Dit is (althans dat vonden wij) echt een top hotel. Ligging in de luxe straten van Kuala Lumpur. Personeel doet alles voor je. Slofjes staan klaar langs het bed, gordijntjes dicht, koffie aangevuld etc. Zo’n ontbijt hebben wij nog nooit meegemaakt. Zoveel keus, vers bereid, te veel om op te noemen. Ik heb daar heerlijk sushi bij het ontbijt gegeten. Keuze is teveel.

Amazing hotel staff. Customer experience curator, Alli did a fine job in providing me with excellent service with regards to my child's 1st birthday. Staffs assisted with my cake delivery. And security staffs were always welcoming. Staff even rendered excellent service when I departed from the hotel.

During my two nights in the hotel there was always sudden loud noise which occurred atleast two times each night. Otherwise the hotel is perfect.

Location when the road is closed for special event. In my case, was the marathon.

Établissement beau, propre, chambres spacieuses et confortables. Le personnel est très gentil, le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Le Check in était prévu à 15h mais nous n’avons pu accéder à la chambre qu’avec environ 1h30 de retard. L’absence de smart TV dans la chambre (on ne peut pas accéder aux services de streaming et à YouTube).

Just a small comment: the treadmill that I had used at the gym was a little dated. It made lots of noises when in use.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The location is excellent, and having direct access to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur shopping mall was incredibly convenient, especially for shopping and dining. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The direct mall access and central location were definitely highlights of our stay.

We genuinely had no complaints during our stay. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and exceeded our expectations.

L’emplacement à Pavilion mais il se passe plus de chose au KLCC tours petronas.

J’avais réservé un chambre double pour mes enfants et ils m’ont donné une chambre king bed. Le petit dej est moyen, la qualité des produits n’était pas au rdv.

When the mall is closed at 10 pm you can’t get back to the hotel only from the main hotel entrance :( .. also last day i have extended my check out to 1 o’clock but they called my room several times early morning which was very annoying and we couldn’t sleep !!!

On 25th July taxi took us to separate hotel entrance. Being new n unfamiliar there was confusion. Fortunately FATIN guest relations officer? Came to our rescue. Told taxi it was a different entrance. But traffic was heavy n crowded with ppl Fatin volunteered to bring our luggages across the road instead of taxi as it wud take a much longer time. I recommend Fatin to management. Thk u again Fatin Bfast in hotel was always a chock of block many ppl but SYAFIQ has always a smile on his face n very hospitable. Thk u Syafiq. It makes the day. Finally in the midst of confusion with taxi on arrival i misplaced my sunnies. FARHANA in reception ctced KL airport and taxi service in airport. Despite all her hard work my sunnies cudnot b found. In summary thks again to these 3 employees of hotel who make our stay a memorable one. Highly recommended for some awards. Thks

Overall, we had a really nice stay and enjoyed the experience! However, a couple of small things could be improved: the shower water didn't get warm enough, and the infinity pool felt a bit too small for the hotel size, making it crowded at times. On the food side, the chicken satay is the best i’ve tasted.

Courtyard Oasis Room was spacious and hotel accommodated a higher floor request as well as late check-out as our departure flight was late. Note that the aircon in the room switches off automatically at 12pm despite late check-out. Breakfast buffet was plenty with a roti prata station, which was nice. Location is fantastic for shopping in the area with MRT access though there may be nicer hotels in the vicinity. The cleaning staff for the rooms were very helpful and had good service. Do check out the top floors of Pavilion Shopping Mall, which is huge. Mall access to hotel closes at 10pm.

Loved my experience staying at the Pavillion Hotel. My son and I traveled to KL for 9 days from the US. Some things we loved: 1.) We had the best experience with all the staff. Everyone took care of us with utmost care, especially housekeeping, a gentlemen by the name of Soni. 2.) The breakfast buffet downstairs is also a big convenient factor. Delicious too! Fresh made rotis and a LOT of other Malaysian dishes. 3.) Infinity pool is small but very cute. However, there might be a noise factor at the moment due to construction next door. But had no issues, still loved it. 4.) Gym had all the right equipment I needed. We’ll definitely be staying at Pavillion again whenever we come back to KL for a visit! 10/10!

Hosted a farewell lunch for our resigned colleague at The Courtyard Buffet @ Pavilion Hotel KL, and it was a wonderful choice. The buffet offered an excellent variety of local and international dishes, catering to different tastes. The live grill station was a standout, serving freshly grilled seafood and meats. The dessert selection was equally impressive, featuring delicious cakes, pastries, local kuih and ice cream. The huge outdoor dining area provided a beautiful setting, and the photo output was absolutely outstanding thanks to the stunning surroundings. The staff were friendly, attentive and efficient throughout the event. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience with great food, excellent service and a welcoming ambience.

Just had a couple of drinks at the Cove… Good atmosphere but the service by Kenn and Lee See was what made ithe experience great… You guys should absorb Kenn when his internship ends… Kudos to Kenn and Lee See

Excellent stay! The room was clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was great, so close to the shops. Unfortunately, the pillows are so thin, they might need replacing and the beds are a little too hard for us. I guess I was able to request for another pillow, but I didn’t. A special thank you to Soni from Housekeeping, who ensured our room was cleaned every day and always made sure we had everything we needed. Your kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic breakfast & superb service by kimi

Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Surya the doorman who remembered us, similarly Prakash also remembered us. I contacted Fatin the guest experience host who did a wonderful job arranging our room to celebrate my wife’s birthday and she also enlisted Tasha at the lounge to arranged a cake and candle with balloons as a surprise for my wife. Look the hotel and facilities were amazing but it’s the people that makes the real difference, Mr Oretti should be proud of his team especially those in the lounge well led by Sabree and even our cleaner Henty was super helpful. We are looking for a hotel to call home in KL and because of the great service we received Pavilion is it. Fatin and Tasha thank you so very much for the wonderful stay and your efforts. We will be back in 6 months!

