A 50m du port vénitien... Un endroit parfait pour visiter La Canée. Super bien insonorisé. Personnel adorable. Tout était parfait.

Seul problème le stationnement. Mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. La Canée est très touristique et il est très difficile de trouver des places de parking. Mais après le coucher du soleil quelques unes se libèrent...

An excellent choice for a stay in Chania’s Old Town. The location is extremely central, with beautiful aesthetics and distinctive architecture that create the feeling of stepping into another era. Our room was lovely, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Breakfast is somewhat limited in terms of variety, but everything offered is of excellent quality. The service was outstanding — everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and willing to assist us with information and anything else we needed during our stay.

旧市街のTavernaやお店のある小径の中にあるアパートメントのような素敵なホテル。泊まった部屋にジャグジーがついていて、ゆっくり入ることができた。毎日清潔なタオルに取り替えてもらえてベッドメイキング、掃除もしてもらえました。冷蔵庫に常にたくさん水が補充され、帰ってからすぐに喉を潤すことができました。またコーヒーやお茶を入れて、同じ階にあるテラスに持っていって、朝日を楽しむことができ、（泊まったのは302号室です）朝ごはんも美味しかった。ベッドの寝心地がとても良く、アラームなしてさっと起きられたこと、睡眠の質も良かったのだと思います。

エレベーターが小さいのと、エレベーターの入り口と出口が違うところ。内ドアが折り畳み式で動くので何度も挟まれそうになった。荷物を持って2人で入るとぎりぎりというところが窮屈。閉所恐怖症の人は厳しそう。昼から夕方にかけて、レセプションに人がいないため２階（エレベーターの表示は１、地上は０になります）に上がって別の鍵で入るのが少々面倒だったけれど、それも慣れればアパートに住んでいるような感覚で楽しかった。朝食の時間が8時からと少し遅い気もしますが、ギリシャの朝はゆったりしていると考えると、それもよし、となりました。

Tesisin otoparkı olduğu yazmasına rağmen otoparkı yok. Yürüyerek 5-10 dakikalık mesafelerde olan otoparklara park etmek zorundasınız ancak yoğun sezonda yer bulmak zor oluyor ve özel otoparklara ücret ödemek durumunda kalabiliyorsunuz. Yine de park yeri bulma konusunda şanslı olduğumuzu düşünüyorum 😊

Perfect location, nice and clean.

The breakfast is not up to the international standards you'd expect from similar level's hotels. Very poor to be honest, limited choice and low quality.

Communication was lacking - nothing to say there was no reception on arrival and no instructions sent for entry etc Cleaning standards need a bit of work - toilet waste bin failed to be emptied one day despite being full. Jacuzzi cover needs to be used - and more attention paid to cleaning of jacuzzi

The location could not be better. Steps from the harbor, many shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was top notch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, cozy and clean. If I return to Chania I will definitely try to stay at Palazzo Duca again.

The staff were amazing! Really appreciated their kindness and attentiveness. Breakfast was delicious and hearty. The lent us beach umbrellas for our beach days. Close to the water, which is great but it also means lots of crowds. Still….we loved the accommodations and our stay!

Uroczy kameralny hotel położony na Starym Mieście w pobliżu Portu Weneckiego. Bardzo blisko promenady, gdzie mieściło się mnóstwo barów i restauracji i tętniło wieczorem życie. Jednocześnie hotel mieścił się w spokojnej uliczce, dodatkowym atutem były dźwiękoszczelne okna. Cisza i spokój. Apartament wyposażony był w niewielki aneks kuchenny, klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Pallazo Duca urządzony był ze smakiem i dbałością o szczegóły. Obsługa była uprzejma i kontaktowała się z nami na bieżąco w razie potrzeby. Pokój codziennie sprzątano i uzupełniano kosmetyki oraz wymieniano ręczniki. Podczas naszego pobytu śniadanie spożywaliśmy w pobliskiej tawernie i było bardzo smaczne. Do plaży Nea Chora można było dojść 15 minut spacerkiem. Plaża zadbana i dobrze zorganizowana. Pogoda wspaniała... Ogólnie pobyt w Chanii uważam za bardzo udany, piękne zadbane Stare Miasto, mnóstwo tawern , sklepów z ceramiką i innymi pamiątkami związanymi z Kretą, wyśmienite jedzenie, miła obsługa/ mieszkańcy.

Nice staff, location, confortable room We left early on the last day to trek Samaria gorge and they provided lunch for our trip and held suitcases.

La posizione e la camera spaziosa

The location of the hotel was simply perfect for us. Sweetest little balcony off our room with two chairs and wonderful view of the harbour, tavernas, shops, etc. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was good - everything one could want. Proximity to the shops and restaurants just superb and so easy to wander around the Old Town which is just full of the most exciting shops. All the usual "souvenir" type shops but also many really beautiful shops full of creative artwork, jewellery, pottery etc. Our only caution would be the fact that you have to walk from Talos Square to the hotel (6-7 minutes) with your luggage. The hotel manager, George, was exceptionally helpful in every respect and organised a porter service to help us with our luggage.👍🏻 Also to note that the Old Town is full of stairs and steps!! We would not hesitate to stay there again.

A non slip mat in the shower would have been nice as the tiled floor is slippery. The bathroom is pretty tight with very little space to move around! Just an observation not a criticism or problem.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and again it didn't disappoint. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the old town overlooking the sea and the Venetian harbour. The room was cool and quiet, staff were friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfast. The hotel is very close to restaurants, bars and shops and a very short walk from the beach. The restaurants overlooking the harbour can be expensive but wander a few streets back and there are very friendly places at much better prices and with fabulous menus. If you can reserve a room with a balcony you will have a wonderful view of the old town, but if not there is a beautiful roof garden to enjoy.

