Ottima posizione, a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e subito a fianco del mercato. Personale gentile, c'è la possibilità di lasciare le valigie prima del check-in.

温泉は良かったのですが脱衣室が狭く、 ドライヤーの数が少なく(自分は持参していたので部屋に戻りましたが)何人かがお喋りしながら使いっ放しで立ったままドライヤー待ちしていた人がいたので気の毒でした。

トイレの照明の人感センサについて、じっとしていたら10秒ぐらいですぐにスイッチが切れて真っ暗になってしまう。せめて1分は照明がついていて欲しいものだ。

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026駐車場もすぐの場所にありますし、兼六園や金沢城が近く観光のロケーションにはとても良いかも思います。 フロントの方も説明が丁寧で分かりやすく、何より挨拶がしっかりしてて気持ち良かったです。 部屋も清潔で広く夫婦旅行では充分すぎるほどでした。 ベッドもふもふで気持ちいいです!! お部屋のお風呂はシャワールームだったので手軽にさっぱりできますし、ゆったりしたい時は大浴場も使えるので運転の疲れもよく取れました。 朝食はバイキング形式、お野菜たっぷり食べれましたし、金沢の名物も食べれて良かったです。
１点気になったのはWiFiの弱さです。 お部屋で使わせて頂きましたがYouTubeとかはカクカクになってました。 それ以外に気になった所はなかったです。

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026We had a wonderful stay.The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The location was excellent, close to Omicho Market and within walking distance of many of Kanazawa’s main attractions. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s onsen, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff were exceptional, professional, kind and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond by contacting our hotel in Tokyo and arranging for our luggage to be sent there, so it would arrive four days later. This made our trip so much easier and stress-free.

チェックイン時の若い女性スタッフさんに笑顔がなく、冷たい接客。なぜかこちらが気を遣ってしまいました。 せっかく楽しみに来たのに、最初のサービスがこれでちょっと残念でした。

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Wir hatten das Super Doppelzimmer gebucht, schön geräumig, gut ausgestattet, schön gestaltet, sehr gutes Bett, sehr ruhig Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist überragend für Japan Lage ist top, man kann fast alles zu Fuß machen oder den Bus nutzen, der auch direkt unten abfährt Sehr schöner Frühstücksbereich, sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, Personal ist bis auf Ausnahmen sehr freundlich Kostenlose Fahrräder zum ausleihen (gibt allerdings nur vier Stück) Tipp: Frühstück direkt mitbuchen, da vor Ort eine Buchung normalerweise nicht mehr möglich ist; da das Frühstück eher eine Art Brunch ist, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hervorragend
Kaffee beim Frühstück nicht gut (Thermoskanne), Waschmaschinen immer besetzt, Onsen zu klein für die Zahl der Gäste, Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht gut einstellen und bläst direkt aufs Bett, außerdem ging sie jede Nacht einmal komplett aus

あえて言うなら、チェックイン時の案内が不親切。連泊の方は窓口で受付して下さいetcを表示すべき。端末or窓口手続きでどちらか分からず、チェックインできたのは最後でした。

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026旅館位置可以說是位在近江町市場正隔壁，所以不管是要買水果、吃海鮮、逛商店，都非常非常的方便。本次是自駕自由行，旅館後方也有兩三個停車場可以使用，對自駕的遊客超級加分。13樓也有個大浴場可以讓你泡泡湯，雖然不是溫泉飯店，但也是相當舒適。

Purtroppo si sentiva molto rumore proveniente dalla strada e questo ha influito negativamente sulla qualità del sonno. La luce ad accensione automatica in anticamera è fastidiosa soprattutto se uno si deve alzare per andare in bagno di notte e vorrebbe farlo senza disturbare l’altro). Un po’ troppo costoso per quello che offre.

Petit déjeuner qui pourrait être complété plus régulièrement quand il n'y a plus certains plats.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Muy espaciosa la habitación y cómoda. Personal super amable, el onsen pequeño pero con todo lo necesario. El inodoro está separado de la ducha, eso resulta cómodo en mi opinión.
Me hubiera gustado que el desayuno no fuera tan caro para poder haberlo probado

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026金沢駅からバスで近く、近江町市場も歩いて2〜3分で行けて、バス停も近く、兼六園等の観光地に行くのにも便利。 朝食付きで利用したが、バイキングの種類も多く、とても美味しかった。朝食の時間をゆっくり取って、楽しむことをオススメです。
館内表示がエレベーターの中に書いてあるのが、オシャレだが部屋の中に案内がない為、不便だった。

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026L’hôtel permet de déposer vos bagages avant le Check-in qui est à 15h. Il est très bien placé car il est tout près du marché où vous pouvez aller manger.
Notre air conditionné n’a pas très bien fonctionné donc nous avons eu un peu chaud surtout que nous étions 4 dans la chambre.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Le hall de l'hôtel est impressionnant et très accueillant. Les chambres sont confortables et nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. Il est bien situé. Nous avons pu nous promener jusque dans l'ancienne ville à seulement 10 min. L'hôtel est très bien situé.

駐車場の料金システムが微妙。1度入れたら出られない、夜帰ってきたら埋まっており、また再度料金を払う羽目になる。

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Zona comodissima per muoversi a Kanazawa, a 10 minuti a piedi dal castello. 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione o 5 in taxi o autobus. Hotel comodissimo, stanza più grande della media in Giappone e onsen all'ultimo piano completano il quadro perfetto.
