Leider war das Fenster im Zimmer verriegelt und konnte aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht geöffnet werden. Bereits beim einchecken lief ein Luftentfeuchter im Zimmer. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel aber aufgrund der Tatsache, dass man nicht richtig lüften konnte, war kein Sauerstoff im Zimmer und eine so hohe Feuchtigkeit, dass sämtliche Sachen durchfeuchtet sind. Wir müssen unsere Kleidung komplett waschen und alle Papierdokumente sind gewellt. Einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel kann ich leider nicht empfehlen.

There seemed to be some small insects on the wooden information placards in the room. I wiped them off but it shook my confidence in the cleanliness of the room.

El hotel está muy bien situado a unos minutos de la estación de tren de Tokio y de varias estaciones de metro. La habitacíón era muy espaciosa y con todas las comodidades. Como en todos los hoteles japoneses en que nos alojamos las camas en las habitaciones con 2 camas separadas eran muy anchas, a diferencia de lo que ocurre en otros países dondes las camas en ese tipo de habitaciones suelen ser muy estrechas. El desayuno daba la opcion de elegir entre varios tipos de desayuno japonés o uno occidental. La primera noche experimentamos un terremoto bastante fuerte por suerte sin ningún problema.

Room was very small but expected in Tokyo. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. For one night, was OK.

ロケーションが便利でよかった。部屋も隣・上下の音など気にならず、快適。ベッドがゆったりしていてかつ寝具なども体に合ったようでよく眠れました。

比較的低い階だったせいか、道路からの音が若干気になった。設備が比較的古い方なのでしょうか、エアコンの利きが若干悪かった（弱風にしても音は静かにならず、温度も下がらず）。

Ya hicimos una reseña y nos encantado la ubicación, nos encanto el trato del personal y la forma de hacer el check-in y el trato tanto para salir del hotel como para pedir un taxi fueron muy amables.

Que hubiera habitaciones con cama doble muy pequeñas y habitaciones con camas individuales con muchísimo mas espacio.

Great location, close to Tokyo station and yakitori alley within a 10min walk. Be aware it is a Tokyo hotel so it’s small, but that was not a problem for me. Has a fridge which we used. Bathroom very clean and spacious.

Situado en el barrio de Ginza Sotetsu Fresa Inn -Kyobashi puede ser perfectamente el centro neurálgico para una visita masiva en Tokyo para poder llegar a cualquier lugar en cualquier momento, bien ubicado, con un personal EXCELENTE!! Cabe remarcar que nos atendieron con un gusto exquisito incluso durante el terremoto que pasamos, ya que nosotros no estábamos acostumbrados a vivir cosas así, un 11/10

No hubo nada que no nos gustará, la cuestión es que estuvimos en una habitación con cama doble, y apenas teníamos espacio para dos personas, ni siquiera podíamos dejar las maletas, luego pudimos ver el espacio de dos habitaciones con cama separadas y francamente era el doble de grande, pagamos mucho dinero pensando que estaríamos cómodos en el sentido de amplitud. pero estuvimos afianzo en una habitación donde dos personas de pie se molestaban la una a la otra.

エレベーター前の部屋で騒音が心配だったが静かでよかった。スタッフの皆さんも仕事が迅速だった。

Tiene 2 paradas de metro muy cerca. Esta a 13 min de la estación central de Tokio. Tiene maquinas de vending y lavadoras.

La habitación que nos tocó estaba fuera donde la escalera de incendios y tenia un olor muy fuerte a humedad. Pedimos el cambio de habitación pero no fue posible y vinieron a limpiar el olor, aunque no fue muy efectivo. Por suerte había una máquina deshumidificadora que mejoró la situación. Importante revisar eso. Desayuno no es bufet, hay 4 menús a elegir.

I had a 4-night stay followed by another 2-night stay some days later. Both rooms were spotless, with excellent mattresses and pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful on both occasions and assisted me with several things during my stays. There are also plenty of useful amenities available at reception, all free of charge. Right next to reception, there are also vending machines for drinks and ice, which I found very handy. In one of the rooms, the window could be opened about a quarter of the way, so I had some fresh air into the room. Both rooms were exactly like in the pictures. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Quite good value for money. The neighborhood is safe, with convenient public transport nearby.

In one of the two rooms, the window could not be opened at all, so there was no possibility of getting any fresh air into the room. One of the rooms was also relatively small, although I was travelling alone. The neighborhood felt safe, but it was a little too quiet for my taste, especially in the evenings, with not many restaurants, places for entertainment or much activity around.

The only thing that was suboptimal is that the shower was a bit short. I am over six foot 3 and my head would hit the ceiling.

Convenient location, just 7-8 mins away from Tokyo station and around 10 mins from Ginza by walk. Accessible by walk to various daily needs shops and Indian restaurants.

