Do centrum grabem okolo 20 minut. Plaza przy apartamentach nie nalezy do najladniejszych ale mozna pospacerowac , niedaleko jeest bunkier z 2 wojny swiatowej. Kapac mozna sie przy brzegu co niektorzy robili.Woda nie nalezy do najczystszych, korzystalismy tylko z basenu. Jest tez silownia. Obiekt czysty i zadbany. Obsluga mila. Internet szybki.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The room as well as the common areas are clean and the smell felt fresh. The bath wash and shampoo in the bathroom was worth mentioning. The peppermint shampoo was very refreshing and so is the lemongrass wash. The water pressure was good making the showering experience a happy one. These two items made the stay felt special. The towels were fresh and new so are the bed linens.
The access to the beach was not pleasant as one has got to pass through the side road where vehicles are passing through.The beach area was private but it is quite small and we ended up going to another beach to relax. The balcony in the room is not covered and with open view to the neighbouring rooms. There is no furniture in the balcony. One is not able to sit and appreciate the view while relaxing.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Appartment is great, swimmingpool is perfect and the staff are really friendly and helpful. We had the three bedroom, three bathroom appartment and it was tremendously spacious. The view is stunning. There is a convenience store downstairs, a mall on a 10 minutes walk, would suggest taking a Grab for activities; which is super smooth. Would recommend this highly for families traveling to Penang.

La porte d'entrée n'est pas isolée, on entend beaucoup le couloir. L'isolation entre appartements n'est également pas incroyable.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026- Die Lage direkt am Viva Food Court - relativ schnell in Batu Ferrenghi und George Town (ca. 20 Minuten Grab) - die Aussicht aufs Meer vom Pool
Das Zimmer: - Das Zimmer hat kein Balkon - Das Zimmer ist extrem hellhörig - durch die abgeschlossene Verbindungstür zum benachbarten Zimmer hört man zusätzlich quasi jedes Wort und sonstige Geräusche aus dem Badezimmer.. 🚽 Das war wirklich eine Herausforderung. Zur Unterkunft allgemein: - Am Abend keinerlei entspannte Sitzmöglichkeiten in allgemeinen Bereichen. Aufenthalt ab 20 Uhr verboten. Zudem ist Essen in den Bereichen auf verboten. - Der Pool ist zwar schön angelegt , nur fehlen auch hier genug Liegemöglichkeiten. - der Strand sieht von oben super aus. Unten jedoch merkt man schnell dass er nicht groß zu gebrauchen ist, weshalb sich dort auch wenige aufhalten. Wasser trüb und dreckig.. Zur Umgebung: Außer der Food Court ist nicht viel geboten. Wer annehmbar frühstücken will, braucht zwangsläufig ein Grab um in Richtung George Town zu fahren. Würden die Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen - der Mehrpreis für den Pool allein lohnt sich unserer Ansicht nach nicht. Lieber dafür zentraler wohnen Richtung George Town.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026شقة واسعة ونظيفة جداً بإطلالة جميلة على البحر. الأسرة مريحة، والمطبخ مجهز بشكل جيد، ووجود غسالة ملابس كان مناسباً جداً للعائلات. المسبح رائع، والمبنى هادئ وآمن، وإجراءات تسجيل الدخول كانت سهلة، كما كان فريق العمل متعاوناً. بشكل عام كانت الإقامة ممتازة مقابل السعر، وسأختار هذا المكان مرة أخرى عند زيارة بينانج.
الموقع بعيد نسبياً عن وسط جورج تاون، لذلك اعتمدنا على تطبيق Grab في معظم التنقلات. كما أن خيارات المطاعم والمتاجر القريبة سيراً على الأقدام محدودة. بخلاف ذلك كانت الإقامة ممتازة.

The bed quality is lousy. Shower head needs to be replaced, so maintenence not great. Limited TV channels. Air con needs maintenence. No wine glass or wine opener provided. No conditioner and other toiletries provided. No hair dryer. Otherwise all good.

