The tv programs - would like something like KykNet to be available. No fridge to keep water. The carpet was dirty. Booked a smoking room - wasn’t aware that people smoke inside the room - thought the room would have a balcony. They accommodated us with a normal room - we rather want a room with no smell and a balcony than a room that smells. We don’t smoke inside our house.

We were not provided with water in the rooms. One of the plugs was not working and the blankets provided have seen better days. Bedding did not feel any clean.
