JW Marriott Hotel Chengdu

The facility and room Service

None

Great Housekeeping, concierge service & first floor delivery/pickup services provided.

Booked 6 nights in total. Breakfast spread was good with wide variety of local and bakery, cheese, fruits, drinks choices

The Japanese toilet

It was all good

Lobby, room was big and with upgrade amenities

Attentive staff A big shout out to manager - Cheryl Li who took care of my daughter’s severe food allergies and helped her navigate the menu , making special meals to cater to her !

The night staff seemed sparse and not very conversant in English

i loved the staff and the breakfast buffet!

i wished they had full length mirror in the rooms

Quarto grande e banheiro limpo.

Dificuldade de comunicação.

Great hotel, staff were good especially the bar staff. Check in and out went seamlessly. Room was lovely and comfortable. Would have liked the option of English breakfast tea and flat white coffee.

The lifts and lack of assistance with taxi's.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, close to a metro station that is served by several lines, making it very easy to get around the city. It is also next to a beautiful park and a shopping mall, while the city center and the main shopping street can be reached on foot. The area is very quiet, and there is a small convenience store just across the street where you can buy water, snacks, and other essentials. Our room was enormous, featuring a large bathtub and a very comfortable shower. The room was spotless and very well soundproofed, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the service was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and spoke excellent English. Housekeeping also provided fresh bottled water in the room every day, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. However, allergen information was not provided, which is something I would expect from a Marriott property. There is no complimentary self-service laundry, but the hotel's laundry service is practical, fast, and very convenient. While it is not particularly inexpensive by Chinese standards, it is still a useful service to have available. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I would happily choose this hotel again on a future visit.

I honestly have nothing negative to say about this hotel. If I had to be extremely picky, a complimentary self-service laundry facility would have been a nice addition. Other than that, everything met or exceeded my expectations, and I had a very pleasant stay.

Staff cannot speak or understand English.

The breakfast buffet was very awesome with lots of nice food. The service was excellent too.

Nothing much

Near to town

Spacious, good amenities and service

Need to change lift to go to guest rooms

Staff were extremely helpful, assisted us with anything we needed. Very clean and great value for money.

Nothing.

Hotel staffs were friendly and polite. Assisted me in my last minute requests! They exceeded my expectations! Although the view from our room was an empty building.
