Parking was not free it was £3 a night . Not expensive but it should be included in the price.

Location was great. Not noisy at all considering close to the main stretch. I never sleep when I’m away and I can honestly say I had a fantastic night sleep. My husband and I were quite pleased because the bed was much smaller than our super king and we both slept fantastically. The bedding, room and bathroom were lovely and clean. I would definitely happily stay here again.

The location was right on the doorstep of the town centre and beach .

The bathroom was a little too small for a family .But great room all in all.

What struck me the most was the service. The host Kevin promptly helped the guests resolve their issues, showing no signs of neglect. They were dedicated in their efforts. I’ll definitely come back.

We had been in touch the day before arrival to enquire about parking & confirmed we would not require access to our room prior to check-in time, we just wanted to park up. Arrived just an hour later than expected, but still hours within the check-in time window, delayed due to a fatal accident on A12, only to be told that he had given our room away & was now full! Had to find alternative accommodation while sitting in the car! Absolutely shocking service. Would rather he had taken money on booking to guarantee the room. No phone call to check we were on our way. He did send an email while we were en-route - but who checks their email while driving?! Travelled over 5 hours & would never stop to catch up on emails like he seemed to think we should have done! Would never book here again.

The bed was comfy, the AC units was definately a bonus with 4 of us sharing and the fridge was really helpful.

The service at breakfast there seemed to be a little problem when takingbour order.

Breakfast very good, room was good, it had everything we needed for our nights stay. Close to seafront, parking permit available for a small fee. Windows had blinds and curtains so we weren’t woken up too early with the sun. Room was a good size. Bathroom was compact.

There is nothing we didn’t like. It was better than we expected for the price we paid.

Good clean comfy room in a good location. Tea/ coffee in room as well as a fridge, air con, hairdryer, tv. Shower was nice and hot strait away. Breakfast was really good. We had the full English, there was also other options, drinks/ juices/cereals etc, probably more things but I never really look past a full English. I would be popping in just to buy the breakfast when in town if you could. Could come and go as please with keys, hosts were really good and attentive. Think u can get help with permit parking although we are local so had already left the car round the corner near the Wellesley football ground which has free parking and I’ve never not found a space within a few minutes even if the odd time I’ve had to drive around it.

Decent location for the seafront. Nice comfortable bed and good TV.

Wasn’t particularly clean and the shower kept cutting out while using it. Owner wasn’t ver welcoming and came across like he thought we were an inconvenience staying.

Very nice cosy room with bonus air con unit which made the room nice and cool during the hot weather. Staff were polite and breakfast was very yummy.

I doubt if you'd find a better B&B at this price in Gt Yarmouth. They are clearly making a big effort to up the game of Yarmouth. Air con in the rooms had even been installed to deal with the heatwaves - a rare feature in this type of property.

The electric shower was tricky to set to the right temperature but they usually are.

Seamore Guest House was perfect for our needs. Great host, great breakfast and great location close to Britannia Pier and the seafront. What's not to like?

Nothing to do with Seamore Guest House but the seagulls will keep you awake. Absolute nuisance.

Perfect room for my one night stay in Great Yarmouth. Went to a show at the pier and the B&B was less than 100 yards away. Room had ironing facilities as well as tea and coffee facilities. Exceptional for the price. Would definitely recommend to others and will probably stay there again in the future.

Spacious, clean and cool room! Very central to town, pier and seafront.

The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. We had everything we could need, and were especially happy for the air conditioning and the fridge! The easy access to the beachfront and to the local shops was a bonus! We definitely plan to stay here next time we come to Great Yarmouth.

The only downside was a strange smell coming from the bathroom, which we believe could just have been the local plumbing.

The owners are friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice, and the rooms have all kinds of amenities whether you're a couple, family, or friends wanting to stay.

We arrived a Bit late due to traffic , But Kevin took my call and still allowed us to stay . Breakfast was very good , and Kevin very Chatty in morning . Room fitted the needs of our 1 night stay

No ground floor rooms, so would not be suitable for us to use, if travelling with mother with mobility issues. However if you can manage stairs, this is a great option.

We only stayed for two days because of personal reasons but the two days we had we had a lovely room comfortable bed and to start the day a lovely full English breakfast

Unlike most other bnb's I was actually greeted by the owner at the door at the time we had arranged, not left standing outside waiting for codes to be sent and unable to contact anyone. The room was clean, warm, comfortable and will definitely be going back
