Aircond so hot. Old fashioned controller. Cannot do anything also because all rooms are the same. We checked in very late so already very tired then aircond very hot. Upgrade please humans no longer live in the cave.

L’albergo offre una colazione internazionale con stazioni di cucina all’istante, come quella delle uova, fatte nelle diverse varianti. Ugualmente è possibile scegliere nei vari ristoranti se preferire la cena à la carte o a buffet, anche qui nel ristorante Sedap ci sono stazioni di cucina al momento, con grigliata di pesce e carne scelta dai clienti stessi. La camera è spaziosa, la vista è bella. Inoltre ci sono una palestra e una grande piscina, di cui poter usufruire anche dopo il check-out. Il personale è disponibile e affidabile. Abbiamo chiesto un taxi e ci ha consigliato di prendere un Grab da concordare con il Concierge, che ce l’avrebbe chiamato al momento. È stato un soggiorno stupendo. Non in ultimo l’albergo è vicino al Pavillon, che è uno dei centri commerciali più lussuosi della Malesia.

المرونه وعدم التعاون مع الضيف حيث حجزت غرفتين اقمت 6 ليالي الطلبات جميعا مرفوضه تسجيل دخول مبكر مرفوض طلب غرفتين بنفس الطابق مرفوض طلب تسجيل المغادره متأخر مرفوض اخر يوم دفعت نص قيمة الغرفه وطلبت ساعه اضافيه كمان مرفوض قالو اذا عملت تسجيل خروج بعد 6 تدفع يوم كامل لان كان عندي رحلة في وقت متأخر فالليل الافطار مناسب للاسيوين و شرق اسيا اكثر من ما يناسب العرب انصح اذا حجزت الغرفه لا تحجز الافطار لان في مطاعم وكوفيهات كثيره بالقرب من الفندق ( شارع العرب ) عندهم خيارات كثيره وافضل جدا و بسعر ارخص

Check in time supposed to be at 3pm , we arrived at2:40 pm and the staff told us wait for 15 min because the cleaners are cleaning the room, we wait tell 3:15 then the reception told that the cleaners still cleaning the room and we need to wait 20 min more!!!! Staff was so rude , and talking to each other long conversations in-front of us in their language and we had standing waiting their updates If you want to stay in the same area, try to find different hotel than pullman in the same area, there is too many 5 stars hotels around

Thank you very much for the wonderful stay. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my time at Pullman. The service, atmosphere, and hospitality were outstanding If you ask me whether I would choose Pullman again in the future, my answer is absolutely yes. Pullman has become my favourite place to stay in Kuala Lumpur, and I will definitely return for my future visits. Thank you again for your excellent hospitality and for making my stay memorable.

1. The breakfast quality was good, but I was disappointed that the menu was almost the same every day during my stay. For a hotel of Pullman’s standard, I would expect more variety and daily changes in the breakfast selections, especially for guests staying several nights. 2. Regarding the refundable security deposit, I strongly recommend reviewing this policy and becoming more flexible. The required deposit amount is quite high and may create inconvenience for guests. In fact, one of my friends who had a great experience at Pullman also mentioned that everything was perfect except for the refundable security deposit, which he felt was too high and not acceptable. I believe offering a more reasonable amount or more flexible options would greatly improve guest satisfaction.

الفندق راقي ونظيف جدا وموقعه رائع أمام مول بافيليون وبالقرب من شارع العرب .. الإفطار ممتاز ومتنوع .. السرير والمخدات مريحه جدا، كل شيء كان تمام التمام

We got the apartment. The carpets were not very clean, and the bedding was not good quality.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful, especially at the breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great, easy walk to the Pavilion KL mall and other attractions. They also had some good restaurants within the hotel.

The kitchen was a bit outdated and the stove didn't have enough power to boil water and the cookware needs to be replaced. The nonstick pan and pots had bad scratches and I would definitely not use them for safety reasons. No laundry machine.

The place feels old and not very well maintained compared to the other hotels around. We choose it because of the breakfast and the location to petronas towers, but it takes over 20 minutes walking to the towers and the breakfast is very average.

