Bien las instalaciones en general, pero tuvimos mala experiencia con el personal, que no está bien capacitado y fue cero servicial.

Super bien ubicado, limpio, tranquilo y pudimos entrar una hora antes ya q ya estaba limpia la habitación Muy agradables todo el personal

Es un hotel bonito y esta cerca del centro, algo que no me gusto fue que le comente al chico de la recepcion es que el pasillo a mi habitación estaba muy oscuro y me dijo que asi era la temática dle lugar y al otro dia que el hotel estaba mas lleno todo estaba mas iluminado

L'hôtel mériterait un rafraîchissement, mur fissuré, ou trace d'humidité, peinture qui cloque. Hormis cela les chambres étaient confortable, emplacement proche du centre ville.

Muy buena estancia, hay café en el lobby y botellas de agua en la habitación.

No Channels on tv Wifi poor quality or not working it all

Séjour agréable, hôtel calme propre et pratique pour se rendre au café, restaurants, boutiques et animations.

Wifi var meget svagt. Ofte var det nødvendigt at gå ud på gangen for at få forbindelse. Personalet kunne ikke tale engelsk og var ikke servicemindede. Værelserne ligger lige ud til en ret trafikeret vej, hvilket giver en del støj. Poolen var ikke indbydende. Stedets “bar” var lukket. Stedet kaldes for “sanctuary”. Dette giver ingen mening, der er ikke roligt og afslappende. Der var strømafbrydelse i mere end et døgn. Vi var nødt til at forlade hotellet da der ikke var udsigt til at strømmen kom igen. Personalet var ikke samarbejdsvillige i forhold til at hjælpe os med at kontakte Hotels.com for at få refusion for den overnatning vi ikke kunne have grundet strømafbrydelsen. I forhold til de priser vi ellers har mødt på Yucatan var dette sted prismæssigt i den høje ende. Ikke en rimelig pris i forhold til hvad vi fik - placering/hotellets stand/service mm. Stedet kan ikke anbefales.

No hay servicio de Internet y lo ofrecen dentro del alquiler, no se puede ver la tele ni c9nectar ningún dispositivo. Ni siquiera se puede usar el internet de los aparatos propios. Muy mal!!! No resuelven.

Más de lo que esperábamos. Muy tranquila, con agradable ambiente y todo cerca. Su personal muy amable y atento. Regresaríamos siempre.

Necesita un estacionamiento más cerca

Estancia excelente, sin duda volvería.

Hotel limpio, muy bien localizado. La habitación podría ser muy bonita pero puedes notar que no fueron cuidadosos con los detalles. (Ejemplo de manchas de pintura en el baño) La otra cosa que no me parece a orden al precio es que se llame SPA pero no tiene nada que ver con SPA, con lo cual resulta engañoso y que sientas que has pagado demasiado por la estancia.

Nous étions à 5 dans une très grande chambre avec salle de bain. Elle était assez spacieuse pour ne pas se marcher dessus. La literie est confortable et le personnel serviable. L’hôtel est à 5mn à pied du centre-ville de Bacalar. Une bonne adresse que je recommande.

The room is old and dirty. Nothing to eat/drink, scary area. We didn’t sleep ALL night as there was a party right outside our window and the property did nothing about it. Party was until 7am!!!!! Don’t dare going there it’s not for normal people

Necesitan puertas con más seguridad

Un buen hotel habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El wifi algo inestable. Excelente ubicación

El hotel e instalaciones bien, pero el personal super groseros, preguntas algo y no te contestan o atienden de mañana manera, no lo recomiendo, aparte en mi reservación aparecía como departamentos y fue una sola habitación para 6 perdonado y te cobran al llegar una cuota que no recuerdo para que era pero teníamos que realizarla.

Beautiful pool and gardens, gorgeous rooms with stunning white wash floors and concrete glaze flooring. Lovely room decor. Netflix. Extra bed in room for our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 children under 10). Also, amazing location to walk into town too! 5 minutes from the main plaza. it is next to a fabulous breakfast place (2 mins walk) - Ixchel Bacalar Downside - Coffee machine in room but no pods and poor WiFi connectivity.

Es una excelente opción para pasar un excelente momento con tus seres queridos, no tiene bar ni restaurante, lo cual complica todo, la alberca siempre templada y limpia, el personal muy amable.

Hubo disponibilidad a última hora y nos recibieron muy amablemente. La habitación está muy amplia , muy limpia y cómoda . Excelente funcionamiento del clima y en general está muy cómoda la habitación . Cerca de todo.

