Close to stadium and clean.
Could have been a better breakfast
Location! Very close to the stadium, restaurants and rooftops.
Clean and neat
Not really friendly - had to walk close to half a mile with the dog during odd times to have him relieved. A small patch within premises would have been great (or) please do not call it pet friendly - just because you allow pets.
Close to the ballpark
Very close to the ballpark.
No parking. Shower couldn’t stay hot. Our stay cost twice as much as last year at this same time.
It was close to the stadium
No parking available which the staff lied about and I ended up having to pay 2 separate parking fees for the same night. And the manager was the rudest worst staff member I've ever seen working in a hotel. Also first room they gave us had a broken bathroom door. The sling glass door on a bathroom is the worst thing I've ever seen and gives you no privacy while in the bathroom.
Great location for proximity to UCSF.. beautiful walk along bay to get there (or quick uber!). Staff so friendly/helpful. Decent breakfast included, coffee better than expected. Comfy bed. Nice layout in bathroom with towel rack in shower- nice touch, and towels were thick and soft (pet peeve of mine for hotel stays!)
Room almost perfect.. but I have to mention the shower tile. Folks, you need to clean that grout better or replace it! I stayed in 3 different rooms over several weeks and all had different levels of moldy grout. So bad in 2 that I showered standing on a hand towel!
The staff was so great and helpful and made the check in and check out seamless
Nothing, it was excellent
Close to Oracle Park
Staff helpfulness and friendliness
Cost
The staffs are wonderful and the hotel is very clean, well maintained and in a very good location.
Conveniently located. Clean, good amenities.
Excessive street noise at night.
For the price paid, it should be much better. Hair in shower, stains on bed linens.
It was a great experience breakfast was a big plus for being free the 9th floor rooftop was amazing
I didn't like how much I paid for no free parking I pay you the money for the room plus had to pay extra $100 to park at a motel that I paid for already
So close to the Giants! Restaurants and pubs nearby, as well as garage parking. Convenient snacks and drinks available in the lobby 24/7. Super friendly and helpful staff! Nice walk to the piers.
Nothing
Location location location.
Bar was not open sooner and stay open later
The Hyatt Place is right across from Oracle Field, where we went to see our Detroit Tigers play. The location has several eateries which we visited many of them. The area is surrounded by friendly people and we also took a Waymo to the Pier 39. I highly recommend Hyatt Place as the entire team were professional, friendly and welcomed us as this was our first visit to San Francisco.
1.位置絕佳 2.管理良好 3.有手持式蓮蓬頭
1.早餐品項偏少 2.期待房間的杯子能是馬克杯或玻璃杯,不喜歡拋棄式塑膠杯。
Very convince place to stay if you're going to a SF Giants game. Plus the staff are wonderful and helpful... The House keeping was very outstanding. The greet you in the hallway and check if you need anything for your room.
An amazing hotel. The location and comfort of this hotel was perfect. Walking distance to the SF Giants stadium and the Chase Center. Great front desk staff.
Metin, the Guest Service Manager, and his assistant, Itai, at Hyatt Place San Francisco were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Upon my arrival, they promptly arranged parking for my car, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was a nice surprise and different from what I've experienced at other Hyatt Place hotels. Instead of the usual breakfast sausage, they served stir-fried sausage with bell peppers and onions, giving the dish a unique and flavorful twist. Although I only stayed for one night, I had a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. Their warm hospitality truly stood out. The hotel's location is one of its greatest advantages. It is just minutes from Oracle Park, close to the Muni light rail, and within walking distance of the Ferry Building, along with many excellent bakeries, cafés, and outstanding restaurants. It is an ideal base for exploring San Francisco. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
Fantastic location, modern + clean hotel and fantastic customer service. We were there for a staycation and used it as our home base for outside lands.
Great location, clean, good sized rooms. Free breakfast a huge plus!
A bit of street noise but it’s SF so not unexpected.
Great location for the Giants games. Friendly spot and fun place to stay with plenty of dining options nearby. Only issue is limited onsite parking.
We were there for a Giants game. The location is perfect we park our car in the garage it safe and secure. We stay there every time we come to San Francisco. The check in staff they are amazing they always remember us which is awesome.
