Reviewed Sep 14, 2026I like the cosy room n facilities.The bed is comfortable n pillows too.There is a balcony so that can enjoy the seaview.Breakfast is ok with Malaysian food like nasi lemak n mee goreng.Food tastes good.Can see the sea while breakfast..wonderful seaview.Staff is friendly.I got parking on site for my oku brother.n elderly mom.There is a shop selling mineral water,snacks n ice cream etc.in the hotel.Hotel is near town n eateries.
I wish for a connecting room but I didnt get.The family suite has only 1 bathroom .not convenient for us.So I have no choice but to book 2 rooms with 2 toilets.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The room has a balcony to enjoy the seaview.Bed n pillows r comfortable.Breakfast is good .Facilites in room are ok .I got parking on site for my oku bro n elderly mom.There is a shop selling mineral water , ice cream ,snacks etc.Staff is helpful n friendly.
I wish the family suite has 2 toilets .I didnt book the family suite because there is only 1 bathroom.

Secara keseluruhan saya berpuas hati dengan penginapan di Hotel Sentral Seaview. Cuma sedikit kecewa kerana saya membuat tempahan katil double, tetapi apabila sampai kami diberikan dua katil single. Memandangkan kami menginap berdua, sudah tentu kami lebih mengharapkan katil double seperti yang ditempah. Walaupun begitu, saya tetap selesa tidur dan tiada masalah 😊. Selain isu katil tersebut, perkara lain semuanya memuaskan. Harap pihak hotel dapat lebih peka dan memastikan tempahan pelanggan diberikan seperti yang ditempah. Semoga perkhidmatan hotel terus bertambah baik.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026I like the location, its by the beach and at the same time its not that far from the city centre. The room is comfortable, with a balcony with partial sea view. Water pressure is good and aircond works well.
My room is at 10th floor. People at the opposite of my balcony can view my room directly since my room is the opposite of the public pool across my balcony. Make sure toput the blinds/curtain down all the time but it will be quite dark.

FRONT DESK PERSONNEL ( CINDY ) WERE VERY RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL .THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT SHE GIVE DURING OUR CHECK IN PROCESS WERE NOT UP TO THE STANDARDS.THE REST OF THE FO STAFF WERE GOOD..IF SHE CONTINUE TO BE IN FO ,SOON OR LATER THE REPUTATION OF THE HOTEL WILL GO DOWN.. De kamer was nogal warm bij binnenkomst de eerste keer, iets waar op ingespeeld kan worden door van te voren de airco van de desbetreffende kamer aan te zetten. We misten handdoeken bij het zwembad voor haar hotel gasten.

The parking was limited, especially on weekends. When we returned to the hotel at night, the parking was already full and we had to park outside. Parking in front of the Chinese restaurant area cost RM10 per night, so we ended up paying RM20 for 2 nights

no wonder the rating not high.. the cleanliness and hygiene must improve.. plus i thought there's an iron board in the room as i saw all review and website picture.. instead i have to iron at the coridor.. please make sure to check all the bed sheets and comforter carefully.. i got itchy after i used it.. i will attach the picture of comforter..
