Très bon séjour à l’hôtel Solaria Hammamet ! Un séjour en plein soleil tunisien, avec du confort et de la tranquillité. La chambre était propre et bien entretenue, avec une équipe de ménage très réactive et attentionnée. Un grand merci également à Mohamed, maître-nageur à la plage, pour son accueil chaleureux et sa réactivité. Toujours disponible et prêt à préparer rapidement les transats avec beaucoup de gentillesse, même au-delà de ses horaires de travail officiels. Côté restaurant, la nourriture était bonne et le personnel vraiment au top : accueillant, souriant et attentif. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’ambiance calme et le bon niveau de service tout au long du séjour. Une équipe qui prend également le temps de demander votre retour, de s’intéresser à votre satisfaction et surtout aux améliorations qui pourraient être proposées. Dédicace principalement à Samir pour cette attention. Et pour finir, n’hésitez pas à demander un bon café crème, à la façon tunisienne, directement à Sofiane au bar ☕🇹🇳 une petite attention qui fait toujours plaisir ! Au plaisir de vous revoir ! 🌞

Le séjour était magnifiquement passé. Depuis l arrivée un agréable accueil, un sourire dessiné sur le visage de tout le personnel. La chambre attribuée a été un moment de détente. Le buffet était un pur délice. Je le recommande vivement, ☺️ a très bientôt nous comptons vraiment y revenir.

evening Entertainment could have been better. And you cant walk through the hotel without being hassled to buy something. The hotel also need to work on timings as they promised us a 5 minute walk to the next hotel for entertainment but it turned out to be 45 mins!

O regime de tudo incluído foi fantástico, com refeições muito variadas, abundantes e de excelente qualidade. Nunca faltou nada e houve sempre uma grande atenção às necessidades dos hóspedes. Um ponto que merece especial destaque foi a disponibilidade da equipa para acomodar pedidos especiais, sempre com uma atitude prestável e genuinamente atenciosa. The pool was a decent size with an excellent layout and a good variation of depths. The water slide is a nice addition and the organised activities and entertainment helped to create a really nice vibe in the pool area.

From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, warm weather, and friendly atmosphere. The people were incredibly kind and helpful, and we loved experiencing the Tunisian culture, food, and hospitality. There was such a relaxed and happy atmosphere throughout our stay, which made it easy to switch off and enjoy ourselves. As our first visit to Tunisia, we honestly didn’t know quite what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised and came home with some lovely memories. My 13-year-old son and I had an amazing stay at Medina Solaria & Thalasso in Yasmine Hammamet. 🌴☀️ Perfect location next to the sandy beach, marina, and Medina, excellent 24-hour all-inclusive service, delicious Mediterranean, Italian, and traditional Tunisian cuisine, and most importantly—an incredibly kind and professional staff. A special thank you to the entertainment team for the fantastic water polo games and daily activities that made our holiday so much fun. My son loved every moment! We returned home with wonderful memories and big smiles. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation! ❤️

Overall, our stay was okay, but there are several areas that need significant improvement. The biggest concern was hygiene, as we saw a cockroach on the pizza table and found a worm in a peach, which was very disappointing. In addition, the food lacked variety, and the buffet options became repetitive. With better cleanliness, improved food safety, and a wider selection of meals, the overall guest experience would be much better.

Hôtel idéalement situé face à la plage et à 5-7 minutes de marche de la Medina ou de la Marina. Buffet excellent et personnel attentionné. Je recommande.

Plage souvent encombrée de déchets végétaux et plastiques, mais ce n'est pas la responsabilité de l'hôtel car la plage est dans cet état sur toute sa longueur. Dommage !

Le personnel, en particulier Khaled, était très accueillant. Même en comparant cet hôtel à d'autres mieux notés, on n'a pas reçu un accueil aussi chaleureux qu'on l'a reçu ici. MERCI À KHALED!

L’hôtel est grand, bien situé en bord de mer. Le véritable point fort reste la restauration : cuisine variée, de qualité, avec des plats pour tous les goûts. Mention spéciale pour les soirées à thème (white party) notamment tunisiennes qui apportent une belle ambiance. Le personnel du restaurant est accueillant, chaleureux, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service.

Malheureusement, l’hôtel ne correspond pas à un standard 5 étoiles. Il est ancien et nécessite clairement des rénovations. L’isolation des chambres est insuffisante : étant située sur une route passante, on entend beaucoup les motos et les voitures, même la nuit. Les couloirs sont également bruyants. Concernant la chambre triple, grosse déception : le troisième lit était un lit d’appoint métallique avec un matelas en mousse inconfortable surtout pour un adolescent. Malgré ma demande, aucune solution ne m’a été proposée pour remplacer ce lit par un vrai couchage. Enfin, l’animation est à revoir : les animateurs sont investis mais le programme est daté, avec une ambiance qui fait très “années 90” et qui ne correspond pas à ce qu’on attend d’un hôtel de ce standing.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would happily return. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Samir, who kindly helped arrange a late check-out for us, and to Ali in the restaurant, who always had our table ready and remembered our drinks, making every meal feel personal. The pool area was excellent, with plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day. The lifeguards were also very helpful, finding extra sunbeds for guests whenever needed. The animation team worked hard all day to provide activities and entertainment, but there was never any pressure to join in if you just wanted to relax, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great hotel with fantastic service and a relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it.

