We felt the property was adequate but the room too small and the bed definitely too small

Clean room and feel good hospitality. I booked this venue on the day I traveled, but the staff responded it quite well.

The wall seems relatively thin so that you could hear some noises from other visitors next to you. But bascially it was quiet.

Margaret the hostess was absolutely lovely. She even upgraded our room as it was my wedding anniversary. The room was stunning and had a view of Great Yarmouth beach.

I did not like the fact that I had to leave as I would have stayed there longer if I had no kids.

Margaret was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Loved the decor and the feel of the house. The amenities in our room were excellent, coffee machine and mini fridge well used with the cooling fan and daily bottled water being most welcome.

The room was cosy and more spacious than I thought. Ideal for a family with two little children. Chairs were very comfy and perfect for nursing. Margaret was very nice and helpful. Everything was perfect :)

I liked everything

The host was really welcoming and friendly, gave us a brief outline of where to go The location was excellent, 2minutes walk from the Waterway, a lovely canal section with a boating lake and cafes. 10 mi ute walk to the Britannia Pier and start of the main street through Great Yarmouth. The room had everything you could need, loads of plug sockets in the right places! Great views, and the best tap I have ever seen in the bathroom. Nothing negative to say.

The proximity to the town center and the beach. The bus stop is just round the corner. The place was cleaned everyday and had iron and a hairdryer. The host was very friendly and courteous.

The property is in a great location, near to everything..sea front with a great prominade,proximal to restaurants,amusement areas,pier, waterways garden etc.Our room is a highly rated on its roominess and cleanliness..high ceiling,well equipped and so with a comfortable beds. Another ace is the parking area which is just infront. Smooth communication with the host Margaret..she greeted us upon arrival with a welcome gift too ! Our few days of stay is so brilliant as Margaret made us feel as valued customers, she always supply us with bottled water and restock our beverage area.She also supplied us with helpful leaflet informations for the attractions to visit,beaches ,historic areas,restaurants etc.There was also a constant communication and guidance which was so helpful for our holiday itenerary..it was really an excellent stay afterall. I highly recommend this Annabelle rooms for everyone..

The host was really friendly and communication before and during the stay was good. Even went above and beyond and got us a bowl and washing up liquid so we could wash our daughters bottles. Would highly recommend and few minute walk from the beach front, shops and restaurants ideal! Even came with a goodie bag which was really thoughtful

Excellent run establishment. The room was super clean and had everything I wanted. Margaret even put in a larger fridge and a fan given the weather. Very comfy bed and the room overlooked the park. Margaret was super friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again if I am in Great Yarmouth. I actually liked the fact that you sorted out your own breakfast rather than had breakfast which is often too much. Really good value for money.

Minor as given ample towels - but a hand towel had two stains on it. Not sure if housekeeping got dirty and clean towels mixed up. Otherwise, housekeeping was excellent!

The host was delightful and accommodating. The location was perfect for parkrun and access to the main town attractions. The room was comfortable and had good facilities.

With the warmer weather, it would have benefitted from some type of air conditioning.

Great location, with walking distance to the seafront. Free road parking, and we were fortunate to get a space outside the hotel. A very clean and well presented room, although set back from the road we still had a clear view of the sea. Owner very nice and kept us updated throughout our stay with information required about amenities and check in/check out details. Also a lovely little welcome gift left in the room which added a personal touch.

The room was lovely , it was easy to access, and parking was easy and free ! Margaret was lovely and helpful . The big fan in the room helped enormously, lol ! Oh, and the bed was soooo comfortable. I had to ask where the mattress was purchased !

Lovely guest house which I definitely recommend. The room was large,bright, very clean and the bed was very comfortable.Theres plenty of on street parking by the hotel and you're only a few minutes walk from the beach and about 5 minutes walk from the top end of Yarmouth near joyland. Margaret is so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble . There's plenty of places to eat nearby.Absoulety great place to stay. You won't be disappointed.

