Home2 Suites by Hilton Greenville Downtown

Location was perfect

Parking was lacking 😒

This hotel is in the perfect location!!! Close enough to walk to the action but far enough to not here the noise!!!

I loved everything about the place.

Breakfast was VERY underwhelming

Entrance very narrow

Location and service

Location, Comfortable room

Na

Everything here was great. Everyone from the valet to the front desk were professional and nothing but happy to help. The beds are comfortable the room was cleaned up everyday and the valet would have your car at a timely manner. Would 10/10 recommend to any friends or family.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were also comfortable. Very nice facility. Breakfast was good. Would visit again. Thanks.

Good location. Close to all shops and restaurants. Valet parking was convenient. Would visit again. Thanks.

Location was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly

The parking situation the fact that you had to valet park your vehicle and if I forgot something in my car I have to call valet service to retrieve my vehicle and get what I needed and have them return my vehicle several times

The location and staff were great! We went to a concert at the area and were able to walk there with no issues. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There were unpleasant smells in elevator and upstairs hallway on 3 rd floor. Pull out bed was not comfortable and the king size bed in our room seemed like it wasn’t level.

Tv wasn’t working. The staff came right up with batteries to problem solve.

Nothing

Gute Lage, sauber.

Das Frühstück ist nichts besonders, aber es ist oft so in der US.

Everything

Location to download was excellent

Everything was nice

Great customer service

Stay was long enough.

Loved the location! Within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping

Housekeeping never came and cleaned the room. We were there for three nights. Had to call to at least get new towels and the trash taken out

great location

not clear where to park or enter the property

great location

parking fee

Loved the proximity to town

Location and easy access.

Mattress was too soft for anyone with back issues. A firmer mattress would have been better.

Location was great. Rooms very quiet and comfortable.

Digital check in not worth it. Picked room and arrived at 3pm check in time. Room was not ready & was told could not switch to another floor that had rooms ready because I did digital check in & she couldn’t manually override it. Yet when I asked a 2nd check in person that walked up she gladly got manager approval to change room.

Clean, quiet, easy access

The beds were a little hard for me.

The distance to Bon Securs...

The staff wasn't very friendly but professional. There aren't a lot of great places to eat, walking distance from hotel. The valet parking is quite expensive. 9

Great help from the staff

Another nice stay at this hotel. Clean. Lots of room. Convenient to much downtown. Friendly easy valet at a good rate. Taking off one star because the bedding had a fragrance. Smells where I sleep can cause me migraines so I didn’t appreciate it.

Room… lobby… location… staff

Breakfast was mediocre. My wife loves oatmeal and didn’t like your oatmeal. She also loves bacon and there was none. I liked the fried chicken patties but she doesn’t so no protein for her. Breakfast was the only low point for us.

The hotel is in the heart of downtown and easy walk to the arena. Our room was spacious and the staff super friendly.

Staff was extremely helpful with all my requests.

Would have loved to have had a shuttle to the George Strait concert in Clemson.

Beautiful, clean, great location.

The breakfast was cold, and tasteless. The sausage was hard as a rock. The ham was cold, the eggs were cold

I like everything 😁

Sorry can't think of anything 😞

Nice staff, room was good,

Overpriced I feel

The room was very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The drain in the bathroom had an enormous amount of long hair that was not cleaned before we arrived.

Like the location and hotel

That you pay for room and then have to pay for parking

Everything was right on point definitely would recommend anyone to this location! Thanks for all the love y’all showed me and my wife!

Location and staff

The property feels run down. Had 3 different rooms in 1st night. First room, I requested to change because of rambunctious family in the room next door, staff was very accommodating . Room #2, charging station by the bed was broken. Room #3 and final room seemed okay until I settled in I realized it was was making a humming sound and not blowing air. It was late and I was tired and had just unpacked again for the 3rd time, so rather than change rooms I turned it off and went to bed. Informed front desk in the morning and it was fixed by the time I returned later in the day. No issues the remainder of my stay.

Location to the venue!

The AC, it was warm in our room.

Location and dog friendly nice staff

Location was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. A lot of options and it was so close to downtown.

This Home2 was over and above expectations. We try to stay in a Home2 on all of our trips as they are always outstanding.

Location was great. Walking distance to downtown.

Breakfast was good and convenient.