Can't think of anything
Love the location it is it is right around the corner from Oracle Park. Restaurants are within walking distance. The parking garage is available across the street when hotel parking is full. this Location has a very welcoming atmosphere for staff makes you feel taken care of. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast options are many! no traffic noise. If there is an issue, staff responds immediately. This is our number one go to when we stay in San Francisco for appointments.
Location, views, amenities, great quality breakfast and ambiance of patio
I was very impressed with the level of service i received from frontline , housekeeping and even the maintainence staff who i interacted with a few times.. ALL my needs were met and the room were super clean for 6 nights in a row ! Love the location which is next to the baseball stadium and near a T line.
Great Location next to the ballpark and other tourist attentions: Farmers Market and restaurants. We'll come back to this hotel.
Great hotel for a game at Oracle Park, but bring a sweatshirt! Close to public transportation so it is easy to get to other spots in SF.
Ana at the front desk was so helpful. I would have never found my UBER driver if not for her help. She definitely went above and beyond even looking at my phone to determine where my driver was waiting for me. I was dead in the water without her.
Breakfast was good with enough variety for a gluten free guest. Fast elevators. Good space in the room. Even though it was on the street, the street side of the room was quieter than the doors slamming in the hallways. Close to Oracle Park and Chase Center.
Loudly closing doors in the hallway and loudly talking people in the hallway. Signs in the room with reminders of being quiet in the hallways would be helpful.
This was my first time staying at this property as I usually stay at Hotel Via when going to Giants games. I was pleasantly surprised with the super friendly staff, great breakfast and unique eclectic restaurant, Kaiyo. The room was clean and comfortable, excellent food and drinks, and it’s just a half a block away from Oracle Stadium. Now I have a new “go-to” hotel when I attend Giants or Warriors games!! The Hyatt Place San Francisco Downtown is the perfect place for a great stay! And the room price is reasonable.
Muy cerca del estadio de los Giants, muy amable el personal, muy buen desayuno
Nada
Location
ice machine broken , need more staff
FRIENDLY STAFF, VERY COURTEOUS. READY TO HELP
NOTHING EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL
Location, nice bar & below the other restaurant.
The amount of people coming in after a game. But you really can’t change that line into the elevator.
The breakfast was more than we expected for a continental breakfast. They offered Quiche, French Toast, scrambled eggs; scrambled eggs with cheese, diced potatoes, turkey sausage, tortillas, pastry, 5 kinds of cereal, 2 types of juice, chocolate milk, regular milk, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, English muffins, bagels/cream cheese and toast. you could go back as much as you wanted and take it to your room if you wanted. It was so much more than we expected having stayed at many other hotels in the past.
Parking was expensive and our truck could not fit (the height was ok, however, if you turned to keep going, you would scrap the side of your truck. What we did like is they recommended a a parking garage across the street which would accommodate our vehicle and was 1/2 the daily rate as long as you checked in early. We were there for our daughter's wedding and our room was ready early when we arrived & they were able to get our rooms next to each other. The location was 1/2 block to Oracle Park and we were able to go to a SF Giants game after the wedding.
Hyatt Pace was a great place for our family to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in, the rooms were large enough and clean. We had a beautiful view. Breakfast was amazing. As soon as something ran out, it was immediately replaced. We were helped right away whenever we asked for anything. We felt safe walking around the area. Overall a great stay.
I like the finishings in the hotel. It was very clean. The breakfast buffet was great as well.
We unfortunately did not get to eat breakfast on Sunday because we were an hour late. Location is ideal in order to get to Oracle Park. Adjoining rooms worked really well as we were traveling with my granddaughter and daughter. Early check-in was ideal! Taco Bell across the street. Liquor store too for incidentals. Bathroom was nice and big.
Rooms were not soundproof. Our room was facing the street traffic. We heard traffic all night. No microwave to reheat leftovers. Would have been nice to have a Keurig coffee maker with good creamer. No bellboy to take up our luggage. No one at all to help with luggage/anything. We arrived early thinking we would have accommodations for parking but no, we had to park in a parking garage at $75/night! No parking validation. No chest of drawers to place our clothing, the storage drawers for clothing were super small. No luggage rack. No working ice machine, my husband had to go to the kitchen to get ice. No room service. Simple inconveniences that can be easily corrected by Hotel Management.