Nice small hotel and friendly service. Good location in the centre of Bacalar, walking distance to the lake, restaurants and shops. Everything was okay but I couldn’t help feeling that the hotel was overpriced for what it was. Room felt a little humid and bathroom definitely needs renovation. Bacalar can be pricey: we had just stayed in a beautiful new hotel in Tulum for half the price that we paid here. For 130 euros a night I think the bathroom needs to be more comfortable and room have a better lock.

This is a nice hotel 2 blocks from the lake and Center. The garden and pool are serene. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant where the options where plentiful and their coffee was excellent. Wifi was good.

This is a 2.5 -3 star hotel. It is clean, but there is no restaurant. It is on a partially paved road. I had a rental car, and the designated parking was in a vacant lot behind an abandoned building. My room was filled with mosquitoes. The room was comfortable enough after I managed to kill all of the mosquitoes. I felt it was overpriced for what it offered. I am not sure why it is called Tierra Maya Spa and Sanctuary. Maybe spas services are offered on site, but I did not see a designated area for such services.

Magnifico lugar muy recomendable, bien ubicado, personal amable, estacionamiento incluido( privado) justo enfrentre de la puerta del hotel, limpio.

El lugar esta súper bonito, las fotos son como se muestran aunque parecen más grandes pero la verdad muy bien el lugar. Y el personal súper amable y agradable siempre dándonos solución a todo. A dos cuadras del centro.

Excelente hotel y servicio, el único detalle es que tienes que caminar unas cuadras para el desayuno.

Location is okey - but the rooms are out in front of the local street, with some traffic. To call this place a "spa & sanctuary" is a stretch. WIFI was not working, there was no service in the bar and the hotel offered little or nothing to do. The pictures "oversells" the place.

Fue un fin de semana increíble, la atención de lo mejor, personal muy amable, habitaciones hermosas instalaciones muy limpias, no existe queja alguna, es un lugar muy cómodo.

Our room was beautiful and clean with very comfortable bed and great shower. Six rooms border a pretty patio garden with pool. Quiet. Food is just a couple of level blocks away. Very nice staff gave us as many coffee pods as we desired.

This hotel is very cosy and has a nice atmosphere. We loved our stay here, slept like a baby. The beds are amazing. No breakfast, but plenty of options in de neighbourhood like Enamora just 5 minutes away.

They space it as very clean relaxing and decorated very tasteful. Staff very helpful .

Un accueil et un service parfait, de grandes chambres, bien aménagées dans un style Zen et branché. Massage à disposition. Petit déjeuner à 800m, sur la lagune. Nous avions même la 1/2 pension et nous ne le savions pas. Une belle adresse à recommander sans réserve.

Petit hotel ambiance familiale Chambre très propres mais piscine assez trouble malheureusement Pas de service de bar ni de restaurant dans l’hôtel mais dans un restaurant extérieur à quelques mètres. Point négatif : Pas de connexion wifi dans les chambres seulement à l’extérieur

This Tierra Maya Hotel Spa and Sanctuary is NOT in Xcalak, there is a Tierra Maya...but it is NOT a spa/sanctuary...I think the one you are advertising is in Belize. It is correct on the map, but not the photos and address

The staff were very helpful. This place is close to the fowtown area only two/three blocks from the Lake.. Thanks Maria (receptionist) for everything, you made our stay unforgettable.

One of the new boutique hotels in the center of Bacalar. Good location 2 blocks from the Laguna and nice restaurants like the Playita, also 5 mn from the main city square However, the nice room pictures tend to give a false impression. The hotels is just a few rooms along a corridor, around a garden. The rooms themselves are nice and the pictures are accurate, so not misleading, but overall the hotel is nowhere near a luxury boutique hotel with spa. The rooms are directly on the street, so you get to hear cars passing by, so no Sanctuary here I paid around 100 USD for one night, for this price there are other places in Bacalar which are better value for money, especially if they have direct access to the laguna Also beware Google Maps indicates the hotel as being on Calle 16, whereas it is located on Calle 26

Pequeño hotel en desarrollo que se va a perfeccionar ya que apenas abrieron. El personal está muy disponible y agradable solo que por el check-in no hubo nadie durante 20 minutos (tuve que marcar al número para que alguien llegue). Lo unció negativo es que las habitaciones están sobre la calle en planta baja así que se escucha mucho el ruido cuandon pasan los coches y la gente hablando. La alberca es un plus, solo que no tiene mucho sol por la tarde así que el agua queda bien fría. Y después de las 3 ya no hay sol en los camastros. El desayuno estaba propuesto en un restaurante cerca, estaba rico aún limitado sobre los jugos incluidos. La limpiada está ok solo el según día no reemplazaron las pequeñas toallas (las quitaron pero no pusieron nuevas). En fin es un bonito hotel que seguramente se va a mejorar para estar perfecto.
