A warm and friendly welcome on Arrival, Room was clean and tidy and there is a nice outside space at the rear to sit and have a drink from the bar

Nothing really it was a great BnB in a good location at a good price with Breakfast included.

Breakfast was probably the best thing here, and the staff in the dining room were lovely and cheery.

I wasn't made aware at any time the hotel was not in any was disabled friendly. Both my daughter and I have problems that made getting up 2/3 flights of stairs agony and a nightmare.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, nice quiet street, really close to main attractions. The staff were the highlight of our stay, so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, and as a single mum travelling with my children, I felt very safe and looked after. Breakfast was very tasty, plenty on offer, even oat milk which was a bonus

The bathroom was quite small, but not a major issue for a 2 night stay

The staff are always friendly. We have stayed here many times. They make you feel very welcome. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere to it. Check in is relaxed and easy.

The team working here were very attentive, and welcoming. Abby was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. You can understand why people return with such a friendly team.

The room was tired and for the price paid we did expect a bit more from the decor this could be fixed with a bit of TL

Our room wasn’t what we thought and seen on photos very small door to bathroom didn’t close had to slam it toilet seat didn’t stay up also door to room hard to close was a group staying had young kids tried to trip up my partner when walking through also people injecting drugs outside in next building I know not hotels fault tv wasn’t worth putting on the wall but couldn’t fault the lady who checked us in was really nice. My partner as bad anxiety and didn’t feel safe so and was very upset and ruined our short break

The staff are amazing! Super friendly and down to earth. They even gifted my daughter on her birthday!! Always on hand to ask questions and genuinely wanted you to have a good time. Breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect! Highly recommend!

Staff were all welcoming and friendly, more than happy to help with any questions. Breakfast had a good selection of cereals as well as hot food. It was really warm during our visit but staff managed to find a fan for us, which was helpful while traveling with a 10 month old. The court yard to the back was nice and shaded in areas so we were able to sit and enjoy some time outside too. Bar is stocked with a great variety of drinks. We will definitely return

Bathroom was extremely small .gap between toilet and sink was really bad and you couldn't get dry in the bathroom after a shower .The extractor was extremely noisy.

The breakfast was fabulous and Laura who looked after us was absolutely amazing. She couldn’t do enough for us and was so friendly. She made our stay

The location was perfect, staff were incredible, breakfast lovely, and had a great fully stocked bar and beer garden, was perfect for our family trip.

The hosts were fantastic Laura couldn’t do enough for us and Abbey was so good with us to we had 2kids with us and didn’t want to go out at night Laura allowed us to use there dinning room and gave us plates and cutlery to use even washed our dishes the room had as much tea coffee you could even use beds were spotless the breakfast was delicious we will be back hope soon

Hôtel très accueillant, ambiance familiale, avec un style anglais typique. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, et le personnel très sympathique et serviable. Bien placé si vous voulez explorer Blackpool et la plage. Lit confortable et bar de l'hôtel sympathique et calme pendant les heures de sommeil.

Salle de bain petite : cuvette très proche du lavabo. Il manquerait aussi une étagère de rangement dans la salle de bain.

The only thing I would say is the shower was a wee bit on the small side,, This is not a complaint, there was nothing in didn't like , Thank you all x

The hotel location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was a good size, clean

The beer garden (although lovely and we enjoyed sitting out in the afternoon) was supposed to be closed off at 10:30pm. It was a very hot evening and we had an early start so wanted the windows open in our room but there were some loud people outside until midnight so we didn’t sleep well at all. If the policy was kept to this hotel would be perfect

Sstaff were brilliant as usual, breakfast was fab. Bed was comfy

Standards have dropped from last year.

Very noisey during the night. Uncomfortable beds. The area is very run down and dodgey outside. Having to pay to park outside the hotel ( this was included in the hotel room price last year). Our beds never got changed during the 3 night stay. We were promised they would be changed and fresh towels after two days but they were not. Mess and food in the bar on all 3 days yet I wasn’t allowed to take a wrapped up pie to my room. Definitely dropped standards from last year and we will not be going next year as very poor.

Great location, being a short walk from Coral Island, Winter Gardens, Blackpool Tower etc. Comfortable double bed although some of our group said the mattresses were a bit in the firm side. Mine was too but I like it that way.

Room was small and the bathroom was tiny, with the sink needing to be put in the bedroom. However the room was all clean, the furniture and amenities didn’t look too old and it looked like some effort had been put in to it, unlike some hotels in Blackpool.

We have stayed a few at hotel and its been good . This time its been the very loud music coming from the bar area of the hotel which was going on until after 1 am .

The location was great for the activities we had planned for the couple of days we were there.

Parts of it look very tired, but the staff made up for this with their friendliness

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. It was close to the beach. I also like the fact that you had a key to the front door, so no one could just walk in. It made me feel extra safe with my daughter.
