The staff were amazing very accommodating, friendly and flexible! The rooms were very clean and modern.

Unfortunately our first room backed into “bar street” which was loud and bright. The staff were happy to accomodare a room change when I raised it though. After the room change there were no issues at all.

Моя оцінка 2 бали тільки за локацію та привітний персонал. Апартаменти однозначно потребують ремонту. Корозія на дзеркалах,брудні стіни,стара сантехніка яка протікає,брудні гардини,мʼякі меблі,рушники з плямами і цей стіл біля дивану(ну краще заберіть його взагалі),бо він вже віджив своє. Коли ми вперше зайшли в кімнату-були шоковані,адже ціна за ніч 155 євро це точно не рівень цих апартаментів. Якщо у вас стандартна кімната на задню вулицю-беріть з собою беруші( до речі це хороша рекомендація власникам лишати в номері беруші для гостей,оскільки спати без них там неможливо). Ці апартаменти можуть бути чудовими,якщо їх оновити і доглядати,а поки я не дуже рекомендую їх. В загальному враження двоякі,хочу подякувати персоналу,який там працює,бо вони насправді витягнули загальну ситуацію.

Widoki i bliskość morza.

Obiekt, wynajmowany apartament nadaje się tylko do remontu a nie pod wynajęcie. Pleśń, stęchlizna w szafkach, popękana farba. Standard poniżej opisywanych informacji o obiekcie. Nie było możliwości zamiany apartamentu. Widoczne zużycie obiektu. Wymaga inwestycji. Nie ma co opierać się na starych super opiniach. W obiekt wyższej klasy trzeba inwestować by zachować poziom. Dla młodych na nocowanie po imprezownią może wystarczy… ale nie dla rodziny z dziećmi.

Posizione perfetta con una vista mare spettacolare. Appartamento moderno, pulito e ordinato con servizio di pulizia quotidiano. Staff gentile in particolare Maria sempre accogliente e disponibile. Adatto anche a famiglie con figli adolescenti data la vicinanza a locali notturni e spiaggia libera e attrezzata.

La posizione e' strategica anche per la movida ma questo comporta un po' di rumore proviente dai locali (pub, discoteche) vicini. Tuttavia l'appartamento è dotato di doppie porte con vetri che isolano quasi totalmente i rumori

The lady at the reception in the afternoon and evenings is lovely.

I regret to have booked this hotel. It has been quite disappointing. The photos of booking don’t match with the reality. We got a bed and a table with two chairs when the images of booking have a sofa as well. There is no privacy because you are on the ground floor and you can hear absolutely everything. The receptionist start talking from 7:00 am everyday with a friend and barely could sleep again. We had two alive cockroach in the room. The cleaning service didn’t do the room one day, left out the door open another day, gel was never restored in 7 days. You cannot see the sunset from the balcony seated because the glass is opaque. The door outside is always unlocked, so it’s unsafe specially because next to the hotel is the party street. I won’t come back here for sure.

Sehr modern, schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Gutes Equipment und sehr freundlicher Empfang.

Die Lage, mit der lauten Party Maile… sehr laut abends und betrunkene Menschen am Abend. Küchenequipment könnte besser ausgestattet sein ( eventuell mal mehr Schneidemesser und ein Handtuch?).

Era tutto perfetto , posizione camera e lo staff è stato molto gentile e cordiale epronto a rispondere alle nostre richieste.

Niesamowity personel, bardzo pomocny i zawsze uśmiechnięty. Czuliśmy się tam bardzo dobrze.

Dobrze byłoby zwrócić większą uwagę na czystość pokoju i wyposażyć aneks w kubeczki (były tylko malutkie filiżanki).

Banyoda her yer su oluyor. Tuvaletin önümde su birikintisi oluyor. Banyo çamı açılmıyor(311 numaralı oda) ütü yok.

Very very noisy from a night club in the vicinity till 3 am. Unfortunately threadbare towels and bath mats. People smoking at reception area caused the smoke to penetrate the room if your door was open.

Huoneisto ja hotellin muutkin tilat olivat erittäin siistit. Kaikkein parasta oli huikean ystävällinen henkilökunta 🧡💛💚❤️

Hygieniatarvikkeita näin kriittisenä ajankohtana olisi saanut olla tarjolla; käsidesi, desinfiointipyyhkeitä, enemmän mm. keittiön ja kylpyhuoneen pintojen siistimiseen tarkoutettuja pyyhkeitä ja lattiankuivauslasta. Puhtaiden pyyhkeiden.vaihto nopeampaa. Naapuruston meteliä (hotellin muut asiakkaat) pitäisi voida kontrolloida hotellin taholta.

Widok z sypialni wręcz nieziemski (drugie piętro, widok bezpośredni na morze). Jak mi się coś nie podobało to widok to wynagrodził. Piękna okolica, świetna lokalizacja.

Das Licht für den Notausgang war sehr hell, wenn man auf der Couch schlafen wollte.

