Modern, clean, perfect location, not too loud. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for a better hotel to stay at whilst we were in Chania

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, super Lage und das Personal war sehr nett! Es gab auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hotels.

The location was very convenient, close to the beach and also centre of Chania. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom can do with a bit of freshen up and also there is not much storage in the room.

We really enjoyed this place, close to the restaurants, right in the middle of everything you need in chania, very nice and clean yard, we had everything we needed. The room was cleaned every day; the towels were changed every 2 days, we got 2 bottles of water every day. Really happy and satisfied with this accommodation. The pictures were accurate with what we got.

The location was so great its close to all mates. Very quiet area ans so clean. . The front gared are so nice to relax and so clean .

The location is perfect. No breakfast but there are a lot of coffee shops around with good breakfast.

Superbe hôtel de charme, idéalement situé à deux pas du Vieux-Port. En plein cœur de la vieille ville, tout en restant très calme. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service. Je recommande cet établissement à 100 % !À noter qu’il n’y a pas de petit-déjeuner proposé par l’hôtel. Cependant, il est très facile de trouver de nombreux cafés et restaurants à proximité pour prendre son petit-déjeuner, ou le savourer dans la petite cour de l’établissement.

Emplacement incroyable à deux pas du port vénitien. Hôtel de charme, très propre, calme et confortable. Et le personnel est absolument charmant.

Location was perfect! Quiet side of the Old Town. Obsessed with the building. I love that this hotel retained the 100 year old building while integrating modern decor and amenities. Very personable staff. 100 percent would stay again if given the opportunity.

This is a charming family owned boutique hotel with the most amazing and kind people working there! The location is superb, as you are literally in the old town but also do not experience any noise at night. The design is rustic and warm, and the inner garden is serene. The rooms are perfect, with all you need: fridge, coffee machine, water, toiletries, soft towels and great bed! The host (Nikos) welcomed me with refreshing drink at reception and made sure I found my taxi to the airport (walked down the road to the pick-up point to ensure I was ok). I would give more stars if I could - highly recommend this hotel!

The location is the best! Paula was so hospitable. Very comfy room and extremely clean. Beds were very comfy.

Das Personal war super freundlich, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und waren traurig, nur zwei Nächte da gewesen zu sein. Sehr sehr bequeme Betten, sauber, Zimmer sehr geräumig. Es gibt Parkplätze, die man nutzen kann, was gerade an einem Wochenende in Chania sehr hilfreich und komfortabel ist. Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt von Chania.

Super Lage innerhalb der Altstadt, gut zu erreichen (man beachte dazu die Erläuterungen, welche man nach Buchung erhält) und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Modern ausgestattetes Zimmer in restauriertem historischem Bestand. Ein schöner kleiner Garten empfängt den Gast. Hochwertige Ausstattung! Sehr kleines und persönliches Hotel mit lediglich 5 Zimmern.

Achtung: kein Lift etc. für die drei Zimmer im Obergeschoss!

There is no direct access via car/road it’s a 5 to 7 min walk with luggage. However this is the norm for most accomodation in the old town

Great location. Quiet area, lovely property. We had the deluxe queen. The beds were very comfortable. AC worked well. Excellent water pressure.

Fantastic hotel, super well located, amazing amenities and really friendly staff. The bedroom was cleaned everyday and water and coffee was supplied. They also have parking available close by, which is a plus, as it’s forbidden to park in Old Town Chania. I will surely return

Old town location, beautiful small hotel, lovingly decorated and very clean. Nice courtyard with beautiful plants where you can sit and relax. Lovely and very helpful hosts.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel très mignon, calme et très bien situé à proximité des petites rues commerçantes et du port de la Canée. Le personnel est adorable.

Malheureusement, il y avait un gros dysfonctionnement au niveau de la douche, la jonction entre le robinet et le tuyau était cassée et non seulement la douche était très désagréable à utiliser mais en plus nous mettions de l'eau partout dans la petite salle d'eau qui n'était en plus pas ventilée, cela a rendu la chambre très humide. Le personnel était déjà au courant du problème mais il n'avait pas été réglé avant notre arrivée.

Alojamiento perfecto! Gran ubicación, cerca del puerto y de muchos restaurantes. Zona turística pero muy tranquila. El alojamiento muy lindo y prolijo, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. El servicio excelente, siempre atentos. Disfrutamos de hospedarnos en ese lugar.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est adorable, l'hôtel est parfaitement situé dans la vieille ville de La Canée qui permet de tout faire à pieds, la chambre que nous avons eu était grande, très propre et très confortable. Un parking gratuit permet de se garer à 5-10mn de marche. Pensez bien à vérifier vos messages sur Booking car l'hotel envoie toutes les explications necessaires plusieurs jours / semaines avant (je ne m'en souvenais plus et je me suis garée au parking payant avant que la gentille dame de l'hotel nous reexplique tout). Bref, c'est une pépite !

Wir konnten leider nur eine Nacht bleiben doch die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und angenehm! Vor allem liegt sie sehr zentral und die tolle Innenstadt ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar! Chania ist ein wunderschönes Städtchen… Sehr sehenswert!

Accueil exceptionnel...de petites attentions qui font la différence entre un accueil normé et une expérience. Semble neuf mais date de deux ans. Bonne isolation phonique. Équipement complet et qualitatif. Situé un peu à l'écart de la rue bruyante c'est un havre de tranquillité.

The only thing, but it was minor, was that the shower went from luke warm to warm every 10-15 seconds. But it was not so cold that it was painful. Like I said, a minor thing.

Great location for visiting Chania’s old town. We had a very quiet and comfortable room away from the busy streets, and the bed was also great.

The pillows could have been softer and less high, but this is a personal preference and other people might find them okey.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a great location in chania old town. Paula at the front desk was so friendly and helpful with information and organising a taxi for us. The room was well presented and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

La stanza e la struttura in sé sono molto belle, nel centro storico di Chania, proprietario molto cortese, a richiesta ci ha fatto trovare la stanza pronta prima dell’effettivo orario di check-in.

Hôtel très bien située en plein centre et qui met à disposition un parking ce qui est vraiment très appréciable dans une ville comme la Canée ! Les chambres sont propres et très bien équipée. L’accueil était très gentil et de très bon conseils durant tout notre séjour

Great location near the harbour and loads of great shops, bars cafes and restaurants. Paula and the other staff were really friendly and helpful and provided excellent communication. The gardens/outside of the accommodation was beautiful and really well kept.

Great location, easy walking distance from the Old Town and harbour. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby but not close enough to be bothered by noise.

5-10 minutes walk to where you can park, if you have a car. We didn't find that a problem.

Our hosts were very welcoming. The outdoor garden was a lovely place to relax.

No breakfast provided but excellent seafront cafes and bakeries literally 1 minute around the corner. Spacious, clean rooms. Lovely showers and very comfortable beds. Excellent location, fab views. Really helpful staff.

Only criticism was no formal reception area.

Nicely appointed and comfortable accommodations in an excellent location. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Paula was so helpful with recommendations and arranging our taxi to the airport. We highly recommend Aelios Design Hotel.
