The rooms are modern and clean by European standards, we were pleasantly surprised, the streets are also safe, and the people are very kind and friendly. The Air conditioned was out of order, blankets are very old & bad for a guest new ones are needed ASAP and also the single beds are all Not comfortable at all in the family rooms they must be changed immediately also use a white linen for neatness please.

Everything. The location is terrible. Bedding filthy in every room they showed us. We booked for 5 people and they only had accomodation for 4 and insisted that the booking was for 4 until we showed the booking details. We booked 2 nights and again they were insisting that 1 night was booked until we showed it was 2 nights. Just overall a completely terrible experience. We had to book alternative accommodation.

Waited almost an hour just to get the keys for the room after hearing the workers and manager having a disagreement on something. As well as waiting for the entrance to be opened which made our ride cancel due to no workers at reception.

The blankets and the sheets in room 20 were dirty, pillows stained with what looked like fresh makeup. We had to ask the receptionist to change them for us. The toilet cistern handle is broken so to flush the toilet, one would have to lift the lid and then pull the flushing machanisim. The toilet seat is detached from the toilet bowl.

I often came out my room and we would talk for hours! It was so nice. And in the words of John and Mimi (don’t you want to stay for another 2 weeks?)❤️