Great location
Parking was not available
Close to everything.
A bit of street noise.
Very chill and friendly place,we also got an early check-in since we arrived a bit earlier. Our room was very clean as well.
Location
Expensive, parking was a chore
The friendly and helpful staff. The clean room and fresh service every day.
Not enough parking onsite but parking was close by.
Very clean and convenient
It says free parking available. Be aware they only have like 10 parking spaces available. That’s a joke so you have to find parking and it costs us extra $80 bucks
Very convenient location
Having the location so close to Oracle Park was perfect.
One block away from Oracle! Very nicely decorated, clean hotel. Nice breakfast included. Helpful staff. I would stay here again.
Breakfast was amazing, staffs were very helpful.
Location was perfect for our event at the Oracle stadium
No parking. When we asked the staff at check in where we could park the response was, “good question “.
Great place to stay, friendly, clean and perfect for your short walk to see the giants play. Bars are very convenient. And the breakfast had so many seating options, very relaxing environment.
Everything about the Hyatt is wonderful. Especially the location. Very clean, has all the amenities that may be needed.
Only problem is, as in all of San Francisco, parking. It's not fun having to walk 2 blocks to get back to your hotel. But, the room cost makes up for that discomfort. It would be more if Valet's had to be used to park your car.
We were greeted warmly the moment we walked in. The lobby is clean and beautifully decorated. We got a good vibe right away!
There was nothing to dislike! Everything was perfect. No complaints whatsoever!
Location and convenience
None
Disappointed and wouldnt stay again. Used a Hyatt customer service rep to book the hotel and the 100.00 parking was not mentioned nor was the fact this isnt a family friendly area whatsoever. Tried to transfer points to another hyatt and received a "too bad" response. Tried to request a point transfer or refund through the proper channels and was instead accused of essentially trying to scam them when all I wanted was a clean, safe environment for my family. The parking was disappointing as the other hyatt charged 27.00 a day valet and we were fine with that, but found out its 100.00 at this location upon arrival. So in a panic to get my rental car out of the loading zone and figure everything out, I came in and got a key to the room to atleast have a place to sit and evaluate the coming 3 days of our stay. This ended up being the reason they are comfortable taking my hotel points with no refund or any type of consolation. This area was busy, loud and I was 2 hours from our previous accommodations so we didnt really have a choice but to stay that night at minimum. Just really disappointed because our stay at Hyatt Santa Cruz was absolutely phenomenal. No complaints whatsoever. Its left a bad taste for Hyatt after the managments responses to me reaching out for a solution as I checked out the next morning and that room likely was rebooked to someone else. Feels like the common family and how hard we work to give our kids these experiences just arent important.
Love how close it is to Oracle park!
There is no valet parking and the “parking garage” they have only has 10 parking spots. There is a public parking garage just across the street which charges $80 a day but make sure you leave before the 24 hours is up or else you will get charged the full $80 again even if you are 1 minute late!
Clean, perfect location for Oracle Park, comfortable beds, friendly staff
Great room, awesome front desk, sweet staff, easy check in/out, wonderful breakfast. Couldn't be happier. Definitely going to book again in the future.
The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond in insuring my stay was the best it could be
Convenient location and the complimentary breakfast is very good, good selection
Accessible. Walk to Oracle.
Outside ride share zone needs more space.
The location was something I really enjoyed especially if your planning on attending a baseball game.
I didnt like that the hotel does not have parking for the people staying their.
Great stay and very near Oracle Park. The only downside was the parking. The hotel lot was full and I had to pay $100 per night for a lot nearby.
The shower tile is looking a bit worn and needs some extra cleaning.
Love the property, that’s why we stay there all the time we visit.

Really close to Oracle Park and a nice clean place. Everyone was very friendly and we would definitely stay here again. Parking is a little hard, but this is typical for San Francisco.
