Big and comfortable room.

The hotel is in need of a bit of a glow-up. Overall, everything feels a little dated.

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The location, the building part of a shopping mall and right across from the sichuan opera (which the staff helped me get tickets for). The room was spacious and comfortable and the personal washing machine was a huge help on a long trip.

Nothing. There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel. If I am ever in chengdu again I intend to book this hotel again.

Check-in process is smooth. When entering the suite, feel like at home, with washer and dryer provided which is very helpful for few days stay with a big family. Kitchen with fridge and freezer, cutlery, oven and dishwasher is provided. Chose 3 bedroom suite for my family of 6 and the living room space and bed is comfortable. Came with bathtub too, which my kids enjoyed it. Swimming pool is indoor (1.5m depth for adult pool) and also has kids pool with warm water temperature, towels and mineral water are provided in the pool. Has kid play zone area and Osim massage chair. Breakfast options including local food, noodles, salad, fruit, dimsum and some western options like big breakfast and egg benedict. Hotel also linked to a mall which is convenient if you want to have a quick meal. Location of the hotel is good too.

Breakfast options are almost the same during 6 days of stay. Maybe can make it more varieties =)

Well furnished apartment and great location

Location is extremely central. Easy to get didi to anywhere, but we walked mostly. Love the room size and the washer dryer. Lady at the check in counter gave us an upgrade to a room with balcony. Great to have the door open to ventilate the room because of the slight cigarette smell. Service is generally very good and helped me to call the restaurants for reservations. Air condition works well and visibly looks clean throughout.

1. Room had slight cigarette smell, there are many room sprays now which can be used to neutralise the smell 2. The drainage did have a stench. Most times it’s tolerable, but the wash basin is the worse. I hoped they do regular drainage cleaning 3. Sofa - again, there are many products out there to clean the fabric. I could smell the ‘body sweat’ left on the sofa by previous guests. To me that’s the most disgusting smell. Please clean or fabric clean the sofa often. 4. Pillow - I wished they have latex or foam pillows

Smoking was allowed in the hotel public areas and the room had a slight smell of residual smoke.

Excellent access to all locations. Cleanliness impeccable in both common areas, facilities and our suite, with only exception being mouldy smell in sauna area and unclean cushions in reception area. Spacious room. Attention was paid to every detail, staff was exceptional for the most part with particular mention to the following. Lisa at reception provided excellent service in helping to organise our day trip to the mountains as well as proactively making suggestions during our stay and accompanied one of us to the pharmacy for assessment and medication. Her English competency was very beneficial. Michael the butler was always eager to assist with a warm smile and sense of humour. Coco, our housekeeper, was very thorough and pro-active. The breakfast staff were always attentive, accomodating, and quick. We especially enjoyed our warm welcome every morning at the dining entrance and Jessica who went beyond her role to passionately support our attempts at Chinese pronunciation. The quality of the breakfast was consistent with a good variety of western and local dishes. We also mention the reception and heir helpfulness including Doris who assisted us with our check-out.

We could not use the sauna area as it smelled quite prominently of mould. The cleanliness of the reception lounge could be improved as this is the very first impression one has of the premises.

La ubicación es fantástica, delante de la Ópera de Chengdu y a pocos minutos caminando de la plaza de Tianfu y del parque del Pueblo. Las habitaciones están equipadas con cocina, lavadora a modo de apartamento. A pesar de ser céntrico y estar en calles con mucho tráfico las habitaciones están perfectamente aisladas. La atención del personal es excelente.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, das Personal freundlich. Wir hatten eine Familiensuite mit 110 qm Fläche. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man als Familie unterwegs ist. Das Frühstück war gut.

Leider akzeptiert das Hotel keine Mastercard. Da hilft auch Alipay nicht weiter, wenn dort die Mastercard hinterlegt ist. Darauf sollte vorher hingewiesen werden.

