Les 2 lits étaient petits. On aurait dit des lits d´enfants. Il n´y avait pas d'eau chaude les 2 premiers jours pour se doucher. Le système d´eau chaude avait certainement un défaut. Après le passage du technicien, il fallait toujours laisser couler l´eau froide pendant un certain temps (environ 5-10 min) avant d´avoir de l´eau tiède! La position de la chambre- opposé à la trajectoire principale du soleil, rendait la chambre particulièrement trop froide.

The TV is old doesn’t have interesting channels atleast a smart TV has variety e.g Netflix and others. The basin in the shower is also old it has cracks.

Recepção não foi boa. Chegamos antes da hora do check-in, pedimos para guardar as nossas malas, fomos informados de que não havia espaço, entretanto 30 min depois chegaram 4 hóspedes com as suas malas e as mesmas foram armazenadas na nossa visita.

Bed did have a spring sticking out and I looked for a hairdryer (as it was supposed to be in the room), and unless it was REALLY well hidden I could not find it, but didn't have time to query at reception

The kitchen was too small for the number of guests present, and there wasn’t much variety of food to choose from. The scrambled eggs were not prepared to my liking. I would have preferred an omelette, but since that wasn’t available, I opted for scrambled eggs instead. The bacon was also quite dry. Additionally, the staff took too long to clear the tables and replace the juice glasses. As a result, some guests ended up using coffee and tea mugs to have their juice. Also, the curtain lining was dirty. They should consider cleaning or replacing it regularly to maintain a clean and presentable environment.

This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. There was absolutely nothing about our stay that met the standard we expected from a hotel. From the room and facilities to the food and basic cleanliness, everything was deeply disappointing. Let’s start with the breakfast, which was an absolute disaster. There was nowhere near enough space for all the guests to access the buffet comfortably. The food itself was appalling. The bacon had such a terrible smell that it was difficult to even consider eating it, while the scrambled eggs were even worse. On top of the poor quality, the food was cold. This was not a minor inconvenience or a matter of personal preference the breakfast was simply unacceptable. We were also not provided with a fleece/blanket and had to specifically ask for one. When they eventually brought it, it was not clean.The bathroom had no proper ventilation, and the shower was not even functioning properly. The water was not running as it should, making the showering experience extremely frustrating. Then there was the carpet. It was visibly old, worn out and it also had an unpleasant smell. We genuinely struggled to find anything positive about this stay. The experience was disappointing from beginning to end

There was no cold water in the bathrooms. No water in the toilets, and the shower was steaming hot. At breakfast there were not enough tables, and the tables that were open were not cleared from previous breakfast diners. There was no cutlery available and also no glasses for the juices. We had to wait 20 minutes for this to be washed.

Attitude of staff was disappointing - even manager at front desk was not user-friendly! Rooms are very tiny! We were three sharing a room that is even smaller than single rooms of other places! Sleeper couch was dirty with disgusting stains! No smart TV in the room!

I was with my mom and my 1-year-old and during breakfast my child was not accommodated with a chair for babies during breakfast I had to carry her whilst trying to dish and eat because it was full, I had to take adults chair as soon as they leave their table.

When we got to our room the heater wasn’t working,the phones were not working,I did not get the iron I had requested. We were moved to another room the heater worked for a few hours in the early hours it stopped,still the phone wasn’t worked and still did not get the iron I requested even after I spoke to one of the ladies who clean.

The reception staff were not hospitable not welcoming at all. The pool area was untidy looks like it hasn't been swept in days.