The hotel can feel a little warm in the main areas however the AC in the rooms was perfect. It would have been good to have a drying rack on the balcony.

Great location, across the beach. Sameer at the reception, always helpful and available at any time. Great variety of food choices and drinks. Server Zouhier at the restaurant was so kind and welcoming every time we step in the restaurant for lunch or dinner. Great value for money spent.

Il y a toujours de la disponibilité au niveau des tables et pas beaucoup d'attente pour les repas. La piscine est propre et les maîtres nageurs sont toujours disponibles et très gentils. Bonnes animations la journée et la nuit. La vue sur mer est magnifique. Les chambres sont propres. Je recommande cet hôtel.

The entertainment was the highlight of the trip. The staff was very attentive to make sure everyone had a great time. There was never a dull moment here. I cannot fault the any of the staff here.

Great staff, great food, great pool

Excellent location being beachfront, close enough to the lively marina and shops but found it was also so peaceful in the resort. The staff were amazing, everyone so friendly and attentive. Food was incredible with a fabulous variety of local and continental food. The waiters ensured we were well catered for. They have one of the best split level pools we’ve been to, with cosy grottos and shaded areas surrounded by gardens and a great poolside restaurant serving food most of the day. Loved the fact that they had quiet times without music for peaceful naps and also great music to join in with aqua aerobics. We had initially set out to do excursions but loved the resort atmosphere so mostly stayed there to relax. The entertainment team are fantastic and tried very hard to engage with guests with poolside activities.

The air conditioning wasn’t the best in the communal areas. Watching the World Cup in the lounge was quite hot and the tv didn’t always cooperate but we still enjoyed the atmosphere with the other guests

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this hotel, the animation team do a fantastic job both day and night, the food is great with a large selection of choices, Oumairna at reception was helpful, professional and always ready to help, Firas the life guard was friendly, attentive always on the ball he was also very accommodating in finding us the right spot. Also a mention to for Hassan at the pool bar who was always smiling and friendly. We have been to Tunisia before and this is the first time we have written a review. All we can say is thank you for a wonderful holiday we will be back xx

1st time in Tunisia and I was pleasantly surprised we stayed for 10nights. Hotel was lovely and located across the road from the beach. Arrived around 1pm and was told to get lunch as our room wasn't ready, we waited till around 4 for our room which wasn't ideal as we were in warm travel clothes and it was hot! The hotel was gorgeous and clean, plenty of seats at the pool and the pool area was nice but not relaxing due to being pestered the WHOLE day by the activities team. They were lovely but when u want to chill and relax and their loud, wake u up deliberately if sleeping and constantly blowing a whistle as well as loud music it gets annoying quickly. The food was a big downside for me, breakfast was the best meal by far and around 3 days in I was sick of the same food that I was willing to eat. Flys were a huge issue in the restaurant and the food contamination with raw and cooked meat was terrifying which put me off eating any of the meat cooked on the grills. Plenty of days I survived on breakfast and maybe pizza at night. We had a Seaview room which was great but the road directly outside was often noisy and the horse and carts were based there which created alot of noise. They did seem to have an issue with ladybirds, they were absolutely everywhere. Rooms were lovely and fairly newly decorated. Although the food did disappoint, there were far more good aspects than bad so I would go back and I would still recommend. 👌 😊

Incredible Tunisia 😍 with its Roman architecture and mosaics, which are still part of modern interiors; with its hospitable people who speak melodious French; and delicious food – especially ❤️ the freshest seafood. Le service de chambre a amélioré, remplacement d’eau dans le frigo, café et ramassage des ustensiles. Mais généralement le service était bon.

