lid When you sat on the toilet the lid would hit/rest on your back. & maybe a lamp/side light near bed. Breakfast would be even more awesome if could be on until a little later say 10.30am but, I guess they've got lots to do if its a full house.

Convenient location for Winter Gardens event and town centre. Room comfortable, excellent breakfast.

No parking, but not the owners fault.

Great location and superb breakfast

No lock on bathroom door and no fan in bathroom. Could also be doing with sign above hot water tap in bathroom as water was very very hot

Always a very pleasant stay, lovely hosts

Nothing

Clean and friendly staff

Noise from neighbours from upstairs and downstairs. No air-conditioning.

Great location for a family weekend away. Very friendly helpful staff. Family friendly hotel with child friendly bar that included the England quater final match being live streamed during stay. Good Breakfast.

Decoration in some communal areas was tired, needed refreshing. Rooms were not serviced during stay. No fans in room very hot.

Asked for a quiet room was told we don’t have quiet rooms this is Blackpool !! Getting woke up early hours by guests very loud went on for over 2 hours then had to put up with extremely loud karaoke from adjacent properties just as well it was a good elvis impersonater

location and friendly staff

the bed was a solid 1 - it leaned towards the room and i could feel the springs

Great location, super friendly staff

Obiekt przy Winter Gardens. Dobre śniadanie.Super personel.

Troszeczkę ciasno, ale te hoteliki tak mają. W umywalce oddzielnie ciepła i zimna woda. Większość hoteli tak, co zrobić , taki kraj 🙂

Everything! great property! Lovely breakfast, great location & excellent friendly staff

Nothing

Friendliest of staff and a cracking breakfast.

Little run down but can’t argue with the price

Friendky & welcoming

All good

Location to Winter Gardens and mall. Great breakfast, great bar, extremely friendly owners

Lovely owners who provided an early breakfast before we had to head out for the day.......

Just our room location as it was above the bar area so a little noisy at times but earplugs do the job 😀

Helpful staff, clean rooms and a great breakfast at a competitive price. We will be staying again.

All good.

Great location very close to shops and sea front, staff we're excellent, friendly and super accommodating, breakfast was good, room was basic but clean and comfortable bed which is all I wanted.

De locatie

Slecht Ontbijt, verschonen handdoeken, verder rook het naar drank en wiet en leek het meer op een kroeg voor zwervers

Everything

Very close to city centre

Quite basic

I stay at this hotel every year, and it just keeps getting better!

nothing

Staff were very friendly and even let me park at the back of the hotel when it wasn’t advertised

Location was brilliant staff were amazing very well coming

the hotel was clean and friendly

everything was good

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent. The rooms very comfortable and tidy. They really make you feel welcome and at home.

The staff are just the best! We returned here again after last year for a dance comp and will return again next year.

Breakfast and location are good. Staffs are nice.

The room is old, no aircon in my room. Facility is old. Not enough power socket. no space to put my stuffs.

We had a fantastic weekend, staff are great

Nothing

Staff were absolutely lovely

Rooms were fairly small

Free breakfast included fo every customer, even though booking had a seperate fee for this? The owner there was so nice and even spent time with us this weekend. Always happy to help with any issues we had.

The beds mattresses were too soft. Meaning I woke up with a bad back both mornings which sucked.

Great location and amazing staff

Weak internet and shower

Ideally located for the Winter Gardens

No lift. WiFi didn’t reach our room.

Great location Very welcoming

Warm welcome, ideal location, very clean, lovely breakfast, extremely friendly, helpful staff.

Staff, as always were friendly and attentive

There's nothing I didn't like

Everything. I am a very anxious person and it was first time i booked a hotel just for myself in an unfamiliar city; the staff were phenominal, friendly made me feel right at home the minute i walked through reception. My friend advised the hotel as they love it so much. Bathroom was very clean, beds comfortable, price of hotel was excellent. I will be coming again with my partner and children to share the experience. Highly reccomend.

Everything was perfect.

Very hospitable

Curtains were broken

If you’re after a friendly, fuss-free stay in Blackpool, the Orbiston Hotel delivers. From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel like part of the furniture—in the best possible way. Highlights: Warm Welcome: The team couldn’t be nicer if they tried. You’ll feel instantly at home. Top Location: Right in the heart of Blackpool, close to everything you came for (including the chips). Clean & Tidy: Spotless rooms that clearly get a lot of love. Breakfast: Simple, satisfying, and just what you need to start your day.

The Quirk: A Bit Dated: The décor might need a refresh in the rooms, but it was dated but clean.

Lovely hotel - nice, clean, and spacious room. The owner and staff were lovely. Good value price for 1 nights stay with breakfast. I would stay again when in the area. Thanx

Friendly, clean, fab location and great breakfast options. And the bar is also a great added extra.

Nothing

The hotel had very helpful and lovely staff, the hotel also provided a delicious breakfast each morning with lots of options and great coffee. It was clean and tidy as well with comfy beds and lots of storage. The location was also amazing because it is so close to all of the attractions and city centre.

Everything great but there wasnt great signal or wifi, however, this is an issue that we experienced throughout the whole of Blackpool so i wouldnt say that this is an issue with the hotel itself and the wifi was still good enough to make phone calls and browse social media.

Lovely hotel! All of the staff including breakfast team were so friendly and accommodating. The room was small but perfect for what we needed, clean room and bathroom, Towels, Tea, coffee, milk provided in the room, beds were comfy too. The breakfast was very nice also. The location was great, 10 minute walk from the train station, 2 minute walk from the shopping centre. 3 minute walk round to the coral island and on to the pier. right opposite the winter gardens too. would highly recommend staying at this property. Will stay here again in the future! Thank you to all the staff!