Das wir einen guten Ausblick hatten zum Meer. Und am Abend war die Sonnenuntergang sehr schön.

Das Bett war nicht sehr bequem.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt und dem Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der wunderschöne Meerblick vom Hotel ist ein echtes Highlight. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer zuvorkommend. Besonders für Familien ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns mit unseren Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt.

The apartment itself had dirty handprints and cracks on the walls in the bedroom, the bathroom shower had blue markings probably from water damage, and the toilet flush came off almost every time you pressed it . The apartment has two AC units which didn’t work at first, later on i contacted the receptionist, who did fix it, but only then told us what needed to be done in order for them to work (information that they didn’t tell us upon arrival). One night we even saw four MASSIVE cockroaches bursting out of the AC unit. We then had to sleep on the couch in the living room, we also called the hotel, but they didn’t pick up, because their reception only works until 9 pm, then you’re on your own. We even had to kill one of them since it climbed underneath the closed door of the room and ran into the bathroom. All they had to say was that the whole island has problems with roaches. I have to say, i paid a lot of money for this stay and it was not worth it. The location is very convenient, other than it being over a club/ bar covered street that doesn't stop playing music until six in the morning and doesn't let you sleep, the beaches around it are okay, but they have an infestation, the lift didn't work for half of our stay, no-one cleaned our room or changed our towels or even took out the trash. The view from our balcony was of an abandoned building, which clashes with the name "luxury" hotel.

Excellent location! The view from the window is stunning. The hotel is very clean. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including amenities for cooking. Access to the balcony was a bit awkward, but otherwise, everything was great. Shops, restaurants, and the sea are all nearby! We were pleasantly surprised; a bottle of red wine was waiting for us upon check-in.

We had two brick windows but no curtains to cover the lights at night The linen and towels were threadbare. The noise from a night club down the road was so loud until 2am. there should be no smoking at reception as the smoke drifts into the roooms

Kedves személyzet, csodás lokáció

Szükség lenne apartmanonként egy seprűre, lapátra és mindenképpen egy ruhaszárítóra!! Értem, h lehet kérni takarítást..de kényelmesebb lenne . Sajnos egy tizenéves társaság a teljes tartózkodásunk során a hajnali órákig (kb 3ig) nagyon hangos volt, de ez nem a szállásadó hibája....

The view from the balcony is spectacular especially at sunset. Something you will never get bored of.

You are next to a lively bar/club scene so expect it to be noisy into the early hours. Unfortunately others in the aparthotel continued to party in the stairwell and their room. Not good!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Three of us stayed in a comfortable and clean room with a gorgeous sea view from the bedroom and an incredible sunset. There's also a balcony with a sea view. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, and the bathroom has a shower. The bed is comfortable and the sofa bed is fold-out. We were comfortable, thank you. Cafes, restaurants, and shops are nearby, and all amenities are a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is on the windy side of the beach, with waves and warm, blue water. The main beach, Elli, is a 10-15-minute walk away.

The location is good. Its 10min away (walking) from the Elli beach, and 20min away from the old town. There are shops and caffes all around the hotel.

Really disappointed with this stay, especially for the price we paid. The room we got didn't match the photos on Booking at all. The listing showed a platform with a bed and a separate seating area, but we just had a bed crammed in with a table and chairs. Privacy was a big issue. Our room was on the ground floor with the balcony opening right onto the street, and there was an ATM machine right next to it, plus two cameras pointed straight at our balcony. One night someone actually knocked on our balcony door around midnight. When we opened it, two men said they'd dropped something on there. Having strangers knocking on your balcony in the middle of the night is genuinely unsettling. Noise was another problem. There was a gap of about 5-10cm under our door, so we heard everything happening in the hallway like the door wasn't even there. A few groups of guests came back from partying late and were extremely loud, and since there's no night shift staff, nobody was around to say anything. It felt like a free-for-all. On top of that, we found cockroaches in the room during our stay, and not small ones. Housekeeping was also lacking: over our 6 night stay, our towels were changed once and the trash was emptied once. Honestly, for what we paid (close to 200€/night for two people, 5 nights in total), it was not worth it. This place is maybe worth 60€ a night, not what we were charged. We wouldn't stay here again.

A big plus is the possibility to leave luggage after check‑out, and the reception was very helpful.

The location is perfect, very easy to get to the beach, the old town and the habor. Then, the best in this apartment hotel is Anna, who is extremely patient, responsible and helpful!

There is a disco club next door to the back street of the apartment building, which is super active (read nosy) till 4:00 am every day. Then, many teenagers in the apartment building like to do pranks, such as knocking on your door at night or trying to open it to see whether you are locked in or not. Our electronic door lock broke on the second day we stayed, which made it an even weirder experience. Nevertheless, nothing really harmful happened.