Location is tip-top, ambience is well-put together. Rooms have all the required amenities. It's definitely value for experience and would definitely come back again. Hotel rooms are super clean. Noise level is accommodating. Service is exceptional. Always serving up to standard. The teh tarik served during breakfast made by Ismail & Anita is impeccable. It's definitely above and beyond. There's a gym & swimming pool equipped with the latest equipments for ideal training and fitness matters.

Front desk a Chinese lady in her 20s or 30s was very kind to give us room upgrade when me and my family arrived at 1am and I was having a fever . I didn’t get her name but she even offered me honey drink to eat my medicine . Met the teh tarik staff at buffet breakfast named Ismail & he did a nice tarik w lots of foam for me ! Teh tarik is so addictive in Malaysia 😬 adjoining to hotel are the luxury shopping floors and f&b eateries too many to count 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 rooms are clean , soaps are all essential oil scented and not much noises disturbances at our 17th floor although our room partly overlook the new building in construction by Pavillion 😬 thank you for your service Pavillion we will be back soon !

Love the teh tarik. Not too sweet not too shabby. Ismail is very nice to offer me a cup of the teh tarik. And I’m hooked. Overall nice ambiance and very friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely rate this as a true 5-star hotel. The location is perfect, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and many attractions within walking distance. The entire staff was warm, welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, who were incredibly kind, efficient and kept our room spotless every day. We especially appreciated the thoughtful surprise for my husband’s birthday. The beautiful decorations and delicious cake made the celebration truly memorable. We would also like to thank the concierge team, who were exceptionally helpful with recommendations, transportation and any questions we had throughout our stay.

We always stay at Pavilion Hotel whenever we travel to Kuala Lumpur, and it never disappoints. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and always well maintained, which keeps us coming back every time. A special shoutout to Ismail from the breakfast team for his exceptional service. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His warm hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

Staff courtesy was on point, tables outside for breakfast with a massive fan above it were also a great idea! Access to Pavilion Mall directly from the hotel was great too.

Food in the lounge and breakfast was super average and too much Asian oriented. If you are not Asian or big fan of Asian food, you will struggle. No bathtub in the lounge access room, which usually is there. Gym small and average. In general no soul or captivating style. Just another expensive business hotel, due to its location.

Karthik the roti chef is serving us the greatest breakfast ever. We have the roti paired with tea tarik and cooked eggs of choice daily. So yummy.

Stayed at Pavilion for the 3rd time. Staff members are friendly and professional, specially Karthik who makes delicious Rottis. :).

Great breakfast; nice quality with a wide variety of choice. Room was slightly worn but still quite comfortable and clean, with nice water pressure and temperature in the shower. Great location for the city center; Pavilion Mall is in the same building with access to myriad restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, as well as access to the covered walkway that leads to the Petronas Towers and convention center.

First stay in Pavillion Hotel, breakfast had a variety spread of choices including local cuisines. Ismail, Yahya and Akmal served whilst we were having our meal - they were super attentive and efficient in cleaning up and addressing our requests and needs, thank you!

A wonderful Teh Tarik experience at Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Prepared by Mr. Ismail Endy, the tea was rich, creamy, and full of flavour. Served in an elegant setting, it brought a touch of class to a beloved Malaysian classic. Highly recommended.

When there was a technical problem with the lift system no staff were there for guidance lots of people were just sitting on the floor no communication at all

It was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and customer centric. Breakfast was great. Though the alakat lunch on day 1 at the Courtyard took a while to be served and order was incorrect, I must say that the staff well made up for it which was appreciated. Oh the convenience of link to shopping mall was great! Rain or shine well accessible.😁

There was construction work in the next building going on past 10 pm. Quite a bit of drilling not sure fr where on the day we checked out (14 June)

This was my fourth visit to Kuala Lumpur, and I found the Pavilion area very easy to navigate. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Everyone greeted guests with warm smiles and appeared dedicated to providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet was well-maintained, clean, and offered a delicious variety of options. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Karthik made the best prata / roti canai in KL right here at the breakfast buffet in this hotel. The hotel rooms are comfy and big too. Love to come back to the Pavillion for all my stays in KL

Staff at the cafe courtyard during dinner were inattentive. They were not around to take orders o. Have to go out to find them. My hotel room toilet was super smoky, like an outlet for smokers ?

No regret no mistake for choosing this hotel for staycation. We really enjoyed staying, dining, using facilities (gym) and discerning shopping at Pavilion KL. Excellent ambience, vibe, cleanliness, hospitality and cosiness. We're made very comfortable by Mr. Frankie who went extra mile to assist us while waiting to move into our room, after check in. Breakfast was delicious and with a wide selection. Excellent service by Kimi, Anita, Nurul and others. In fact after a few days, we returned to Courtyard Restaurant for dinner on a Saturday evening. Also, many thanks to Mdm. Ader for efficient booking arrangements and good advice. We will return here again. Keep it up, you all!

Not our first time here, service wise has been the same as the previous visit. However, the breakfast teh Tarik has impressed me this time round. Made by Ismail and serve by Anita. Good hospitality service from both of them.