Its really difficult to write a review about this hotel as there are so many positive reviews on here. The first thing you have to say about is the Hotel is not 5 Star, its probably 3 star at best and a lot of the reasons I will try to describe. Positives:- The staff are all excellent cleaners, bar staff, waiters. front of house, kitchen you can go on and on they are all amazing and I mean that everyone. The rooms are large and you can pay for a beach view (ish see negatives) The food is ok and varied with lots to chose from at all times also everything is restocked. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable, i think the bed was a king sized. Negatives : We arrived at the hotel and the porter helped to get our cases to the room, he then stood around waiting for a tip. Unfortunately Tunisia's currency is a closed currency so you cant get it before you travel hence you arrive with nothing we had an awkward silence in the room and felt a little uncomfortable till we promised to give him a tip later in the day which we did. There is a general culture of tipping in Tunisia due to pay rates not being the best. We next went to the beach which at that time didn't look the best and had a lot of brown sea weed and grass on the waterline also there appeared to be a lot of rubbish in the water. The room had a Seaview however you could only really see it if you stand up, as soon as you sit down it becomes obscured by the banister posts . We were on the 3rd floor however looking at the pictures if you were on the 4th you might be better off. You are advised there is a complementary mini bar in the room which we expected to be really nice and it was pushed by both the porter and reception staff however this basically meant you had a fridge with a small bottle of Cola and sprite inside which were never replaced The pool area is ok however isn't looked after very well and there appears to be a lot of blank mould growing on the tile grout below the water line. Also there is a lot of black mould growing on the waterline on the GRP landscaping/rocks. This is a real shame as it would easily come off if the pool closed and was jet washed. Just outside the hotel there are a lot of horse and carriage waiting to take you around on tours however this means the area smells quite a bit of horse urine. The carriages are fitted with bags to catch the manure however urine isn't so the area does smell. If you like a drink you maybe disappointed You have a choice of 1 lager that's it then typically local spirits and red/white/rose wine. This said Tunisia is a predominantly Muslim country where drinking to a certain point is frowned on outside the hotel. I suppose ultimately would i go back to this hotel the answer would be no which is a real shame as it could be so much better. I know TUI grade things slightly differently however you trust their opinion and i think this time it fell woefully short of what was expected.

Estuve durante semanas buscando un buen hotel, que tuviera todo lo que necesitásemos con una niña pequeña y que lo tuviera todo: playa, piscina, amplitud de horarios de comidas, cercanía... y finalmente me decía por Medina Solaria and Thalasso, sin duda, cumplio y superó mis expectativas.Todo estuvo genial. El personal siempre servicial, atento, con una sonrisa. Siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites. La piscina con el tobogán, la piscina de chorros, la animación del hotel, habitación amplia y baño grande. La playa que tiene reservada el hotel es increíble, tumbonas con colchón, te ayudan a instalarte, el chiringuito del hotel en la playa es fantástico, bebidas siempre disponibles y duchas y baños en la parte de atrás. La mujer de la limpieza de nuestra habitación fue un encanto (piso 4to), siempre dejando a nuestra hija figuras con la toalla al llegar. Samir, nos ayudó a contratar algunas excursiones, aunque no pudimos ir el día acordado, hizo todo lo posible por cambiarnos el día sin ningún problema. Taher, siempre tan amable, tan servicial, educado, con una sonrisa. El jefe de sala del restaurante principal, siempre atento con nosotros, tambien con una sonrisa. Walid, el camarero, me trajo comida a la habitación cuando me puse enferma. Sisko, el animador, siempre está animando a los huéspedes a jugar. Y las chicas de animación por la noches con los niños, qué simpáticas siempre. Todo una maravilla.

Lamento no poder acordarme de todos los nombres del personal que nos hicieron la estancia tan agradable y placentera. Sin duda, recomendaremos este hotel a nuestra familia que vendrá próximamente y que yo espero volver a repetir. ¡Gracias a todos y cada uno de vosotros!

Après de nombreuses années de voyages et de séjours dans différents hôtels, je peux dire sans hésiter que le Medina Solaria est le meilleur hôtel où j’ai séjourné. Tout est réuni pour passer des vacances parfaites : un établissement magnifique, d’une propreté irréprochable, des chambres confortables, une restauration variée et de qualité, des animations agréables et une ambiance chaleureuse. Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, serviable, professionnel, attentionné et à l’écoute des clients. Un immense merci à Monsieur Samir pour son accueil, sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son accompagnement tout au long de notre séjour. Grâce à lui et à toute l’équipe, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison.

Honnêtement, rien de négatif à signaler. Notre séjour a été excellent du début à la fin et a dépassé toutes nos attentes.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Solaria hotel, food was great, wide variety to choose from and the service was fantastic. Always attentive to details. Semil the guest relations manager was so helpful and his resolution and problem solving is excellent. The room are clean and bed is very comfortable. My two girls and I had a fantastic time. Will definitely come again

The reception and the toilets downstairs are really old looking and not befitting of the service

The hotel was really nice, the location was amazing and the staff were so kind! The food was great, the menu was different every day, so we did not get tired to eat the same food. Special thanks to Samir and Taher for being such as gentlemen and gave us some recommendations for tours. Definitely, I recommend this place 100%

De onverwachte upgrade naar de suite, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, we konden de wk wedstrijden kijken. Alles schoon en eten voortreffelijk en voldoende.