Great Value in the Heart of Tokyo – Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo-Kyobashi Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo-Kyobashi is a budget-friendly hotel in the heart of Tokyo with an excellent location. If you’re looking for convenience and value rather than luxury, this is a great choice. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Tokyo Station, Yaechika and the Yaesu shopping areas, and conveniently located between the Ginza Line and Asakusa Line. Ginza is also very walkable—around 15 minutes depending on which mall or part of Ginza you’re heading to. We found the location incredibly useful for getting around Tokyo. If you include breakfast with your stay, the restaurant on the first floor offers four different breakfast options. Somewhere along this trip, I have apparently become accustomed to the Japanese breakfast—and I’m not complaining! The service was excellent. The staff were professional, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel also has practical amenities that make a longer stay much easier, including coin-operated laundry and vending machines. The rooms are what you would expect from a Tokyo budget hotel—compact and functional—but when you consider the location, transportation access, service and price, the value is excellent. I would absolutely stay here again for the sheer value. Great location, great staff, convenient amenities and an excellent home base for exploring Tokyo.

部屋に入った瞬間から臭い匂いが気になりました。 下水のような匂いが水回りからしているのとエアコンのカビ臭さがありました。ずっと匂いが気になってしまい快適には過ごせませんでした。

房間整潔，地理位置算還行，步行到東京車站或銀座不是很近但尚可接受，沒辦法，車站附近都太貴了，這間已經算是相對便宜的了

房間一如日本風格的小，兩個28吋上掀式行李可以勉強塞在走道，兩個人輪流整理

国際フォーラムや東京駅まで徒歩圏内で行けること 部屋の設備もよかった

The room we booked was non smoking, but the room smelled faintly of smoke. It was a bit dusty it hadn’t been vacuumed very well. But not a dealbreaker.

洗面所の水道の水圧がもう少し強かったら良かったです。 あと、洗面所に高さが低かったので、男性の方は、使いにくいかなと思いました。

Es un lugar tranquilo, con buenas habitaciones a buen precio. El personal es amable y sabe hablar inglés. Al estar cerca de la estación de Tokio la movilidad es excelente. Tienes acceso a muchas comodidades gratis, de manera que no es necesario ir a comprarlas a una konbini. Si tuviera que hacer algún viaje en Shinkansen desde Tokio, esta sería una de mis opciones favoritas de alojamiento para los días previos.

Para estancias largas de más de una semana, hay opciones mejores.

El hotel està muy bien ubicado puesto que está a 10 minutos caminando a la estación de Tokio.

La habitación era un poco pequeña pero por lo demás todo perfecto.

Temizdi ve metroya 2 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Ginza’da merkezde ve bu kadar uygun fiyatlı olması harika. Tokyo metrosuna ise 15 dk yürüme mesafesinde valiziniz varsa biraz zor gelebilir.

Used to the rooms being small in Tokyo, but at this place, the furniture and bathroom doors are placed in a way that the room seems even smaller. Very uncomfortable, the AC is set directly above your head.

Das Hotel ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Tokio Tower und es liegt 8 min zu Fuß zum Tokio Station. Die Betten sind bequem und vor allem breit. Es gab sogar ein Schrank und genügend Platz für 2 Koffer.

Das Hotel hat keine antialergische Bettdecken, daher müssten wir unter einem Bettlaken schlafen.

È la seconda volta che soggiorno qui, tutto è perfetto e lo staff è estremamente gentile! Super consigliato !

Ειναι κοντά σε 3 σταθμούς, πολυ ήσυχη περιοχή, κυριολεκτικά στο κέντρο του Τοκυο. Προσφέρει πλυντήριο επι πληρωμή κ δωρεαν ξενοδοχειακα ειδη τα οποία παίρνεις μονη σου απο τη ρεσεψιον, απο οδοντόβουρτσα μεχρι τσάι.

Το πρόγραμμα καθαριοτητας δεν ηταν καθημερινο, η τηλεόραση επιανε πολυ χώρο πανω στο γραφειο κ το δωμάτιο είχε μυρωδια υγρασίας/κλεισούρας.

La habitación estuvo bien considerando que solo era yo la unica en la habitación, me agrado que el baño tuviera tina. Me agrado que la habitación contará con un espacio con escritorio para trabajar. El hotel está cerca de varias estaciones de tren-metro y no tan lejos está la estación de Tokio. El desayuno con tres opciones totalmente japonesas y una opcion americana me agrado mucho, el desayuno japones es de lo mejor que probe durante mi estancia. Tienen lavanderia interna y te prestan plancha si la solicitas en recepción. El personal es muy amable.

Hace falta un lugar adecuado para colgar la ropa dentro de la habitación pero también se comprende por el tamaño de la habitación

Aún si elegimos una habitación que sabíamos que era para fumadores (era la única opción que teníamos para esas 2 noches que estuvimos en el centro de Tokyo), era demasiado fuerte el olor a tabaco. Se sentía impregnado en las paredes. Por otro lado, nos hemos alojado anteriormente en hoteles Fresa Inn, y este no estaba a la altura de otros.

Twin rooms were really spacious for Tokyo and could easily accommodate 3 adults with the couch converted. The twin beds were also double size.

This is my bad for not researching it prior, but I prefer a property with more communal area so when you’re travelling in a party you can meet easily. The reception area is relatively small with only one couch.

A környék kiváló, a közlekedés nagyszerű - 2 metrovonal között sétatávolságra, nagyon kényelmes. Tetszett, hogy van fürdőkád, ahol el lehet lazulni a fárasztó nap után.

az air-condition nagyon hangos - viszont nélküle meg túl meleg lenne a reggelinél a személyzet - főleg az idősebb japán nő - nagyon parancsolgató, nem segitőkész - ami amúgy egyáltalán nem jellemző a japánokra