Bathroom was difficult to access as it was a very tight fit. Cannot turn the shower on without getting soaked as only one door slides and the fixtures are not an arm reach from the other door opening to the stall so you have to enter getting soaked with cold water before it reaches ideal temperature. Only one person can occupy room to get ready. Usually rooms have the sink and vanity area with room to get ready while other occupant can shower and use the bathroom. Very difficult to move about the bathroom with the right space for door and toilet, sink area as well. Made getting ready a challenge.

everything was good no complicates with nothing!

We had to leave Saturday evening because I forgot my eye meds

Great location. Walking distance to the Bon Secours center (basketball tournament) and right on Main Street where all of the shops and restaurants are. Our room had a kitchenette and the hotel had a fridge with small snacks/meals for purchase at the front desk. We needed to get a late night meal and were able to cook these in our room. That was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and very very large. The bathroom was fine, but the shower's water pressure was just slightly low from what you'd expect. We used the valet for the car and it was very well-attended and the staff was great. I think the valet was $18 per night and that seemed reasonable. The main pedestrian areas of Greenville with the shops and restaurants are very close.

Nothing. We requested an early check in because we had our dog and they were able to have the room ready in about 30 mins after we arrived. The breakfast was just ok. Its the exact same breakfast that you get at all of these mid level hotels.

location

charged for parking and this was not clear on the reservation site

Location, roomy suite, cleanliness and staff was friendly and helpful! Also only a 10 minute walk to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Perfect location if you’re attending any events at the Arena!

A little pricey.

We stayed at the Greenville Home2Suites downtown hotel for the first time, for a longer stay. The hotel is at the quieter end of Main Street, which is fine. The parking choices are limited--you pretty much need to go with the valet service however the in and out is not charged per occurrence. We found our room to be clean and well appointed with low noise level. Overall, everyone on the staff from the valet service to the front desk and breakfast were very courteous. We liked the coffee served at the hotel all day long. From the location perspective, we enjoyed walking through the local historic cemetery across the street. I would probably stay here again especially for a longer stay due to the kitchen facilities in our room.

The location was perfect for the concert we attended at Bon Secour Arena it was a 9 minute walk The room was clean and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options

Location and staff fantastic. Valet staff very attentive.

Friendly staff clean facility.

The staff was great and very helpful. The room was wonderful...loved all the extras included in the kitchen. It really was a very good room.

There were no luggage racks available for us. We had to make two trips down to tjhe first floor with our luggage. And had to carry our luggage out to get intpo our car without any luggage racks to help us. That was a real sour lemon.

My one dislike was the mattress. Very uncomfortable.

Location and cleanliness

Parking

Very friendly and extremely competent front desk staff. Room was clean and spacious Location was excellent

Breakfast was really cold !

room was comfortable; staff was excellent

$18 a day for valet parking is outrageous; ants in our first room assignment; breakfast items were lacking, not refilled quickly, and not always a great taste

The bedroom was clean and had what we needed for our stay. It was also within walking distance to downtown and therefore to shops, restaurants, etc.

When I booked initially, I did not see a note about being required to have valet parking. That added another $18 per day to our stay. If I had known, I probably would have looked at a different hotel to compare prices given the added cost of the valet parking.

I was most impressed by Angela at the front check in desk. She was most friendly and accommodating. A big compliment to your business. We also noticed her the next morning working diligently maintaining breakfast setup. Breakfast was also very nice and clean. Room was very clean and well set up.

I wasn’t really happy over the fact that the $18 per day valet parking wasn’t noted in reservation process. I didn’t argue with the fact and even tipped the driver on top of those charges, but it should have been reveled better.

Fantastic location, very clean and friendly staff.

I loved the location of the room and the friendliness of the staff. It was a perfect location and the price was great!

The bathroom of our room was very dirty. There were cracks in the bathroom floor and mold and soap scum stains everywhere in the shower and sink. The toilet didn’t flush well either.

Nice staff, close to main st. and the suite with kitchen was nice.

Bed was very old and lumpy with a huge dip in the middle. It was clean otherwise. The breakfast waffles didn’t measure out correctly and the syrup was watered down and soaked my half waffle.

Front desk staff was amazing! Had all the comforts of home and was very clean!

The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great and the room very clean and comfortable.

The reason why I don't give it a 10/10 is because the valet parking still charges you even if you don't use it.

The property was nice and a great location for our visit.