This is my go-to hotel home away from home every time I visit SF which is about 5 to 6 weeks throughout the year. The crew knows me by name and every time I enter the hotel I get the warmest and friendliest of welcomes. They always remember how I like a tea kettle so I can make hot tea in the evenings, And they have it sent up as soon as I arrive. Something very special is that the crew is the same crew that I met several years ago. That says something about the way this hotel team is led and retained. And it shows. Housekeeping is the absolute best. The rooms are always clean and I've stayed on almost every level That has a king bed. They come in everyday and refresh the room and make sure it's nice and clean. This is one of the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The coffee is delicious and the food is always fresh and tasty. There's a hot food bar, oatmeal, yogurt with fresh fruit, a juice station and so much more. I highly recommend this hotel and feel free to let them know Garvey sent you :)
This is my hotel home away from home. I've been staying here 5 to 6 weeks out of the year over the past 3 plus years. One of the most special things about this hotel is that The Staff! They are always so friendly and accommodating. And It has been the same staff over the 3 years. I see the same friendly, familiar faces when I arrive and they greet me by name. They always remember that I love to have a tea kettle for my evening hot tea, So they have it sent to my room as soon as I arrive. I always get a king room and I've stayed on so many floors, The rooms are consistently clean and well maintained. I've never had a bad room experience in all of my stays. That has a lot to do with the amazing housekeeping crew. They come in daily to refresh and reset the room, So when I come in, the bed is made, the bathroom is refreshed everything is in place and reset. Not once have I ever had to ask for anything to be sent up to my room. It's all already taken care of. And let's talk about the breakfast setup! Because this is one of the best hotel breakfast I've ever had in my life. There's a hot bar with bacon, sausage and potatoes and eggs and it rotates daily. There's a yogurt bar with fresh fruit and even hard boiled eggs, there's always oatmeal with toppings. There's a center island filled with all of the carbs you can think of even tortillas. The bananas are always just ripe and that's rare. And there are two coffee stations one by the breakfast area and one by the front entry. I love the coffee! I really like the walkability of this hotel too! It's only a block from my office and very close to Oracle stadium as well as being close to the embarcadero walkway. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel and the crew. I love staying here and will always highly recommend this location. Tell them that I sent you! I want to say kudos to the leadership team because whatever you're doing, It's working and it should be duplicated in other hotels. See y'all next month!
Nice , clean but nothing extra and staff friendly at front desk but otherwise not so much.
Limited service for a hotel charging $500 plus some nights.
Very clean and very good service
Parking is kind of expensive. $100 a day
Friendly staff, clean rooms. We also liked that the elevator opens to the patio bar as well.
We were were unable to enjoy your breakfast because we participated in the Bay to Breakers race. That started at 8 am. You breakfast bar only opened at 7 am that Sunday, which, sadly, doesn’t leave sufficient time for digestion until race start. Open your breakfast bar at 6 am.
Fantastic breakfast!
The building needs a sign someone walking down the sidewalk knows it's the Hyatt.
Very convenient
Parking
walking distance to downtown locations
parking prices on site
Clean, nice rooms and great location!
I wish they had their own restaurant on site.
Close to chase stadium. Parking across the street was affordable. Had a bar and restaurant there if we wanted. Gym. Basically everything we wanted for a quick trip to the city to see a concert. Great area of the city. Will come again next time we want to see a concert!
Check in was easy and fast. I was able to secure an early check in which helped with doing a little site seeing before the game. Room was clean and very modern. Bathroom was clean and fully stocked. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices between cold/hot and grab and go. I would definitely stay here again for our next Giants game.
Everything it’s my go to hotel
This place is the perfect hotel for the Giants game. Walking distance to Oracle field. Plenty of places to eat are close by.
The reception was nice
/
Friendly staff. Great location.
It was a great location for the reason we went to Oracle Stadium. The staff was the best we’ve had ever dealt with. The continental breakfast was good.
We went to the Giants game. Basically right across the street! So easy.
Very limited parking. Didn’t know we had to reserve parking.
Location to Oracle Park.
The parking options
Thank you so much for the help and warm reception at the front desk. Loved the walk to the ball park. We enjoyed our stay very much!
Keep the outdoor patio area open later than 11pm. We came back from our event and wanted to relax outside before turning in.