Couldn't get the TV to work properly No instructions except a list of channels, and most channels would not display for lack of valid Astro subscriptions. AirCon remote control had no instruction sheet. Couldn't tell what most of the buttons or icons were for. No breakfast, no restaurant in the residence, no room service. You can buy snacks in the on-site convenience store and prepare your own meals in your room if you get hungry and don't feel like going out to a Tanjung Bungah restaurant. Not any convenient power sockets for charging phones. Elevator floors are often wet and slippery because swimmers coming from the 7th floor pool don't dry off before using the elevator

Nous n'avons pas apprécié le fait que le lit ne soit pas un King size mais un lit standard de 140x190 cm. Lors de la réservation on comprend même pas pourquoi ce logement soit proposer pour une famille de 3 personnes. Nous avions demander a avoir un lit appoint ou autre solution. Malheureusement rien du tout et personne s'en est préoccupé. Donc 3 dans un lit de 140cm c'était vraiment pas confortable!!!!! Pour plusieurs nuits, un seul rouleau de papier toilette. Et celui qui était présent, déjà entamé ! La douche est pour le moins dans les toilettes avec un rideau... 2 fourchettes 2 couteaux, nous sommes 3 ! Pas de de verre a eau et ce n'est pas une cuisine réellement. Attention c'est trompeur !!!!! Il n'y a pas de casserole, ni de plaque de cuisson, ni de micro onde. On n'avait malheureusement pas lu cette information et nous en tenons pas compte.

Nice Gym and huge swimming pool and also able to access the beach. Will definitely stay here again as it's better than most hotel. Staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. Including the security guards.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Spacious, modern luxury with incredible views—just short on power points!" We had a wonderful stay at these residences in Tanjung Tokong! We stayed in a massive 3-bedroom apartment, and it truly felt fit for a King. Every single bedroom comes with its own en-suite or adjoining bathroom, which offered fantastic privacy for everyone. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious, very clean, modern, and comfortable. It features a large dining area, a great TV lounge (plus a second TV in the master bedroom), a large kitchen, and even a practical outdoor area for drying clothes. The bedrooms also have plenty of wardrobe space equipped with hangers and drawers, and the entire place is wonderfully quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. The views of the sea from every single room are absolutely magnificent! The amenities are excellent as well. The bathrooms are stocked with soap, body wash, and a 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner, and a hairdryer is provided. Downstairs, there is a super convenient 24-hour reception and a convenience store right in the lobby. The pool area on Level 7 is gorgeous, featuring a great setup for both adults and kids, plus a relaxing jacuzzi. The location is absolutely fantastic for both convenience and exploring. The beach is a mere 2-minute walk away and perfect for a swim, and there is an excellent hawker night market just a 5-minute walk from the property offering a huge choice of Malay, Chinese, Indian, and Western food. Furthermore, Georgetown is only 10 minutes away by Grab, and Batu Ferringhi is about a 15-minute drive. The only real disappointment was the power point situation. There is only one universal power point in the entire apartment, and unusually, none in any of the bathrooms. Because of this, and the lack of a mirror near the available plug, I wasn't able to use my hair straightener.

two of the bedrooms were double, we prefer twin room with two single beds but no option to change. There are a lot of robe beetles despite us keeping all the windows shut at all time, my sister keep finding them in one of the bathroom, a couple were found in the living room. The staff could be a bit more accommodating, my mid-eighty elderly mum was struggling to sleep in bed as she gets use to sleep on the declining chair, so despite me asking the receptionist multiple times if we could use of the the lounge chair in the swimming pool at night, but they said no. We would have stay for another night if they say yes.

One of the highlights was the fantastic view from the room, especially during the evening. However, the downside was the long waiting time for the elevators, especially during peak hours. Overall, it was still a pleasant and comfortable stay.