The staff was very nice, helped with everything we needed. The staff is very trsustworthy. The apartments are in a great location, right infront of the beach, with balconies with sea view. They are also right next to all the bars if you want, but dont worry the apartments have double windows, great at canceling noise. Overall just a great experience, everything you need - totally would recommend!

Denize sıfır konumu, merkezi oluşu, otopark sorunu olmaması, personellerin kibarlığı ve yardımcı olmaya çalışması güzeldi.

Otelin özellikle zemin katını önermiyoruz. Belirteceğimiz 3 temel sorun da zemin katla ilgili olabilir. 1) Banyomuzdan 2 kez hamam böceği çıktı. Bunu ilettiğimizde konum ve sıcaklık kaynaklı olduğu belirtildi, giderimize gün içinde ilaçlama yapılacağı söylendi. Ancak sonraki gün maalesef 1 kez daha hamam böceği çıktı. 2) Bir arka sokak gece kulübü sokağı. Sanıyoruz bununla ilgili olarak, tüm gece boyunca, sabahın ilk ışıklarına kadar otele giriş yapanlar oluyor ve otele, 4 gece de çok gürültülü, bağıra çağıra girişler yapıldı. Giriş ve koridor odamıza çok yakın, bu nedenle gürültüden çok etkilendik. 3) En alt kat balkondan, oturarak denizi izlemek mümkün değil. Dışarıdakilerin içeriyi görmemesi için buzlu cam mevcut.

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε υπέροχη τοποθεσία ,με θέα στην θάλασσα και το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Δίπλα σε πολλά εστιατόρια ,mini markets ,atm , φαρμακείο , βενζινάδικο και πολύ κοντά στην παλιά πόλη Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο και καθαρό ,με bonus ότι έχει κουζίνα οπότε δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ φιλικό και είναι εκεί να δώσουν συμβουλές για το νησί θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά !!!!

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία μπροστά στη θάλασσα. Άνετα, ευρύχωρα και καθαρά δωμάτια. Εύκολη προσβασιμότητα στο κέντρο της πόλης. Πρόσχαρο και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.

La posizione vicino al mare

La camera assegnataci si trovava proprio sopra un locale dove fanno musica ad alto volume fino all'alba. Diventa impossibile dormire, oltre che per la musica, anche per le luci psichedeliche che venivano proiettate sulla tenda della stanza. La camera si affaccia su una strada con movida notturna con urla e schiamazzi. Notte da incubo. L'appartamento ha anche alcune pecche come la doccia walk-in quadrata che si allaga l'intero bagno. La lampada del balcone con il rivestimento in ferro ossidato e logorato dalla salsedine. Una coperta lacerata. La vista dalla camera da letto da su case degradate ed abbandonate.

Very disappointed with the situation in the bathroom, the shower water all runs out and when you use the toilet you sit in a big puddle. Also our room was located on the back and we couldn't sleep with all the loud music from the bars below us. Wouldn't recommend.

The location is excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are very practical, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The beds are quite comfortable. It is a perfect place for those who want to enjoy the sunset in Rhodes. I would definitely recommend it.

We loved the balconies and seeing the sea.

Did not realise it was on “windy beach” could not use balconies for 2-3 days and took several nights getting used to it to get to sleep as the sea was very rough!

The aparthotel is located right on the seashore and from the window and terrace you have a wonderful view. It is very invigorating in the morning when you open your eyes, the first thing that strikes you is the sea. This location also has one drawback - sometimes the wind is unstoppable. The apartments are spacious, with enough light and enough space to store all your belongings even for a longer stay. Some of the furniture needs to be renovated, but overall it is acceptable. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. There are many restaurants, cafes, shops in the area. The center and the fortresses are 10-15 minutes walk.

The air conditioning in the living room is not working, which is not a problem for the beginning of May, but in the summer - for sure.

Maalesef istediğimiz odanın geldiğimiz sırada dolu olduğu söylendi.

Geldiğimiz gün otele vardığımızda rezerve ettiğimiz odanın müsait olmadığı söylendi. Diğer odalar da bize uygun değildi.

Everything was perfect, the appartement, the staff, the view, the location ( near restaurants, Bars, Super Market, and it is a 15-20 min from the old Town of Rhodes) . I recommend👌🏻

The shower tray needs to be cleared as it overflowed far too easily

Really clean and super pretty, amazing location. Anna who greeted us and showed us around was really lovely.

We had a slight problem with the shower it did leak all over the bathroom floor so we couldn’t shower for very long and it was annoying to dry each time.

Amazing place, sea view is magnificent, close to everything. Personnel is absolutely incredible and ready to help with any request.

Første gang her og det var en fed oplevelse. Personalet var virkelig flinke. Lejligheden var dejligt stor og med 2 altaner. Udsigt ned til stranden. Tv i stuen og soveværelse + aircondition

Hvis man får en Lejlighed ud til bagsiden, så skal man vide der er diskotek fra kl 22 til 06 hver aften
