Camere molto grandi e ampie struttura molto pulita e accogliente servizi davvero belli staff gentile e inoltre l’albergo aveva spa spa bagni turco e piscina anche la palestra era molto bella però cosa che non mi è piaciuta che io che sono una una femmina, volevo fare il bagno turco e la spa, solo che nello spogliatoio delle donne non era presente solo in questo dei maschi questa cosa non lo non l’ho capita e non mi è piaciuta affato colazione così così c’erano molte Robe ma non di massima qualità questa è una cosa da migliorare

Posizione bella ma per noi che volevamo fare le cose che ci consigliavano i siti, cioè le cose principali, ma molto però una cosa bella per i viaggiatori esperti, metro molto vicina, non come altro hotel che abbiamo provato in questa esperienza

Livello generale leggermente inferiore alle aspettative per una struttura della catena Marriott/Sheraton. Intorno all’hotel non c’è molto, occorre spostarsi verso il centro.

Desayuno buffet muy bueno. Abundante, con cocinero, muy bien el servicio. Gimnasio 24h muy bueno. Le hicieron un obsequio a mi mujer por su cumpleaños.

The Sheraton Hotel is undergoing a renovation and we were very happy with our two bedroom family suite. It works very well for families. It was modern and clean in the room. The rest of the hotel is still being renovated. It feels this way as there are modern sections and un-renovated sections which hark back to the late 90s. Breakfast was fine but a bit chaotic. Only other downside was that the pool was a bit small and there was a cigarette smell in our suite though we understood that the hotel was meant to be a non-smoking one.

Al servizio concierge ci hanno aiutato tantissimo in tutto con tanta pazienza e gentilezza, veramente impeccabili. We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Chengdu Lido Hotel. The family suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu.

The hotel is beautifully located next to the metro, the city centre and directly across from a beautiful lush walking park and lake filled with gold fish and wetland marsh vegetation creating an amazing scenery.

Lokalizacja przeciętna, korzystalismy z taksówek, aby dostac sie do wybranych miesjc.

Zarezerwowalismy pokój dla trzech osób. Ponieważ nie był dostępny na czas (musielismy zmeczeni tułać się po lobby, a ponieważ nie zanosiło sie na szybki check in również po mieście dla "zabicia" czasu), to w ramach "rekompensaty" dostaliśmy pokój o podwyższonym standardzie. Kiedy z ulga przekroczyliśmy jego próg okazało się, że dla trzech osób (rodzice + dorosła córka) jest w nim jedno podwójne łóżko i mała nierozkładana sofka/szezlong. Zadzwonilismy do recepcji. Kierownik nie widział problemu, bo (uwaga!!!!) sniadanie będzie dla 3 osób!!!! Logika, której nie potraflismy pojąć. Po dłuższej wymianie zdań obiecano nam dodatkowe łóżko, pod warunkiem dopłacenia do pokoju 200 juanów (nieco ponad 100zł). Ponieważ nie chcielismy sie na to zgodzić (pokój został juz opłacony dla 3 osób), wymiana zdań trwała... Wreszcie, kierownik łaskawie zgodził się na dostawienie rozkładanego łóżka, ale tylko dlatego, że nasz pobyt trwał tylko 1 noc. Znowu ta logika... Zeby nam nie było niewygodnie, czy zbyt wygodnie...? Nie wiemy. I: argument, że nie dostaniemy pokoju na czas, bo mają w nim swoich "cennych" gości do nas nie przemówił.

Comfortable rooms at a good price in central Chengdu.

Whilst the rooms are newly renovated, some parts of the hotel still need renovation such as the breakfast room. Also, the pool was under renovation when we were there. The vibe is mainly that of a business hotel rather than a luxurious Sheraton. Also, location in town, whilst being central, it´s not right where you want to be as a tourist in Chengdu (a couple of metro stops away).

Habitaciones anticuadas y pequeñas para ser un 5 estrellas.. baño pequeño,sin bañera ni bidet. Los alrededores no son turísticos , hay que caminar un buen rato para llegar a puntos de interés o coger didi que por suerte es muy barato.

Ottima posizione e colazione varia e abbondante.

Nessuno dello staff era in grado di parlare inglese, neanche alla reception, ed era necessario ricorrere in continuazione al traduttore perdendo sempre molto tempo per capirsi. Al momento del nostro soggiorno le aree fitness, spa e piscina erano in ristrutturazione e completamente inutilizzabili, nonostante avessimo scambiato messaggi con la struttura prima del soggiorno non hanno mai pensato di informarci e la cosa ci ha molto deluso. Al check in ci hanno proposto uno sconto per il disservizio, nonostante questo abbiamo trovato il rapporto qualità prezzo molto alto: le camere, anche se moderne e ristrutturate da poco, sono molto piccole e presentano già diversi segni di trascuratezza (il vetro del termostato rotto, lo scarico della doccia molto lento...), eravamo in due ospiti ma era presente un solo accappatoio. Abbiamo provato a mangiare presso il ristorante dell'hotel la prima sera e abbiamo aspettato più di 50 minuti per un sandwich. Avevamo l'accesso alla lounge incluso e abbiamo trovato il cibo buono, ma gli orari per usufruirne erano davvero stretti e all'infuori di quelli non c'era disponibilità di nulla, neanche chiedendo gentilmente crackers o noccioline durante l'orario dei cocktails. Viene presentato come un lussuoso cinque stelle, ma ci sono tanti aspetti da migliorare per esserlo davvero.

Um das Hotel herum sind Baustellen (März 26). Der Lärm hielt sich jedoch in Grenzen.

При заезде попросили залог 1000 юаней. Не понятно за что. Нигде в отелях не встречали такого. Прошла неделя. Залог пока не вернули. На троих человек была только одна кровать. Дополнительную раскладушку так и не дали. На ресепшен персонал не говорит по английски, что считаю не допустимо для такого отеля.

ホテル自体の建物は古いが、内装、設備は新しくされていて快適であった。 駅からは、近くて便利は良い。

近くに店があまり無かった。レストランやコンビニに行くのに少し歩く必要があった。