We had a highly enjoyable 5-night stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations, and the property is beautiful, featuring a swimming pool, spa, business and relaxation lounge, and a restaurant. The location is excellent. The manager, Michael Fu, was very kind and extremely helpful. I would return to this hotel without any hesitation

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Chengdu, a stone’s throw from the metro station. The hotel exudes luxury with spacious, well-appointed rooms, hearty breakfast spread, extensive wellness facilities, friendly and accommodating staff, and the best views of town from the upper floor rooms. Our room also had a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a dryer, which was God-sent after spending previous 10 days in Beijing and Shanghai. Cleanliness is also on another level, with beautiful scents following you wherever you go. The hotel is directly linked to a shopping centre with higher end restaurants and shops, while surrounding streets offer plenty of cheaper local eateries and supermarket stores.

Prima service, uitstekend ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Prima en uitstekend hotel.

The facilities exceeded my expectations, especially the sauna and cold plunge pool, which were a huge plus since I was in Chengdu for a Hyrox race and needed proper recovery. The 24 hour business lounge gave our group a great spot to gather and catch up. But the real standout was the service. The front liners, waitresses, and even the butler team were available round the clock. They helped us set up Meituan and JD accounts using their own work lines, had our address saved for deliveries, and personally sent multiple Taobao parcels straight to our rooms. When we left items behind after checkout, they consolidated everything and arranged delivery back to us. One of my friends even had a delivery misdirected, and a staff member went out personally to retrieve it for her. We felt taken care of throughout the entire stay. Housekeeping was excellent too, our room stayed spotless every day. Breakfast had a huge spread with great variety, and some dishes could be ordered fresh directly from the servers. The freshly squeezed juices were a lovely touch.

My only nitpick would be the pillows, they were quite flat. It would be great if the hotel kept a few extra pillow options in the room cupboard for guests who prefer something firmer or fuller.

Tutto! Ci hanno fatto un upgrade e abbiamo beneficiato di una suite molto bella. La colazione ottima e il personale molto gentile. Anche nel ristorante abbiamo potuto mangiare qualcosa pur essendo arrivati tardi. Siamo rimasti 4 notti con grandissima soddisfazione.

L’unica nota stonata è che manca un vero e proprio bar.

Abbiamo preso una suite deluxe al 37esimo piano. L’intero soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato da 10: posizione, hotel, servizi, colazione.

All perfect (room, staff, swimming pool is amazing, location …). Only remark, my son of 9 years old had to pay full (adult) price for the breakfast as he was more than 1m40 (limit for « child » price). A discount would have been appreciated.

I loved the room; it felt like I was staying in a separate apartment. The room size was a real delight. Delicious, varied breakfasts. Friendly staff. The pool is well-located. The hotel is nice, I recommend it.

The apartment room was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed and even more. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and swimming pool and loved the central location. Furthermore the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Located close to the metro with connections to the airport. Located in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The room size was excellent and it included a washing machine.

The breakfast was disappointing compared to hotels of a similar standard. We were surprised to find that the hotel did not have a bar although alcohol was available in the restaurant.

Appartamento con vista sulla città, ampio e dotato di tutti i comfort! Pulizia top, letto comodo, staff gentile e disponibile. Posizione comoda alla metro. Colazione con ampia scelta di cibi e con molte scelte continentali (non scontato per gli hotel asiatici!). Ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo. Grand ParcVue è stato una bella sorpresa, super consigliato per chi soggiornato a Chengdu!

Tutto, era un bilocale completo e molto spazioso, con lavatrice e cucina. La posizione centrale ma comunque silenziosissima, sotto al complesso c’è un centro commerciale con starbucks, ristoranti vari e centri massaggi qualificati.

Our appartment was incredibly spacious with amazing amenities, such as a kitchen, living room, dressing room and a lovely bedroom and bathroom. The washing machine was also very convenient for us as we were on a long trip around China. It was kept clean and tidy every day by cleaning staff too. The location was great just opposite the Sichuan opera - we went to see a show! It was also just a 5 min walk from the underground station. We were very comfortable throughout our stay!