From the start was made to feel welcome. The owner you can tell takes pride in there business /hotel I normally give a 9/10 on almost everything as there's always room for improvement But in this case it's 10/10 all day long On another note the palm hotel does a cracking breakfast just a stones throw t the hotel , but the owner of the Anabella recommended the beach hut cafe(I'll maybe try that next time) Definitely recommend, would stay there again

The nicest place we have stayed so far in Great Yarmouth . Plenty of on street parking , the building was lovely and a welcoming sight . Spotlessly clean . We had a queen room and the bed was so comfy ,we slept well . Water , tea , coffee provided . Would definitely stay again .

Our room was large, very clean and extremely comfortable. Location was very central and we could walk into the main town. We would always opt to stay here. Our host, Margaret is amazing, she is very friendly and pays do much attention to her customers. If you are thinking about booking, do ot you will love it.

The first impression you get makes your trip and Margaret was a lovely, friendly sight after a long drive! The room left you wanting for nothing! Everything is thought of! The mini fridge was great for our evening snacks and bottles of water! The room was so clean and decorated lovely! And after a long day of walking and exploring we enjoyed cosying up and having our home comforts of Netflix and all the apps on the TV to watch a film and relax! We enjoyed a peaceful nights sleep in the very comfortable bed, topped off by a hot shower in the morning! The view from our room was an unexpected sea view! Absolutely wonderful! This is a little gem of a place and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

The room was exceptional and had everything we needed. The owner is a delight and went above and beyond, making sure we had a corkscrew, wine glasses, and fresh milk. The owner also recommended a local Greek restaurant, the Columbia Toniponis Taverna, and it was amazing (both quality of the food and service). Many thanks, we will be back..

The owner Margaret was friendly, welcoming and nothing to much trouble. The room we had was room 5 which was on the first floor and had sea views and looked over a running, football field. The room was spotless, big enough for two and had a fridge with water in, kettle, assorted tea coffee ect, hairdryer mirrors and a fan if needed. The En- suite was bright spotless and had shampoo, hand and body wash. Margaret and team cleaned the room every day unless told not to. Was a five minute walk to the beach and lots of places to visit. Recommend the circus.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed at Annabelle Rooms in Great Yarmouth for one very windy night in October while completing the North Norfolk Coastal cycling route. The owner, Margaret, was warm, chatty, and welcoming when I arrived. She made me feel right at home and even fetched me some fresh milk for my tea! The double bedroom was beautifully decorated, large and spacious, with a modern Smart TV and a lovely, clean ensuite bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there was a great selection of teas and coffees. Everything was tastefully done and spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved the Annabelle Rooms. We had only booked for one night but were so happy with it and Great Yarmouth we stayed for two. Margaret the host was so lovely, friendly and helpful. Great view of the ocean from our room and only a few blocks walk to town centre. Great Pubs we walked to and had great time were The Feathers and The Prom Hotel. Excellent day at Great Yarmouth races with excellent course and facilities. Thank you Great Yarmouth and the Annabelle Rooms = it's been grand! PS. Went to Winterton beach. Lovely food and setting at beautiful beach. Plenty of parking. The seal rescue team were there and had rescued an undernourished baby seal caused by mystery illness they are getting. RSPCA will progress him from fish soup to larger and larger fish until he is big and strong enough to release. Rescue Team said it is important for people not to try and put unwell seal pups back into the water as they are too weak and need rescue. Please, please call the team and they will come straight away. What a wonderful, caring community!

I stayed here with my kids and we couldn’t have been happier. The property was excellent and in a great location for exploring Great Yarmouth, especially in one of the nicer areas of the town. The rooms were comfortable and perfect for my family’s needs. Our host was incredibly welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help throughout our stay. The little touches made a big difference – water, coffee, and tea always available in the room, daily cleaning, and even a thoughtful arrival gift. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Annabelle Rooms to anyone visiting Great Yarmouth.