L’appartement 2 chambres était juste parfait. Assez grand pour 5 personnes et même pour 6, comme son nom l’indique, une vrai chambre de famille. Bien équipé et bon emplacement , proche de presque tous les centres d’intérêt.

If you’re expecting the hotel to pay attention to your special requests, don’t count on it. I submitted mine well in advance, yet they were completely ignored. Instead of making any effort to help or even discussing the request, the staff simply repeated standard, scripted responses. The biggest disappointment was the lack of initiative. It felt like the staff were only interested in doing the bare minimum required to complete the check-in process. There was no willingness to look for solutions or provide the level of hospitality you would expect from a hotel. Good customer service is about making guests feel valued, even if not every request can be fulfilled. In this case, there was no effort to accommodate, explain, or offer alternatives. The overall impression was that guest satisfaction was not a priority. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as the attitude and service at the front desk leave a poor first impression of the hotel.

Beds were unbelievably uncomfortable - I came back to Australia in such pain from the beds that I needed to book a physiotherapist from the pain of sleeping on the firm beds all week.

We stayed in a two bed apartment for four nights and then moved to a one bed apartment for another 3 nights The big apartment was not as good. The hot water was tepid and took a good few minutes to heat up. We mentioned to the staff but no actions, no response was received. There was an old sandwich from subway in the fridge and was not removed for the whole duration. the apartment needs a bit of ‘freshen up ‘ It’s a bit old and tired and smelt of dampness when you walked in ! Overall our stay has been very enjoyable. The one bed apartment was brilliant - we stayed there for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed it - very bright and clean and definetely newer than the two bed one. Only one complain if I may - I asked for some body lotion but no response at all. However still a happy stay for us thank you

5 stars but very old and worn out now. Dirty and old toilets with stains in bathtubs. One of the rooms was very dim with insufficient lights and windows. Cupboards were clean only below eye level, upper shelves were all very dusty.

My friend and I had a great stay over at Pullman Hotel! Everything was top notch! We get to upgrade from Prestige room to King Suite room for free! The staff was amazing! We also had a surprise Birthday Cake and Decoration in the room! Thank you So much Pullman Hotel. Till next time.

The hotel is in a good central location, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, the property itself was modern and pleasant, and several staff members were friendly and helpful during my stay.

The service experience was inconsistent. While some staff members were excellent, others were unhelpful and came across as quite rude. I was also surprised that the hotel required a security deposit at check-in, either in Malaysian Ringgit or by card, despite the booking already being fully prepaid through Booking.com.

The hotel is in a convenient location, and the rooms themselves were generally comfortable and well maintained. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, and the property offers a variety of room types to suit different needs.

The service experience was quite inconsistent. I originally booked an apartment room, but it was located in a different building from my travel companion’s room, which was inconvenient. I paid extra to move to the main building, but the upgraded room lacked some amenities that were available in the apartment room, such as a microwave and a refrigerator. I also experienced problems with my late checkout arrangement. Although I paid for a 6 PM checkout, it was not properly updated in the system, and I was later asked to pay again. My room key repeatedly stopped working and had to be reactivated several times. In addition, response times were slow, and I often had to call reception or room service multiple times before receiving assistance. While some staff members were excellent, others were not very helpful, which made the overall experience feel inconsistent.

at my previous stay my room was facing the unfinished building construction n it's not convenience at all, unlike the several stay I have before at the same hotel with the rooms facing the pavilion

The hotel is in a great location and the room was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the facilities and had an overall pleasant experience.

The only issue I had was that the toilet walls were not clean and could have been maintained better. Other than that, everything else was good.

We arrived at 12 noon, which we told them in advance. We checked in and was informed that the room would be available at 3pm which is the official check in time. We told them we would come back at 3pm. However we waited for almost an hour before we got our room at 4pm! We heard that the previous occupant checkout at 230pm hence the staff could not clean up in time. There should be better management of this from the hotel, moreover it is a big room and required more time to clean.

Our one bedroom apartment smelt like cigarettes the whole time. Wasn’t a pleasant experience especially while travelling with a baby. We had a window open the whole time to reduce the smell.

For a 5* hotel, the sound isolation between the rooms is terrible. I could hear any conversation from the neighbouring room…this is not acceptable for such hotel.