Very centrally located . The rooms are spacious, many facilities, very clean and well maintained. Large 25m indoor swimming pool with a lifeguard. Decent gym facilities. The breakfast is extremely good with a wide variety of foods. The restaurant was great- we had a very well cooked and presented dinner. Impressive . I also enjoyed the business center and the retreat room with many massage chairs available.

El hotel superó totalmente nuestras expectativas. La habitación/apartamento que nos dieron era enorme, con lavadora-secadora que representa una comodidad absoluta para los que viajamos con poca ropa y tenemos que ir limpiando durando el viaje. Las camas comodísimas, las mejores de todo el viaje con diferencia. Las instalaciones también eran estupendas y la piscina perfecta. Con muy buenas opciones donde comer alrededor y con servicios. A un paseo (30/40min) de los principales atractivos de la ciudad.

Very good house keeping. Room was always very tidy. Helpful staff at front desk. They helped me verify for WeChat. Very attentive staff. Nice swimming pool.

Breakfast: Stale bread. The toaster made high pitched noise that was audible in most of the breakfast area. The Asian food wasn't very impressive either. Sauna: The wooden sauna had boards coming loose. The steam sauna had the roof falling apart. Very badly maintained. Gym: OK machines, but they are very old. The wooden floor in the room didn't feel very good. The boards were no longer sticking together properly. TV: Very old. The hotel would be a lot better if there was a smart tv where I could log into YouTube of Netflix. The hotel has VPN so that would work. In general it feels like the hotel was built with luxury in mind, but the management do not know how to do proper maintainence and keep things current and luxurious. Given the price it's still quite a good hotel. But do not expect modern luxury.

We really liked the room size and how well the space was organised. The kitchen facilities and appliances were excellent, with everything ready to use, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. A lovely touch was the gaiwan with complimentary local tea, which made the stay feel more connected to the local culture. The location was also great, close to the river and the main square. One of the highlights was being near an incredible Michelin-starred Sichuan restaurant, which gave us the chance to experience the local cuisine in the best possible way.

The room service was disappointing and did not meet the standard we would expect from a five-star international hotel. We were very tired and decided to order in, but my partner was unable to place the order in English. We were also not informed that the dish we ordered was sold out, and instead received a different item that we did not want to eat, but still had to pay for. On top of that, we waited over 40 minutes for the wrong order to arrive, so by that point we were really hungry. In hindsight, we wish we had known earlier about the Michelin-starred restaurant next door.

Room was huge and had plenty of space. The hotel is attached to a mall, though it's a quiet mall so not many things in there and mostly restaurants. The location is still pretty central and it's easy to get around. Staff was quick to respond whenever we had questions. The housekeeping staff immediately comes over to check on whatever we ask about. The kids enjoyed the playroom.

Not much option for breakfast and there were a lot of fried dishes. Would have been nicer to have other non-fried options for a complete meal also. Room service could be better. We ordered oatmeal and they gave us a bowl of uncooked oats, which we had to cook ourselves! Sometimes, we forget to wash the dishes and cutlery that we used when we're rushing to go out and the staff cleans it except I saw the sponge that they used is not new and clean.

Das ParcVue in Chengdu hat unsere hohen Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Wir waren drei Wochen mit der Familie in China unterwegs und haben in unterschiedlichen Hotels und Zimmerkategorien übernachtet. Aber das großzügige Familienzimmer mit 90 m2 war wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Zudem hat das Hotel ein sehr grosses Gym, einen wunderschönen Pool und eine Tischtennisplatte. Unsere Kinder haben es genossen. Zudem sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Two cute and hardworking robots deliver food and shopping deliveries right to your door. Genuinely sincere and friendly staff, particularly the Resident Butler and housekeeping. Fast and efficient check in and check out.