The staff were all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent-just 100 metres to the portside. Reception staff were particularly helpful in advising places to visit and booking our bus tickets. Room was ideal for us. Towels changed every day as well as Room cleaned daily.

Only a minor gripe. The weather was very hot during our stay and so we tended to take shelter in our air-conditioned room for a couple of hours each day. The WiFi signal was intermittent and weak.

Credevo la camera fosse più grande inoltre gli orari della colazione a mio avviso non erano comodi: avevamo due escursioni prenotate e avevamo degli orari rigidi dettati dalla schedule dell'escursione stessa. Non è stato bello fare pressione a Lella per "anticipare" l'orario della colazione. Siamo state accontentate ma con un po' di disagio da parte nostra. Credo che sia tipico avere dei vacanzieri con escursioni schedulate per cui amplierei anticipandola la fascia oraria della colazione.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, the hotel is in the city center, there are a lots of options for a nice night out. The hotel is clean and quite nice.

My room was claustrophobic (room 103). The “balcony” opened up to a large and tall concrete wall. The room was dark and there was zero ventilation. Based on the reviews, the other rooms may be nice, but if you are even a little claustrophobic, this is not the room for you! The pictures for the property are misleading.

solo per la camera 103: il balcone dava sul cavedio interno della palazzina, quindi hai un muro davanti. inoltre essendo sopra la cucina, la mattina non puoi aprire la finestra perchè vieni invaso dagli odori della stessa. Assenza del receptionist pur essendo un hotel 4 stelle, mai capitato.

La posizione. Centralissima per visitare l’old town di Chania, ma allo stesso tempo non troppo lontana dall’ultimo parcheggio a disposizione fuori dall’area pedonale. La camera molto accogliente e “poetica” con travi a vista sul soffitto e finestre che affacciano su uno dei meravigliosi vicoli di Chania.

Die Parkplatzsituation in Chania ist speziell für Übernachtungsgäste sehr unbefriedigend! Es gibt sogut wie keine Möglichkeit in Gehdistanz zu parken, einzig ein Park & Ride das über zwei Kilometer entfernt ist, bzw. man nur mit einem (kostenlosen) Bus ins Zentrum erreicht.

Comfortable accommodations in an excellent location. I feared it might be noisy given the location but it was pleasantly quiet. Excellent value. Staff helpful with requests.

Le petit déjeuner noté "Exceptionnelle" sur looking com était bien en dessous de nos attentes. Le café n'était pas bon, le jus d'orange à base de concentré d'orange - très décevant pour la Crete- les viennoiseries en grand partie achetés au supermarché. Notre déception fut grande car on tenait à avoir un bon petit déjeuner.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Please trust me and book this Hotel. I’ve stayed in hundreds of Hotels over Europe and this was an excellent experience. Very helpful and friendly Staff, went above and beyond for us. The location is excellent and please don’t miss the Restaurant Tamtam across the street, the best in Chania in my opinion. I travel with my two teens everywhere and I rarely sleep deeply but here I fell fast asleep and slept through the night. Extremely comfortable beds! I didn’t want to leave but we had flights to catch. I’ll absolutely book here again.

Il n'y avait personne pour nous donner les clefs et les indications pour les récupérer ne nous avaient pas été données. Un peu de stress à l'arrivée et tout s'est arrangé par la suite

Beautiful location and well appointed rooms! The breakfast, while very minimal, was nice that it was included. Our room included a balcony, which was my favorite part of the accommodation.

We had booked two rooms each with two beds, and both rooms had the beds pushed together. We requested that they be separated, and while the request was eventually fulfilled, it took a bit of a back and forth with management. We were confused because we had originally requested two beds in each room, so unsure what the fuss was about. Glad that they did eventually resolve it. We also were disappointed that a couple of curtains were missing in our room, which meant no light dimming for the room. We also requested this be mitigated as the sun was waking us up very early in the morning, however this was not resolved during our stay.

Excellent Hotel and staff. Nice room, awesome location.

The only drawback is there is a restaurant next door. Most nights the customers were still noisy after midnight.

Great location! We could easily walk to all the best restaurants in Chania within 15 minutes at most. Even though the hotel is in a busy area, our room was perfectly quiet. The staff were all so lovely, always happy to help and incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend!

The room was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was awesome.

The hot tub didn't work. They said it was repaired on the second day we were there, but it never heated up. We told George, at the front desk but he said he checked it and it was working. It never did heat up. The water was cold all day, evening and the next morning as well. So, we never got to relax in the hot tub, which was one of the reasons we booked this room. That was disappointing. The parking situation is also a nightmare. They indicated that there is some public parking nearby, but it is very limited. We actually ended up getting a parking ticket because we parked in what we thought was the free public parking, but it was for residents only. I don't know how anyone could visit Crete without getting a rental car. To stay near Chania is tricky for sure.

The individually cooked element of the breakfast were excellent and the lady who made them was very friendly and accomodating. The staff on reception and the chamber staff were very friendly too and the rooms were cleaned and supplied with care. Daily water bottles in the fridge etc. The hotel in the old town was in an excellent location and was very nice. Our room was a lovely size and comfortable, with a little kitchenette. There is a nice roof terrace with a helpful clothes dryer. Chaina is very beautiful with friendly people and there is a lot to do there.

The triple room had very little natural light. You couldn't tell that it was daylight in the morning. For some mistaken reason I thought there was a balcony but it is a window ledge with a rail. I couldn't dry clothes there because the space is a long way down a shaft where the sun doesn't shine. However there was a handy clothes dryer on the roof terrace (just needed a few more pegs.) We did see into other rooms which were much brighter - like I say ours was a lovely big size and very comfortable, The hotel was lovely. It just wasn't really the right room for us.
