The hotel was very clean and comfortable with amenities and facilities thoughtfully provided. Communication with staff was easy. The hotel was located centrally, midway between the station, geisha district and castle. You cannot ask for more helpful and kind staff.,They were all so kind and pleasant.

Location is the best, 20meters from M’Za department store , walking distance to Omicho market, Kanazawa station and all attractions. Parking is at M’za cost ¥1100 per day.

Hotel très bien placé, on a pu tout visiter à pied. Le personnel est très gentil. A la réception, du thé, du café, de l'eau ainsi que des accessoires (rasoir, serviettes etc) sont mis à disposition. La chambre est très confortable, malgré sa petite taille, cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Excellent rapport qualité prix

Estuvimos 4 noches en este hotel y fue un acierto total. La habitación familiar era bastante amplia, con una cama grande de matrimonio y dos futones muy cómodos. Los recepcionistas son extremadamente profesionales y simpáticos. Uno de ellos literalmente vino corriendo con toallas limpias para secarnos tras una tormenta nocturna, nada más vernos en la entrada. Hay amenities básicos en la recepción, como sales de baño de buena calidad. Está tan bien ubicado que no necesitas transporte. Puedes llegar a la estación en un corto paseo o coger un autobús que tiene su parada a 50 metros de la entrada. Para el distrito de los samuráis, son unos 10 minutos a pie, por una zona muy bonita y pintoresca, con miles de restaurantes tipo grill. También, el mercado de pescado está justo frente al hotel, donde puedes comprar souvenirs, comer y observar la vida cotidiana del barrio. Hay dos plantas con lavadoras y secadoras, y pudimos hacer la colada todos los días. En la recepción hay muchos tipos de tés que puedes llevar a tu habitación o preparar para llevar. Te ayudan con taxis, envío de las maletas y reservas varias. Estamos súper agradecidos :)

Nessun particolare aspetto negativo. Sicuramente le camere sono un pochino più datate rispetto alla hall che è invece modernissima, ma sono comunque ben tenute e confortevoli!

La stanza è la più grande che abbiamo trovato nel nostro viaggio in giappone. Letti molto comodi, staff alla reception gentile. La colazione è molto varia e la posizione è ottima, vicini al mercato ma anche al castello

Abbiamo avuto un’esperienza non proprio carina il giorno della nostra partenza. Avevamo la colazione inclusa nel soggiorno, e dovevamo fare colazione in una certa fascia oraria per fare in tempo a prendere il treno. Arrivati al ristorante dell’hotel la signora non ci faceva entrare perché diceva che era “pieno” , abbiamo provato a spiegarle la necessità di dover fare colazione in quel frangente di tempo e che non potevamo attendere (avevamo il treno poco dopo), ma non ci ha capiti e continuava a indicarci di andare via. Fortunatamente abbiamo chiesto aiuto alla ragazza alla reception che ha capito la situazione e ci ha consentito di prendere la colazione “take away” in un contenitore di plastica. Tuttavia questo aspetto va un po’ migliorato perché se si ha la colazione inclusa nel soggiorno ci si aspetta di potersi recare e consumare in tranquillità e senza problemi.

Beim Fischmarkt, nah zu historischen Viertel, Park, Burg.ideale Lage Laute Straße, aber im Hotel ruhig. Tolle Aussicht. Schöne Zimmer, nette Atmosphäre, Grösse der Zimner okay, hell.

Sehr urbane Umgebung, hat Vor-und Nachteile . Aber insgesamt empfehlenswerte Hotelkette

スーツケースに不具合があり、困っていたところをスタッフの方に大変良くして頂きました。タクシーの手配や荷物の配送など、フロントサービスが手際良く、ストレスなく楽しい旅になりました。

不満は無いのですが、強いていえば、お部屋にワードローブがなく、服が散らばりがちだったことかも。

Sehr gute Lage. Sehr gut ausgestattetes kleines Zimmer und Bad. Sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück ok. Es gab verschiedene Sorten Badesalz für die Badewanne, das hat uns angenehm überrascht.

Die Kopfkissen waren etwas hart. Das war aber wirklich das Einzige, was nicht ganz optimal war. Geschlafen haben wir aber trotzdem sehr gut!

Świetny hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Spacerem można dojść do dworca oraz do wszelkich atrakcji turystycznych. Pokój przestronny i czysty. Na parterze możliwość wzięcia przyborów toaletowych, kosmetyków oraz herbaty i kawy (w pokoju czajnik i filiżanki). Bardzo miła obsługa, mogliśmy się wcześniej zameldować. Naprawdę polecam.

Colazione horror, ed è in un ristorante “italiano”. La zona fumatori all’ingresso lascia odore di fumo stantio fino all’ascensore. Sono disponibili un sacco di accessori che eviterei di lasciare al piano, io non li ho usati non sentendomi sicura dell’igiene (es. massaggiatore).

L’hôtel n’y est pour rien mais des clients indélicats dans les chambres voisines passaient d’une chambre à l’autre en claquant les portes le matin et le soir ce qui faisait trembler les murs et a réveillé nos enfants!

Everything was 10 out of 10. The hotel offered great value for money, and I would definitely come back again!

The hotel itself is very good and probably one of the best options in Kanazawa. However, I did not really appreciate the attitude and service from some of the staff. It may have been due to miscommunication, as we were communicating in English, but I felt that the tone was not as polite as what I experienced in other places in Japan. Overall, it was still a good stay, especially since I did not need to interact with the staff too much.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pieds. La chambre est confortable, il y a même des pyjamas à disposition. Tout le nécessaire est là.

L'odeur de cigarettes quand on entre dans l'hôtel est vraiment désagréable. De plus, seulement du café était à disposition mais pas de fontaine à eau.

Very well priced (it was off season) for the standard of hotel. Facilities/amenities were good. We particularly enjoyed the pyjamas and I loved the deep bath tub and complementary bath salts to relax after walking around Kanazawa. Well located, it’s about a 20 min walk to the station but near bus stops and 15-20 min walks to everything else in Kanazawa too. Breakfast was traditional Japanese (so very savoury, rice, soup, meat etc). Good quality but not to everyone’s taste.

It felt a little dated and had a slight smell in the corridor - perhaps why it’s a little cheaper than some other equivalent hotels in Kanazawa!

Really nice hotel, especially for the price. People saying the rooms are small - maybe for some countries' standards but I was alone and it was completely fine. The bed was big and comfy and there were laundry facilities and even a pillow cupboard to get extra pillows.

The tv turned on every time you entered the room which was a bit annoying.

Accogliente e in ottima posizione per visitare Kanazawa

The location was excellent, a comfortable walking distance to the station and close to local malls and restaurants. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The amenities and facilities were comprehensive and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. They also provide guests with loaned umbrellas as it rained a lot during our stay - very thoughtful and useful!

Great location just across the road from the indoor market and close to the park. Also close to lots of supermarkets such as 7-eleven. It was nice that there was free tea with takeout cups in the lobby. Nice room but a little small for a family of four. A nappy pail was included in the room which was good.

I did not appreciate being charged for the cot which actually was quite expensive. It probably didn’t help that my baby refused to sleep in it. There was a pull out bed that we used for our 5 year old but the staff seemed confused when we asked for bedding.
