I liked the place, its close to Eastgate mall. The bathroom was clean and the kitchen and lounge is spacious. Had a great stay there.

If they can scrub the shower floors and also allow late checkout without a fee especially for those who will be catching flights a bit late ,especially for those who had a long stay.

I liked the receptionist and his kindness the male guy upon arrival. I also like how spacious and clean it was.

I didn't like the balcony and the heating facilities.

The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. the place overall is beautiful. love the patio set up for each room, makes it ideal to visit in the summer time.

would I go back, yes for sure but just a plea to have full body mirrors in all the rooms, clean the irons as I still borrowed from another room but it was just as bad as ours, maybe a pan and a pot in each room so it's not a hustle for people without cars... last but not least, I wouldn't recommend as a romantic stay simply because the walls are too thin.

Amazing place to stay if you're visiting Kensington or the surrounding area. I've stayed at Aluve Guesthouse three times while visiting Johannesburg, and each stay has been excellent. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The property is safe, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I highly recommend Aluve Guesthouse, and I will definitely stay there again on my future visits to Johannesburg.

Nous avons été bien assisté pour nos demandes. C’était sécuritaire et à proximité de l’aéroport. La chambre était grande et confortable.

Il aurait été super d’avoir une couverture chauffante mais il y avait quand même un chauffage et plusieurs couvertures en surplus donc c’était bien.

The Location was great. Pool was clean and ready for use. Staff and facilities well organized and useful.

It was cold, the heater was not working, blankets were not smelling clean, with burns of iron, very old bedding but sheets were clean, but blankets chansed me to check out 7am before my time out

I booked for 2 days. Day 1 when I come back my room were not made up. It was exactly the same way I left it. I was so disappointed 😞

The property in itself is good was very clean even inside the beds were comfortable I did sleep well and there was no noise

My only complaint would be the ants in the shower and the kitchen counter that was very unpleasant to see they should work on disinfecting the place

I truly loved everything about this property. Its location is perfect- close to both my work commitments and the places I wanted to explore, making it ideal for a work-and-leisure trip. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help; they even assisted me with directions whenever I needed them. This wasn’t my first stay, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the lovely upgrades to the space. I will definitely be coming back again.

Everything is so fine about the place. Staff members are friendly and kind. The place is so beautiful and neat. Security is tight. Definitely coming back!!

There were cockroaches. Dishes weren’t entirely clean. There was a water issue in the area & the place struggled to help with alternative measures. Music was loud from other rooms.

spiders plus no room and they don’t provide enough bowles for when cooking for storage purposes since there’s 3 pots in the loft. the pan in the loft doesn’t have a lid, extra cooking utensils would be helpful instead of the basics.

i like that they gave us an extra hour thirty minutes to check out these no noise around the place its so peaceful . i wouldn't mind coming over for the third time. i like that these improvement such as communication, kitchen equipment

i didn't like the fact that the room was not bright enough . i wish they can change the lights especially on the kitchen site provide a toaster and a strainer as well

It is situated in a perfect place, the owner is kind and welcoming , willing to do extra for your comfort , I can definately recommend this place

The flies and ants in the pool make it so uncomfortable to swim but should they put something nearby to clean it for ourselves often then it would be great,otherwise it's a 10/10 for me,def coming back.

Everything about the place was excellent I'll definitely come again and again ...keep it up guys pls put a large mirror for us ladies pls you know we like to see ourselves when we dress but hey I had an amazing time 💃💃💃💃🤗

What I didn't like is that we communicated about arrival time but we found our room not ready we waited for 30 or plus minutes before we get in ....
